Love the mushroom burger, its very cheesy and tasty. Size of the burger is on the smaller side so definitely get some sides. I really like the chopped cherry tomatoes. They're like pickled tomatoes and taste really good on the burger and fries. Takes the burger from a 7 to a 9 imo. I recommend trying them out!

Very cool place with REALLY tasty burgers. We actually ordered ahead the veggie mushroom burger which was delicious! Full of taste (and cheese), bun was fresh like the vegetables, and the fries were hot and salty just like they should be. Reasonable price, nice and fast service and the outdoor seats were both comfortable and COVID-19 safe. Win!

Best burger according to mg friend. It’s a burger place, what do you expect? Sandwiches? Is burger a type of sandwich? Do you know how sandwich was invented? British people gambling and too busy to eat. Do you know how hamburger was invented? Striking work no time to eat. So why are we waiting in the line for 30 min, for fast food for people that has no time to eat? Crazy world is’t it?

It’s very busy during the weekend. Fries were good but the cheeseburger was dry and has no sauce unlike the burger at In N Out. Still good but I prefer In N Out. Didn’t finish the whole thing even though it’s smaller than In N Out. There was no place to sit in so we just had take out and ate somewhere else instead.

I’m glad that they finally have a dining area in the restaurant. The last time I went, we only had to order online. From the inside, it’s hard to find available seats, which is why I waited a bit long to get seats. The food is good. I like how everything about the burger is soft, but feels a bit overpriced based on its small size. The fries as well, and has a bit too much salt. This is pretty much what I ordered today and also the last time I went, but I should try other options.

The food is great, especially with their deals on the shake shack app. But the service for mobile order is horrible. Would recommend they have like a more efficient way to check if your order is out and ready. Because asking the workers who always look busy and unapproachable is so annoying.

The food was great, but I overheard a female superior talking down on the staff for things they cannot control even know they were very nice. The superior very loudly talked down on the staff for customers to hear and that made me feel very bad about the establishment.

Taste was fine but the lettuce and tomato were almost non-existent in my burger and the bun was very cold. It’s the little details. Burger and cheese fries totaled up to the same price as a nice bowl of ramen in the mall, so I can’t say there’s very good value for what you’re getting. Not sure I would return.

First time trying Shake Shack due to the free chicken sandwich promotion. People rave about how great it is. I found it okay, not bad but not great, hence the average rating for the food. However, the reason for the 1 star rating is because we ordered inside at the kiosk. We even had the manager help us with the promotion offer. We selected to have it made Togo and were given a order number stand to put on our table while we waited for our food. After 17 minutes of waiting and seeing the few (2-3) customers after us get their orders and eat or leave, I decided to ask if there was an error with our order. One of the 7-8 employees who were just standing around because the mall and as a result, Shake Shack, were almost completely empty had to go look at past orders since it had been so long. He tells us, oh, it's been sitting over there and points to the counter. I check my food and it's cold. I ask if they are supposed to bring the food to us if we order in the store and we wait at the table. He said yes, they are supposed to bring it to you. At this point I was now late to my next Christmas shopping stop and had to take my food cold. They did not offer to remake the food or offer any help. In my opinion, this falls way short of what you expect for customer service. I do not recommend this location if you want to have warm food in a timely manner. If you want cold food that sits out for almost 20 minutes, while the employees look at you and don't care to ask why you are still sitting at a table with no food even though you have an order number, then have at it

I ordered several items and found this restaurant to be really low quality. Their promotional chicken burger was dry, flavorless, and really tiny. Their beef burger lacked any flavor or sauce. McDonald's is way better than this place, don't come here.

Expensive, and tiny. Doesn’t taste bad. Why do they use such a big box for a tiny burger. The burger is McDonald’s cheese burger size, but the price is closer to five guys. Shrinkflation at its finest. I guess shareholders need the stock to go up. Also this location is a dumpster fire, garbage cans overflowing. Tables need to be wiped down. Where’s danny meyer when you need them!
