Opinions de Buffalo Wild Wings San Jose
I never write reviews for restaurants, but this specific Buffalo Wild Wings really deserved it. I came in and was instantly greeted with smiles and a warm welcoming. After I was seated, I asked for a recommendation, and surely the waitress recommended me their beans. Let me tell you, those beans hit like nothing I’ve ever consumed in my life time. Walking out of that restaurant, I felt like a changed man. I will definitely be coming back for the beans.
I came in after a long day work. The game was playing on the t.v. Everyone seemed to be in a great mood. Very positive atmosphere. I ordered the beans off their menu, and let me tell you. Best decision of my life. I will forever get my beans from here

The kiddos and I had a good time here and really enjoyed the beans. First of all, the beans had the perfect amount of creaminess. First of all again, the beans were splendid. After I got home, I began to play with my leftover beans and it turns out that they can be used as toothpaste! Like rock and roll dude! After eating these beans I would say “cowabunga” and then go eat more because they were so good! Even the beautiful little children there seemed to enjoy the beans as well. Finally, .
This seems like a pretty typical Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings are fine, dips good, fries fried. But wait until you get a taste of those FINE beans. Delicious. Best part of the whole experience. Often times I find myself craving their beans, and I call and ask for some. They seem angry but that’s okay. They’re most likely sad they can’t have any. Anyways, scrumptious beans. Will be back soon for them 😈
Honestly, I don't understand why people are giving bad reviews about chicken wings at a restaurant known for beans. My family ordered the family bean platter for 4 and it was amazing. The beans were big and meaty and covered in sauce. My son did the blazing beans challenge and we got part of our meal comped which was awesome. Bathrooms were a little dirty but that is to be expected given the menu.
The beans here are MARVELOUS!!! I was near the area so I thought "maybe I should get some beans" so I did! I did not regret that decision! I decided to call them but they cursed me out and hung up on me while I was asking for a catering of beans! As I found my way inside I noticed the fine amora of beans. I asked for 69 servings of beans and as I sat down, IT WAS LIKE THE POLAR EXPRESS HOT CHOCOLATE SCENE IN THERE MAN! (well it was beans, not hot chocolate). I was served the most finest beans on a 24 karat golden plate. As I ate it the FBI came and kicked me out for taking the entire stock of beans.
Beautiful baked beans to warm you up on a cold San Jose day. Idk what was more baked though, the beans or my server Jeremy. He was very high but man did he serve up some great baked beans. I tipped(in beans of course) 20% of my beans and honestly wish I would have left more thinking back on the great atmosphere and service I received.
I came ALL the way from Minnesota just to try the beans because everyone is raving about them. Well I see how why the beans are viral! Absolutely exsiuste. Great service and you get free samples of beans like they do the sauces. 10/10 recommend! The new bean dry rub is amazing too. Definitely going to be back!
this establishment has the best beans ever. I crave them day and night, I can’t seem to get them off my mind. I will say, the staff isn’t so kind. when I asked for beans the hostess slammed my head into the table and told me to kill myself. I marched right into the kitchen to obtain my delicious scrumptious beans. they were so delicious that I am giving them 5 stars.
Upon receiving my meal, I was astonished with the amount of beans piled high on my plate. They were so warm and delicious they made me feel like I was back at home cooking for my mommy. If you, or anybody in your family likes beans, I would highly recommend coming to this establishment.
I called to place a take out order and the first thing that the person on the phone says is “beans?” HOW DID THEY KNOW? Honestly incredible. I drove 10 hours just for these beans and they did not disappoint. Every bean was worth every single mile.
I stopped going here before covid but have recently returned. The food, service and the staff seem much better than before. I have placed 3 separate to go orders and everything has been hot and correct.
you cannot find any other place that use beef tallow shortening in their food.
INCREDIBLE SERIVCE AND FOOD. Seriously, this level of quality from a chain. Incredible, my hat goes off to the employees and the manager. My family came in and little timmy slipped and hit his head because of the beans on the floor. A really nice way to enter, letting us know what we were in for. Then the waiter brought us to our bean pit. OMG, THE BEANS WERE SO COMFY. We order to beans to start, then got a family bucket of beans and a six piece bean meal. We all ordered the delicious baked beans juice drinks and jeez were those good. Finally we topped it off with some apple pie. Frankly, it was a great experience and hey, we didn't even have to pay because Timmy couldn't escape the bean pit so they're using him for labor now. 10/10 would bean again.
