Tastea Evergreen

My friend recommended this place, and I was thrilled to try it for the first time. I ordered their mango popping boba, and it was an absolute delight. I opted for the half-ice and light sugar version, and it was simply amazing. It felt like sipping on a refreshing mango milkshake, with bursts of mango boba popping in my mouth with every sip. To elevate the experience, they even added real pieces of mango, which added a delightful texture and flavor. The cozy ambiance of the place makes it an ideal spot to enjoy their boba, especially on a hot day. I highly recommend trying their boba, and I’m already looking forward to exploring more of their flavors.

REVIEW PREVIEW I am an extremely picky person and probably the most picky person you’ll ever meet. So 4 or 5 out of 5 or anything 7.5 or higher out of 10 is really an achievement for that restaurant. In that case, here is my review, by Nicolas! I would give this restaurant an 8/10!!! The mango one is so good! I love that you can customize your drink to perfection and it is very tastea! However, maybe just a little bit less sugar would be ok as well. The only reason why I took off a star(or 2 if out of 10), is because the service isn’t always perfect and the inside is not the greatest design during busier hours.

Tastea has a nice atmosphere. When you walk in, there are benches on the right side. They have a variety of choices like any other bubble tea shop. Tried a drink from their top 10. Matcha Thai Milk tea. The matcha is a bit overpowering but has good tea flavor. They also have a variety of toppings as well at $0.70 per topping. They have 3 different sizes, 20oz @ $4.85, 32oz @ $6.60 and the jug(for parties) @ $32.95. The Tiger milk tea was pretty good as well. Their honey boba topping was a bit different from what I thought it would be. It's colorful boba: green, pinkish.

Shop worker was very nice and my drink came out quickly. If you get overwhelmed by the options, be sure to ask the workers there for recommendations. All boba lovers will have a go-to they can recommend.

I LOVE their teas and smoothies, but their snacks definitely changed both in quality and quantity. We got their fries, and it just taste like stale fries... there weren't any seasoning at all; I couldn't taste anything but fries. The size disappointedly changed drastically over the years as well. A size regular looks like a size small and cost $8.50, whereas a size large (which looked like the original size before) cost $12.20. Long story short, not worth it. You can also get way better popcorn chicken elsewhere. Tastea's popcorn chicken used to be my favorite, but it's gotten worse :\ Service is great and the ambiance is nice!

Sometimes the wait can get super long, but the drinks are solid. I really like the milk teas and the smoothies! There’s also a good selection of toppings. Although the cups are huge, the price is extremely high 😞.

We really like Tastetea, but to be honest the quality here has gone down. We’ve had boba missing from drinks A LOT in the last few visits, and the most recent visit, one drink was completely missing boba, and the other drink we got had boba, but it was not very much, and the boba seemed hard and maybe old? We will try a few more times, but if the quality continues, we will be forced to go to other boba shops in the area like R&B and TPT and others. There was only one person at the front store and it looked like he had to prepare lots of online orders. Milk teas are not really good either. But the ambiance is nice and the store is clean.

They are usually pretty good but I just got my boba and it had plastic in it.

My daughter just picked up our drinks and my avocado smoothie was like water consistency, but worse than that, the matcha thai milk tea had a piece of metal shaving on the boba. She discovered it after sipping through the straw. Been going there for years and this is unacceptable!!!! Unbelievable! Very dangerous!!!

Untrustworthy business~ My credit card was left behind and employees had let management know about it. When I went back to retrieve it, my card already had a list of charges for over $500. I found out the store manager Connie had been in to pickup cash from the safe. The charges appeared shortly after she left the business. Draw your own conclusions. Can't believe this but needless to say we will never be back. Clearly someone at Tastea knowingly committing fraud and a form of identity theft.

Came in at 11:40 01/14. There were no orders in front of me. Barista refused to hand out the food and drink till exactly 12:00 like the app suggested. What a waste of time…
