MUCH improved over the past couple years! Went from a location I used to avoid to become my favorite one!

Ordered a medium pan pizza for carry out. I never had a pan pizza before but it was very delicious, probably the best pizza I had in a long time. Free but limited street parking.

Never had a problem with them. But i pick up my pizzas. Their tracker always works

Today, 11/6/24 we ordered 15 pies for my son’s school meeting and Jessica went above and beyond! She was by herself and got everything ready on time. She was hustling…. Making pie’s, boxing pie’s, answering phones, and she did it with a smile!Thanks again Jessica!!! Domino’s Pizza is a chain, however what sets them apart from other chains is their service. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and his team at the Las Tunas location. Mark is very professional and courteous as are all of the drivers that I have encountered. Thanks again Mark for taking excellent care of your team and all your customers!

Went in last week to grab some pizza for my family I just want to say Shelsey is very friendly and makes you feel like a guest not just a customer. This location is very lucky to have someone like her. Pizza was very good and wait time was fast as well. Will definitely be choosing this location again!

Wow! The staff is the best I have ever experienced at any fast food establishment. So nice and helpful. Plus, the food is beyond delicious. They never skimp on the toppings. All in all, great food and great service. Shelsey I sincerely appreciate you and your team! Her customer service was impeccable and absolutely endearing! So, when I called there was hesitation whether or not to accept an order for delivery, and I'm unsure why it was accepted, but it was accepted anyhow which made me both happy and relieved. I'd ordered 2 medium, 1 topping with one having onions (there wasn't going to be any kissing so onions were good lololol), and the other with black olives. Both pizzas were delicious as they usually and I couldn't have asked for anything better (except maybe free lololol). The delivery was faster than expected which was maybe 15 minutes from the time of the order. The pics speak better than a description. They will always short your order. Never fails, delivery, carry out, curbside.

No point ordering curbside pick up. No one comes out to give you your Order even if you check in. The only reason someone came out with my order was because one of the delivery guys came back from a delivery and noticed me waiting. For that I deducted stars.

I been ordering from this Pizza place for quite some time but lately the guy who delivers my order has a problem and also has an attitude. Makes me feel uncomfortable. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because they are usually on time.

I ordered a veggie pizza and added beef and ham through the ordering system. The price increased, and I did pay for the meat toppings. The receipt also shows the added meat. However, when the pizza arrived, there was no beef or ham on it at all. If veggie pizzas are not supposed to include meat, the system should not allow customers to add and pay for meat toppings. This was confusing and disappointing.

They have pretty good food but they have gotten my order wrong several times and we called them to ask them a question and they didnt answer. Also they took a long time to deliver my food. It took almost 2 hours

Hit or miss. PLEASE PUT SAUCE ON PIZZA. It’s like I’m eating glorified garlic cheese bread. I ask for extra sauce and get a gallon I don’t ask for extra sauce and get none. There is absolutely no in between.

Every time I call here it's a different story about carry out One time they told me this location does not do carry out. Another time told me it's by times slots and all The Times slots are full and this time my order was taken by someone who had no idea what was on the menu and had to repeat my order at less 6 times to them

Terrible service from the woman over the phone. She did not know the menu and she was short and snappy when questions were asked about products offered. Then when we picked up our order she didn't know how to work the register charging my card twice for simple add ons such as parmeasan cheese. Terrible flustered hasty service. Never again

I don't get why you have app tell me a time my order will be ready and notify me that it is ready (after the said due time), then tell me when I arrive; it not ready and it will be another HOUR! And it has happened more than twice at this location. I get being busy but this is not acceptable and a verypoor experiences, now multuple times.

I ordered 1 hour + before closing and waited , called back and was assured my order was on its way and now it's 10 mins passed closing time and nothing, I'll be using Pizza Hut now.

Worst place ever, took 2 hours to deliver my pizza and I was just a couple blocks away ridiculous really. And the pizza was horribly made. There was no cheese on it, it was just sauce and there were random ingredients on my pizzas like pineapple, sausage and olives when I just ordered pepperoni pizzas.

That white girl in the night I think her name is chelsy is white trash and does not even wear gloves to make foood so disgusting never again. She even said she’ll spit in our food

My brother ordered pizza bbq, sauce, beef and ham. with chicken wings, pizza the taste was funny, I got food poison from you guys, I hope you take care of the food more often, this is not acceptable, you lost a customer.

