THIS IS A WAITERLESS RESTAURANT. The reviews complaining about 'lack of waiters' seems pretty laughable seeing as no one seems to read the sign right at the front that says to PLEASE SEAT YOURSELF. Once you seat yourself, you will find a QR code to scan on the table. Scan the QR Code. You will ORDER and PAY on the site it takes you to. It takes waiting out of the equation for a waitress to notice you, that's why you seat yourself. There is 1 or 2 waitress bringing you the food, but overall they are not really there to take your order but just hand you the food and items you need. I did see some patrons get their order taken by a waitress, but if you're going to wait, be prepared to wait awhile. This is a 'techie' restaurant which limits the contact you need to have with the workers. If scanning a QR code is not something you or your phone can do, I don't recommend you eat at this place. We had a couple hours before our flight so wanted to eat at one of the sit down restaurants. This place was pretty empty and we can understand why as it seems most people don't take the time to read. Food was priced pretty typical for the Bay Area, so if your a Baydestrian, the prices won't scare you. Food was decent enough to enjoy, although not very generous in portions, left pretty satisfied. Even though food was ok, I'd come back since all the other restaurants seemed to be full up but this pub was half empty.

I’ve typically only eaten here for breakfast. I got the breakfast platter that came with toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. The food was really good for breakfast. I had no complaints except that I asked for soft butter for my bread and no butter was ever provided. The coffee was fairly strong so that was a major plus. I would return for breakfast.

My pub burger and fries were made really well. The seasoning on the patty had the tastable amount of salt and pepper. The lettuce, tomatoes onions, pickles and yellow mustard were fresh and tasted great in addition to the meat. French fries were good and not overly soft or hard. Yes, the price was high and the burger patty could've been a little less cooked but I left satisfied with what I was served.

Meal on a connection Oct. 11, 2017. The rating should be in the range of (3.2-3.5). I had one of their omelettes to order and a few beers to taste. The omelette was served nice and warm/hot with a side of hash. Enjoyed it, solid 3 egg omelette. The beer was good. The service was good, however, in fairness, the place was not busy. Make sense? On a down note, approximately a dozen of their drafts were off-limit due to what was described as a menu change? The menu itself is geared toward burgers and not as broad as a non+airport pub .I'm not willing to forgive even though I'm on a stop-over on my way to Maui. Enjoy! Pics included. (Note) Once the beer tap issue/selection is resolved, this rating should be near 4 🌟.

The pricing of this place is ridiculous. It is the self scan QR code for ordering, which is annoying to start with, but then they tack a $1.99 service fee and suggest a 20% tip ! The boldness of adding on fees and high tips for literally do it yourself service is crazy to me. I don't know what the owners of this place are thinking.

Food order took 25 minutes to be ready and then was wrong. Took an additional 14 minutes.. the drink was very underwhelming and presentation was also disappointing. I had read reviews and went to the other restaurant that was unfortunately closed. I still think it’s better than burger king.. Would eat here again if money was not an issue even with the burger also being underwhelming. The avocado was not “smashed” as the name suggested.

Food is pricey and below the average. The hamburgers are advertised as Premium Beef Patty when it's just the cheapest and flavorless patty.

I would not recommend this place to eat if you are looking for good food and a good experience. There is no wait staff, to order you scan a barcode and enter your credit card into the app. There is also a gratuity added to your order...after you order through an app. We ordered fish and chips and the fish was leathery and the fries were mediocre. I had to get my surf&sand remade as the first one tasted of pure alcohol. The experience of eating here is robotic air fryer left on too long. The food and drinks are over priced. Fish and chips and a drink Steak sandwich and a drink Came to 100$ USA Looks great from the outside, horrible experience on the inside. 0 stars if possible. Hire some staff and learn to cook.

We are dry as desert, and my friend had to go find someone ask for water. Foods are expensive and taste awful. And they never cleaned up the table around you. You are surrounded by left over on the other tables!

The waitress said our beer was as on the way. Another 5 minutes, nothing - no beer, no food. The place wasn’t busy so it wasn’t that. I felt bad for the waitress as I think she was trying. Whatever you do dont use their ‘app’ and give them a charge card because then they have your money but you might not have your food before you have to leave.
