Opinions de Flames Coffee Shop San Jose
Flames is truly a hidden gem. I’ve been going for the last 20 years. Every visit reaffirms why it’s one of my go-to spots. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Whether you’re craving something hearty or something light, the menu offers a wide range of consistently delicious options for all meals! What sets Flames apart is the remarkable consistency. No matter the time of day or day of the week, you can count on the same high quality. Every dish is prepared with care, and the flavors are always spot-on. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality of ingredients. It’s rare to find a place that offers this kind of value without compromising on taste or presentation. And the customer service is just as impressive. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to accommodate special requests and ensure a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish.
Perfect place for weekend brunch. Ever since Hobbes closed down in north San Jose, I was searching for my next brunch spot. And after trying dozens of restaurants, I found the perfect substitute. I absolutely love this restaurant. Amazing vibe, great food and excellent service. It had good costal decor, kinda! And hygiene was their top priority. I could see! I wasn’t a big fan of their fries, but portobello mushrooms sandwich was amazing. Even skillet chicken was good. Maybe a little bit too cheesy! Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Great tasting food with safe and courteous staff. Our family enjoyed a pleasant dinner and desert at flames. It was not crowded at the time and we were safely tucked away from other patrons.
My cat was at the medvet next door and while we waited we decided to try Flames Coffee Shop. For our visit here we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive to us. I ordered the steak breakfast which came with a generous portion of steak cooked perfectly, 3 eggs, hashbrowns and toast. I was very pleased with the meal and enjoyed it with a cup of fresh coffee. My husband ordered a patty melt with hot fresh fries, he was very happy with the quality of the burger and will order again. The cakes looked delicious so we took a peice of cheesecake to go. The atmosphere is very relaxing and roomy with plenty of seating. Would highly recommend for an American diner. The menu is quite large so you will find something for everyone.
Had breakfast here for a few days in a row while visiting San Jose! This is a good down home style breakfast spot. Hubby loved the omelets and I loved the croissant French toast! Easy going atmosphere and had good service!
I feel like I could sit here for a hour or two writing my books and drinking coffee and then ordering some lunch and writing in between. :) This is a great place to get food. It's clean, the staff are nice, the food is hot & delicious, and it's very cozy to be inside. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely come back here again sometime. :)

This is the best restaurant i have dined at in my 71 years food fresh great tasting large portions super super great servers they really take care of you here service is 10 star food cooked to your liking it is a must try place
Been living in south san jose for over 40 years apparently under a rock Discovered Flames 3 years ago and can't say enough good things never super crowded food is great nd served fast. The staff are the greatest
"Great affordable place to bring family for breakfast and lunch here..!" 😋
I recently ate here and ordered the pork chop and biscuits. Excellent service and cooked food to order. It was a great breakfast experience.
The atmosphere is warm and cozy just like the cups of coffee and coco they bring to your table. The staff is kind and the customers are lively and vibrant. Typically a family gathering which is fine by me, hearing little kids squeal and babble on in their own little language is a welcome sight on early mornings and cold afternoons. The food is brought out fast and the ketchup bottles have a smiley face on the back to match my own. I truly do enjoy the staff, especially when I see a familiar face who is always working here. An extra ten dollar tip to that short haired man in the vibrant tropical polo. He has always been nothing but kind and charitable, looking at everyone with a warm smile no matter if they are a hefty 400 or reserved to a wheel chair. Here, people tend to look you in the eye and share in honest, face-to-face conversation. Rather than the common game of heads up seven up with parents and teens face first in their screens. That is all well and dandy if you prefer it but, being anti social myself, sticking to writing rather than speaking, the ambience just makes you want to talk. This may just be my favorite diner. I've eaten at this specific coffee shop for all my life and still it never has disappointed me. Even when I was a small picky child, to a grown adult with an evolved pallet. Five stars to you flames coffee shop on Santa Teresa. You've earned it in my book.
We had a great meal here this past weekend. Service was great and servings are very generous... We had enough left over for lunch the next day. They offered either indoor or outdoor dining.
Big portions, incl slices of pie and cake. French Dip meat is always just right - not well done as is often in other restaurants . Friendly, positive attitude , prompt . They are an old fashioned restaurant with a large menu and comfy seats.
