We went here with a big group(25) for brunch. Great food and excellent service! Yummy mimosas! The staff was super attentive and the food came out pretty quickly . Or maybe it didn't and I just didn't notice after my mimosas! Wink, wink!! We sat upstairs and I would go back again.
I went here with some friends on a Friday afternoon for lunch with some friends. It has a great rooftop with an ocean view! There were a lot of college kids partying which were kinda loud - but we made sure not to sit by them. We decided to split a few different items - we got buffalo cauliflower, surf and turf nachos, and the seafood tower. All of the food was great! The seafood tour was very fresh and had a variety of everything you could possibly imagine - even ahi tuna! It's a great place to grab some drinks and a few bites with friends for a good view!
My wife and I had our wedding reception/dinner at Firehouse and we were overwhelmed with how everything turned out. We reserved the rooftop that overlooked Mission Blvd and had beautiful view of the ocean. Our section & the staff were ready to go even though we showed up 45 minutes early! (Sorry about that crew :) Dan was our server and he was fantastic. He was quick, friendly and took care of all of are guest very well. The manager (i wish i could remember her name) was present the whole time and made sure we were all happy and everything was up to our expectations! She was also fantastic!! Food was AWESOME and we couldn't have asked for a better time and place to hold our reception! A HUGE thank you to the staff and everyone at FIREHOUSE!
I only went here for drinks, but I really enjoyed the decor. Their beer selection is ok as well as the prices, but I really dug the feel of it. There is a lot of stone and fire, there's a rooftop lounge with heating lamp to keep you warm. There wasn't a long wait to get in and it was easy to find a seat to catch up with friends. I had fun there.
Lovely environment, and super inviting. Staff was attentive and friendly. Creative menu without breaking the bank. Went in by myself and didn't feel alone at all. I'm also a server and was delighted to learn that they do industry night on Mondays. Also LOVE the upstairs area!
Great time. Get the quesadilla with the tomato soup. It’s unreal. Shoutout to Sydney our server for the recommendation. She was awesome.
Absolutely love this place! Been to San Diego twice now and both times had an absolutely amazing time! Today we got waited on by Jameson and she was honestly the best server I've ever had! Came over at the perfect times, always made sure our water and drinks were full and just truly genuine as a person! Couldn't be more happy with the service and the food was soooooo good! Definitely try the acai bowl! It was like a fruity ice cream rather then a yogurt, now I'm going to crave it all the time! So good!!
This was such a good choice for brunch. Bloody Mary mix was outstanding, not to mention the hot pickle and the pickle juice salted rim. I got the classic American breakfast. The potatoes are homemade and seasoned well. The acai bowl was like a dream. There was so much granola and toppings. Our server Jameson was so attentive. I worked as a server for years and this girl read her tables well. She was there when we needed her and gave us space for us to enjoy our brunch when we needed it. She did an excellent job.
Nice spot i decided to visit the beach and came across firehouse, not so much of a wait getting in but the bar line was kinda crazy. 2 story bar small areas but plenty of places to sit and dance. Good vibes, young crowd and alot of alcohol options. I would come here again to be honest.
1st thing - Don’t come here. It awesome the way that it is and I really don’t want you to ruin it. The food is wonderful. The service is awesome. It’s so chill. I LOVE it here. Please don’t come here and ruin it. Specifically, Villa (Johnathan) is such a good bartender. So friendly and attentive. The perfect kind of bartender. Plus it is right next door to an actual FIREHOUSE. Even though the fire dudes are not as hot in San Diego it’s still good. 🧡🧡🧡
Wife and I really enjoyed it here. Quality of food and drinks was excellent, service was fast and friendly, and the rooftop space is really nice! Seems like they can easily accommodate larger groups in the cabanas if needed.
I loved the Creme Brulee French Toast, it was amazing, I strongly recommend their salads and their lunch special. Their alcoholic drinks were also amazing as well. Service was great and the server was very personable and always quick to make our experience easy and comfortable. The roof tables with the view of the beach made the meal even better.