Absolutely phenomenal baked beans. I couldn't even get my friend (pictured here) to leave! He just kept ordering beans! Eventually though, he had to relieve himself of the sweet little ovals of joy. He disappeared to the restroom and never returned, and I was stuck with the bill. If you're reading this Boone, please come back. We miss you. Also, you owe me bud.
Wow, just wow, am I totally amazed If you are looking for the best beans in town, look no further than this establishment. Their beans are absolutely amazing and undoubtedly the star of the show. They are cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and have just the right texture. Whether you enjoy them as a side dish or as a main course, these beans are sure to leave you feeling satisfied and full. They are the perfect accompanist to the other wide range of beans Buffalo Wild Wings sells. If you're a fan of beans, you owe it to yourself to try Buffalo Wild Wings version. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!
The beans here were amazing! Beans who lived among the flavorful aromas of Buffalo Wild Wings. Beans wasn't your average side dish; he was a humble but spirited legume with dreams that reached beyond the kitchen. Beans watched as plates of wings passed him by, each one telling a story of spice and sizzle. However, Beans yearned for something more – a taste of adventure beyond the saucy confines of the restaurant. One day, a gust of wind swept through the open door, carrying with it the tantalizing scents of the outside world. Inspired, Beans embarked on a daring journey, rolling himself out of the comfort of the restaurant and into the bustling streets of San Jose. Along the way, he encountered a diverse cast of characters – celery sticks, ranch dressing, and even a rogue carrot. As Beans rolled through the city, he discovered the magic of friendship and the richness of diversity. Together, they formed an unlikely culinary alliance, creating a symphony of flavors that transcended the boundaries of the traditional Buffalo Wild Wings menu. Word of Beans and his flavorful companions spread far and wide, attracting the attention of chefs and food enthusiasts alike. The once-humble legume became a symbol of unity and creativity, proving that extraordinary things can happen when different ingredients come together. In the end, Beans returned to Buffalo Wild Wings, not just as a side dish but as a legend. The restaurant embraced the spirit of adventure and diversity, offering a menu that celebrated the unique contributions of each ingredient – a legacy inspired by the journey of one small legume named Beans.
Once upon a time in a bustling city, there existed two neighboring eateries that, at first glance, seemed worlds apart: "The Bean Haven" and "Buffalo Wild wings. This cozy, rustic cafe was run by Emma, a passionate nutritionist and cook who believed in the power of beans. Her cafe was a haven of health, offering an array of dishes made from black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, and lentils. People from all walks of life came to enjoy her hearty soups, colorful salads, and delightful bean dips. Emma's philosophy was simple: food should nourish both the body and soul. Her dishes were not only wholesome but also bursting with flavor, showing everyone that healthy eating could be delicious and satisfying. ### Buffalo Wild Wings: Right next door, a lively and energetic atmosphere thrived. Buffalo Wild Wings was the go-to spot for sports fans, families, and friends looking for a fun night out. Run by Jack, a former football coach with a larger-than-life personality, the restaurant was famous for its variety of mouth-watering wings, drenched in sauces ranging from sweet honey BBQ to fiery blazing hot. Jack believed in indulgence and enjoyment, creating a place where people could let loose, cheer for their favorite teams, and savor every bite of their food. ### The Encounter: Despite their differences, Emma and Jack shared a mutual respect and curiosity for each other’s businesses. Emma admired the joy and camaraderie that Buffalo Wild Wings fostered, while Jack was intrigued by the loyal following and rave reviews that The Bean Haven garnered for its healthy, flavorful meals. One day, a citywide food festival brought all local eateries together. Emma and Jack decided to collaborate on a special dish for the event, blending their culinary styles to create something unique. After brainstorming and experimenting, they unveiled their creation: **Spicy Bean Buffalo Wings.** ### The Spicy Bean Buffalo Wings: These wings were a delightful fusion of Jack's signature spicy buffalo sauce and Emma's hearty, protein-packed bean dip. The dish featured tender, crispy wings coated in a tangy bean sauce, sprinkled with black beans for an extra crunch and nutrition boost. It was a hit at the festival, drawing crowds from both their regular patrons and curious newcomers. ### A New Beginning: Following the success of their collaboration, Emma and Jack decided to continue their partnership. They introduced a special menu at both eateries, featuring dishes that combined the best of both worlds. Bean-based sides and dips became popular additions to Buffalo Wild Wings, while The Bean Haven offered a selection of wings with various bean-infused sauces. Their story became a testament to the idea that seemingly different worlds could come together to create something extraordinary. Emma and Jack’s partnership not only brought their businesses closer but also showed the community that healthy and indulgent could coexist, providing a rich, flavorful experience for all. And so, The Bean Haven and Buffalo Wild Wings thrived side by side, celebrating the wonders of beans and buffalo wings, and the magic that happens when diverse flavors and ideas come together.