Their food hasn't changed a bit! It's still Fresh, Plentiful, and served by The BEST Service in the South County!! Our first adventure "out", you can eat Only in their courtyard, Without a Mask. It was our First, as I said, so Wonderful being able to share a meal with our Friends at the Flames, Like comiing Home. Thank You FLAMES🔥
Enjoyed their hospitality of quickly refilled, bottomless hot coffee during breakfast hours. Thanks for giving me the great vibe to start my day!
Good place, good food, service is good to go. Also wanted to say there is a waiter there who just makes the eating experience really fun. He is one of the best I've ever met.
Very nice cozy place to have a brunch. Good portion of food. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Definitely in my list of places to have a breakfast on a slow day!
My family has been coming here for years. Really nice people. Good variety of food. Could use a remodel, but still a cozy place.
We live very close and this is our go to place for event breakfasts.... haven't had a bad meal. Mix a few dinners in. Great food and service.
Lots of good servers, food comes fast and really good! Lots of menu choices. This place is no joke, best place for breakfast!!
It's the best restaurant I've ever been to. Great food and customer service.
I’ve been in this area my whole life and been going there since I was like 5. Love their food, the people there are so nice and overall, just a nice place. :)
Big portions on your plate!! You can't eat it all Staff very friendly and happy. Food hot n ready to eat.. excellent place for breakfast 😋
Excellent food. Been coming here for 20 yrs. Huge portions, and fast service. Food is always great. Can sometimes get noisy.
Solidly good food! Huge selection! Loved my pancakes. My friends food looked great too. BLT and veggie scramble were yummy looking.
Went for breakfast on a Sunday at noon. It was very crowded but they got drinks and menus to us right away. Very complete breakfast menu at reasonable (with inflation these days, I'm not sure what is a reasonable) price. They eventually took our order; there was a bit of delay, but I felt that was understandable based on how crowded the restaurant was. Kitchen was pretty quick and the food arrived still hot with a couple of requests done perfectly (like crispy hash browns). I couldn't eat all the food. Very filling.
All around 5 stars.... The Split Pea and grilled cheese with fries on Thursday is always great. Breakfast at anytime of the day or night is definitely filling. Friendly staff will always be me go to.
Flames might be the last of its kind in California. Excellent place to eat the food taste great and Flames doesn't hold back you'll get more on your plate than most restaurants around. # I eat there at least once a week.
Perfect place to go for a more traditional diner feel. Great breakfast options and good portions. Pictures don't do it justice but the food is good too. French toast was my favorite here.
The bathroom had no paper towels to dry hands, however everything else was great and the follow up on the drinks was on spot. The food perfect! Omelettes taste great!
The staff at this location is create a very warm and friendly atmosphere. They were quite busy when I ordered but my food still came out quick. I can definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Our server Dennis was awesome and all the staff was great as usual. Not to mention the great food. I've never had a bad meal there and I've tried many things on the menu. It's been a staple restaurant for me and my family for years. Sad they closed other locations. Hopefully this one will stay open for many years to come.
I am very happy that there aren still small chains of stores left and flames is one of them. The food is very good - maybe not fantastic but I don't always want fantastic food and then have to pay fantastic prices and wait on fantastic lines. Good varied menu, service people are friendly and fast and portions are large. it's a happy place to have breakfast brunch.
I love this place I just wish it would get an updated look or at least cleaned up inside... The food is great the staff is nice. Every time I daughter comes into town she wants to go to flames... But we did both notice the last time the booze had a lot of rips in them and it wasn't well kept... Again the food is great so that's why it gets five stars... But, the overall look is just really old
quaint old place with surprisingly bussin food
food and service here is incredible portions very fair prices very good for the meals and lastly I get takeout everyday through DoorDash and they are the best hands down of all the restraunts I have used for takeout at doordash
They always have great food, great greater, and great waiter. I swear once we ordered it took us 3 sips of coffee and r food was at r table. My Husband and I were in shock how fast we got it and how great the food was. NOTE: We did not even have to wait to be seated. Walked in sat at table and coffee in hand.
