I love their food but for the last three visits I asked for my French fries not to be overly cooked and they have been overly cooked I'm not satisfied with that.

February 13, 2025 Alexis the cashier here was attentive to how I liked my fries. I have been here and various other in-n-outs. It’s a hit or miss with well done fries, but she made sure my fries were extra crispy! Jorge the man on the fryer and Yazen serving the order. Thank you so much you three! Conveniently located next to Walmart and nearby movie theater. Consistency, taste, and value are what keep me coming back to the chain. Sunday lunch crowd was manageable, and bathroom was kept clean when visited.

In&out is the best place to eat hamburgers and the only place to get the Flying Dutchman. There never frozen fries are the best especially animal style.

This place has always been packed so that tells you that the food is good. My wife’s favorite place to eat every single time. To dine in is very difficult so we always take out. But the food here is great, and I love the scriptures at the bottom of the fries box.

Tgis is the best burger place I like to go to. We don't do fast food, but this is an exception to the rule. All employees are eager to help, clean you a table. The fries are the fries...but we stil like them.

Epic style. They got hot burgers and nice and tasty burgers and a nice little peppers to go with it all. The sauce is really nice. Very satisfied with the burger but most Californians protect their favorite burger place more than their own kids so that’s a drawback but not the fault of the business.

Classic In-N-Out taste and service. All of the staff are friendly, pleasant, and efficient. The drive thru moves relatively quickly & the orders are delivered accurately. This is definitely one of the better operated locations that makes In-N-Out great!

Food is always delicious and hot here. When I get home after ordering drive thru, food is still really warm. Lines are long but worth the 10-15 min wait. Most times less than that. Service is always on point 😊

The customer service here is truly top tier, thanks to Alexis and Arden. My family sat down for a meal after driving from Seattle and even though it was insanely busy, I was warmly greeted with smiles and kindness -- which this world could def use more of. My daughter was excited to try whatever TikTok trends she saw & Alexis was very patient and thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu items & options. Meanwhile, Arden made friendly small talk with my sons while he wiped our tables down and that helped keep them calm & occupied while I was getting drinks. As we sat and waited, I observed that this is the culture they (Arden & Alexis) cultivate here. They treat every customer like this and I very much appreciated the good energy. The entire team works well together. They are all super friendly, efficient & accurately got our very custom order to us quickly.

Free parking here. Even if security guards are present, do not leave personal belongings in the car. This place was packed when I got here. Lots of tables left dirty. Service was quick, as always. The food was delicious as expected.

In N out is a Cal thang. My cravings got the best of me. A custom cheese w/ grilled, raw & chopped onions. This is special & unique to the West. I only wished that they had one or 3 in Hawaii, O'ahu . The island would go nutz. So as I get set to JET back to Waikiki I had to savor one LAST cheese & a triple dose of ONION. YUM!

First In-N-Out Burger experience. Staff was absolutely lovely. Dine in car experience was interesting. Grilled onions were a perfect addition to the burger. And the animal fries were delicious. The Neapolitan shake was the perfect consistency.

The 3 star for atmosphere was only for the long line that snaked out towards the street and created a mess for cars not queuing in the drive through.

This is kind of a biased review because every time I come to In-N-Out I only get fries drinks and a milkshake and this time I waited less than 5 minutes to get my food because I got two fry only, and because it's midday even though it's not crowded, the line is moving very consistently, probably the best time to come.

In-N-out Burger in San Leandro, California is a outstanding restaurant serving tasty, affordable burgers, drinks, fries, and shakes. The location is just off the 880 freeway and in next to Walmart. There is plenty of parking and the restrooms are clean. Of course the burgers are very good!

Food was great as usual. Except the holiday season is bringing out some grumpy people or just haters. I was asking for hat for my disabled son and as I was waiting I told this lady she could step up and she got all huffy telling me with attitude "I'm trying to get my food and your in the way". It was Black Friday weekend 🤷🏽‍♀️ I thought I was being cordial by making way for others since my request wasn't as necessary as everyone else's food. Once she had her food she still was huffy and made a remark while leaving. 😌

My son and I love In n Out Burgers. Live in Atlanta which sadly has none *yet* Got stuck on a ridiculously long layover and rented a car drove to this In n Out in Oakland. HAD THE BEST EVER FRIES!! Never had better fries. Went to several In and Out on our vacation and all the rest were typical good fries. Not bad. Not great. Just good. Idk what this location is doing but corporate should pay attention!!

Insane line through the drive through, but it moves relatively quickly. Food quality is good. Only downside is getting refused for asking for strawberry on the bottom of my neopolitan shake, which is fine but I've done this at every in n out since i was a child and never had an issue. Hectic parking lot, but there is parking.

It does seem pricier now which is why I took a photo of the menu. If I recall correctly, the same order 3 years ago was $18-20 cheaper....then again so is everything else

The drive through service is attended by someone outside taking your order. I think this is the only place I've ever seen this. It was nice and the food was excellent. We all had cheeseburgers and fries. Though each had a different shake. (I had the neopolitin) all were delicious. Also, we got the fries well done, and then dipped some in the shake... The meal was well worth the wait (approximately fifteen minutes in the lobby during lunch). The cheeseburger sent my tastebuds into overdrive. The meat was cooked perfectly. The melted cheese and sliced onions added the perfect YUM factor. The fries were a perfect complement. And the strawberry milkshake was a winner.

