Overall, decent restaurant to visit and enjoy delicious Mexican cuisine. Surrounded by the state and county historical parks. Beautiful views from the hilltop. Blackened Mahi Mahi tacos plate was outstanding. Server was attentive and restaurant facility was nice and clean.

Words cannot describe how absolutely in love I am with every Aspect of this establishment. The atmosphere, the smell, the beauty of seeing culture combine with culinary excellence. I truly felt back at home with the view out into old town and the scent of beautifully cooked meats. I humbly and gracefully recommend the omelette bar that they had when I went there for lunch on a Saturday. The cook was engaging and masterful when he made my meal. The waitress was amazing with making sure my champagne cup wasn’t ever empty. I truly am a changed man after this experience and I will forever be grateful for the beautiful afternoon I spent there. I will be returning to love this dream again.

The waitress was very friendly, service was great and our glasses were never empty. Ordered the chili relleno with beans, rice, two chicken rolled tacos and scoop of moist cornbread. We sat on the patio outside and enjoyed the view of Old Town, Sea World, I-8 and more. Great place to eat. Definitely going back!

Ambience,atmosphere and greetings took us to land of Mexico! The rooftop view is cherry on top! We have tried at this place before but surprisingly this time something was wrong with the Sunday buffet, we all fell sick and felt unwell . My non vegetarian friends told me the meat was very chewy,theres a probability food was stale just that one time.Earlier they used to take pics and they have replaced that with a balloon guy who was super sweet,we definitely got a 🎈

Had a nice dinner here last night during our staycation. The triple fajitas with shrimp, steak, and chicken were plentiful and big enough for two entrees. Top that off with chips and salsa and a pitcher of margaritas, we were full. I wouldn't recommend the pitcher of margaritas. Neither of us tasted or felt any buzz of alcohol so we wouldn't recommend that. This was a rare event I actually wanted to feel buzzed, so it was a letdown. Service was great, and ambiance was too.

Service was excellent and the view is great on the patio. Food presentation is on point (pictures that yes, owners, please feel free to use) but somewhat disappointed. Tortilla was a bit crunchy for me and honestly a little bland. Probably could have asked for hot sauce to jazz it up but by itself somewhat bland. Either way great spot for drinks and views!

I was undecided on whether to post this or not. This used to be one of our go to Sunday brunch places. We took a break from this place for a few years. We went for Brunch today and oh has this place changed. It's not as crowded as I remember it being. The food options were reduced. The food that was there was good. The variety wasn't what I remembered it being. Not sure what's driving the low attendance and lack of food options. Hopefully this place returns to the glorious place I remember it being.

A cool spot when walking up to the restaurant and in a great location. Upon walking in, the restaurant was pretty empty with a handful of customers. We were seated and had a large group of 12 people. The waitress came by and took our drink orders and was relatively quick with bringing our drinks back. We asked for a few minutes to look over the schedule and the waitress gave us some time. When she came back, we asked her about "Taco Tuesday," and received a very brief description of what it was (we're from out of town). When she asked at one end of the table if they were ready, they asked if she could start at the other end to give them time. Her response was "you're not ready," and walked away. She came back after about 5 or so minutes and took our orders. We had one order which was completely wrong and another order that took about an extra 10 minutes after everyone else had received their food. When it was time for the check, we asked if it could be separated or we individually pay and the waitress told us no and she would have to get a manager. One of our party members agreed to pay the total and we just had to use an app to pay her back. The food overall was slightly above average. I had the carne asada burrito (very salty), carnitas taco, and birria taco. They wanted $1 per taco if you wanted to add cheese. One person did and they didn't get cheese on their taco. I also ordered a house margarita which was very heavy on the syrup and ice, and only about 6 oz for $13. I would choose another restaurant in the area as you have a plethora to choose from.

This is more a 3.5 . It was a little hard to find the entrance and we ended up going in at the bar area. Was gonna sit outside but the happy hour was only available in the bar. The views outside were amazing though. We got some buffalo wings, nachos and lime margaritas. The wings were good but the nachos were meh, I've had better and the margaritas were ok. For the prices at happy hour can't really beat that. At times it was hard to get the bartender's attention because they were too busy having their own conversation. I can tell this place gets busy and I'm sure their other food is good.

I like the idea of buffet style restaurant, although i think that they could have more choices of food specially for lunch. The food was average and so is the drink.. But i had a great experience with my friends and sitting outside is best. The parking is a plus.

We went for the buffet Brunch. The atmosphere was nice especially if you were outside. Our waitress never returned when we requested drinks or salsa but dropped the bill with no problem. The food was okay. Nothing great. They had an egg omlet station that wasn't manned all of the time. They had a taco station where you helped yourself. They had Mimosas but it was a problem getting the waitress to give them to you. The price per person was $35. It really should not have been more than $15 it was overpriced. They didn't even have chilaquiles. We found out after eating that they had free parking.

My first time, sad I went for my mom’s 79th birthday they said on the website bottomless champagne or mimosa. They waited for the whole party to sit down with their food then tell us it’s only on glass per person. Website said $39.95 but when charged my bill was $53.00. When I complained on why my bill was $53.00 the manager yelled and said oh you want to make your own prices up then said just give me $43.00. Very embarrassing moment . I know other people in the restaurant heard her and to humiliated in front of my mother and other restaurant guest is unexceptionable. If your website says one thing you should honor that or have staff tell you the minute you walk in the door .

I am writing to express my disappointment following our recent visit to the Tequila Factory on Sunday, August 31, 2025. We had a reservation for a birthday brunch but encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we were seated outside in the hot sun with only one umbrella, while other parties had multiple umbrellas. We spoke with the manager at the front counter and requested an additional umbrella but were told none were available. When we asked if we could be seated at an open table inside, the manager said no, stating that someone was already waiting for it. She then offered the option to sit at the bar, but we declined as we preferred to stay together, especially since there were minor children in our party. The manager then said she could have the area with the open table cleaned for us. We waited, but after some time, asked a server if he could clean it. He rudely replied that he was busy and it would be a while. Overall, we waited about 25 minutes to be seated, delaying our opportunity to enjoy our brunch. Our waitress was polite and explained that the restaurant was short-staffed and overbooked. We had to wait a long time for our unlimited mimosas, and the overall level of service did not meet our expectations, especially given this was a special birthday celebration. While I understand staffing challenges due to the holiday weekend, this is not our responsibility as guests. The outdoor seating was uncomfortably hot, further impacting our experience. Given that we spent over $400, I expected a much higher standard of service and care. Most importantly, the way we were treated left us feeling uncomfortable and, unfortunately, discriminated against due to our race. We are Black, and the experience made us feel this played a role in the treatment we received. Given the circumstances, I believe compensation is warranted, whether in the form of reimbursement or an invitation to return on the restaurant’s dime to enjoy a better experience when fully staffed and not overbooked. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to ensure future guests do not have similar experiences. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response.