This place is a gem! Awesome hot delicious food! Very best of joyful service, and it's great atmosphere!! This restaurant can't be outdone by its quality, It's quantity, for its price...its unbelievable, until you experience it yourself. They always give you so much, I eat twice! I eat there, then take home the rest and have another meal at home. Best restaurant ever!!! Its a gem I tell ya!
I sat and observed the energy in this restaurant on Christmas Eve 2019... including guest interaction, and the first emotion I noticed right away was 100% pure happiness! My food was served SUPER fast and HOT! The portions of food this restaurant serves are plenty indeed. The best experience of all is being served by one of the most energetic, happy and joyful waiters I have EVER met... Mr. Manuel.
I've been going here with family and friends for over 10 years. The service is amazing. It seems like allot of the waiters have been there for as long as I can remember. It's just nice to have a huge option of food, a waiter that you know, dependable service, and a relaxed family environment. They also added a small bar so now you can order drinks thought this is not a place your going to see people getting roudy.
This has been my family's favorite breakfast place for years! Some may say the atmosphere is outdated, but for me it is nostalgic, as I have been going there since I was a kid myself. Their service is fantastic. Your coffee cup never gets empty, they are constantly walking around and refilling it, the food normally comes out within 10 minutes, their portions are huge(I always get 2 meals out of my meal), their food is amazing, and their prices are pretty good. We have also been there for lunch and dinner, and all of their menus don't disappoint. I've never had anything bad there. Today was exceptional. My 9 year old got to choose where she wanted to go for her birthday, and she said she wanted to go to Flames for breakfast. We went and we had Carlos as our server. We have had him many times before, and he recognized us. When we told him it was our girl's birthday, he made is extra special! He brought her out a Mickey Mouse pancake with her breakfast. He also brought out ice cream with a candle for her and her sister, and they sang happy birthday to her! She loved it and felt so special. He is always to friendly, and is a wonderful server. Afterwards, my younger daughter said she wants to go there for her birthday as well. This place really is the best, and we will continue to go there whenever we want to treat ourselves to breakfast out!
Stumbled across this place when passing through the area and stopped for a sandwich and milkshake. The service was super quick and attentive and the vibes are immaculate. I love a classic diner and the food was great! I’ll be back for pancakes soon.
A South San Jose classic restaurant. It hasn't changed in 30 years and that's a GOOD thing!!!
My first time here at flames will definitely not be my last time. The waiter was friendly & on the ball. The atmosphere was friendly and alive. i really enjoyed myself. The most i enjoyed is i didn't feel rushed to get out once we were done eating. I appreciate that sense. i needed to catch up with my folks over breakfast. Thanks again, Flames. we will be back sooner than later ~ 😊 Ellanah G.
Went to Flames after having been out of the state for 20 years, and everything was exactly like I remembered. That's a good thing! Food was delicious, servers were kind and helpful, and the ambiance is ... well, you kind of just have to see it. Love this place, try the Monte Cristo if you're brave, it's worth every calorie.
Coulette steak. Hector recommended it. He’s the server. I ordered what he said to order and it was bomb. Coffee was refilled 4x. They put the butter for my pancake in a plastic container that was inverted on the pancake so it melted while I ate the steak. I travel here to SJ a lot. Tried about 15 different places for breakfast. This one is the best I have had.
Large menu to accommodate breakfast through dinner. The omelettes, Italian dishes, and steaks are favorites. Portions are BIG! We like to order the huge burger and split it between two. Desserts include beautiful bakery cakes. Really pretty exotic bird decor indoors plus there's outdoor seating too.
Great service in a slow day. Enjoyed the food and Vegas decor.
Always great service, fast and attentive. The menu has a wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pancakes are large and fluffy. The atmosphere is of what a neighborhood coffee shop should be but with a tropical flair. The chef salad is giant with lots of meat and cheese and the vegetable wrap with a Mediterranean style are my favorite. All the omelets and breakfast are tasty and usually enough leftover for take home.
One of the last great diner style restaurants in San Jose, since the pandemic caused so many restaurants to close and go out of business. Great food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served all day. Excellent breakfast scrambles. Fantastic pancakes/waffles. The sandwiches are awesome. Nice roomy booths and they accommodate large parties.
