As usual for a Jamba, attentive service staff, yummy treats, and often a substantial wait for pick-up. Worth it. The parking lot is the least attractive thing about this place, LOL! Tight spots and always so busy you have to watch and wait, watch and wait, be ready to honk f the one who isn’t watching while backing out of their spot and almost into you. Restroom on premises.

It was a really hot day today, and Jamba was packed. I never really write reviews, but Maurica (the clerk and I think regional manager) was calm and ran the store well. I asked for the Banana Berry Smoothie, and apparently Jamba is having a national shortage of bananas. So instead of using the frozen bananas, she used regular bananas and was right out with the smoothies. It was nice that she went out of her way, and I appreciated the sentiment despite the busyness of the hot spring day.

I haven’t been to Jamba Juice for a while. But this store made a great smoothie. Service was fast. I barely waited anything and it was already ready.

Always quick and consistent - the crew changes up a bit, but they are consistently trained as it doesn't matter who I get, they make my favorite smoothies the same way I like them every time.

The morning crew is always fantastic! The staff is always nice and helpful and provide a good atmosphere to be a customer on their store and it seems like a fun place to work!

The staff is very hepful and friendly. And they had the turkey wraps!!! Jamba is steady OUT of turkey wraps, but they had them and I was juiced. Thanks san carlos Jamba!

I absolutely love this jamba juice in san carlos. It's my favorite one in the bay area because they're nice and friendly. I never once have to deal with negativity which is a plus.The service is always positive and I always feel welcomed. I love GG and Julie and shawn. They represent how workers in customer service should act like all the time. They are like the gold standard.😎💪👍

Great juices. The peanut butter one is my favorite. If it is your first time here, get the orange dream machine, it is like their signature drink. They will also split them into smaller cups for kids if you ask. This is our goto spot before dance or gymnastics when the kids need a pick me up to get them through the end of day activities.

I wanted to order the Orange Supreme juice but was informed that this location unfortunately doesn't do fresh apple juice onsite, so anything on the national Jamba Juice menu that contains apples is unavailable here. I then asked if they could make it without the apple juice. Sadly another ingredient for that item is carrots and they had run out of carrots today. So I ended up ordering carrot-banana juice with a dash of ginger. The employee was nice enough to let me taste it before he poured it all out of the blender. I also ordered a standard strawberry-banana smoothie for my kid. Both tasted great.

We arrived here at 8:32. And they said they were closed pulling the chairs and tables inside. I’m pretty sure it says 9pm on the door too. -__-

I went out of my way, to this location based on the 4 stars Unfortunately I did not receive that level of service from this location. Now, I will preface I used to manage a few Jamba's and I do have a high maintenance order, but ALL other locations have managed to get it right I love Jamba and the vibe and crave their delicious smoothies, so it pains me to write this First off, no greetings or eye contact, no biggie Second the girl who takes my order let's me rattle it off (about 4-5 mods) then she asked about the first thing I said. I knew she didn't enter anything She never clarified any of my other mods and 'punched' at the register for like 5 mins I also order a wheatgrass and a Sourdough Pretzel I crave their OJ & wanted to alter the wheatgrass but didn't dare ask because I knew she didn't care After paying $17+ I asked for the receipt Sure enough, the smoothie wasn't even close to what I wanted, I asked for a Med, she rang up a Large??? She put an Apple Pretzel into the warmer so the other girl had to correct that as well. Overall this one girl is costing her team having to remake things, costing her store because I won't be back and herself No one i Is forcing her to work there , just quiit, please! There was a two toned hair girl there working hard but it couldn't save the experience. I should mention another woman had the same issues, rung up wrong, etc She said she's always there, and its always like this Unacceptable!!!

We paid $10.99+tax x 2 = $24 for 2 açaí bowls. They had no spoons?! I told the girl, how am I supposed to eat an Açaí bowl with no spoon or fork? The worker Kyla told me to walk over to Starbucks and ask for a spoon. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I got my bowl and began eating eat and realized it was missing the granola. I tried calling the store, I got no answer so I drove back while standing in line I heard the girl tell the customer in front of me they were out of granola. I don't know who does the ordering for this store but they need to do a better job. I may also add they can never get the consistency of my bowls correct either they are usually too soupy
