Ordered the Crab Stuffed Shrimp. Food was phenomenal. The star of the show though was Amanda. She was friendly, kept us updated on food timing and expectations (the food took less than ten minutes to arrive!), and attentive to our needs.

Our waitress, Amanda, made the whole experience even better with her great personality and prompt service. Shoutout to her. As far as food goes, get the shrimp fajitas. You can’t go wrong.

Sundays are busy, but worth the wait. I had the steak, egg, potatoes, and the steak was very tender and flavorful. Another had the bacon wrapped quail which he really enjoyed.

The half pound of beef and shrimp with a added Jalapeño sausage link is absolutely the perfect combo for a meal for 2! Lupe has paper thin tortillas and each order of fajitas comes with rice beans and guacamole and more. Chips are served with beans and salsa, unlimited! Absolutely worth a visit! The food was really delicious. Spicy salsa home made tortillas for the enchiladas. The lobster tacos had this sauce that I can't put my finger on it but I'm craving second's. Not to mention the drinks were good and strong! My 7 year old did mention that his Mac and cheese was a little dry...but I told him that's why you should have ordered Mexican food from a Mexican restaurant!! Waitress was also on point and polite!

We've went for the first time yesterday and even though they were super busy we got seated right away. Our waiter was amazing, that poor guy waited so many tables but also had an eye on us and refilled our drinks faster than we could finish them. Lol The food was out quick and it was really good. It is on the pricier side for Mexican food.

I’ve been to a lot of Mexican style restaurants, and this is by far one of my favorite, and one of the best, if not THE best in San Antonio. It’s located in the northern part of San Antonio, and is well worth the travel if you are looking for great food. The atmosphere is very authentic, with an open, full-view to the outdoor seating area. They have the best, high-quality meats, specializing in their extremely tender, flavorful beef. They also have the best margaritas I’ve ever tried. The service here is phenomenal, with very minimal wait times, even during the busy hours. I’ve been here several times now, and I will continue to frequent this restaurant! Highly recommend!

Atmosphere: We are outside. Great Mexican music with tons of lights to match the colors of the Mexican flag. The stucco walls and rust-colored tin roofing gave it what I think might be an authentic feel. The running pond and local plants were an excellent touch. Only down side was that the music’s volume discourage conversations by a substantial amount. Can’t say enough about how great the feeling of the place is. Salsa and beans: Great kick but not overly hot, very fresh. The frijoles were also fantastic—just barely warm to match the warm chips. Entrees: Everything was fresh and tasted as good as it looked. We got the spicy enchiladas, the regular enchiladas, the Juan, pork carnitas, and beef fajitas. It was all delicious and there doesn’t seem to be a bad choice on the menu. We’d definitely do it again! It’s worth the drive and the price.

One of our go to special places in SA. Always a good time. The wait is well worth it. They have lovely seating area outside (your own table) where you can enjoy a cocktail while you wait. Our server was Victoria and although she was quite busy, she was still on point. Food is simply phenomenal. Happy Holidays ❤️

Wonderful job by the manager of Lupe Tortilla in Stone Oak!! The manager is Josh and he personally drove to our house and delivered our 1/2 gallon of to-go margaritas and saved the day! It was accidentally left off of our doordash order, but Josh solved the problem and just made the delivery himself. What a great guy! Exceptional service and mistakes happen but when you fix them it’s 1000 times better! Thank you Josh! They were great!

Went in for cappuccinos and dessert. Was super pleased! The cheesecakes were so delicious! The cappuccino was great! Even spoke with Rachel, the owner and baker. Wanted her to know her cheesecake was the airiest, most amazing I've had. Ever. Highly recommend! Will be back for a meal next time!

We went to this place for the first time and everything was excellent. The wait was not long even though it was busy. Our waitress was very attentive as was the manager. The manager came by to ask about the service and the food quality. The charro beans and the salsa tatemada was delicious. To start off we ordered an avocado cilantro, shrimp and crab campechana (it was like a shrimp cocktail) appetizer and it was delicious. For entrees my husband had crab stuffed shrimp 🍤 which came in a cast iron with beans and rice. They were very flavorful. He only ate 2 because of big size. I had the shrimp poblano enchiladas and only ate one since they were big and already had chips, salsa and the campechana. The enchiladas were delicious with lots of sauce. The rice had somewhat of a strong flavor, not my fav but it was good. I relaxed the beans with lettuce. 🥬 . I recommend this place if you visit San Antonio. Enjoy.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I liked the atmosphere and the decor. I went with my sister and brother-in-law. We ordered the pound of fajitas (we like them well-done) and an enchilada plate,. I forgot to take a picture of our rice and beans but everything was delicious. Our waiter Vince was awesome. Lupe Tortilla always has quick efficient service and the waiters are great. Perfect for a family meal or a business lunch.... Even great for dinner with friends and margaritas. The entire menu is very satisfying but the steak fajitas are probably the best I've ever had. I don't know how they can make the steak so amazing to compete with many steakhouses it almost feels like a travesty to put it on a tortilla but it's good to have options! Margaritas and drinks are also top of the line. It's a little bit expensive for Tex-Mex probably about 20% more but it's 50% better!