I went to Buffalo wild beans and the food was absolutely amazing but it took forever to come out and the waiter grabbed my shoulder and spit beans into my mouth. Everyone was rubbing beans on themselves so it was a very fun. The dessert heat beans had some kick but lots of flavor. Would go back
Food 6.4 / 10 Buffalo Wild Wings has been a go-to spot for chicken wings and sports enthusiasts for years, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to the restaurant. The food has improved significantly, and the service was top-notch. Starting with the wings, the chicken was cooked to perfection, with a nice, crispy exterior and juicy meat on the inside. The variety of sauces and spice levels available was impressive, and I was pleased with the bold and rich flavors in each sauce. The wings came out hot and fresh, and the portion size was generous. In addition to the wings, I also tried the burgers and sandwiches, and I must say, they were just as impressive. The burgers were juicy and well-seasoned, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The sandwiches were also excellent, with the bread nicely toasted, and the fillings were well-balanced, providing a satisfying meal. As for the service, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt in their service. They made great recommendations and provided excellent service throughout our meal. Overall, I was impressed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food has improved significantly, and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious wings, burgers, or sandwiches in a casual, comfortable setting.
I have been ordering from here nearly every week since before the pandemic. While I can't make any claims on the in dining experience, I can remark on the food and service. The wings are fantastic and they have done an outstanding job addressing customer feedback. Well done
I went there with my friends last Saturday to watch the NFL Playoff games. The atmosphere was awesome with lots of fans from all the teams. Our server Monique was awesome! Her friendly personality and attentive service ensured that my group of 5 felt appreciated and well-taken care of the entire time. Despite the restaurant being packed for the playoffs, our drinks were always full and our food came out hot. It’s rare to get that level of attention during such a busy event. We had a great time and will definitely be back to see her!
Their was only one young lady working, it was busy, New Year day, she was fabulous very efficient great customer service and are food got served in great timing . Even though it was busy that young lady handled it with confidence and kicked butt!
There are many Buffalo Wild Wings across all 50 of the United States, DC, and 6 other countries, all with the same excellent wings and other foods. It would perhaps be difficult to say that certain ones are truly excellent. However this location was somehow different than others I've visited. What struck me is that the staff seemed more like family than just employees. They seemed to genuinely determined to be certain that customers were completely satisfied with their selected food. The caring human feeling here makes it someplace I'll definitely revisit.
Stopped in during afternoon lull. The food was good sports bar food. My companion had the wings, I had the classic double cheeseburger with added grilled onions. Warning: their "hotness scale" leans to the warm side. Tons of sports channels playing. My only dog is that although the adult beverage selection is a adequate, for soft drinks they have only Pepsi products.
If you're not into sports, skip this place. It was extremely loud. Not a place to have a conversation. I got the wings. Seemed like they were under a heat lamp for a long time. Outside of wings were hard. I ordered bacon the side. I got half a piece for $3. I went there twice in 2 weeks. Same experience both times. Not a favorite for me.
We reserved half the tables for a family git together @ $1,100 bill. Everyone ordered what they wanted. Food was delicious. My only problem is no one came to get us our refils or wings. We had to ask every time. It was a slow day as well.
We came in on a random Wednesday to use a gift card we had. It wasn't busy inside at all. We ordered a specialty pick 2 burgers, 2 sides and 2 drinks for $19. It was plenty of food. I asked for ranch twice and was forgotten both times. I wasn't upset but it wasn't busy so I'm not sure what happened there.
Bartender Monique was awesome 👌 👏 👍. Great attitude and knowledgeable. Manager was nice too... But Monique was Fantastic .. Will go back for her ... incredible service... #GoSteelers.... Great atmosphere
I stopped by the Buffalo Wild Wings GO on Blossom Hill Road (Zenevay location) and grabbed their 20 wings + fries + carrots/celery + dip deal for $19.99. Honestly, that’s a solid deal, especially since I got to mix it up with four different flavors of wings. The wings came out hot, the fries were fresh, and the carrots/celery with ranch tied it all together. Everything tasted on point. For a quick takeout spot, it definitely hit the spot. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there’s always room for that extra touch — maybe a little more fries or just a bit more sauce on the wings would’ve pushed it over the top. Overall, though, good value, good flavors, and smooth pickup experience. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving wings again.