We had Steven and he was awesome! Super attentive, great problem solver, very quick, and seemed super kind. We noticed some of the other waitresses/waiters looked annoyed a lot, so we were even more grateful that we got him. The food was... fine. My friend didn't really care for her noodles, she said they were very salty and watery. However... she actually drank water. I've never seen her drink water while out eating before, so they were so salty it got her hydrating. LoL (I'm trying to be positive) I got the tomato bisque, it was standard. The salt and pepper shrimp was pretty standard... more salty than I've had it in other places... but to be fair, I've had a lot worse elsewhere. I got the French toast... it was fine. Overall, we didn't feel the food was worth the price. It was for sure just paying for the ambiance. We spent $145 for two people, only one person had alcoholic beverages Overall, I should give this place around a 3 or 4 stars... but our waiter really made this place shine. He gets 7 stars... so that helped the score
Sydney is an absolute angel! She’s make sure that everything was taken care of food and beverages! 10/10 would recommend coming here if you’re trying to have a good time!!
Love coming here for their mimosa flights, brunch and the Easy Does It drink. It is light, fresh and refreshing. The service around lunch time is one of the best I've seen. We were seated within a reasonable time and was able to add more guests onto our table without any hesitation from the seating host. Selena was our waitress and although she was busy, she made sure to keep the drinks coming which kept us happy.
I cannot say enough positive things about this restaurant. We traveled across the country for our 20th anniversary. They delivered in service as well as food quality and taste. We were in San Diego for five nights. We ate three dinners at the Firehouse because it was exceptional. Everyone from the hostess to the wait staff and management treated us phenomenally. Stop by. You won’t be disappointed. GET THE DUCK FAT FRIES.
This place was so awesome for drinks and brunch! The watermelon drink was my absolute favorite, and the food was incredible! I definitely recommend the calamari, brussel sprouts, and the bagel bites! Upstairs turns into more of a bar scene at night, so they clear out all the tables around 4:30. Super fun! And a beautiful atmosphere!
Unlike other bars in PB, this one has the best music, specials, ambiance, and staff. They even offer most of their cocktails as mock tails for those that aren’t drinking. This is my top choice for going out in PB.
Huge line outside for the upstairs music event but we went there for dinner. Hostess was very accommodating and put us in a separate line. The food was really good but the best part was their lettuce wrapped burger. Medium rare cooked to perfection. Their service was very friendly and accommodating.
You have to try Firehouse! This food is so fresh, flavorful & amazing. Sitting with an ocean view on the open air roof deck was the perfect spot for our family Holiday lunch. From the minute we walked in, the staff was terrific. James, the manager was so down to earth and made sure we were satisfied with our table assuring us that Selena and Spence would attend to our every need, and they did (it was such an incredible experience, I took down workers names to remember for my review) I am a very picking Foodie and have been here many times. The crispy Calamari, fresh Avocado BLT-bacon was thick and crispy with lots of fresh avocado, my hubby had a perfectly cooked Firehouse burger with Duck Fat fries....oohhh the french fires were so crispy, plump & flavorful we ordered extra for our table to share! if you like perfectly salted fresh hot fries this is it. Firehouse fish tacos, Pesto Gnocchi (tasted like my Moms) I ordered my nephew the tomato soup and grilled cheese-- we snuck some bites it was so cheesy & perfectly toasted. You really need to try Firehouse! I have been here multiple times which is why we had our Family lunch here, they crush it, you wont be disappointed. I can't tell you how much everyone loves the food every time we go.
Vibes: immaculate. DJ: quirked up white boy goated with the sauce. Lot of thirsty folks and I don’t mean drank. Couldn’t move but dancefloor was vibing. Some sort of Shakespeare type situation was developing in bottle service area, a main character emerges. Classic Sunday scene. See my boy Mike P he’ll get you sorted.
Came for a lunch and it was some of the best food we had our whole trip. They had a great lunch special that had salad entrée and mini dessert for $16. The avocado BLT was delicious as was the burger. It was a great rooftop atmosphere with views of the ocean. would definitely recommend!