We love the fajitas here. They have brunch on the weekends so we decided to try it. It was delicious. The pancakes are huge, so one each was plenty for my kids. Breakfast nachos were also super yummy! Service was great here. There is an outside patio too if you prefer to sit outside. Kids get a free ice cream coupon too!

What an excellent experience! The service by Vinny and the manager made us feel like MVPs. Went above and beyond either attentiveness and tasting of the food. And the food was delicious—had the beef fajitas and queso. Every side dish was fresh and flavorful and you can tell everything was made to order. Loved the guacamole made table side. Upon arrival, you see all the colors the very nice hostess, who was very accommodating when I wanted a booth the environment was great. They had music on but not too loud which was nice. They have a great selection of great dishes. Enchiladas highly recommend. Although people may think the prices are too high, let me assure you the prices match how much you are getting and how wonderful the food and service is. I would rate this pretty high as of today. My wife and I really enjoy the food here, and the atmosphere is what takes this restaurant to the next level! We even began having our birthdays and anniversary dates here. This restaurant is usually busy and occasionally there is a bit of a wait, depending on the time of day! Unfortunately, this also includes the wait on beverages being refilled, as the staff is very active keeping up with all the guests. This restaurant is well maintained and clean, and is in a safe location, across from several stores to shop at. There is plenty of parking and its right off the highway! Overall I would recommend!

It was a busy night but we had great service for our party of six. Brought out chips, beans, salsa and drinks quickly. Server was attentive to all of our needs. We never even had to ask for drink refills he kept our drinks filled. Beef Fajitas is what we had and shared. They were delicious just as always. It was a special night so we tried 1/2 lb of Filet Mignon Fajitas. I have to say I was disappointed. Save your money as they are not as flavorful or as lean as I expected. We will never order those again because the regular Beef Fajitas are so tender and well marinated. Overall it was a wonderful evening.

We visited this restaurant for a family birthday. The restaurant was busy with a buzzing atmosphere. We were seated quickly with chips, salsa and charro beans presented as we perused the menu. Comments were as follows: the green enchiladas were good but not great; the bean and cheese tacos were okay; the two Sr. Gaffigan enchilada plate was very good with the exception of the very chewy tortillas that came with the puffy beef taco. The cheese enchilada plate was very good too. The margaritas were good as well. I would definitely go back with the knowledge I have now of various menu items.

Very gratefully stumbled into this place bc it had outdoor seating and our dog could join us. The food was delicious and the service was astounding. They serve chips, beans and salsa. Their spicy salsa is flavor packed. If you are vegetarian, be sure to notify the server, they can get you black beans instead of the pinto beans which have lard. The corn tortillas are not the thin store bought ones. These are thick freshly made with tons with flavor. The puffy tacos and spinach artichoke were delicious. Highly recommend!

First impression, the establishment is beautiful. The light fixtures over our table was made from a sombrero. The hostess was very knowledgeable and attentive and friendly. My wife got the shrimp cocktail which she said was very good. The shrimp were fresh not petty great avocados. It was a nice blend. My daughter and grandson and I got the pound of fajitas with rice and beans and all the fixings the corn tortillas were excellent and I have had plenty in my travels. That takes me to the fajitas after the fajitas were delivered. The chef came by our table and asked how everything was they were amazing. I asked if they were inside or outside skirts. He said they were outside. They were cooked to perfection. I was able to cut fajitas with my fork the red jalapeño that was charred and served on top of the fajitas, was a sweet pepper and was delicious can’t say enough about our lunch today. My daughter was looking at the brunch menu for Saturday and Sunday and already wants to come back. The brunch sounds amazing. After my nephew's first communion, we were here for a Saturday brunch. We were a table of seven on the patio. It took them a minute to get us seated. It was a lack of staff vs a lack of tables. All was fine until only two entrees came out. If there are more than five people, they have to put it into the computer as two tickets. So, one ticket was made, and the other ticket was still in the queue. The manager came out and explained they would rush the other ticket. Food is fine. We have a Lupe near Austin, but I realized after this meal that the cost of what you are getting is high. It is also an odd menu. There are only a few al a cart options. I am not attracted to their combo plates, etc. It was a fine meal. The waitress was kind. The patio was lovely, with fans and a ton of shade. The brunch menu was a nice change of pace from their normal menu.

