It's honestly always been a good location. Recently they have completely switched up the inside, entire remodel. I am hoping with the new look they kept the same amazing employees. Any manager I've ever seen there have ALWAYS had it so undercontroll and atmosphere + food was always "oh I'll be back" able. ! (^o^;)

Neighborhood and ppl and for everybody, but was just right for me. And inside Taco Bell/KFC customer service was good and quick. They get the job done. Shout Out to the security guard cause when it did pick up he went behind the counter and helped them out.

This place was quick and clean. The cashier did his best and a rather decent job keeping up with the customers. He was even patient with the locals. The food was what it should be. Plus they have music playing while you wait . Not a lot of seating.

This place has happy workers that serve perfect portions of food even when they aren't working in an ideal location in San Francisco. The neighborhood is seedy, but the folks that hang around aren't there to harass you as some people mite think.. They actually don't bother you at and some are very considerate if u asked them to possibly move so u can park or even hold the door open for you when entering this place. There is a security guard located inside for added safety and will always greet you when passing in and out very courteously. He even made sure the folks weren't blocking my exit out the door. As long as you treat everyone as your equal which they certainly are than the gestures will be reciprocated. (Most the times) I wish other restaurants with the same name took heed and served their food with the right portions instead of mini amounts where it's mostly lettuce and u can hardly see a few grains of meat..

Food is good. There is no seating, not even for those waiting to pick up orders. There's usually a pretty long line, and they take a while making the food, even though it seems like they have alot of workers. They haven't messed up on one of our orders yet, and we order alot, that's good. Sometimes they have trouble with the riff raff of people that lurk around outside, inside causing a commotion.

The Do a hell of a good job for what they have to deal with at this spot. They deserve a raise. Foods always on point and I've never had any problems. Just watch the people who hang in those streets and don't put your wallet or your phone in your back pocket or you'll never see them again

This KFC/Taco Bell combo is pretty much like every other one in the world is food-wise. If this is what you like,it's good and always fresh because they do a lot of business. Because they are always so busy you would think the service would be rushed or rude but far from it. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been polite and cheerful,which is amazing when you consider some of the crazy customers that they have to deal with in that neighborhood. I've even gotten home to find something extra with my order,which is really nice.

It's a taco bell/KFC combo store in one of the worst neighborhoods in the country. Lower your expectations. That said, it's a decent spot. Service is pretty good. Portions are solid. It's hella expensive but we're in SF.

I've known the manager here for several years. First time I experienced this here. They do not follow the national promotions. Specifically happy hour promotion where certain items on menu are $1 after 2pm. National website shows drinks are included for $1 , however, they do not follow this. They explained to me that it was because they do not have frozen soda machine which makes no sense that they do not offer non frozen sodas at that price since they do have that. I do not respect that type of managing as it feels deceptive. Either follow the promotion or don't. Be consistent. You can't expect to bring in the business putting up the signs for the promotion and then tell the customer, oh by the way, we only do 1/2 of the promotion. No respect for that. No big loss. Saves me a lot of calories. :)

The young man behind the counter was doing his best to explain ALL the things they were out of. Out of almost everything on the KFC side. Kept it professional. Food was good. The girl making the food seemed a little overwhelmed. Looked like they need a good manager to make things run smoother

I'm a huge fan and follower of Taco Bell and generally takeout or some in at least 3 times a week at one location to the next. I try to avoid this particular store due the the craziness around and the lack of cleanimess inside. They need to hire security or more staff to keep the store from becoming a circus. I had a mentally ill man come into the store as I was eating and taken my burrito and drink and continued to scream all the way back outside with my order. Be cautious when in this particular area and your surroundings, as I was leaving I saw about 5 needles uncapped on sidewalk and the strong smell of urine.

Every time I order, they don’t include the hot sauce I request. No sauce at all! I mean it’s Taco Bell! How can you leave out the hot sauce!!!

Sketchiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Absolutely no tables or chairs in the building. Homeless men were passed out leaning against the walls. The place smelled like sewage. I would never ever come here again. It’s in the most dangerous area too.

Caught 2 buses there get back home and my order is completely wrong. Catch 2 buses back and this time I check the food before leaving and they got it wrong again! This time the manager got it wrong twice. It took the staff and manager 3 times to finally get my order correct. They're too busy joking and playing not paying attention to their jobs. This location on two separate occasions rang up my order in such a way that it not only cost more than the combo I ordered but also was missing items that are included with said combos. Also, this location is still take out only and do not allow for dining in even though all other restaurants and kfc taco Bell s in SF allow for indoor dining. I do not recommend this location under any circumstances.

Ordered 20 tacos and a large Pepsi as soon I recived I began to break out in hives . I called the store to ask did they put anything strawberry in my drink or touch my drink. ( so I'd know if i needed an epi pen. person who answered the phone was very rude and short with me. Hung up in my face and this was around 8:40 or so. A simple yes know or I'm not sure would have sufficed but to say there's no strawberry and they say we only have freezes it contradicting. I know my allergies.