My first visit to In-N-Out Burger was a good experience! Their menu is refreshingly simple, offering just three combos along with some good a la carte items. The staff provided good service. Another bonus is that they're open late, which is perfect for those late-night cravings. The only drawback was the long drive-thru line. Can't wait to go back!

It's In-N-Out, so you know it always tastes good, and the same everytime. I tried to make a stop before flying out from Oakland airport, and I always order Double Double Animal Style, cut in half (for ease of eating in the plane). The drive-thru line on a Sunday late afternoon was long, so I walked inside and ordered. I waited for about 20 minutes for the food to come out. Tip: ask for animal sauce on the side.

This is In n Out is a solid example of what you expect from the chain: clean bathrooms, solid food, cheap prices, friendly service. It does stand out in that it's the only In n Out I've been to with its own security guard. It also has signs in the parking lot about not leaving your valuables in the car. We ate inside the dining room and parked our car where we could watch it.

This is my first time trying In-N-Out Burger. I was very pleased. I was a little intimidated by the long line in the Drive-Thru. However the line went very quickly. I ordered a double double combo meal. The food tastes very fresh. Was hot. And the customer service is very I'm standing.

I’ve never had an ordering experience at In-and-Out where the staff didn’t repeat my order back to me. I asked for extra lettuce, but Alexandra removed it instead. It was disappointing and could’ve been avoided with a quick confirmation.

I've been there twice in the last month, both times through the drive-thru. Both times, I only got half my order. The first time, the person argued with me and asked for it back, but I just told them to keep it. I wasn't gonna argue about what I paid for. This week, half my order was missing again, but I didn't notice until I got home. The person even said everything was in there, so I trusted her. Yeah, I'm either skipping this place or checking my bags like a hawk from now on. I turned down 3 meal vouchers because In-N-Out only does one refund per customer. This location has a two-lane system that merges into one. Just a heads-up, they might give part of your order to someone else if it's big.

Service is good, like any in n out. But there system is lacking. Don’t go here if you expect a burger within 15 minutes. We waited almost 45 minutes in the drive through line to get our burgers, as their inside was closed earlier than their drive through line.

Quality control was not the best at this location. The tomatoes were very old & squishy. The meat was not consistent. One patty on my double double was moist and cooked well, while the other patty was dry. The fries were excellent. It’s just the tomatoes grossed me out.

From what I saw and heard thru the window it’s training and oversight/manager issues, from secret menu item knowledge to basics like onions on burger and putting fries in the bag without spilling them everywhere. They’re usually super busy, so not sure that’s an excuse, but the few times I’ve been there and not swamped, the employees were saying some inappropriate things in front of customers. All things the manager is ultimately responsible for and with kids these days, must be like pushing mud uphill. Get it together!! ❤️

I-17-25, Two associates took our order. One staff started the order and a second staff finished taking the order. When we got our orders, my fries were missing. My hamburger had water dripping from the lettuce that looked white. I requested a protein style well done burger. My burger was not well done. It was closer to medium. We had to show them that we paid for Teo fries and received only one fries. They issued another fries that was cold in temperature. The time was close to 10 p.m. We ordered the same food items two weeks ago on the day shift on a weekend and everything was perfect.

I'm sick of getting cold ass fries from the drive thru! I always ask for fresh fries and I get cold stale fries that are as hard as a rock.

Over an hour wait for a small “fast” food order for take-out on a Sunday night. My order was skipped over for 20 minutes while orders 20 past mine were being served. My order was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes where I could see it, without it being served to me (despite asking). At the very least, they need to communicate expected wait times - over an hour is completely insane.

First time being there, saw a long drive thru line so walked in. There were a lot of people inside but no line at the order counter which felt a little weird. I ordered which my order number was 99. Then I finally assessed the situation and realized there are many waiting customers. Thinking it might just be backed up…oh they were backed up, alright. I overheard a lady said she is number sixty-something and been waiting for 30 minutes already. Walked in to check and they were at order number thirty something. I canceled the order and walked away. This was a failed location.

One reason I loved this food chain is their fresh french fries. But my order at this location had fries that were frozen and small. Anyway, the bathroom is clean. I also noticed the drive through queue was long but there are 2 employees outside where the line is and they were taking orders. Edit..The irony is that a lot of their workers, being their best assets, and the people who patronize this business in many locations are diverse. So for this company to not support DEI is truly sad. 12/03/24 2:05 pm Over 30 minutes waiting for a protein style burger, fries and shakes was too much, the girl named Stephanie who served me told me twice so I went up to ask that that was the wait time and I ordered the shake at least. and she told me yes, but she never gave it to me, in the end I stood in front and asked everyone for my order and only a very kind boy went to look for it and surprise, they had not started preparing it, I want to think that there was a mistake and It was given to someone else or they simply forgot it, so I ask the manager or supervisor of the place to pay more attention to this type of situation.

Super lame they shut front door at 11pm and only drive through is open til 1am. Line is hella long don't come here at night!