Early lunch (late breakfast) on a Saturday. Lupe Tortilla on 281 was busy but there was no wait. The staff was very friendly, and the food was fresh. Chips, borracho beans, and chips are automatic. The beans were spicy but delicious. I had the chicken and beef fajitas plate and ordered the half pound, but I definitely got more than half pound. The food was fresh and great tasting. Great place for fajitas and other Tex-Mex favorites.

Average Mexican food. Margaritas were high quality. Addendum 2023 : Food was delicious this time. A big improvement. Great service and still great margaritas !! Update 2026 : Unfortunately, there was a backsliding of the food. The fajitas were served with minimal vegetables and the chicken was dry.

Hey there, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to share my recent dining experience. The food was simply delightful. Each bite was packed with flavor and freshness. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And I can't forget to mention the chips and salsa – they are an absolute must-try! The best part? It was so easy to get in and out, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Just thought you might want to check it out!

Great food, typically great service and atmosphere...If you go during the week, it's more chill. We went on a Friday at 8pm. Chaos. Loud and more loud. Place was packed which it is normally based upon their great food and cocktails on a Friday. No big; tall Modelo dressed? Yes please!

These are the grilled Mahi Mahi filet fish tacos (jumbo Gulf shrimp is another option), with creamy roasted poblano sauce, iceberg lettuce with pico de gallo, on crispy puffy taco shells. The slight burnt taste of the soft taco shells tasted great! The taste mixed well with the sauce. I give 4 stars though because the tacos leaned a bit more on the salty side. First few bites weren’t too noticeable but the salty taste started to add up as you ate. I also think it would have been nice if the rice and beans were served on the same plate instead of on a second plate, would have freed up more table space and could have added to the plate presentation—but that is just my humble two cents.

I’ve been dying to eat here and I walk in and at the check in with the hostess (they actually had two booths ) both girls were slouched over with no greeting or acknowledgment of us walking in. She finally made eye contact and said “ It’s a hour wait !” I contemplated walking out, but we were dead set on eating here. She proceeded to check me in and I repeatedly told her I could not hear her and she didn’t even care. All I know is she asked for my number and spoke like the teacher from Charley brown!!! Luckily I got a text saying they would message me as soon as a table was ready…….let’s see how this goes …!! Hostess , first impression of this place 1 star so far ! So we were seated an hour later and forgotten about we finally asked someone for service and told them we had been waiting over 15 minutes. It gets better !!!! So we were waited on and told our appetizers was on them 😬 service was good , the food was awesome! Large portions , beautiful presentation, hot, fresh and delicious!! I loved the descriptive menu !! From a 1 star to a 4 star …..

Well, the food is good but the service from Jocelyn was bad, first, she took a little too long to come at the table and ask us for the drinks and the food was a little longer way but we understand that almost every restaurant is short of staff. My situation was Jocelyn our waitress time we asked for dessert it was 7 of us, okay we asked for sopapillas for 4 and also asked for flan and 2 churros. She came back and told us, not churros we asked for two more sopapillas like a waitress took 25 minutes to bring the dessert and had 4 plates of sopapillas each had 6. Imagine our faces Jocelyn's explanation was we asked for four and 2 more they came like that and never told us the sopapillas would be 6 each at begin we order. Jocelyn next time us your brain.

This place is pretty good. The prices are a bit high. Around $75 for 2 adults and 2 kids. The server was attentive. We waited almost not at all. And the waiting area has a lot of cute little tables and Adirondack chairs. They have coke products including Coke Zero! The chips were good, but needed a little salt. The salsa, which I confirmed was the mildest, was too hot; not mild at all. The queso was very runny. The mushroom tacos Al carbon were good. A lot of vegetarian options, but the vegetarian menu was a tad bit mushroom heavy. The beef and chicken flautas were good according to my wife. The kids liked the French fries. Son thought Mac and cheese was ok. Daughter liked her cheese quesadilla. The meal came with free ice cream for kids. They take Apple Pay, but they require the cvv. So basically not Apple Pay. Parking was easy.

