Me and my boyfriend highly recommend this place! We both quite like Indian food and this place has a very authentic menu. We started the experience having a Daal Soup - which is very flavorful and has a nice taste. We ordered a sweet Naan stuffed with mozzarella, Cashew, Raisins and shredded coconut and then baked into the clay oven. VERY DELICIOUS! The main dishes were HIMALAYAN YAK & YETI SPECIAL BIRYANI - A rice dish with a lot of different kinds of meat and VEGETABLE VINDALOO - a combination between vegetables and meat. They both are a little bit spicy but not too much, very tolerable for those who dislike spicy/hot dishes like me. We ended up trying the GULAB JAMUN - a Juicy and sweet milk balls dessert, very very sweet but different. We both highly recommend this place for everyone that wants to try an India experience. PLUS: I loved the Indian songs in the background. The place is located in La Mesa, North East of San Diego.

The food and service is phenomenal! The quality of the food is incredible and it's some of the most delicious Indian food I've ever had. The service was also top notch, they were so polite and so on top of everything. This was definitely worth the one hour drive to go too. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Long over due review. Love the chicken curry, chicken kadia, and chicken tikka masala! The medium spicy is what I expected. Easy to find and the atmosphere is comforting. Owner is really nice as well.

The service is consistently attentive, professional, and friendly, creating an experience that feels both personal and memorable. Everything here is done with care and authenticity, and it’s clear that the staff take great pride in what they do. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to visit, and I always leave feeling happy and satisfied. Highly recommended.

We came on a Wednesday night and there was only one other table occupied. Food was awesome! Garlic naan was nice and crisp, the samosas were flavorful, and the chicken tikka was delicious and soft. Mango lassi was cool and refreshing.

I ordered on GrubHub, everything came carefully packaged and wrapped up neatly. The food was amazing. I ordered the Butter Chicken and Chicken Saag. Both were outstanding. I also ordered a few orders of naan. The garlic and herb naan was absolutely amazing. Since I had the food delivered the texture of the other naans I ordered were a little soggy, but nothing a quick warm up in the oven won’t fix. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and tastes amazing. The sauces are very clearly made with love, and are seasoned perfectly to the spice level you want without compromising on flavors. This is the best Indian food I’ve had in years and I had it delivered! I can’t even imagine how good it is at the restaurant. 10/10. If you’re on the fence, just DO IT. I will definitely be getting food from this place again.

Excellent food, such a clean atmosphere, and excellent customer service. They are always attentive and greet you with a smile. I has the Chicken Tikka Masala at a spice level of 6 and it was juuuuuust right. Fresh tasting food seasoned to perfection.

This was lucky find not too far from home! As a person with Celiac disease who also eat egg, dairy and legume free is can be difficult to eat out. They have dairy free option for some dishes and most things are gluten free!! I always get a variety if chicken dishes and we eat it for days!! Don’t hesitate, gooooo!

I came here with friends yesterday and really enjoyed the Indian food, especially the spacious seating which made for a very comfortable dining experience. I’ll definitely be bringing my family here next time.

This was lucky find not too far from home! As a person with Celiac disease who also eat egg, dairy and legume free is can be difficult to eat out. I came for a weekday lunch special and was super happy about it. The flavor is spot on and the lunch special has a wide variety of foods. Great choice if you’re looking for something different.

Lovely little spot, generous portions of delicious Indian ans Nepalese food. We had samosas, house special naan, paneer tikki masala, and an okra dish. All very good, fresh.

We had Vegetable Pakora, Lamb Saag with rice , a butter nan and a special nan. All tasted great. It was not busy at 3 p.m. on Saturday. I saw two groups of Indian coming in for early dinner. Must be authentic. Would love to go back and try different dishes.

The lunch special came with plain naan, rice, rice pudding, soup, and two entrees. Choices were the usual 6 such as saag aloo, chana marsala, before korma, Chicken tikka marsala, chicken vindaloo, and I believe a chicken curry. Food was ok. The veggie korma and chicken vindaloo that I ordered were mediocre. I wish there was less sauce and more vegetables or meat. Food took a while and service was ok. The restaurant was empty when we arrived for lunch on a week day. A couple of other parties arrived while we were there.

Not a traditional atmosphere, but the food makes up for it. Not as spicy as expected, but good. The chicken was delicious. Unfortunately the lamb vindaloo tasted like the meat was cooked frozen or in water.
