As far as Thai Kitchens go this location has the least varying quality in their food, usually pretty solid. Other locations I've been to are sometimes the best I've had and then other times the worst I've ever had. Here at least it's pretty consistent.
Best noodle sip in the Bay Area also the employees are so friendly and respectful I really recommend this place my family and me return every weekend we love Thai food and this one is the good one

I don't know whether it is authentic thai food or not. But portion size is the best for the bucks and the taste is definitely average plus. Recommended for at least once.

Hands down the best dish here, in an otherwise pretty ordinary menu, is the Singapore noodles with chicken. Trust me, skip the actual Thai food and go these Singapore noodles!
My Favorite Restaurant when Visiting the Westfield Valley Fair! This is my Go to spot before heading Back Home to Salinas :) Food is always Tasty and Fresh, and of course never miss the Sample Of Mango Chicken!

I skip the fried rice and just ask for Pad Thai. Basil beef is worth the extra $1.50. Curry chicken is also good. The other chicken dishes tend to be over salted, too spicy, or too flavored. If you’re not happy with portion size don’t be afraid to tell them. Get the free sample if you’re not sure what you want.

I was quite curious about this fast food chain, which revolves around Thai food. It’s not really common to find restaurants like this in the US, but I want to give it a try. Since I don’t want to eat too much or too small, I ordered combo 1, which comes with one entree and one side. It’s odd how they used like a two-combo plate for this, because they just left one slot open. They should have put it in a bowl, but they have an option for that. However, that’s if you’re order a smaller portion of this combo. The fried rice tastes alright. Not too bland, not too special. The chicken is very tasty though. It really has a kick in flavor. Also, the staff gave me a piece of mango chicken I believe for me to try. It tastes good though.
The portion sizes were generous at Ruby Thai Kitchen in the Westfield Valley Fair mall, and the prices were fair for a mall food court. The service was fast and efficient. However, this isn’t authentic Thai cuisine. The Pad Thai was overly too sweet, and didn’t have the balance of flavors you’d expect from a traditional Thai dish. The seasonings of the entrees are more like Chinese-style food, rather than Thai-style. If you’re looking for a quick, filling meal with bold, sweet flavors and don’t mind that it’s not true to Thai culinary roots, this spot might work for you. But if you’re seeking authentic Thai taste, you might want to look elsewhere.
Standard Thai takeout. Not halal so I only got the veggie items. The mixed veg curry had eggplant and tofu and carrots and they also gave some sautéed vegetables on the side. They were both nice. However the “pad Thai” was just noodles without any vegetables or egg. Wish they could have a pad Thai option which has eggs so we could have a high protein option. Veg spring roll was alright. They give extra sauce on the side. Service was quick and friendly.

Really small restaurant located inside the food court of valley fair. Food was alright not too impressive in my opinion. Think their chicken curry is ok and curry noodles was too wet.

The chicken was too dry and it was a bit too chewy. Rice was lacking the taste. I wouldn't come back.

literally do not eat here. we tried the tom yum soup ($20 btw) and the squid was PUNGENT. inedible. we spitted it out immediately and we could still smell the fishiness 2 meals after….
On 2/4/2026 at around 11:50am, I saw on of the workers who was a lady wearing a turquoise shirt picking her nose near the food area. Just passed by and thought it was disgusting..
Good food but used to be much better. Now it’s not as good as before. Anyway, they always scam with $1 $2 $3 even 50 cent extra sometimes. I ordered combo 2 supposed to be 12.99 plus tax yet charged me 14.99 plus tax as combo 3 and also added 50c extra on top of that. I paid 16.67 for combo 2 and I even added tip too smh just to realize that I was scammed. Combo 2 supposed to be 14.20
Made a big mistake in choosing this place because everything else was so busy. Terrible food and very customer hostile. After spending almost $35, they wanted to charge me $1 for tap water.
After we ate the orange chicken, rice, and noodles there, we all developed stomach pain that same evening. It was definitely after that meal, since we didn’t eat anything else. All of us started feeling stomach pain at the same time, literally within a few minutes while we were eating the chicken. It didn’t taste fresh, and there was far too much breading.
This is not thai food, but advertised as thai food to scammed a lot of their unsuspecting customers. They also advertised a certain price for combo meals, but it's only with the food items no body wants. If you choose the option that you want, they start to upcharge .75 cent, $1, $2, or $3 more. This place usually have no line and the staff are always screaming at you to come try a sample just to get you in. There's a reason why all the restaurants in the food court has a line, but this one doesn't.
I fell sick after eating at this place. Ordered thai fried rice and egg plant. The rice seemed really old. Never go here on weekdays or non busy days. Seems like they don’t cook fresh and pass off old food. I puked after eating here.

the most flavorless pad thai Ive ever had in my life. literally just noodle aspersed with like 3 large cabbage chunks.

Worst pad Thai in my life. The pad Thai cooked by them is far more spicy than any pad Thai in the world. Avoid them at all costs! I paid 18 dollar for disgusting food and awful service