It's the same good old flames from 20+ years ago. Still some of the same staff working as well. Food service is always fast and accurate. And if not accurate, they are very quick to fix it. They keep your drink cup full as well. Outstanding service and food quality. Always come back because I know exactly what I'm getting before I walk in.
We were in town to visit family. On our way home, we stopped in for breakfast. The food was so good. The wait staff was very friendly as was the cashier. There were 3 of us, and we all raved about our meals. 2 of us had the Belgium waffle with fresh fruit and my Husband had egg white scramble with chicken and some pancakes. Didn't even take pictures. Just started eating. The fruit on the waffles was fresh, strawberries, cantaloupe, apples and pineapple. It was simply delicious. When we return to the area again, we will definitely be stopping to eat here.
This place is stellar. Always excellent service & excellent food. They always make me wanna over tip.
Atmosphere is calm and cozy. Very comfortable and friendly. Food always comes out fast. There’s so many seat options that the host lets you sit anywhere.

Good old fashioned coffee shop. These have gone the way of drive-in movies. Great comfort food. A little pricey, but nice portions. Nice dessert options if you still have room.
Use to come here a lot, not so much since I moved from the area. Staff still pretty good, portion still good, food still good just more expensive
Food was good coffee was hot the people were great but can get a bit busy best to come during none busy hours if you want a good atmosphere
This restaurant is the go to breakfast spot for those in South San Jose. The food portions are generous and flavorful, especially the omelets. They also have great lunch and dinner selections, which include large burgers and sandwiches. The wait staff, especially Manuel and Lupe are great.
I ordered my food but accidentally forgot to mention I wanted a substitution. When I got my food I apologized and asked the waiter for the change he looked nerves and when he went to tell the cooks they began to argue in Spanish. I felt so bad. They did although make the change and everything else went well. I think I will try dining here again.
This restaurant has been around for over 20 years since I've been here, great breakfast selection, family friendly and great service.
Flames is a longtime fixture in South San Jose. Like any respectable diner, the food is good, made to order and served hot. Servings are generously proportioned. The coffee is bland but mugs are refilled with fastidious regularity. The servers are extremely attentive and responsive. Just about the best diner experience you could hope for.
The food here is surprisingly good. I remember eating at the one close to valley fair and it wasn't good at all. That was years ago, but at this location and downtown it's pretty good. This is recent though, so I think they changed their stuff,or maybe the people that run the place is better. The fish and chips are good. Had the morning quesadilla and that's good too. Overall, the food is good and great service.
Okay so here's the deal, flames used to have three or four restaurants in the San Jose and Los Gatos area. Sometime maybe a little bit before covid or after covid they narrowed it down to one restaurant on Santa Teresa and bernal and I have to say it's not as good as it used to be. People are still good and I'll continue to go there but not near as good as it used to be. I had not been there in a number of years and decided to go try them out the last time I was there was right before covid hit. Menu has changed a lot of items dropped off I didn't see that they had any specials that they like they used to. Prices obviously went up on several items. Overall food is still good, service is still good. Atmosphere is same as it always has been. 10 years ago flames used to be the go-to restaurant for breakfast on Saturday or Sunday, I will have to come back and check them out to see how they're doing on the weekend. I just don't know what happened America is going to hell in a handbasket they're losing tons of restaurants and people that are working. These waiters and waitresses and bust people that work there work their butts off to make a decent livingand with no people hardly in the restaurant I'm expecting it's hard to do. Make this your choice of restaurants.
An awesome diner! Well it kind of looks a little old. I think that's really cool. All the decorations, the carpets, the fake plants and the colors just somehow go well together! I think this is the same flames that opened up a restaurant in downtown San Jose before that one closed and there used to be one of Milpitas if I remember, but I heard that this one is the original and I can kind of see why! It looks like it's a really well taken care of a local restaurant! Hopefully it will mean like that for many years to come! For the food, the pasta that I ordered was all right. It was a lot of pasta as it should be but the taste kind of felt a little flat... Server was also minimal but was friendly at times. They're so old, it takes a long time to process credit cards! 😅
It's a local staple! Service is always attentive. The restaurant is old fashioned and has this total 'flair' going on with decor - big displays of fake tropical flowers. I like it! Typical diner type menu. I can't give the food 5 stars because there are other places that do brunch food better. BUT... this place is always quiet and readily available seating for a weekday brunch! (I haven't gone on a Saturday or Sunday). I also can't comment on any menu items outside breakfast type food (I have never gone there past 1 pm).

