Delectable Pizza w/ some really amazing VEGAN options! I highly recommend the Vegan Big Sur (the non vegan one is good too I’m sure) Vegan not by the slice (yet). You have to order a whole pizza. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you can always order online and pick it up.

A typical American style pizzeria with something more to offer than usual. The staff is friendly, fast in service and fun. We were very well received even though we were many. The pizza is not the real Italian but the American style pizza and it is still appreciable. I really loved the decor and colors of this pizzeria, with a very peculiar and eccentric style. We have accepted even the Hawaiianan pizza challenge here! I recommend it to everyone

We came as a huge and boisterous local guides group that just gotten to know each other so kudos to the staff for accommodating us and allowing us to mingle and take plenty of photos! Food and drinks wise, love their set meal of a salad and slice of pizza with free drink, allows me to eat healthily yet indulge a bit because who doesn’t love 🍕😉 crust is just nice for me, thin enough so it’s not doughy but has substance and is crispy. Toppings are ample and they have a variety of flavours available. Salads are fresh and substantial too for the price. Love that they have free flow sauces! As for drinks, I could get a non sweet option of iced tea which is great. Wasn’t sure if the Nutella pizza was just because of my group or they actually do offer it, but my gosh it blew my mind and I ate 3 pieces. Place is also spacious and clean, well lit and centrally located.

I ordered two slices — the Big Sur (pepperoni, sausage, portobello, roasted garlic, and green onion) and the Super Veggie (Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, red onions, black olives, bell peppers, and marinated artichoke hearts). Both were super flavorful and really hit the spot. The slices were on the floppier side, so I had to fold them to keep the toppings from sliding off. I’m guessing that’s part of their New York–style vibe, but either way, the taste made up for it. Overall, great pizza and definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m craving a good slice.

I LOVE their pizza ♡ BUT staff at this location is not friendly..especially the females.. they talk smack about you when they think you're not paying attention. The pizza is only good when made fresh. Salads are good, but they no longer put the weekday stickers, so you don't know how old they are now. Tables and seat's are always dirty with greasy residue. AC and fans on too high so your pizza will get cold fast. Best to order fresh an to-go.

Pizza was average tasting, cheese was a bit dry / overcooked (maybe was cooked earlier in the day), pepperoni was great according to my teenager. Nice atmosphere. Great service, really nice and friendly staff. Would come back.

I’m a pizza connoisseur so I had to try a few slices. Cheese has to to be the first to try and it passed the test. It had great consistency and tasted great. Next I tried one with pepperoni and I didn’t enjoy it as much as the cheese, it was super greasy due to the pepperoni. This place isn’t bad if you’re looking for a slice of cheese to go and in the area. The environment was great and had a good vibe.

Very cool pizza spot. I think the cheese was better than the pepperoni, and it's a little expensive a slice, but overall decent. There are many different options as well as vegan slices, so a major plus to me. I also recommend there cinnamon bread pizza thing (cannot recall the name).

This place was 5 stars about two years ago. Not sure what happened. Two of three drink machines are broken. The biggest issue here is the price and customer service. It’s right by the SJSU campus but isn’t affordable for students. The place is empty for lunch on a Friday. They have 4 guys cooking and one lady ringing up customers. Bathrooms are locked so don’t forget to ask for a code when you arrive. Lots of surfboards and photos around the restaurant. They deliver thru door dash, so get ready for the fees to pile up. Outside seating is available and about 20 booths inside with another private party area. Cleanliness needs some work. Under the booths, it looks like they just wipe the crumbs from the table under it and leave it. (Photo attached). The pizza is REALLY good. It’s thin. So it flops around a bit. I normally get the pep and sausage and a random other specialty. All the slices are good. Can’t lie. Customer service is lacking because they don’t bring your pizza to the table. Don’t give you napkins. It’s all on you. There’s no personal touch to this place. Then you’re asked for a tip at the point of sale station. I’m not sure if that’s because they aren’t paid properly but it’s odd because no service is provided at all here. They also seem to have a turnover issue because it’s never the same people working here. Bottom line, they need a lunch special. Paying $23 for 2 slices and a small drink is absurd. Pizza is average in taste. Pizza menu covers all the usual pizza favorites, including for vegan and vegetarians. Casual eatery. Can buy either by the slice or a whole pie in person, over the phone, online, and on Door Dash. Soda is one size, one price with free refills. One of the few places in Downtown San Jose that is opened late throughout the week. Street parking only. Walking distance to SJSU.

First, it’s reheated slice and indeed not what I expected. Secondly, reheating make the edge harder (maybe good for people who love crispy taste but definitely not for me). By the way, buffalo wings are tasty but too salty. Hope they can improve that.

Pizza My Heart was a great place to meet up with friends for a quick meal and a chat. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit at and a large selection of ready made pizzas to choose from. You can even order your own whole personal pizza with any toppings you like. The pizza slices we asked for were supposedly heated up but given to us cold. The crust was sloppy and the toppings and sauce not very tasty. We were there with a large group and a lot of the others also experienced the same sloppy pizza slices.