(UPDATE - 12 Sep 25) Well, our latest dinner visit to Lupe Tortilla was not up to standards food-wise for LT. My wife and I both got the Hatch Chile Chicken dish. I had ordered it our last visit and it was amazing. This round...something was off. Not sure exactly what, but seems like the Hatch Chile topping itself was overcooked or something. It was still good, but not the same amazing flavor. Had very solid wait service, as always. On the "atmosphere" front, had to take a tick off this round as dang! it was so loud in the part of the restaurant we were in between the piped-in music, normal noise generated by lots of people, and one table with incredibly-loud people. Still, Lupe Tortilla is our go-to for Tex-Mex. Typically, they are awesome and remain recommended. (LAST UPDATE) Another great Lupe Tortilla experience. Got there about 5 PM on Friday and it was already packed, but only had to wait about 8 mins for a table. The food is just outstanding, as are the margaritas. Keep it up!

Lupe Torrilla never disappoints. Went in on a Sunday afternoon with my family around 4pm. The only issue with this establishment/location is that there has always been a wait time in order to be seated. Waited about 30 minutes to be seated this time but I have to say the wait is worth it. I got the salmon on the wood plank this time and I was completely satisfied. It looked and tasted amazing! If you're a fan of salmon, I highly recommend it. The good thing about this place is they give you chips, salsa, and beans while you wait for your food. I've had a few of their menu items (tacos, fajitas, enchiladas) and I've never been disappointed. Service was good and wasn't too long of a wait for the actual food. I will probably always come back to Lupe Tortilla if they keep the food the same.

A group of us went to enjoy lunch and were treated great by the staff. The food all arrived quickly and was hot. No issues with anything. Good Tex-mex food.

We've had great experiences at Lupe Tortilla's overall; the bbm's are the best version of a margarita in my humble opinion. I'm also of the opinion that in any restaurant, if my food order is not right, I'm not sending it back to the kitchen for several reasons. The main is that I've seen the movie Waiting...; I can't imagine what the Stone Oak version of that would be. I dont want to find out. I normally love Lupes, the bartenders are top notch and the atmosphere is great. However, I ordered the carnitas tacos this time and was not impressed. The tacos were stuffed with lettuce and the most unfavorable carnitas I've ever had. I'll go back and try other dishes, but a solid no to the carnitas.

We dined at Lupe Tortilla on a Sunday afternoon. There was a short wait for a table and the restaurant was very busy. Since we have never been to a Lupe Tortilla a small fajita sample was brought to our table. The fajitas are absolutely delicious. We ordered the fajitas for the table which includes the sides plus a small bowl of beans and a small bowl of rice. Prices are a little high for the portions you get. Service was just ok. My biggest problem is all of the flies inside the restaurant. We had to continually swat at the flies to keep them off or food.

Update Dec. 2019: My husband had heard that they served breakfast so we tried it yesterday. I'm a barbacoa fan so I had the barbacoa taco plate which typically comes with beans, potatoes, and eggs. I asked for an alternative to the beans and potatoes and got a side salad with lime vinaigrette. My food portion was very generous and I was pretty sure I was taking food home. The side salad with avocado and my iced coffee were 5 stars but the barbacoa was on the dry side. I was surprised with the extra charge for the salad because our server didn't mention it. My husband loves huevos rancheros and tried it. He also ordered chicken puffy taco. His food was average. I had given feedback with the barbacoa and the manager was kind to have removed it from our bill. It was a bummer as I wanted to come back to try the coffee cocktails but may just stick with dinners. 2018: Tried this restaurant from a coworker's recommendation. Just like he said, since it's our first time, they'll give us a free taste of the beef fajitas which is what they're known for. Sitting on the high tops, we got free chips and queso, salsa and beans. We got the beef and chicken fajitas to share. My husband didn't care for the chicken chalupa. I should've listened to the waiter's recommendation - the prickly pear margarita would be sweet.

