The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating... I loved the savory pancit palabok with lemon juice.. chicken joy and peach mango pie completed my day.. the happiest place to unwind..

Food was extremely good, got all the spicy chicken, the spaghetti had enough sauce, the mango pies were the perfect temperature. Staff was really nice and helped me out when I asked for more plates. Bathroom was clean and nice. It's in a good location, the lighting is nice, floor and tables were clean, music is not that good. Benson the cashier was extremely nice and helpful, I asked him for food that he recommended for me and my friends, what he picked for us filled us all up and we are extremely full. Will be coming back

Just when u think the #1 Chicken fast food chain in America (twice in a row (2024/2025) couldn’t get any better….Jollibee collabs with Katseye Korean girl band and the result got even yummier! I prefer the Katseye chicken sandwich meal because it comes with cucumber & onions besides having that gooey delicious sauce all over it! I’m glad it isn’t sold out anymore. I’ve had them 2 weeks in a row as well and it’s super worth trying. 2 thumbs up, Jollibee x Katseye! 👍🏼👍🏼😋😋

The chicken was very very crispy and you could actually feel the heat from the spicy chicken unlike other fast food chicken joints that claim to have a spicy chicken. The spaghetti was unique as was the flavor of the chicken and gravy. They both had a spice I couldn’t place but it made it taste very good. I also tried the burger steak and that was pretty good as well!! I will definitely hit up Jolibee again!

First time eating at Jollibee, had the noodles, one piece of chicken and a fried chicken sandwich and I have to say this is definitely top tier chicken. The restaurant is a little small but the service is quick. Highly recommend over KFC or Chick-fil-A.

First time eating at Jollibee, had the noodles, one piece of chicken and a fried chicken sandwich and I have to say this is definitely top tier chicken. The restaurant is a little small but the service is quick. Highly recommend over KFC or Chick-fil-A.

Another chicken place, my son and wife never seem to get tired of chicken. My son is saying that the jollibee is the best chicken by some blogger on the internet an he agrees with that. My wife loves chicken and her first choice “was” Boston Market but they are no more so jollibee is now her first choice.

Jolliebee has a reputation for being the "best" fried chicken. I definitely would put it among top fried chicken, but know that they do not offer white meat aside from the chicken tenders. So if you want bone-in fried chicken breast, you're not going to find it here. Nonetheless, good fried chicken and I love the Filipino style spaghetti: sweetness to the tomato sauce with sliced hotdogs. The mango peach pies are akin to Mc Donald's apple pies (which, btw...are they even made anymore-?!) Yummy!

Love their fried chicken--crispy, juicy & flavorful. Mashed potatoes w/ gravy also very good.

My first time at Jollibee did not disappoint. The food was very fresh and well seasoned. It was so good I went back the next day. The food was not as hot as the first time and they did forget to provide my mango peach pie with my meal and I was not able to get any mashed potatoes

The cashier misunderstood our order and had to fix it. It's attached to a shopping center which was nice to check out after we ate.

The place is not that big, the service is fast. The table and floor need to be cleaned. The foods are good.

The chicken here is really as good as people say it is. I was pretty skeptical but the fried chicken is awesome. Pretty loud and busy but otherwise its great.

Stopped in to get my chicken fix. Tried to order the chicken sampler meal (6 piece chicken, 3 tenders, and 2 chicken sandwich) but the guy kept trying to ring me up for 2 piece chicken joy or something else. Don't know if the guy was new or what so I repeated order 2 more times. Finally had to point it out on the menu behind him before he got it right. Think they need more training or something. Overall the food is good. Juicy chicken. Chicken sandwiches are pretty good (good sized chicken) compared to other fast food chains. Food is good but they need to work on service.

Been goinbhere for years but some crew cannot handle the stress of orders influx and started making faces calling some customers DOROTHY otherwise the food is good but you need to hire people with long patience! If they act that way then how do we trust that they will not DIRTY our food!

I want to say almost 3... And I had been to another jollybee years earlier and had the pineapple burger .forgot what it's called. At this place it wasn't even on the menu ..so I couldn't see price or if they even had it .I asked if they have the pineapple cheeseburger . He said yes ...so I said why isn't it on the menu. How dumb is that. Anyway I order three for kids and I . And it was expensive too ..8.99 each I think. I went about two weeks ago. Was delicious but not spectacular ..I like the booths. The cashier was nice. Next time we will try the chicken ..but the ambience is not good. And i prefer more of an Asian design. I'm Caucasian and love Asian food .. the banana pie didn't taste much like banana..longon...nice and crispy though . I probably won't go back. Not worth spending so much just for a grilled slice of pineapple.

Two bad things happened. The first one I ordered Pancit Palabok with extra sauce in seperate container and I paid more than $11 . They gave me all sauce in a paper box “leaking” and no pancit palabok . Then the second incident happend. I ordered Pacit Palabok again , six pieces chicken and extra sauce in seperate container. No problem with my order. But I’ve waited for my order too long. I was given an electronic device No.50 same number in my receipt. I waited too long and my electronic device did not flash red light. So I approach the counter found out somebody put a wrong number in my order’s receipt which is no.433. I talked to the Manager and he say nothing very unprofessional..By the way the guy’s name who took my order is BENSO.. This bad experience happened on Dec 01, 2024.

Please next time can you check the chicken before you serve to your customer because I just order this evening around 6:40pm I went home and I see a chicken with burn on the side we know you all tired but don't do this PLEASE thanks.

Ordered 2 chicken tender meals, 1 spicy sandwich, and a 2 piece w/palabok. It took over 20 minutes. My issue is that I heard to orders with numbers higher than ours get called. In addition the person taking our order seemed like he was bothered by us.

Restaurant lost my order I placed hours in advance and didnt tell me until 10 minutes before pickup. Had to wait an additional half hour and endure a yelling match between everyone else in the restaurant. Manager didnt even apologize. Cant believe this place is popular.

Well I have been back several times at the request of family. In the past I've been able to scan my receipts for points. Yesterday, I again forgot to give them my phone number, and when I went to enter the numbers on my receipt there were none. Now Jollibee is cheating me out of my points. Shame on you Jollibee.

The Guy who assisted my husband has fake attitude. Forgot that the order supposed to be spicy. Even assured that they have spicy. One of the cook said to him what was the order about and he just told him that he didn't understand what my husband was saying so he was all smiling when he did the order in front of us and makes fun after he finished processing the payment. I ordered the 2-piece chicken combo today, but I was quite disappointed with what I received. Half of the box was filled with steamed rice, which felt excessive. I specifically requested two leg pieces, but what I got were much smaller portions that barely took up half the box. The fries were another letdown. They weren’t the usual Jollibee fries but seemed much thinner and shorter, almost like the cheapest kind you’d find at a supermarket. Overall, the meal didn’t meet the quality I’ve come to expect from Jollibee. Definitely not worth the price this time.
