This one of our go to sushi spots. Highly recommended for take out. Sushi is always fresh and the rolls are delicious. It's not really a dine in type restaurant though.

Possibly the best takeout sushi in the Richmond. They don't have a flashy-looking location but they make up for it many times over with the quality of the food. The ratio of all the ingredients is excellent. The preparation is clearly expert (e.g. the lemon on the 49er roll is sliced thin enough that you can eat the whole thing). All the ingredients feel super fresh, and most importantly, the fish has that perfect ratio of fattiness for sushi that makes it melt in your mouth. I've tried many sushi places in the area and can't enjoy them anymore because every time I wish I got sushi from here instead. Thanks!

Some of the best sashimi and rolls around. The double toro roll is phenomenal. The futo maki is also quite good, as are the other rolls!

My wife and have been coming here since it was known as Chin's Sushi (for former owner, Herman Chin). David and his wife continues the excellent quality and service for the last number of years now. For cooked rolls, the Godzilla and Simon rolls are the reason that we come back after moving very far away! For raw cuts, the salmon nigiri and hamachi carpaccio are also must-haves!

Absolutely the best place for sushi I've eaten at in SF. Consistently tasty, quality ingredients. We enjoy it so much we've found ourselves ordering weekly during Covid. Try the Mizutani roll as a priority!

This place is our go-to for sushi and udon with our kids. The owners are so friendly and easy going (so key if you're going to eat out with kids). The sushi is fantastic - we love the 49er and the Cherry Blossom. The kids love the plain udon soup and mochi ice cream for dessert. Always reliable, never too crowded, a real gem.

Our favorite place for sushi - they have such flavorful, creative options. You probably won’t find spicy mayo here, but you’ll find beautiful and unique sushi. We especially love the walnut prawn, California roll with furikake (free on GrubHub with a $30 order), lemon peel on salmon roll, and the specialty rainbow and cherry blossom rolls!

We had the Nigiri and Sashimi chefs choice. Beautiful presentation of delicious fish. The garlic edamame and miso were also fantastic. Prices were very reasonable. Service at 6pm on Friday was fast and there were plenty of open tables.

Good california roll, just missing the cucumber. Gyoza were ok.

Random find that I would go back to in a heartbeat. Service was very accommodating for our service dog and everyone was extremely friendly and food was reasonably priced for the quality. The Dragon Roll was excellent. Sorry, no pictures, we just ate everything so fast! Highly recommend!

The udon is OK. Ume shizo roll great. I also ordered spicy tuna and the fish was not fresh. Tasted very fishy. Not edible.
