Just stopped by to pick up a slice of pizza that I had from the free pizza on my birthday, and was very impressed by the variety here. I remember they only had pizza options back when I was in high school and I haven't been here for years. Lots of progress for sure. Ended up taking the Hawaiian pizza since I've never had one before. Very intrigued by the sweet and savory combination here that I actually quite enjoyed it. Had it a few days later and just heated it up on the stove to get the crust crispy. It was still so good! Good ratio of toppings to base as well. And also very big slice!

I’ve been taking my kids here for decades. They love the pizza and deserts! The food is tasty and very consistent. Service is always good to great
Alexander gave some of the best customer service I have ever had. The customer in front of us threw a temper tantrum about the amount of ice in his drink and threatened to call corporate and have him fired. Alex showed tremendous patience considering the situation. A+ my friend the world needs more kind people like you

Great quick stop for a slice of pizza or pasta. Their Italian cuisine is consistent here with their branches in New York and other locations on the east coast. This is the cheapest chicken parm with pasta you can get in San Diego but still has really good quality for being considered fast food. Would highly recommend stopping here after a trip to the movies or shopping in the fashion valley area or mall.
I got two large slices of pizza and one drink for $12. The pizza was good but greasy, and they didn't have any ice, so no cold soda. The employees were nice, though, building was clean, and it is close to the restrooms.
Went there quite often during mall visits while staying in SD. Stable quality. Combos allow for some side salad which I would recommend.

They have fast and friendly service. I ordered a Stromboli which I've never had before so I have nothing to compare it to. It's essentially like a pizza inside of baked dough, and like an open hot pocket. I had the one with cheese bacon and sausage and it was pretty good. I think I'll stick with their pepperoni slice next time, it's been my favorite since I was about 5 years old. I can't believe I've been eating Sbarro for 25 years!
As usual, Sbarro had amazing pizza. I ate in the outdoor plaza, which had lots of birds that is not necessarily my issue but more of the pizza. As usual, Sbarro's pizza, as I mentioned, is perfect. However, their pizzas are heavy in grease to the point where you should grab a napkin or two to push on the top of the pizza to grab some of the grease.
I had an spinach mushroom pizza which was great. I love being able to buy sliced pizza or small portions of other foods.🍕

The service was good, and fast. The pizza was ok, but they were out of pan pizza, and that’s what they do best, in my opinion. I got the spinach and mushroom, and while it wasn’t bad, and didn’t look burned, it had a charred flavor that wasn’t terribly off-putting, but more bitter than I prefer. I feel like I should say, though, for food court pizza it was still good. Edit: They responded asking me to do work on their behalf. This tells me they don’t understand basic customer service at all.

I ordered a pizza with ham Italian sausage XL Extra Cheese and pineapple! All it had on it was pepperoni and pineapple! And it was cold when it got there! Doordash I ordered from so I had to give them a bad review as I’m giving you a bad review also. So when someone orders a pizza make sure you put all the items on it and you’ll get a good review next time!!

I don’t like writing bad reviews and normally this place is pretty good if you order in person but today I used their online order and nothing went right. They didn’t see my order until I walked in and told them. It took 10 minutes to make it however it wasn’t made to the online specifications and then the lady at the counter told me after I showed her what was listed on the pizza that “that isn’t how it is made any more”. This pizza pictured in the box is what I was handed. Only tomatoes, red onion and spinach on it. I’m 5 months pregnant and I bought it for my work team and didn’t have the energy to argue with her. But I’m highly disappointed in the interaction by far. The rest of it could have been an easy solution but telling me that the pizza doesn’t come like that when those are the listed ingredients is ridiculous.
Try to imagine this star signifies -10 right now. I thought to try something new but this was the worst Stromboli I’ve ever had. Wasn’t even baked to perfection, still cold and ingredients were basic. Maybe the slices are better… but I wouldn’t know…
(see pic to view hair in pizza ew!) We went to sbarro for our weekly pizza night and ended up going somewhere else after. Cashiers with nasty attitude and horrible quality food. We were helped by cashier “Valeria” who was the opposite of kind, while ordering she kept saying “what?” to the point where I repeated my order about 4 times and she seemed upset when I made my voice louder. She caught a bigger attitude than she already had and seemed angry as if she did not want to help me. It’s the little things that count when you eat out, all I got was flat soda with no ice and nasty food. I don’t have high expectations when getting food court pizza, but standards are a thing. Our pizza was nasty, cold and had a big hair on it!! I informed Valeria and she just gave me a blank stare as if she was incompetent. She just seemed so angry that when we said something she sighed out loud. The hair in the slice was enough to get me mad but this was next level. She ended up offering a refund as long as i Threw the food away, in which I happily did. We were more pleased with little cesar’s than this stuff. Save your time and skip Sbarros, especially if ‘Valeria’ is working!!
Pretty much useless employee... went in and stood there and didn't get helped than the skipped over my and helped the people behind me on line.

My husband and 4 year old asked for a cup for water along with their pizza slices. Apparently that isn’t something they can do, they only have water for purchase.
I went to the SBARROS in the fashion valley mall in San Diego and boy let me tell you this has to be the worst pizza I have ever tasted. To start you get a lake of oil on every single slice, dabbing the oil off just soaks the towel instead of taking off the oil. Not to mention their tomato sauce, it’s the most watery sauce I’ve ever tasted. After some time it soaks it into the crust and gives it this disgusting taste. It was like the tomato sauce was just tomato juice there was chucks of tomato still in it and all. Second, (or third, whatever) the cheese, it was sliding off the pizza, thanks to the watery sauce. Here’s a tip, DONT LEAVE THIS PIZZA FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. When it cools it’s just NASTY, so I recommend just getting one slice and not the whole pie. Service was lackluster, it was almost like we were forgotten. We asked for a whole pie and it took more than 20 minutes to get our pizza. I wouldn’t be mad at this IF THEY HADN’T SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE ONLY 5 MINUTES. So, don’t order a pie, get a combo. It was nasty, I wasn’t even reaching for another slice. If you want to taste a pizza that is actually GOOD then I recommend Pizzos. :)
Food was bland and oily. The pizza tasted like eating air and the stromboli was ok. If you’re in SD, you can and should take advantage of better pizza places than this. It cost more than an entire gourmet pizza anyway.
Came after the movies and for one they did not have too many options with out meat. Second when they were butchering the slice of pizza we asked for with the thongs instead of a pizza cutter , she left most of the cheese and pizza on the other slice. Horrible service and not that many choice of drinks either. Don’t come here. I have pictures and I would hope they would let me post them here but they don’t.
I walked in to Sbarro for dinner I order 2 slices of cheese pizza 🍕 was serve cold pizza! Then I ask for Parmesan cheese and cashier and server said we are out nothing left, With an attitude's, them the cashier responded Spanish, I told you we out !!! With an attitude which I ask in English. I don’t understand why people are so unprofessional and so disrespectful to customers.