Just had the most amazing lunch for my birthday at the firehouse in Pacific Beach. Absolutely wonderful and mostly because of the server Alex. Food and drinks were delicious. The lunch special is perfect and we still took home leftovers. And when we mentioned a birthday, Alex took care of our drinks. My friend and I were both in the service industry with casinos and we appreciate this exceptional service. Thank you, Alex you are awesome
Excellent food and drinks with a great view on the upstairs deck! We came during happy hour (didn't realize their special), and our food and drinks were half off! Great place.
🙌🏼 What an awesome happy hour! 50% off everything and can’t beat 50% off bottles for wine Wednesday. Went with the rose, not too sweet 🌹 Great views of the beach and helpful attentive staff. Thanks J!
Had a fantastic experience at Firehouse American Eatery + Lounge in Pacific Beach! 🔥 You really can't beat the location, which is just steps from the boardwalk. The iconic open-air rooftop patio offers truly stunning ocean views that make it the perfect spot for drinks, dinner, or brunch. The atmosphere is a great blend of laid-back coastal vibes and a more stylish, elevated dining/nightlife feel. The American menu is top-notch, with great options from a hearty breakfast like Chilaquiles to popular dinner items like the Firehouse Tacos and the highly-praised THE FKING PASTA*. They also feature an excellent bar program with artisanal cocktails. The cool, modern design, which includes the iconic fire pit and private cabanas upstairs, makes Firehouse a must-visit spot in PB. You can see more about the venue in this video: Exploring San Diego, Beach Chic, Firehouse Eatery & Lounge in Pacific Beach. This video features the owner discussing the restaurant's food, drinks, and amazing views.
Completely forgot that firehouse did brunch was very shocked and surprised by the quality of the food. They also offer bottomless mimosas for $20 a person. I do have to mention the service was top-notch as I sat next to another table. It seemed they were having issues with their food and management and staff quickly responded to try and help or resolve the issue or understand to become better. Very happy with my service and overall food experience. We will be back.
Firehouse has the best happy hour! I went with my family and we shared the happy hour appetizers. We loved everything we ordered! The mac'n is amazing, the salt and pepper shrimp are delish, the calamari is crispy, and the brussel sprouts are to die for! Portions are perfect for sharing. We had great service both times we went and left happy customers with full bellies!
Wonderful location Beautiful restaurant with incredible ambiance Live music on a Wednesday evening- say what?— acoustic guitar player was quite good and we enjoyed the wide range of music he played. The food is presented beautifully and everything was really good. My friend prefers calamari that has lighter coating/frying but the rest of the people eating the calamari LOVED it. I had the guacamole and chips and a bite of others and I loved the guacamole. A friend had some mini burgers I will likely try next time and she obviously enjoyed.. This was a smooth, easy and super fun experience and followed by some time starring at that beautiful beach that is right out their door..— you just can’t go wrong here.
Love me some, Firehouse! I have been a long time eater and drinker at this spot. If you love a great view, banging music, out of this world food, and a good lip-smacking drink then you need to find Firehouse PB and make a point of driving your vehicle in its direction. The decor has changed a few times over the years but always for the better. One thing that hasn’t changed is the spectacular peak at the Pacific from the rooftop. The wait and bar are dynamite! They are professional and are great at recommending items or specials but my favourite (because I’m biased) server is J. Vila. Go eat, drink, and be merry!
Really enjoyable if it's not crowded. I live in the area and don't do the busy nights. It goes crazy for the 21-ers weekend evenings. Not my style anymore, but if you like it looks like a rocking good time. I can share a cheese meat plate with my grandmother during the day downstairs or grab a happy hour cocktail upstairs with my girls. The staff is always excellent.
Great service. Great food.
The view speaks for itself. My party was there for hip hop brunch, where the DJ didn't show up but it was advertised as such. My salad was good and the weather was lovely. Giving 4 stars because no DJ thus didn't get full experience.
