Milk & Cookies… A Sweet Surprise! Milk & Cookies is an absolute gem! They offer an impressive selection, and I loved that we could sample all the flavors before deciding. I expected to spend $20 for a couple of ice creams with freshly baked cookies, but was pleasantly surprised by how affordable such high quality treats were. The ice cream was incredible, the cookies were perfectly soft, and overall, it’s an amazing spot just down the street from Petco Park. Definitely a must visit for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Great cookies at a very fair price. Lots of variety and they all come out warm and soft!! Despite their size, a single normal sized cookie filled me up! The staff was super helpful at explaining everything and willingly gave great recommendations! Will come again.

Cookies are baked daily, fresh and warm. Very nice location close to petco park. Enjoyed my visit definitely enjoyed my sweet tooth craving for a chocolate chip cookie. Check this place out you won't be disappointed.

Just tried this new place and it was delicious! Got the cookie & scoop ($6) - the cookie was warm and gooey in the middle but had a nice crust, topped with ice cream in a bowl. My husband got the two cookies & milk ($8). Both are great deals for the area! Some places are usually good with one or the other, cookie or ice cream, but this place killed it with both. The workers are really nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Super great find! Was not expecting the cookies to be so soft, warm, and delicious. We tried the peanut butter one and cookies and cream. Highly recommend. Packaging was cute and helped keep everything toasty.

100% recommend this shop. They are very generous with the portions, and the ice cream sandwiches are phenomenal. The Banana milk tastes like a light banana lady taffy. The milk jug isn’t small, I just have very big hands.

Warm Cookies with ice cream!!! Just came by with my wife and kids and we loved it! We all got their “cookie & scoop” and we were blown away. It’s $6 for a warm cookie and ice cream that was big enough for me and my wife to share. Our kids loved it they all got chocolate chip cookies with Cookie Monster ice cream. Me and my wife shared the lemon blueberry cookie with lavender ice cream. 100% worth the try they have around 15 cookies and 12 ice cream flavors. The staff was awesome and we’ll be back soon.

Ok, I admit I kind of mocked it to myself a little when they moved in... but I decided to stop being such a curmudgeon, and ordered two cookies- 1 big, 1 regular... and an orange milk... and I enjoyed them much more than my foot. Absolutely delicious, the milk was so good- and it was presented in the cutest bags and a tiny milk bottle. The people working there were friendly, and everything was ready pretty much as soon as I ordered it. I walked over and walked right back home. 10/10, you should treat yourself.

What a great afternoon treat! We stopped in and were immediately greeted by Cam. He offered us delicious samples of ice cream as we had difficulty deciding between flavors. We decided on Salted Caramel and Coffee Chocolate. What a great decision. We followed it by another great decision of walking out with a dozen cookies to take home. They almost didn’t make it as the smell made the car ride home the LONGEST ever. We will be back.

The ice cream was rich and creamy, making it the perfect pairing. The whole place has a playful, nostalgic vibe that adds to the experience, and the staff were super friendly. It’s the kind of treat that makes you smile from the first bite to the last.

The Cookies are awesome! Always fresh and warm. The staff is very friendly and can be generous at times as they gave me an extra cookie one late night when they were closing. Giving something you don't have to give shows great customer appreciation in my opinion. Highly recommended!

I usually drive to OC for these cookies so I was super excited when they opened up in SD. Their cookies are always delicious & the staff is very friendly & welcoming. I love how the cookies are soft on the inside with a bit of a crunch around the edges & always warm! My favorite is the toffee. We had a minor issue with our order on Easter but Cameron, I believe he was the manager, was quick to address it & we were able to enjoy the cookies before the day was over! First time trying it and I loved them. I like how they kept their flavors basic and not weird flavors like other places. The only negative thing was that the customer service was not good. The girl working there was a little rude and not very welcoming. It kinda felt uncomfortable, like she was not trying to sell lol. But other than that, the cookies were delicious.

I would’ve given five stars, but walking through the door was like walking into a wall of heat. It’s cooler outside than inside. I feel bad for the employees. Aside from that, everything else was great, even the decor!

Milk & Cookies Review While visiting San Diego for the first time, I decided to check out Milk & Cookies, thinking it would be a great opportunity to try a local cookie shop. As a self-proclaimed cookie expert, I had fairly high expectations—but unfortunately, the experience fell short. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was disappointing. I wasn’t fully greeted upon entering, and when I placed my order, no recommendations or suggestions were offered, which was surprising for a specialty cookie shop. The cleanliness of the store was also an issue, especially the bathroom, which left much to be desired. The most disappointing part, however, was the product itself. The cookie box proudly states that the contents are “warm and gooey,” but the cookies were cold and lacked the fresh, just-baked feel that was advertised. Overall, this visit did not meet my expectations. Between the poor service, cleanliness concerns, and cookies that didn’t live up to their own description, I left feeling disappointed with the experience.

The snickerdoodle didn’t taste like cinnamon at all it just tasted like dough and the peanut butter cookie wasn’t chewy and the sides were a weird type of crunchy. I was pretty disappointed
