Great spot! I went on a Monday and had spaghetti and meatballs for under 7 dollars and very tasty. Small restaurant as much of their business is delivery. I recommend going in and meeting the nice staff for a unique, quaint experience

Not your average pizza. Incredible reminds me of some pizza joints I discovered in Seattle, that's saying a lot that this pizza is as good or better than I had out there! Also dude at the counter gave me a free pink lemonade slush! Very nice people working here!

They have Vegan cheese and load up on the veggies. Great little place. Great price. If you want beer with your pizza they let you bring in your own alcohol.

Surfside Pizza has re-opened!!! It is even better than before. The new owner really cares about the details and making sure that the customer is 100% satisfied with the experience. You will feel as though you are in his home for a pizza. I enjoyed the meat lovers pizza which had the perfect crust and toppings. Though i took it home with me, the pizza was still nice and hot. I understand from the owner that the pizza sauce is his Italian moms' "secret sauce". The sauce was rich with just the perfect amount of garlic. And, Surfside Pizza is home of the world famous Pietro's Favorite Lemon Ice; just in time for summer. You will be blown away by the strawberry or lemon ice frozen treat. Refreshing, tangy and not too sweet strikes the perfect balance. (a little more tart than sweet which I love). Simple yet tasty ingredients all around for a perfect pizza dinner and refreshing frozen treat. So glad Surfside is back!

I’m visiting from Florida and came in with a friend who is local. She loves this place so we came over here to grab some lunch before dealing with the DMV. We sat outside to enjoy the perfect weather and SoCal vibe. The pizza was super delicious and the staff is really nice and friendly. We got our order quickly, too. Definitely a 5/5 experience and will be back!

Ordered carryout... got a pizza with the toppings I wanted (bacon, spinach, ricotta and pineapple) and an order of garlic bread. The garlic bread was good- buttery, garlicky, delish! The pizza was very good - the crust was sturdy enough to hold all the toppings but not cardboard-y. The bacon was good- salty, crispy, not too fatty. They were generous with the ricotta and pineapple. The spinach could have been more generous but it was fine. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely go back!

Ordered carryout... got a pizza with the toppings I wanted (bacon, spinach, ricotta and pineapple) and an order of garlic bread. The garlic bread was good- buttery, garlicky, delish! The pizza was very good - the crust was sturdy enough to hold all the toppings but not cardboard-y. The bacon was good- salty, crispy, not too fatty. They were generous with the ricotta and pineapple. The spinach could have been more generous but it was fine. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely go back!

The quality of the pizza and wings was very good, but the price was a bit much. We come to Dana point a few times a year and the place we stay at gives us a discount on local places to eat. For several years, we've always gotten pizza here and the quality is amazing. However, even with a 20% discount, one large two-topping pizza and 24 wings was still 65 dollars.

I have been coming here for many years and have always enjoyed the pizza. However, the service has become unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. Not only do they get the order wrong, but they are beginning to become very stingy on the toppings. And seems to always be cold. These guys must not realize how many pizza places are in town these days. I may come back. But not any time soon! Sincerely

Beware, the prices listed online are wildly inaccurate and they're no longer the good value option. Just spent nearly $60 for a bare bones pizza and a salad. With Truly and A Pizza Doho so close, there is no reason to come here anymore. Edited to add: the pizza is bad now too. Red Baron is better than this.