I paid for two 3 topping in a Large hand tossed and just got 1 topping on each one, also getting charged full price when I said im getting the special carryout 3 topping LARGE...

For a small pizza and chiken wins today I paid 37 dollars I will no longer buy in this place I do not recommend it before placing your order ask the prices

Service was terrible today they made me wait longer when I picked up the pizza I order peperroni olives and jalapeno and they did not put pepperoni. Did not apologize or nothing.

Super slow delivery I ordered and they made it super fast.from the tracking system i can see that it has beed ready 30 minutes ago. I have a screen shot and can prove it

They use a call center, maybe overseas. Who knows🤷‍♂️Bottom line, why order pizza from someone who knows zero about dominoes?It’s not worth it. If you want to order over the phone, you can’t go here. They literally don’t know what they’re doing. It’s online or nothing. Don’t fall for the phone number. Or maybe just reject the call center option?

Don't let Benito deliver your food. He will not care if you ordered ranch. He will not care if you ordered a marinara sauce. What he will care about is not giving you your marinara sauce and not giving you your ranch. Benito please don't lie. I trusted you. I thought you were my go-to delivery man. Instead you are SAUCE liar. And a thief. For not only stealing my sauce, but also stealing my pizza filled heart.

I ordered from this Dominos yesterday hoping to have a quick lunch before getting ready to work and was extremely disappointed. I placed the order at 2:44 pm and the tracker said it would take about 80-90 minutes to arrive, a bit long, but I was alright with that. Then 90 minutes came and I saw that the pizza tracker was showing that my pizza was still not in the oven so I decided to call the store to see if there was an issue or if they were busy but every time I called it would ring for a while before hanging up after a minute or so. This occurred about 5-6 times before I gave up. Around 4:30 pm I decided to order food from another place as I didn't think I would receive my pizza for whatever reason. At around 4:44 pm while waiting for my other food to be delivered I received a notification that my food was finally in the oven. By 5 pm my other food was delivered and I ate and got ready for work. The pizza was finally delivered at 5:25 pm which was TWO HOURS AND FORTY-ONE minutes LATER. The quality of the pizza and wings was terrible to add to the annoyance as the pizza was flat like cardboard and overcooked and the wings were barely covered in bbq sauce. I'm usually an understanding person who if told that if this place was understaffed I would be really reasonable and have no qualms but they didn't reach out or anything. I would never order from here again and advise others to order from a different Domino's. I reached out to customer service and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

The food was burned... The chicken Wing's parmesan And garlic was so gross .. looked like nut ... Please save your money go to papa John's or pizza hut ... even Little caesars is better than this place their customer service is horrible... they need to make Jessica the manager she has great people skills and more professional... No coordination with the dispatcher and still proceeded with the delivery. Next thing I know, the delivery guy's outside the house with the pizza and we are still waiting for the pizza out of the oven at the store, that we already paid. I have to wait until everyone in line has been attended, instead of refunding what I paid because they already cause inconvenience since they messed it up. The pizza was already delivered at home. What kind of customer service is this? Crap!

My husband and I decided to have pizza for dinner tonight and chose to utilize Domino's services. We ordered a meatzilla pizza, a chicken sandwich and some dipping sauces. Using the "tool" included in the app, we were supposed to be able to follow our order from start through delivery. It's not very accurate, and this time it had Crystal "quality checking" our order from 7:19pm until 7:41pm (a full three minutes after the order should have been delivered). Then, mdy husband's cell phone rang at about the time our order should have been arriving, and it was our neighbors to let us know our pizza was here. What? Why was my neighbor calling, not the driver? My husband went out to collect our dinner and I dialled Domino's. This is the second time in a row that Domino's has messed up our order (last time the driver gave us someone else's order, leaving us only partially satisfied), so we really weren't expecting it. When I asked the manager (turns out, it was Crystal) about it, she suggested that it could have been my attitude. Since the orders had both been placed online, I fail to see how the universe could read my aura. (Except that I did call in both times with the complaints.) She offered to provide a free medium pizza to make everyone feel better, which we will accept, along with the removal of the tip from our prepayment, and reimbursement for one of the sauces that was missing from the order. Papa John's is more expensive. Pizza Hut is getting way too corporate. Shakey's just doesn't taste as good. So it's our fault if we continue to receive less than satisfactory customer service from Domino's. We get what we pay for.