The location of this place is truly remarkable. If you manage to secure the perfect table, you'll have the pleasure of enjoying your meal and drinks while witnessing the mesmerizing sight of waves crashing onto the shore. The food served here is reliable and satisfying, and the drinks are enjoyable. Keep in mind that the prices reflect the beachside setting. It's worth noting that they don't offer bottomless drinks, which is something we should have confirmed beforehand. Aside from that minor oversight and the occasional inconvenience of the sun in our faces throughout the meal, our experience was fantastic.
Very nice location. If you get the right table you get to see the waves crash on the shore as you eat and drink. Food was solid and drinks were good. It's priced for the beach. They don't fo bottomless which we should have double check. Other than that and the dun in my face the whole time. It was great
Went to the place for just a nice quiet dinner. While the quiet part didn't pan out quite as well as we may have hoped, there was a business party going on and they were somewhat gregarious and loud. That's our fault for sitting upstairs in the bar area. The food was quite good the server was very good. I was disappointed they had no reel dark beers. Had the San Diego pale ale it was good. All in all quite a nice visit and meal. Would definitely go back again.
Great location Great food and good beers. The way the place is set up feels comfortable. After My parking Karma kicked in and we scored a hard to get spot we saw as we walked up they had their own valet. The seafood was good and Bloodymarys were great. Staff was laid back and quick. Pretty cool place to get some drinks and food and people watch if you get a place by the window or on top of the patio.
We got the corner table on the second floor so we had an ocean view and a people watching perch. The food was great. If you're ordering red meat and want medium order medium well or you'll get medium rare. That was our only complaint. The service was good but they were busy so our waitress wasn't there much.
It was nice, we watched the waves from the rooftop cabana. Super cool! The Korean BBQ taco starters were sweet and savory. They were on a yellow corn tortilla with a sweet sauce on Kobe beef and an interesting kimchi, mildly (perfectly) spicy. I am not a huge fan of kimchi, this was not as tangy or vinegary as authentic kimchi. Delicious fusion. My husband had the shrimp taco, he could not stop talking about how good it was. He also got a grilled and a fried fish tacos. A little bland to me, he didn't love the grilled fish. The fixins on the tacos we're awesome, two kinds of cabbage, diced tomatoes and the sauce, were fresh and creamy. The tacos are also pretty big, not street size. I had the Kobe sliders, they were tender, juicy and spicy with the arugula and grilled onion. It came with duck fat fries, which I had never tried, they were really flavorful and herbaceous. Reminded me of a sausage stuffing (I know that sounds weird). All together it was a good location and very satisfying.
The Vodka Redbull was really watered down and was 17$ with a 1$ tip. Decent service at the bar and no cover on Sunday. Great DJ and the vibe was fun. The ratio was 60% dudes 40% girls. Some trashy women mixed in asking for money and so on. Would jump in on a Sunday again but skip any cocktails until I got to Hideaway.
This was such a cool spot to come to for sunset drinks. Although they don't have a beach view from their rooftop like many of the other bars right nearby, the vibes were still great! They have super cool plant walls and plants hanging from the ceiling and a virtual DJ playing upbeat, fun music. The waiters were all super nice and the tables were extremely comfortable. We got a couch table that was on the lifted area. It felt like we were at a club or something (but in a socially distanced not cluby way lol). The food was pretty good and fairly priced. The chicken sandwich, sliders, calamari, and grilled cheese with tomato soup were all great! I didn't like the fish and shrimp tacos. We took a few bites then left them cause they didn't feel fresh and the flavors were really bland. The drinks were very reasonably priced. They didn't look to showy, but they tasted nice. The Mule was amazing! Will definitely be back for drinks and snacks. I would recommend getting dinner somewhere else that is more known for food. Make sure to book a reservation if you want to avoid long waits!
We enjoyed our dinner here. My wife though the chicken Parmesan was fantastic. The chicken portion was very generous. It was served with some very good toast - not garlic - perhaps buttered sourdough? I had the grilled fish tacos. Pretty good deal at $3 each on Tuesday nights. Nothing special, but they did the job. The hostess and servers were friendly and efficient. The downstairs dining room was empty, but plenty of folks were enjoying the open air upstairs area. They have a nice little bar up there too.