I picked up my order last week via the app. The host/waiter kept on walking around where people are eating. There were only few patrons seating at 2:30 pm on Saturday. I tried to get his (very young Asian guy) attention for about 3 minutes from the register across him. I pointed the pick up order that was empty. He said to wait for someone. He went inside quick. I asked him again that I'm here to pick up my order. He said they're still making it. Then his coworker (young white or Hispanic guy) came to the register. I asked him about my order. He check a cabinet next to the door & handed them to me with a smile. I added a 10% tip prior to paying my order although it's a pick up. They also charge .99 for take out orders. Please recognize good employees. The House Sampler was delicious! I'll try another item this week.

You walk in seat yourself and scan a nonexistent qr code on a table and then scan another one off of a random table that actually works then they just stand there like they have never had this problem before and you wave them down get your order and no other service then you ask if your card was charged and they want a tip for you doing their job food was good drinks were mid at best got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich tons of chicken not much sauce . Food is good but service was trash....
This location is hit or miss. Sometimes service is great, waiters take care of you quickly, food comes out warm and you have a good time. However other times, you can sit and wait forever, waiters are not around, costumers have to stand up and serve their own drinks and food takes forever. When this happens, I've never seen a manager or owner taking care at all!
We were told to seat ourselves, waited for table service, then got up to order, we were told someone would take our order. A waitress finally stopped by. Our order arrived, but forgot an item, never came back to refill our drinks, then finally I had to get up and walk over to get her attention, so I could pay the check. This was after the game, so it wasn't too crowded...I left a 15% tip (I usually tip 25-30%). We'll, at least the food was good.
It took 30 min over to prepare the take away. The wings were not fully cooked!
A complete hit or miss based on your luck! I'm sharing this based only on take out since it's been ages since we happened to eat in. We normally order a standard set of items each time for dinner...traditional wings, onion rings and at times kids tenders. However, while the experience is fantastic at times with quick service and great tasting food, it more often than not tends to be a long wait at the counter as it's only 1 person who's generally gone in to check on an order. Wait times can very between 5-10 mins at least irrespective if you've already paid and the order is ready in a bag behind the counter. It's same with the food unfortunately as at times the chicken is over fried and hard, there is way little sauce for favor and the onion rings feel as if they have been served after reheating. At times, we just prefer buying our choice of sauce bottles and beer and purchasing wings fresh from outside to prepare in the air fryer at home. If only the experience was consistent would I heartily recommend this place. Besides that, it's good for an occasional craving with hope that your experience turns out to be a good one.
It’s been a long long time since I’ve been to a BWW. I came with two children under 10. I was given one menu when clearly I also needed two kids menu. Our waitress brought one after I asked but not before she looked unsure if one even existed. The fries are a 10. I got boneless wings with sweet bbq. Nothing sweet about it. The sauce was super vinegary. I’ve no disre to return. Personally I think this chain has run its course and needs to die and be re-branded work better quality and more offerings for the health conscious and food sensitivities. Service was meh. Clearly they are short staffed.
Mediocre experience on veteran’s day (Thursday + Game Day). Had to wait an eternity to get table cleaned up in first place. Order also took more than half an hour. Only wings were brought, had to follow up for the other order. Chili con queso was good. Wings were super super dry, sauces and dry rubs weren’t done well (You can see by the looks of it), felt like eating rocks. I used to come here frequently and this is disappointing experience after long time.
This bar/restaurant has good selection of draft beers but the food is ok not wowed. We tried chicken wings which were overcooked and dry. Super nacho was ok.
I was really disappointed with the service we received here. 3 friends and myself had made an appointment somewhere else at 10 pm, and decided to come to BWW at 8:15 figuring that would be enough time to get a beer and some wings, which seemed doable since it was not an especially busy night. After we were seated, we reviewed the beer menu and thought to ask how much a beer was (as the prices are not displayed on the menu) at which point our waitress informed us she did not know how much a beer was.. Once we finally ordered, our beer did not come out until we had already received our food, which took an hour for either to make it to us. Then we had to scarf down our food and chug our beers in 20 minutes AND try to pay the bill while we were still eating just so that we could make it out in time to make our 10:00 appointment. The food was fine, as good as you could expect, but it took way too long to get our food/drinks.