The ambiance was great. The staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the food didn't measure up. It looked amazing. Zero favor in the omlettes, and the hash browns were burnt. The hot cocoa was delish. Mom loved her decaf coffee.

Classic old people place, a place to read the paper, smoke a cigarette and drink coffee from a pot. Foods average, but the comfortable booths and naugahyde texture of the vibe soaks you in old times happy.
We came here today to get breakfast, and we were slightly underwhelmed. The food was just ok, unfortunately. The California omelet was missing something, and it wasn't salt. The rye toast was tough to bite through and chewy. The pancake was also tough to cut and mealy when chewing it. The Works omelet was just too many meats actually and was kind of bland. The hashbrowns were odd but pretty tasty overall. We had a great waiter and backup servers, so it was a fine experience, just lackluster food.
Food flavor caters to elderly people that need lack of salt and pepper. Quality is that of an old buffet style or Shari's. It's not gross, just bland and basic. The greeters were very friendly but the server had a bit to go to consider friendly. He wasn't extremely nice, but his service wasn't horrible.
I was surprised to see a Flames Coffee Shop when I was on the back road to Morgan Hill. I remembered the great breakfast the old chain provided. Alas this last remaining Flames is a flicker of the past. The menu has completely changed. While the food is adequate, it is just not the same as I remember. My old standby breakfast of a Spanish Omelette with a side of sausage is no longer on the menu. I appreciate that a Flames restaurant is still operating. I still miss the old chain.
I had a mixed experience. The service was excellent ! Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, which I really appreciated. However, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the buffalo chicken wings, and oh my God, they were a disaster. They tasted slimy and undercooked. It felt like they were pulled straight from the freezer, tossed into hot oil for a couple minutes, and then drenched in buffalo sauce! On a slightly better note, the sweet potato fries were ok, but they were a bit overcooked.

Got seated right sway. Our server wanrwd to stay at one end of the table while the six of us had to yell our order to him. People who ordered after us received their food before us. SMH
Poor quality food, overpriced and so-so service. We paid almost $80 for 3 of us for very poor quality steak, not so great salad and hamburger. I realize you don't come here for gourmet food but I don't expect to pay that much for so little.
Just your typical greasy spoon type of diner place. Stopped here with some co-workers for breakfast on a Friday morning. Had the chicken breakfast skillet. Food was, meh. Nothing special. Waitress never checked on us once.
Dated, old dingy looks to be more senior dining oriented. Food is mediocre. Friendly service despite.
Service OK. Several food items way overcooked while other items undercooked. It was not very busy this time around. . Not sure i will go back anytime soon due to the cooking issue . A couple items not cooked as was ordered. Wait staff very friendly .
Well I decided to come back after 1.5 years and I have to admit that I have mixed feelings on this visit. I do not think that I will come back to this location, but I think that the only good thing about this coffee shop is the staff and the service that you receive. The staff is very friendly and courteous and attentive. They receive a five star but unfortunately the quality of the food is not very good. I ordered a breakfast plate and while the quantity was good, the steak and eggs that I ordered along with fruit or not. The steak I ordered which was medium well was very rubbery and hard to cut and even chew. So I feel there should be more prep time for the food and possibly experience from the cooks to cook the meals better and better quality. Also, the desserts did not have a large variety, but the only one that I would recommend is the bread pudding, the cheesecake did not have a lot of substance and was a little runny. So again, the atmosphere is good and a very good vibe. But again I probably will not visit or come back, but thank you. At least to the staff for a great job of service.
I came here for breakfast with my wife and son. I had an omelet and my wife had the biscuits and gravy. I will say that the portions are HUGE! Unfortunately, the food has NO flavor. We couldn't believe it, the only way you could taste the food was if we added hot sauce, ketchup, or syrup.
