Amazing pastries. They had strawberry croissant too, first time tasting it. Everything was amazing!
Cute cafe right outside Women's Macys. They have fantastic cappuccino and range of options for snacks. Take a break from your long shopping spree. They have good amount of seating. It's inside Valley Fair mall.
This place is a hidden gem for me when I go to Westfield Valley Fair mall. You'll notice the decor is Parisian and gold ornate ceiling tiles looks like they were recently renovated. Just beautiful.. You gotta take a selfie with it ;p. It's IG worthy. Food: 5/5 Never had a bad coffee, croissant , salad or panini here. They are very consistent ..every time . I been coming here for the last 5 yrs. Always delivers . My fav..ham and swiss Panini.. something about the thin sliced ham ..bouncy texture reminds me of sandwiches I had in Europe. Can't find anything like it anywhere else. Food is tops! I usually get a double espresso and the coffee that they get is high quality. Interior: 5/5 It's really cozy vibe. Plenty of ambient light .There are tables that extend out into the main hallway that's roped off for open air concept eating . I really like the ceiling tiles and the general warmth of this Cafe. It definitely feels very Parisian. Tips: If you are a solo eater, this is a perfect place for you. I felt very comfortable going it alone here. You can find some small personable tables where you can have some privacy but also people watch at the same time ..it's a great place to get coffee, take a break from your shopping at Valley Fair . Location: Valley Fair Mall - First floor adjacent to the women's Macy's department store.
I love , love this place, their pastries are one of the best I’ve tasted, I haven’t tried something that i didn’t like, this is one of my favorite places to visit when I am in San Jose
Honestly you cannot compare the quality this place is awesome! probably the best caramel dairy free latte I’ve ever had. They carry oat milk for those who are sensitive to dairy. We’ve got curious and ordered a ham and Swiss baguette And a celery carrot soup. They were so delicious. My daughter proceeded with an orange juice that was handmade and very fresh like my mom used to make.Everything was great and reasonably priced. We will be coming back for sure. ☺️👍

The banana chocolate milk was pretty good here. The prices were pretty reasonable but im not much of a pastry person myself the ham croissant wasnt the best and was way to crackly. But withouta doubt if i got some other orders I know I wouldve loved it!
After shopping at Westfield Valley Fair Mall, my daughter and I stopped by Maison de Patisserie for a cozy afternoon break. We planned for coffee and tea but were drawn to their unique menu and ordered the Banana Hot Chocolate and a slice of Le Sultan Hazelnut Cake instead. I was skeptical about banana flavor in hot chocolate, but I’m glad I tried it—it was rich, creamy, and surprisingly delicious. The Le Sultan cake was fantastic, with layers of chocolate genoise, coffee, and hazelnut mousse, plus a hazelnut crunch for great texture. A hint of lemon gave it a refreshing lift without overpowering, and it wasn’t too sweet—perfectly balanced. The service was friendly, and the bakery’s elegant vibe was ideal for unwinding. It’s on the pricey side, but it's worth a try for a little indulgence. If you’re at Valley Fair and craving a special treat, Maison de Patisserie’s creative desserts are a must.
I stop by in this bakery for a quick bite every time I visit the Valley Fair mall. They have a huge number of delicious pastries, danishes, macaroons, sandwiches, salads and sides to choose from. They also serve juices, coffee and various teas. Recommended !
They have good palmiers! They don’t carry all the products that they offer but still a good options, they have coffee and beverages and a few tables to sit down. Ground floor by macys.
Have been here countless times. If they have what we want everything is tasty. Sunday late afternoon they pretty much had nothing vegetarian in soups salads or sandwiches, so make sure you check the availability of the food you want and then wait in line. They do not have/provide room temperature water and most of the times there are very few employees making the waiting longer and longer especially during peak hours.
Ordered Tiramisu and pineapple twist. Delicious but not overly sweet. The dark chocolate sheet wrapped around the tiramisu is definitely a plus!!! The pineapple twist is tasty, moist inside and rich with coconuts.
Some good sweet dessert. The $7 Napoleon is bad, the puff pastry is very chewy because it was overcooked(brown) which smashed the cake when you try to cut it. Other cakes are ok. The cappuccino was not good. The milk was not hot enough and the foam was soft. The barrista needs to be trained how to make coffee. She yelped "Next" real loud. I thought I was in a flea market. The previous crew has much much better customer services.
Had yummy pastry filled with cream and strawberries 🍓 and had a banana hot chocolate (having first time this combination) ♥️😍 liked it