When I say we legit waited 30-40 minutes, I’m being serious. We ordered our food, then the waiter took off. We waited for too long, so we went to the register to ask about the time, because the waiter said it would take only “15-20 minutes.” Even though many waiters saw us, and the other people waiting to order, and they STILL didn’t bother to come and take orders and answer question. Finally, someone asked one of the waiters that were serving tables to ask someone to come to the register. And just to be clear, there were BARLEY any people there, and possibly 10+ workers.
The food was ok but service was terrible. They were understaffed, servers were rude because they had so many tables to take care off. One thing I liked about it were the Happy Hour prices, affordable ($3 to $5) drinks & food(not cheap alcohol 👍🏾). If I do come back, it will only be for the drinks
It's easier if you ask what beers they do have and save some time, our server came back 3 times because they were out of the first 3 I ordered. The place was just kinda dirty, napkins on the floor, our table needed wiping off and the restroom compares to a gas stations' not that of a restaurant. Loaded tots needed some loading too.
First time to a Buffalo Wild Wings and my last. Service was incredibly slow. Server seemed preoccupied and said we could get things ($2.50 sides vs $5 sides, said onion rings would be $7.50, but charges over $9). When asked about the bill and what she told us the charges would be, she didn't do anything about it. So we were charged $50 for food that wasn't hot and was mediocre at best.
Went there to meet up with a friend,Sat at bar ,waitress was nice to immediately ask me what kind of beer would I like, after ,she served me she pretty much was a ghost after that. Didn't bother to ask if I needed a menu, mind you it was not busy at the time never asked if I needed a refill while she played on her phone and talking with her fellow employee. Food was good prices ehh, well that was my experience that day.cheerio!
I love the wings and the saucy options almost as much as I love the 1 hour wait after ordering to get them. It really builds the suspense and allows connection to build with the unfortunately understaffed staff. Fire the manager, keep the staff.
Ordered on the BWW app spending $40 for wings and a drink after fees. I get my order, missing the ranch and soda and no NAPKINS!!! How are they not checking the order prior to sealing it? We pay a premium to have this food delivered to us. People are not going into these restaurants like before, so the stores are reliant on mobile delivery. If that’s the case, a simple expectation of getting my order correct is not too much to ask for. I called the store and spoke to the kitchen manager Attalie. She was pleasant and and apologetic. She offered to refund the soda and the ranches. I accepted, however to me that is insufficient.
I placed an online order at 10:10pm for 10:40pm pickup. The food was not handed to me until 11:15pm. My 20 count wings was only had 18 wings. The "Mild" bufflao sauce is spicy. If it wasn't for the sauce outside the wings, they would be inedible with how dry and overcooked the meat was. My dismally portioned (doesn't even cover the bottom of the container) Buffalo Mac was also the driest mac-n-cheese I have ever tried to consume. My girlfriend enjoyed the "Medium" buffalo sauce and intends to return to buy some for putting on wings we get elsewhere.
Service was okay. Waited 20 minutes just to have our order taken. And since it's only outdoor seating we had to sit in the sun🥵 Thankfully someone left in a shady spot and we were able to move there. Edit: Have since returned to this location only to be disappointed again! Service is terrible, deals are not honored, and employees are rude. Tried something new the "Ultimate Nachos" and in my opinion they were pretty bare. $12 for a box of chips

My fellow co-workers and I came in for a meeting and crack open a few beers and watch the basketball game. When I had ordered us a round of beans for an appetizer, the waitress threw our drinks on …

I would put 0 if I could, first and foremost I understand that mistakes happen BUT it is not fair that we called to let them know that I received a wing full of feathers and the manager was being very sarcastic and I said I can take a picture and send it if she didn’t believe me, also I asked for sauces on the side and received no sauce just plain wings all she said was she didn’t want a picture and that she’ll just throw in some extra wings, she gave me attitude and regardless of all this if she’s the manager she should have good customer service and she shouldn’t argue with a customer especially if they’re complaining.
One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:10pm on a Saturday. The restaurant advertises its hours as closing at midnight. We had to wait for a table in the bar area because they were too short staffed to seat people in the dining area. We had to find our own table in the bar area and when we had finally found a table it hadn't been wiped down and was filthy. We waited over 15 minutes for any kind of acknowledgement from servers and had to call a server over to us after she spent 5 minutes talking to friends who came in and were seated after us. When she finally came over she was very rude and only asked us if we wanted to start a tab and order beers. She wouldn't acknowledge that our table was filthy or that we had been waiting so long. I would never return to this restaurant again and I wouldn't reccomend anyone else do either. I'll be getting in touch with higher management about this soon.