Went here with a group of 10 and the food was OK. Glad they accommodated us and arranged tables quickly. But the problem was that we specifically asked for separate tabs. Only wanted 3 separate ones because it is hard to figure it all out afterwards. Well, after we ate the waiter then refuses to divide up the bill! So not trying to cause drama we tried to figure out how to divide it. The major problem with doing that is that the waiter has horrendous penmanship. You can't even understand what the waiter wrote!! It was so frustrating! This is not one first time here, and we never had this problem before when making this request. If you go in a group you better make sure you talk to their host manager because the waiter can be a problem .
Ordered a hot turkey sandwich. To for my husband to take for work. The gravy was lumpy and yellow! I don’t think I’ve ever seen turkey gravy, yellow it tasted horrible!!! I had to scrape what gravy off that I could. I can’t believe the cook called this “Turkey gravy”! I had to decommission what turkey was salvageable mashed potatoes were not salvageable! Sorry to say this is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience with the open faced turkey sandwich. One time the turkey was slimy that was not even edible! $30.00 for what!
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the fresh fruit crepes for pick up and got there to find that they poured cream all over the crepes, along with cold fruits and granola! So the crepes are cold and soggy and I can’t heat them up because of the fruits and cream. For a takeout order, it makes sense to separate the cream and fruits because maybe I don’t want to use all the cream or maybe I want to have my crepes warm! I’m disappointed.
We came here for breakfast because we saw decent reviews however the food here is far below average and way over priced. I ordered the steak and eggs not expecting much but I was still disappointed. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The decor is obnoxious and worn out, the food was overpriced for the quality and the quality was bad. The potatoes in a skillet dish tasted as if they were twice cooked and their ham and avacado in the eggs Benedict had tough textures. The only good thing we had there was the orange juice, but we were charged $6 a glass. Their toast was ok. I wouldn't eat here even at 3am after drinking myself into a dumpster.
I only came here because I brought my pet to the place next door and I had not eaten in more than 18 hours. Let's just say I deeply regret this entire day because the veterinary clinic was a scam and this place was not an improvement. I only drank a bottle of water that morning and did not eat so I went by here for coffee and food. Staff was nice. Bit rushed and not chatty (Fine with me). The coffee and omelet seemed bland to me, but I thought that the food might only seem bland because I was stressed about my pet. I can't hold that against this place at all. However, my response to their food after... To keep it mild, I was running to the bathroom and stayed in there for a good 45 minutes. Many return trips after. Not the sort of thing that has EVER happened to me from a sit in restaurant. I have only had this happen twice before and both times I had eaten at a GAS STATION which are notorious for this reaction. Considering I had not eaten other food or drinks, I knew it had to be the food here. I was stressed about my pet, but this reaction was not stressed related because I felt great by the time I was home. (Took my pet to my vet and she drastically improvement in health within minutes.) I have no idea what they did to my food but I think no one should come here unless you hate yourself or really want to become close to your toilet....
This place is garbage! The service here sucks i do not recommend if you want a good time. The utensils are very dirty like they don't wash their dishes. If you want a good place to go to- don't step a foot at this trash place.
My family and I went there and split a meal between my husband and I, and my daughter got a kids meal. We thought it would be relatively inexpensive, but they charged $9 per orange juice which they hid the prices on the back of the menu so our bill ended up being over $50!!!! A cup of juice with no refills should never be $9.
I ate the omelette and a day later I got really sick with food poisoning, and the oil on the food was disgusting.
Gosh could you just get worse quality food. This is a shining example of a restaurant to present itself as a corner of the neighborhood restaurant. But they choose and purchase the poorest quality ingredients. And they're selling it as if there is high quality ingredients. I know high quality ingredients I pay for them and bring them home and cook with them regularly. And this is just simply awful ingredients being pawned off as American and delicious. But it's not American nor delicious.
Terrible customer service. From the moment you walk through the front door to ordering your food. Servers can’t even explain what’s on their menu then make you feel stupid for asking, because they don’t know!!! So rude!! We won’t be returning.
We stopped for breakfast 8/17/25. It was our first visit to this restaurant. Portion sizes were good. Staff service was good but the food quality wasnt. Veggie omelet tasted a bit "off". Then I was met by a black spider crawling on the wall, that went under the table....somewhere. Nobody came to ask us how the meal was. The prices were too high for the quality. A glass of OJ was more than $8. Total price for veggies omelet, works omelet, a decaf and an OJ was over $50.