Staff are overworked and underpaid and it shows, greeting staff and managers are nice and welcoming but servers, and especially to go staff are usually done for the day when they arrive. Orders are wrong 30% of the time for to go and then they still want tips.. for doing nothing but walking into the back to get your food and taking your money. Ive waited an hour for curbside, walked in and saw six servers laughing and chatting at a table inside. Great food, good atmosphere but this location could use more customer service

Lupe Tortilla (1604 & 281) The service was truly the highlight of our visit. Our waiter was very accommodating and attentive, which we genuinely appreciated. No sweet tea was available. We started with the guacamole and chips, and the guacamole was very good—fresh, well-made, and a generous, healthy portion. Unfortunately, the entrées were disappointing. We ordered a burrito and a tortilla soup. Both dishes contained grilled chicken that was noticeably burnt. The burnt flavor completely overpowered the food. The tortilla soup was sent back and not eaten. I attempted to eat my burrito, but the chicken inside the burrito was also burnt, had very little cheese, or anything else inside and lacked flavor beyond the burnt taste. The side on the plate included lettuce, onions, and tomatoes was fresh and looked healthy, but without sour cream , dressing or salsa, it was unclear how it was meant to be used or enjoyed. In the end, neither meal was good. The burnt chicken left an unpleasant taste, and we were unable to finish our food. While the service and appetizer were strong points, the quality of the main dishes did not meet expectations.

Wrong food. Too long. They kept bringing the wrong food. Chicken and meat fajitas were so dry that I thought I would chock. Some items we asked for never made it to our table. Very disappointed. Will not be going there anymore.

The price is overpriced for what you get. My asparagus was cold and was proven by the lack of melted cheese. The service lacked very much. We had to as a different server to find ours just to get a check. The menu is very geared towards the Stone Oak population. When we arrived it was a cluster to decide to exactly was taking us to our seat. I will say the decor is cute and Texan and well placed. Save your $$ and go to a chain.

This is great for doing something every once in awhile. The fajitas are always great! However, I do find it very difficult to justify $50.95 for 2 people, and $16 for a chicken fajita quesadilla appetizer. That's why it's good for every once in awhile. The dine-in is always better than the takeout. For some reason, something is always missing from the order for the takeout in the food is sometimes cool and not cold. It gets a little frustrating to have to heat up and really good fajitas that are always cold and everything else is either piping hot or warm. I am paying a ton of money for fajitas, they should be hot. And curbside service is going down,... quickly.

Have been going for a while but not anymore. The prices are so high, and service is slow if you get served at all. Tonight we waited an hour for food that didn't even arrive and all it was, was a quesadilla. Unfortunately very very bad service tonight. Chuys is just down the road if you want better service.

New years day, 11:30 am Sat at the bar as we have many times. All the bartenders are on top of their games but today Javier was overwhelmed. Not his fault. Mgt elected to have one bartender on New Years day? We felt so sorry for Javier. He performed like a rock star but no one individual can handle the bar for an entire restaurant as busy as Lupe. Almost forgot, our food was delivered cold. I guess the entire staff was short. Unaceptable.

The ribs here are usually pretty good. But the ribs I had today were literally the dryest most terrible ribs I’ve ever had in my life. Honestly doesn’t even taste fresh. I honestly bet they were leftover ribs from yesterday and just reheated which would cause them to be super dry like they were. Complete waste of money. If I knew ahead of time they were leftover I would have just ate at home and not wasted my time and money going there.

The food here is usually solid. The churros are delicious (when and if they have them). The downside to this restaurant is they take a long time serving you drinks and definitely the food typically. Occasionally, you can go and get reasonable food service times but most times the wait after being seated is terrible. Today my wife and I went after church and arrived their around 11:15am. No wait to be seated at all. It took longer today than ever before to eat though. We left at 1pm. Not only did we wait like 1 hour for the food, the food was simply not up to par. My wife ordered the carne asada and they literally brought out ONE tortilla. We had to ask for more. I got the geraldo tamales. The rice was overcooked and hard and my beans looked as if they had been sitting somewhere chilled for 2 hours. Couldn't enjoy it all so the wait certainly was NOt worth it. The manager said they were running behind in kitchen but today was ridiculous. They only took $7 off the entire bill of $75. My wife said she doesn't EVER want to return and I don't plan to return until next year because of the sub par food and extremely long wait time. Many other customers outside asked for check before their food even came and even asked for it to be packaged to go because of how long the wait was. Hire more people to resolve or you will lose a lot of business

I spent about $200 here tonight, sitting at a bar high top. Just me and a buddy. There were prolly 6 customers at the bar and I had to ask for every refill I got for my client and me. Had to ask to order appetizers. Had to ask to order dinner. Had to ask for the check. Just awful service.

My family and I decided to try out Lupe tortillas we were seated.We noticed there was no silver ware. We were served chips,hot sauce and small cups of beans. We ordered our food. When our food arrived we were expecting to get our silverware but that didn't happen. My son had to get up and ask someone for some silverware. The food was ok. The prices are a little pricey. The hosts weren't friendly at all. I was expecting better service and friendlier employees.