Internet WiFi and Tmo are weak here just FYI. Food is tasty. Coffee w whipped cream is small and too strong for me. But their baked goodies are good
How I wish this place is better than it should be. They have a good selection of patisserie. We ordered chocolate croissants, crème feuillette, one macron and ice latte. The Macron is too sweet nothing special about it. The ice latte is worst than any ordinary stores. The guy prepares the coffee maybe too busy to care. There is no much ice in the coffee and there is not much of aromas of the coffee to pair with the bakery. The chocolate croissant and crème feuillette are good.
We ordered lemon scones and a mango mousse, both didn’t seem to fresh. I didn’t enjoy them. The Latte was good and served in a massive mug. The items were a bit overpriced

not a lot of eggless options and the banana hot chocolate tasted… weird?
Very expensive piece of cheesecake but without the service. You get your own water and clear your own table.
Parent company of Cocola. Ordered the Machiatto, not impressive. Pricey also for a small amount. Situated inside Valley Fair mall. Also ordered ham & swiss croissant which is also not much an impressive taste. Its better to go to the food court instead being here.

Date 1/19/2026 Time 4:55PM This review is an official complaint to CEO Amirali Aliabadi regarding one of your San Jose staff photos attached. Me and my family sat at the table outside, we placed our personal belonging on the table and noticed our shopping bags were covered in either soup or some kind of oily sauce. I thought it would be a kind gesture to bring this to the staff's attention. The man pictured was with a customer, so I waited. HE initiate by asking me, "Can I help you?" There were no other customers. I told him the table needed cleaning. He said, "I'll be right with you." I said, "That is ok no rush, just wanted to let you know the table needed cleaning". He snapped and yelled, "I SAID I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, DO I NEED TO CALL SECURITY?" I was dumbfounded and replied, "I just said the tabled needed cleaning". He again yelled, "DO I NEED TO CALL SECURITY?!". Mind you this interaction only lasted 20 seconds, it escalated from "Can I help you?" to "DO I NEED TO CALL SECURITY?" in merely 20 seconds because someone bought to his attention about the table. I didn't know the guy so I just turned away, that is when I heard he said behind me, "Yeah you go back...". I assume he stopped short of saying "to China". Wow something was wrong with this guy. We left without purchase: 1) The table was dirty to begin with, which ruined our shopping bags. 2) The staff has anger management issues. 3) I was told I wasn't welcome. With the same courtesy I offered the staff about the dirty table, I am now letting management know you also have a problem staff. I wouldn't be surprised if your business loss sales due to this guy, he is clearly a liability. Feel free to review your security camera Date 1/19/2026 Time 4:55PM. The man didn't know who I was, but I know where he works, so something is clearly unintelligent about this guy that would snap on customers like that. He represents you business, remember that. I came to check out some pastries. There are interesting selection of baked goods and I looked at each of them. Then I saw something crawling on the croissant, and I let the lady at the cashier know that there was a fruit fly crawling over on the croissant. She told me that she will let manager know, and seemed a bit annoyed. Felt like my concern was brushed off and there was a line and I thought about this. I left thinking I won’t be back, but I couldn’t walk away. I did a U turn and checked to see if it has been addressed. I saw TWO fruit flies then crawling around on the window shield and on top of the croissant. Only then the lady saw me with my camera and informed the manager. Only then they tossed the strawberry croissant in the bin. I was told that it’s hard keep track because flies like sweet foods, but it’s really not hard to check once a while. And it’s really not okay to serve those pastries with insect footprints all over.

I got coffee but there was no sweetener. When i asked, I was informed they only have white and brown sugar. What kind of coffee shop doesn’t have sweeteners? If you diabetic or have an allergy bring your own.