Sat for 15 minutes, no service, server said our table wasn't her responsibility, other servers were walking around aimlessly, cleaning and hardly noticed we existed, we got up, left, went to BJs across the street, got served immediately, end of story. BWs, you should be ashamed of yourself. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. HORRIBLE!!!!
Sold out without letting customer know. We only know that after driving for a long trip.
The service is absolutely horrible. You’re better off expecting better service from employees at McDonald’s. Every time I come here I question why I made the decision. The food is good, but when you tell them extra sauce it’s like they are trying to save money because it’s extra dry. The employees hate their job and you can see it with how they are with you. Please retrain the staff or hire new people that want to help the customers. Update as of 2/8: I came here way before closing, and this bigger girl with purple black hair, rejected Service saying that it is past last call for to go orders, which makes absolutely no sense to me because I came much earlier than before closing time.
My boyfriend and I came in and they told us it was about a 10-15 minute wait which we didn’t mind it. We waited half an hour for a table because the workers were too busy talking with friends and coworkers too even clean tables. We finally got seated and waited for 10 minutes and no one came to give us menus. We tried giving them the benefit of doubt since it was a Saturday night but the staff did absolutely nothing besides be on phones or with friends. So we wasted close to an hour for service and got absolutely nothing besides a bad experience.
Oh, where do I begin with this calamitous catastrophe that I had the misfortune of experiencing at Buffalo Wild Wings? It was a day that will forever be etched in my memory as the day my taste buds were ruthlessly assaulted by the nastiest baked beans I've ever encountered. Upon entering the establishment, I was optimistic, eager to indulge in some of their renowned wings. Little did I know that the horrors that awaited me would make me wish I had never set foot in this establishment. The ill-fated moment arrived when I spotted baked beans on the menu. A fan of this classic side dish, I couldn't resist ordering it. However, I now wholeheartedly regret this decision, as the abomination that was served to me can only be described as an affront to baked beans everywhere. The dish that appeared before me looked like it had crawled out of a post-apocalyptic wasteland. The beans were a sickly, pallid hue, and the sauce seemed to have congealed into a gelatinous mass that reeked of despair. I hesitated, but convinced myself that appearances can be deceiving. With great trepidation, I took a bite, and that's when the true terror began. The flavor was a reprehensible medley of rancid sweetness and acrid bitterness that left my tongue feeling violated. The beans were undercooked, rendering them not only unpleasant but also a potential hazard to my dental well-being. The sauce, which should have been a symphony of savory and sweet notes, was instead a cacophony of flavors that tasted as if it had been scraped from the bottom of a dumpster behind a discount grocery store. I couldn't fathom how a reputable establishment like Buffalo Wild Wings could have the audacity to serve such a vile concoction to an unsuspecting patron. The baked beans were so repugnant that they eclipsed the mediocre service and subpar wings, which paled in comparison to the monstrosity that was the baked beans. In conclusion, Buffalo Wild Wings has forever tainted my perception of baked beans, and I shudder at the thought of ever consuming them again. I beseech anyone considering a visit to this establishment to steer clear of this disastrous dish. If there were a rating lower than one star, I would gladly bestow it upon this Buffalo Wild Wings and their nightmarish baked beans.
Worst Service out there. We got sat at 9:00pm & ended up getting our food & drinks an hour & 30min later due to poor service , Place was not even busy for the long wait , Server " Bella " made everything seem like it was our fault , my wife asked for a sauce on her wings that was apparently "out " that we never got told they didnt have when we ordered the first time & she decided to get a random sauce that we did not ask for , She was VERRY rude the entire time , She then ended up messing up the tab receipts at the end , Charging an extra amount to a card without authorization.” Manager” " Eric " did not do anything from his part to help out with the unauthorized transaction there was , instead he blamed everything on us , & just left everything to a whole different Cashier. Place is trash. Wouldnt recommend nobody to this location in the future.
4 inch roach decided to join us for dinner!!!! can you imagine the kitchen????????? I’m here just for the beer let’s just say…… and there always out of go to “ Miller Lite”!!!.. can something be done about this????? :/….. UPDATE… here September 1 2023 of course things have not changed much of service is very sloppy. Everyone seems inebriated on the shift…. After sitting at the bar stools for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledging me, I walk over to the bar and order some drinks…. The drinks which were out like a flash in the pan…. Five minutes later I order some food. Tell me why 50 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food.?????? …… long story short this place is it hit and miss …dine at your own risk!!!! I walked out, hungry and unattended………. I get better service at mom and pops taco shops…………..