I always have horrible service when I come here but the food is amazing. Tonight: We were not acknowledged when we sat at the bar for 10 minutes. I was served a drink with a paper towel when I asked for a napkin. Beer cases are stored all over the bar and limit access to bar seating. We ordered a second drink and asked for the same thing we ordered before and we received the correct drinks, not dressed. Bathrooms are a mess. Handicapped stall put of TP. Queso is always amazing and we love the black barrel margaritas! Tortillas mmmmm. Also, access to the bathroom for anyone that is handicapped, is difficult. There is a table with chairs that blocks access so you have to be careful. Overall food is a 5, service, cleanliness, and ease of access a 1.

We ordered food online at 6:30pm with an expected delivery around 7:30pm. The order was “allegedly” picked up at 7:03 and yet never showed up. We called the restaurant to figure out what happened and rather than them trying to help up figure out where our $150 order is the manager was rude and incredibly disrespectful. Look I get it’s probably stressful working with a 3rd part delivery service but come on. To give attitude and tell us it’s not their problem anymore was uncalled for. Manager is childish and not very good at his job. It took over 2.5 hours to get our food out to us and when I tried to figure out what was going on he just hung up on me instead of actually trying to explain the situation. They are not so busy that it takes over 2.5 hours to cook 3 meals. They're also physically incapable of providing the so called sizzling fajitas they offer. They come cold, in a lukewarm pan, swimming in oil that they put on the pan to make the sizzle. When we requested new, hot fajitas, they brought us out a second pan of lukewarm fajitas soaking in oil. We eventually brought the manager over and they didn't care in the slightest and just offered us more fajitas that I'm sure also would have come out lukewarm like the two plates before. This location is one to stay away from.

We came here on May 1st and were very disappointed in everything. After we ordered our food it took 45 minutes to get the food and that was after we went and asked why is it taking so long. When they did start to bring the food, they didn't bring everyone's food. They brought some, then several minutes later they brought a little more. Some dishes they didn't bring all the sides like tortillas and by the time they did, the main dish was cold. People at other tables that were seated long after us got their food before us or while our food was slowly being served. The waiter was very rude and disrespectful. We asked to speak to the manager and they sent the Manager In Training who was not very friendly. As for the food, it was horrible. Burnt, overcooked, dry and flavorless.

2 times now I've been served under cooked food. 1st was chicken fajitas that were raw and now an order of salmon. I like this place but I worry about what I'm going to be served.

We ordered chicken fajitas, if you go on line to look for fajitas, it is not what Lupes gives you. One chile pepper on the dish is all you get with the sides of course! There should be many peppers mixed with the meat choice. I know they use to serve them different with peppers mixed with the meat choice. WHAT HAPPENED?

Very unorganized management and honestly the worst service we have ever experienced. We went there last night with our family and sat at our table for over 35 minutes with no waiter or waitress assigned to us. No one came to greet us, take drink orders, or even acknowledge us. When we asked another waiter for help, he said he would check for us and then another 20 minutes passed with nothing. I finally had to get up and speak to the host at the door before someone came to our table. After we ordered, my husband’s food and my kids’ food arrived about 30 minutes later. We were still waiting on mine. It took another 30 minutes for my food to come out by that time, everyone else was already done eating, and I ended up eating alone. To make matters worse, the beef fajita was raw and the shrimp was burned. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was nothing short of unacceptable. We were initially told there would be a 15-minute wait for our party of five. That turned into over an hour of waiting, with repeated excuses and no transparency. When we were finally seated, the table was soaking wet and had clearly not been wiped down. Even worse, my wife’s chair was dirty, and a sauce left on the seat stained her dress. A floor manager (John), who had been standing nearby watching, did little more than dry off the table—no apology, no concern, no accountability. Despite clearly stating this was a special occasion, the service only continued to fail. My wife’s entrée was incorrect, and when the correct side was brought out, it arrived cold. Not once did anyone acknowledge her birthday, apologize for the numerous mistakes, or attempt any form of service recovery. For a restaurant that presents itself as suitable for celebrations, this level of negligence and indifference is inexcusable. This place is not worth the time, money, or trust—especially for a special occasion.

Ordered to go unbelievable the side portions. Queso for $1.95 was about one tablespoon size and the guac same thing. Will Not return! That photo of the queso is the size tiny!!! The bill for fajitas and sides was over $120.00 and that’s what we got!
