So delicious! The California roll was the best one I’ve ever had- it was made fresh and very tasty. The spam musubi was delicious as well- hot and the rice cooked perfectly. The gyoza was good as well. The prices are fair, and the service was great.

This Chiven Teriyaki bowl was delicious! Great portion, fresh vegetables, very good flavor — and what I loved the most… the chicken was freshly cooked for me right when I ordered. The price was also great, only $11 for a healthy and tasty meal. The staff was very kind and patient ☺️ Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be back to try other flavors.

The list of sauces to choose from com in a variety of flavors that will satisfy any tastes. (Sweet Citrus & House). To finish up there is a wide variety of toppings to add. You can get your selection as a bowl or a salad.

Real good poke place in Rosecrans/Midway area. Many fresh seafood options with rice or salad bowls. Wish the scoops were bigger though :). Parking can tight but there is additional parking in back by Pet shop. Will definitely repeat.

The food is very good, sometimes I drive 30 minutes one way just to eat their food, the only issue I have is that sometimes they serve you enough and other times too low amount everything depends on the person. But the food is very good. I order the poke and any of the prepared protein scoops available all are good.

It was my first time there. The girl behind the counter was very patient with me. I got it to go and ordered one for my son also in case he changed his mind..put 3 different sauces on the side for him to choose from. I scarfed mine down the moment i got home. It was excellent.

Build your own poke bowls! I've had inconsistent service here, ranging from mildly unsat to fantastic (when the owner was present). Either way, the food was fresh and I always enjoy my orders. Nice environment too.

Wow never had something like this before and it was really good! Had the grilled salmon and love how you can customize. Only thing I didn’t like was the guava drink. Had an odd taste to it not very guava like. Will come back definitely!

Food and service is fine. Owner is nice. Some tips: - don’t walk away from me until I give you my full order. They consistently go straight to cooking after 1 word. It’s annoying when I’m super thirsty and could have gotten my drink first. - at they register, ask me if I want a drink or something. They consistently just ring you up without a word - ask me if I want to eat for here or to go. I keep getting handed to go bags by default. It’s a waste of plastic.

In my opinion, the servings are too small for the price. I’ve had much better quality fish with much larger servings of everything for a lower price. Every time I go here I am just a little more bummed that it’s so little for so much. For some reason my poke tasted kind of off today to. I live nearby, so I’d go here much more often if they at least increased the portions of the extras like seaweed salad and stuff.

They have good poke. It’s a shame that their good food is tainted by their lack of professionalism and cleanliness. Their google hours don’t match up to the hours posted in store. And when you try to come in around 20 minutes before closing - the employees will refuse to serve you stating that they are closing early. They close literally whenever they feel like it. There is NO consistency in their hours. It’s a shame it’s being managed this way.

Decent poki selection, and the speed of service was excellent. I wouldn't say this is a place to go out of the way, but if you're right there or passing by it would be a solid choice. There are a wide variety of sauces which if given more chances to try the poke I'd try the various choices. The fish seemed fresh for a speedy poki spot.

Should I really have to tell a food service worker to wash their hands or use gloves or maybe both. The last two times I have come to this location, two young guys working and one eating right behind the register area. He literally took a bite of his food , licked his fingers and went to the back. How DISGUSTING!! SPEAKING OF DISGUSTING, the lack of care being taken inside the restaurant is quite evident to the natural eye. Extremely dirty air vents on the ceiling behind the food, dirty/gloomy windows. A little care goes along way and a lot of quality in your employees and establishment goes even further!!

I ordered online, one of my orders didn’t habe the toppings that I added, the regular size is pretty small, I didn’t notice a relevant difference between regular & large size either. It was not mix as I request, it taste like a regular poke place, nothing good about it. When I arrived to pick up the order I have to wait at least 10 min more..... The service was poorly, I do not recommend this place.

Had an online order. They missed some of the items I had ordered on my poke bowl. Also it’s an extra dollar for at least the 2 scoop bowl for a pickup order. sometimes 3rd party sites increase prices but just a heads up on that. Salmon was good and like how crab isn’t extra. I would just suggest not placing an online order.

The food was warm with poki one would cool but nope it was warm. The waitress was cold and unfriendly. I wish they gave me a bigger bowl but it's was clean and a nice space to have lunch

Update: wanted to give this yet another try. The young lady that works here is very rude and gives the smallest portions. The food was lacking freshness and taste. The grilled salmon my mom got was tiny. The lettuce was very old. Have been a regular for 2+ years but yesterday i went in for a poke salad bowl and a salmon salad bowl and the young guy who served us was extreme stingy. Our bowls had barely any rice or lettuce to begin with. The tiniest scoops of add-ons too. He put so little food in my bowl that it was more like soup with mostly kimchi and house sauce. I am never wasting my money here again. I don’t recommend going there. Food tastes great but the portion lately is minimal. Wish i had asked for my money back.

This location has been one of my favorite places to come eat poke after today I won't be coming back. The employee serving the food named Diana gave me a nasty attitude and started off the conversation with ''WHAT DO YOU WANT'' instead of greeting me. aren't I the customer? This was an unpleasant experience that I wish no one ever has to go through. Once serving my food she was so careless about the way she was serving it. Even the Customers there noticed it and even one of them walked out. You guys just lost a recurring customer. ZERO STARS.

I was very disappointed. The fish portion was a joke each serving of fish in a poke bowl was about three little pieces of fish. I asked for seaweed, and it was about four strands of seaweed.

Awfully bad has gone downhill, If you get to see this review you're extremely lucky, I used to come here often and rave about this restaurant but it has gone downhill, really far downhill, I ordered the chicken teriyaki it was served rancid, The meat was a greenish gray color..... It takes a long time for chicken meat to turn that color So they had plenty of warning and or they just left the meat out and then the next day threw it in the refrigerator thinking it's okay to save it and serve it to customers that we would be too dumb to know that they were serving us rancid food, I've also read some of the other reviews of people being served old fish but also keep in mind that most people are too busy to come here and write a review so just know that there are many of us that are suffering but take the time to write these reviews about these awful restaurants not doing the right thing, I truly would have to say this is about the worst restaurant in ALL of Point Loma.... There's not enough time or room on this review for me to give you All of the details, but definitely skip this place.

Me and my husband decided to try it for the first time, we love poke and just moved to the neighborhood. The website said it closed at 10pm. We got there at 9:35 and unfortunately the lady was cleaning and said they were closed because they needed to go home. Very disappointing. The good news is that Panda Express was just across the street and we knew that they would follow their hours. Got at Panda 9:55 and they didn't have the food we wanted ready to go.. the difference is that instead of sending us home they started cooking it. That's how a great costumer service is done. Next time we will just go straight to Panda...