Ordered wings (Thai Curry, asian zing, parmesan garlic) for pickup, was given just the wings with no sauces, the most frustrating thing was after calling them thrice, it was answered once and employee listened to all of this and kept my call on hold for next 30 mins and completely ignored.
I've been wanting to try BWW but there are few locations near my house so I never really got the chance, but today there was a promotion on Door Dash for Dash Pass users and I had spare time to drive farther than I usually do for food. I ordered pick up through Door Dash and scheduled hours ahead, but the moment I got to the restaurant they cancelled my orders. I asked them why and they accused me of "scamming" them. I only briefly exchanged words with the manager and the first thing he said to answer my cancelled orders question was calling me a scam?? This attitude is unacceptable. I didn't want to cause a scene over some wings so I left quickly after being accused of scamming as a paying customer. I should've read the reviews about this place. Never going to BWW again. They lost me to Wingstop, which is only 5 minutes away from my house.
Horrible, horrible experience! I wish I could give it a zero star. We were sitting there for more than 10 minutes, and no one came to our table to serve. When we tried to talk to the waitresses, they first tried to ignore us, and later just rudely told us that we had to wait... >10min without getting a menu and a chance to make an order. Is this the standard of the service we should expect from Buffalo Wings??! This is ridiculous! The management of this restaurant should do something serious to educate your employees to respect your customers!!! I've been to multiple Buffalo Wings locations, and this is definitely the worst ever! If you want a drink and nice food while watching sports, the BJ down the Blossom Hill road is certainly a way better choice than this place!
Food takes way too long. I placed a takeout order, waited half an hour before going to the restaurant for pickup just to wait another half hour there. Ridiculous.
Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. Ordered food online that was supposed to be ready at 7:15. I was there to pick up at exactly 7:15, but the food wasn’t ready until 7:55. I waited 40 min after scheduled pickup time to receive the food. Worse than that is that the wings barely had any sauce on them. We’re able to tell that they just drizzled some sauce on and put them in the package.
Literally stood and waited to be seated for 15minutes. Not one employee to be seen. Ridiculous
Tried to order a 30 piece and the guy was helpful at first but when I asked him if they offered any beans as a side he completely hung up on me. I don’t know why I would get hung up on like that.
Made me wait for 5 minutes to order my beans, and the second I said the word "beans" this man legit hung up on me. Never got my beans. I was really looking forward to my beans because I heard this BWW has the best beans out there. Do better man, I never got my beans.
I’ve just called in because I’ve seen a post on twitter that read “call this Buffalo Wild Wings and ask for beans they have the best beans” I’ve called and the worker on the phone told me “if you keep calling I will report you, we have caller ID” every time I would speak he would just Hang up so I’m confused as to why they would let such a horrendous worker in the establishment! Do better and maybe don’t hang up on a fraile woman who just wants to order food. Is that not why you’re open right now? Do better!!!
This was a takeout order. I took advantage of the free 6 wing promotion so that I could try thier "hot" wings. The wings were slightly seasoned with no sauce on them at all. My wife could do a better job using our air fryer, I should mention also that i arrived just after the scheduled pick time, but my order was not ready.
Messed up my delivery order for the 3rd time. Sent 15 wings instead of 20. When I called them to report the issue no one bothered to answer the call.
I was standing at the counter for like 15 minutes nobody came to attend me all of the staff was just cleaning the table and wasn’t checking at their counter why are you cleaning table if you don’t want someone to sit there i had to come outside because nobody came. Very bad experience 👎
They used to have huge portions with wings glazed with flavor but now look at this! We ordered on Uber eats yesterday and I think this is the saddest meal I’ve had for a while. $53 for a couple of wings, like 3 onion rings and a baby’s handful of fries. Uber Eats also said there’s nothing we can do for you. Guess I’ll DoorDash Wingstop next time.
Absolutely The worst quality food chicken Sandwich was rubbery and extremely crunchy ordered 2 sandwiches the garlic honey tasted like straight battery acid The cheese curds again rubbery and tasted Dirty Can’t even get French fries right and it was all Luke warm when I got my food after ordering it from Uber eats and waiting 25 minutes. Get it together Buffalo Wild Wings.
The food was very overpriced and not very good. The staff was rude and not accommodating. I strongly recommend dining elsewhere.
