l love this place there food is amazing and there staff is very professional when it's comes to their poke bowls. My wife is in love with your Establishment, we're going there tonight once I'm off work (CoH).

So we first fell in love with Poke Co at the Pasadena location just as the pandemic was starting, unfortunately that one (and several others, sadly) just didn't make it... My husband and I make a point to visit anytime we are in California and especially when we're headed to camp out in Joshua Tree. The quality of their poke is top notch, and I lived in Hawaii for my childhood so that is saying something. The fact that you get the first scoop of avocado and Krab, as well as masago and wakame built into the base price is phenomenal in my opinion, no need to do the extra calculations :). I generally order one spicy tuna and then salmon for the rest of my items, but EVERY fish I've tried here was fresh and delicious. And the rewards program is highly recommended!! This is also one of the only places that offers Hawaiian Sun for their drinks, most places have the off brand Aloha :(. We've also been lucky enough to encounter the owner, and he seemed like a very cool guy!!

Came almost at closing and Marissa was just amazing even though it was late. She really had a great attitude , she was so kind and patient. It really made our experience wonderful. The food was delicious and plentiful! You get what you pay for... worth it!!! Thank you Marissa.

Food was mid. My wife ordered chicken wings and we were not impressed. I did however order myself a coconut pineapple smoothie and that thing is amazing. So 5 stars for the smoothie, 3 stars for the food. Service was fine, I see a lot of complaints on here about the service but I’ve been treated well. Smoothie is so good I’ve already made a return trip for another.

Staff was really nice and food was good I got poke and boba. It’s not the best boba or poke place but it was good I enjoyed it and will go back

Food was mid. My wife ordered chicken wings and we were not impressed. I did however order myself a coconut pineapple smoothie and that thing is amazing. So 5 stars for the smoothie, 3 stars for the food. Service was fine, I see a lot of complaints on here about the service but I’ve been treated well. Smoothie is so good I’ve already made a return trip for another.

This is my favorite poke place! Only giving 4 starts due to the fact that every Sunday it says they are “closed” on every delivery service or even ordering through their website for pickup. I call the store and they are open inside. I wish this would get fixed it’s been this way for a couple months now. Delivery is the best option with everything going on right now.

It seems like they’re really understaffed with everything but maybe don’t have the online ordering say an order is complete when it’s not. They probably need a better system.

I went in yesterday around 2:30 for some poke and just to beat the heat. I went in and it felt pretty hot in there. I gave the benefit of the doubt that the ac wasn’t working suddenly than at all cause I felt sorry for the 2 girls working there. Can tell they were flustered feeling hot. Overall even with dealing with the heat they were super kind and poke was still delicious, but had to take it to go due to how hot it was inside.

I paid for 4 protein and this is how I got my food that is crazy. I spent a whole $22 for this. I’m never coming back. I’m never ordering from this place again.ITS ALL RICE

Used to love this place but I went recently and they were so stingy, the protein scoops were half the scoop and then she threw away like have of it when she put in my bowl from the sauce mixing. Literally everything was a scam and charged me so much. I’m very disappointed because I used to be a common customer and preached how good it was here but let down.

Went in yesterday and got a small poke bowl, 6 wings combo, with cajun fries and paid for an extra sauce. didn’t get my fries or sauce that i literally paid for. these teenagers don’t know what they’re doing the little asian girl was low-key rude.

The negative reviews for this place are completely justified. This review comes from a once frequent and long-time customer that will never return. The food has always been inconsistent. Service once was good, but has deteriorated. Only come here if you look forward to disappointment. This place has gone downhill. Customer service is abhorrent and practically non-existent. Food (poke and wings) is overpriced and of poor quality. You will receive small portions of dry and tasteless food that can cause diarrhea. Two employees - Briana and Tuan - are unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, argumentative, and condescending. They have zero sense of customer service, have no idea how to deal with customers, and have obvious attitude issues. With their lack of professionalism and shamelessness, the two of them will continue to tear this business apart. There are few poke joints / wings joints in the area and I would recommend any of them over this poor establishment. Higher quality and better tasting food can be found at any competing restaurant. Better customer service can easily be found elsewhere as I highly doubt employees at other restaurants have as many personal issues as Briana and Tuan who have a lack of self-awareness and argue for the sake of arguing. The owners, Leanne and Anthony, have several locations and perhaps are too busy to see their own employees at this location are neglecting their basic job duties and are singlehandedly sinking their business.

Haven't tried the food yet, just waiting to receive it so I can leave. Been 1 hour. Here's hoping the food is good. Otherwise, I'd stay away for now.

They were inside but pretended like they didn't hear me knocking??? I would wait longer but I'm on my lunch so had to go to Waba grill instead. You should change your opening time so people aren't sitting around waiting and then ignored.