It's a great location for the weather and maybe for tourists, but the food is overpriced and overrated. The wait staff is very slow and not the friendliest, but I think it's the seating arrangement that make everything so slow. The staff has to squeeze by customers and we were constantly hitting the chairs of the table next to us. The one thing that they did pretty well though was the cocktails. Each one we tried was pretty amazing.
Food was good, servers were very friendly and attentive. However have one of the most unqualified manager I have ever seen. Rude and aggressive, seems she hates customers and her staff. Maybe got her on a bad day.
The food is decent and the view is nice. Waitress after taking our order one bringing our drinks we never saw her again. Another easier brought our food out. When we finished our plates were bussed. We waited for a check. Our waitress was busy talking with a table of what we assume were friends. After fifteen minutes I walked to the bar and asked if the bartender could get it check for us. She had to go to the waitress, who was still chatting at the same table. Original waitress still never came over so we had to settle the bill with the bartender.
The food was pretty good and portions were great! The staff was a little overwhelmed but we also were there during peak time so it’s understandable. The reason for the 3 stars is because we had made reservations for the rooftop but got seated in front of a fireplace downstairs. Not only was it too hot for the fireplace to be one but there was no table outside of the small area in front of the fireplace. While this may be nice to keep the food warm no one likes a warm beer and hot utensils. Also, nowhere during the reservation process did it say that our seating selection would be based on availability, if that had been the case we would have gone somewhere else
The food is good. Fresh, hot and tasty. The drinks… definitely overpriced. $20 for a double gin and tonic with well gin could be excused in Pacific Beach if it was actually a double, this one was definitely not.
The location was really nice, I loved the atmosphere of the place. However, at least when we went on a Monday night, the service was mediocre. The drinks we ordered took forever, one of our appetizers came after our entrees, and the menu did not have a lot of dinner options. They claim that the fries were "duck fat fries" but to me they honestly just tasted like normal dry french fries. Not sure I would come here again.
The food is usually very consistent and good here. Some improvements that can be made this with staff having sidebar conversations and seemingly hanging out instead of attending to patrons. Recently visited the countertops were not cleaning at the bar and multiple hairs found. These things are all correctable and I would definitely return again for another try The food is pretty good.
I wanted to give this place 4 stars, but I just can't do it, because I've never been served essentially raw potatoes at a restaurant before and, considering that raw potatoes are inedible (as in, they can actually make you sick), it's kind of a problem. Other than that, the meal was ok. We came here because we had a gift card. We ordered two cocktails, salt and pepper shrimp appetizer, and the filet mignon. The good: the rooftop atmosphere wasn't bad; the salt and pepper shrimp were decent; the house margarita was pretty good; and the filet mignon seemed to be pretty fresh and high quality. The bad: the other cocktail we got (poquito picante) was not very good, probably due to low quality alcohol; the filet mignon was undercooked (ordered medium rare and came basically rare); and, like I said, the potatoes (which seemed to be the frozen, cubed hash brown variety) were undercooked, almost raw. I sent them back to cool more, and after about 15 minutes, they brought them back out... they were hotter, but still undercooked (not sure if they had only been places under a heat lamp or what.) So, I guess you can say this place is hit-or-miss.
This place is nice, but certainly a bit overpriced. I went with a group of friends for a brunch. We all got a food item and two drinks and it ended up being $48 a person! Still, they have a nice rooftop deck and the location is nice. No ocean views from the roof, but it’s just a half a block away from the water.
This review is based on a Saturday night visit for drinks. The place seemed to be filled with some of the worst people in San Diego. Several people tried to start fights with us for no good reason. We also witnessed several other confrontations between guests and security, so my friends and I did not feel safe. To be fair there was a good amount of security. Bar service was pretty good and the DJ was great- hence the two stars.