Our waitress name was Edwin Daniel and he made my husband pretty upset during our visit. We had ordered a house sample and it arrived after everyone had recieved their appetizers and their wings. Our order took an extra 20 minutes compared to everyone. My husband was so upset he declined the food and requested to get it taken off the tab. Service was not good. Our server did not check up on us or ask us if there was anything else that we needed during our visit. There were a lot of things about his service that resulted in us ultimately leaving no tip since out service experience was so poor. Whoever is managing employees and service in this buffalo wild wings is obviously not doing their job and needs to be replaced immediately. We will not be returning to this location.
No host at the front of restaurant not alot of waiters n waitresses not only that waited more than a hour to be served i wouldn't want to waste my gas at all n coming
I’ve never been treated this badly at any restaurant before. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash with my DashPass and came to pick up at 3 PM today. When I arrived, the manager cancelled my order last minute without giving me any reason. When I politely asked why, the manager acted extremely rude, ignored me, and literally walked away with my food back into the kitchen. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially coming from a store manager who should know basic customer service. I was shocked by the disrespect and lack of professionalism.
Worst Buffalo wild wings I've ever been to. Walked in and no one was there to greet or instruct us. We sat for a while and "nothing". Then I got up and found someone. They told me to use QR code on table. Then I had to flag down someone and ask them how they want me to order. Finally a waitress came to table to say we could order online or through her. It was a mess by then. A lot of wasted time. It's mothers day and the place was empty. There's no excuse for the lack of service.
This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Our waitress, Bella, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment we sat down. She seemed annoyed by our presence and barely made eye contact when taking our order. What made it truly awful was her behavior behind our backs. We noticed her gossiping with other staff members, and it was clear from her gestures and their glances that she was talking about us. Every staff member in the restaurant was looking over at our table, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed. It felt like a deliberate attempt to humiliate us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I came to enjoy a meal, not to be the subject of a high school clique's gossip. I was completely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic respect. We will not be returning.
The staff here show little to no interest in serving customers. The lady pictured was especially rude and entitled—she avoided eye contact, tossed food onto the rack without assisting customers with their online orders, and generally acted like she didn’t want to be there. On top of that, the handling of food was very concerning. I witnessed her portioning ranch cups with bare hands that had just touched a dirty rag, and using dirty scissors to cut open sauce bags—allowing the sauce to pass directly through that contaminated opening. The order also took nearly twice as long as the quoted time. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended.
I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our waitress, Bella, was extremely rude and unprofessional. • We were only able to order 2 beers due to ID restrictions, and instead of handling it politely, she had a staff member stand near our table to “keep an eye on us,” which felt intimidating. • She slammed a Coke on the table without saying a word, which came across as very disrespectful. • When we tried to bring this up with the manager, Bella deliberately lingered nearby pretending to clean, clearly listening in, and even smirked at us.
I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings during my recent visit. Our server, Bella, was extremely unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the evening. She was rude, avoided eye contact, and slammed items on the counter instead of serving properly. At one point, we only had two beers on the table, yet she had another staff member stand near us as if to keep watch, which felt unnecessary and intimidating. Even worse, she openly complained about us to other staff members in earshot, which was very disrespectful. When we went to speak with a manager to express our concerns, Bella actually followed us over to listen in on the conversation. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and ruined our visit. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously so that other guests don’t have to go through a similar experience.
It saddens me to write this review, as I had made a conscious effort to avoid hating BWW. However, it seems that BWW has managed to turn me against it on its own. The food I received was not only disgusting but also stale. This particular location has been declining in quality with each visit. Yesterday, I decided to give it another try and ordered fries, boneless wings, and a burger. Unfortunately, the food was so bad that I couldn’t even finish two bites of the burger or anything else. This experience has confirmed my decision to leave this particular location alone.
Had the worst dining experience here. Got there at 8:30 and didn’t even get my food until 9:35. It’s not like we had a large order or anything. It was just an order for 2 people. I ordered a chicken wrap and 10 piece wings. The waiter kept saying that he was going to bring my food out every 10 minutes. It got to the point where we had to ask for cancel our order, and that’s when they brought out our food. It was probably the saddest meal I’ve ever eaten. Everything was cold from sitting out for too long. My wrap barely had any chicken in it, and the wings that they gave us barely had any meat on them. There was only 1 decent sized wing out of all 10. Can’t believe I spent $40 for nothing. I should’ve just went to wingstop.