I had the worst chicken Fajita of my life at that place yesterday. It was too salty and too spicy hot! I complained to the waiter, but he only smiled!
It can be pretty fun here but the security guards are absolute Girl Scouts. Always picking fights and being rude to people. Kind of ruins the vibe and there are plenty of other spots in PB to have fun without the negativity
Wonderful vibe and delicious food. We had the avocado BLT, sliders with fries, and a cocktail. More pricey than I'd normally pay for what we got. Really good food but nothing unique. One cocktail was 14$ - that was a joke as it had little flavor. Worst (2 star reasoning) part was that they hosted a vendor fair that night. Cool, the bottom floor is only lounge space and worked perfect for the vendor fair. Part that sucked? They let vendors overflow to the 2nd floor/rooftop where the kitchen is. They were loud, distracting, posted up in the only booths available for eating, and had a spotlight - for real - on a table facing us all eating. I had to move myself to face the other way despite the pain to eat that way. So bright it was forcing a migraine on to me. It was unfortunate and disruptive. Made the "cool" vibe seem annoying. 2/5.
Well after attending the padres game we decided to head down to mission beach as the family and I were here on vacation. We chose this place based on the menu and they had a kids menu from google. We quickly realized after being seated that this establishment isn’t for families especially younger children. There was a party that was extremely loud at a table next to us. The smell of weed engulfed our table on a few occasions. The waitresses are kind some dressed a little more reveling than others. We asked for water and waited for 10 min for us to have to ask again and our waitress Sydney said she was sorry. The food wasn’t bad at all we ordered the buffalo chicken wraps and the kids had sliders. The buffalo wrap is a bit spicy which all comes down to the person I thought it was good but others thought it was a bit too spicy. Also we had to pay 5% surcharge for inflation and 20% gratuity for our party of 6. This place is definitely not for younger kids.
Absolutely horrid waitresses and waiters. Don’t communicate to each other. Food takes forever to get your order in. Limited staffing. Entrance on the side by the side road. Fire station right next to it. Downstairs wasn’t available on Saturday around 5-6pm. Need to go upstairs (Went for dinner not the club part of it )
Not such a good experience here. Took 20 minutes to just get the menus after being seated. Had a burger that was undercooked to my preference and had only been helped once the entire time my party was there. To top things off, they gave themselves an eighteen percent gratuity. Thankfully the manager was kind and understanding with our experience, a definite do not recommend. Check out PB ale house instead, or anywhere but here.
Check your receipt carefully before paying!!! They add a 5% surprise surcharge on your bill and if they offer an item at half-off, be sure it's reflected in the bill. I didn't notice until the following day. I hate deceptive businesses like this. Thankfully, San Diego is soon to ban scammer surcharges.
Bouncer need’s reality check or a police officer to verify ids.
8 of us went in there 12 Oct 2024, worst decision we could have made. It was 3 couples and 2 individuals. We all got seated and told her (little short blonde waitress) who would be on what ticket, that just completely overwhelmed her that we asked for separate checks. We said nevermind, out it on one. We ordered some drinks and probably 20 minutes later we got the drinks, worst long Island iced tea I've ever had. 2 of the other drinks were wrong and then the waitress got pissed because she brought the wrong drinks. A lot of huffing and puffing going on, we finally get to order the food. Burger we're all bun not much beef and the beef on there was like hockey pucks. Some Mac and cheese that was horrible, only thing that had any taste was the bacon they sprinkled on top. One burger had no sauce on it, another waitress that helped bring food out, sighed and was a smart ass because we asked for the sauce that was supposed.to be on there. It was not crowded at all, took us about 2 hrs to get a drink each and some good and then had to flag her down to give us the check. $456 later, we were all unhappy, 1 person paid and then we settled up. Worst food and service I've ever had. Avoid this place, to many other choices.
Service was good. But I don't support any place that charges a surcharge....and they do. There is no accountability to where surcharge money goes and if you have to charge it, you know you're under paying your staff and passing it on to customers. Just increase your prices, pay people fairly and do away with the trickery of surcharge. Beyond that, servers were awesome! Food was generally good.
Came in on a Monday night in May around 8.30 when they were advertising open til midnight. Just decided they would close early for no other reason than they felt like it. Didn't really seem to care.
Went here last night with some friends. The place was packed and the night got less and less safe. After a few minutes, I realized I was missing certain of my personal effects and decided I’d ask for help from security. After a guard laughed me off, I asked another who then proceeded to search me before taking my wallet and saying "look you still have your things". A minute later, I was picked up by these two and thrown out without a trace of sympathy. DO NOT GO HERE.
I ordered lettuce cups with crispy Buffalo chicken. The crispy chicken pieces were served in a bowl separately . They were cold, and they tasted awful. No evidence of chicken, just fried coating. The waitress was lovely. I’m sorry she works in such a below par restaurant. There were very few people there and I can see why.
Literally the worse service ever . The water that came to our table had mold in side like in the bottom it was disgusting and when we ask for the manager after waiting forever to get service so we can get clean glasses and water with out mold inside the manger just took it . Didn’t even apologize and didn’t even replace all of our glasses with clean ones we had to ask again for clean glasses . If you eat here or drink here check before putting it in your mouth !
This place needs a clean up and an update on their information about their requirements to get in. Their food quality isn’t what you pay for! only good thing about this place was their free valet parking. Very Disappointed with this place. What I thought would be a good place to go have lunch with some family members that were visiting from outside the country turned out to be very embarrassing. As we walk up to the entrance we are greeted by a bouncer who asks us for our ID’s. My cousin hands him his passport and he says we don’t take passports as forms of IDs. The bouncer then proceeded to say just so you know next time you can’t come in with shorts!!! Wth? You’re located in a tourist area right by the beach! Has anyone told this guy that passports are legal forms of IDs? We get seated. I’m waiting for my other cousins to show up by this time I had texted them to bring their IDs not their passports. They walk up show their IDs the bouncer says we can’t take these IDs. He said you can go in if you’re not drinking my cousin explains they’re only having lunch. As they proceeded to the hostess the bouncer steps in and informs the hostess “sit these two downstairs”.... my cousin explains they were meeting family inside already. They join us when we noticed another security guard come and stands right behind us like if he was doubting us just watching us the whole time. By this point we’re very uncomfortable but had already ordered our food so we proceeded to eat our lunch. By now I’m already upset because everyone around us was wearing casual beach clothing and I’m noticing all these things that were wrong with this place and I start questioning myself if they’re making it seem like this is a 5 star high end dining place. Why is there so much work to be done here?
If you're into being abused, treated like crap, being ignored... and taken for granted... you'll feel at home. The wait staff would prefer you left - one less to wait on. My $60 bill w' 20% gratuity was acknowledged with a shrug. The food is so - so, hard to say after being ignored and abused. ...All typical of places with too much business, (why treat this customer with respect...when we're so busy)... and damn poor management!
It was about 1:45am, overheard this guy asking the bartender for water but the bartender told him they were closed. The guy kept asking for water and the bartender had him kicked out of the bar. Honestly for being in the industry I’ve never seen a bartender deny serving a guest water.
I had a very troubling experience here that left me feeling unsafe. A bottle service girl named “Lindsey” pulled me into an area with broken glass on the floor and pressured me to dance in ways I wasn’t comfortable with. When I tried to leave, she repeatedly asked for my name and where I was from, almost as if I was “on record,” which made the situation feel even more intimidating. She even held onto my arms, making it difficult for me to walk away right away. The entire interaction raised serious red flags and did not feel safe. Guests should never feel pressured, restrained, or interrogated in this way. I truly hope management looks into this, because no one deserves to feel this uncomfortable when going out
The worst place by far. The security guards don't know how to do their job at all. They're arrogant and overbearing. The way they treat customers is disgusting. Disrespectful people like them shouldn't be in that kind of job. Unprofessional and incredibly disorganized. I wish there were 0 stars to rate. If the owners had this... the Sunday night guards were the worst of their staff... totally inept.
