Went through the drive through and I really appreciate that they always ask if my order is correct on screen. Employees are really nice and the line is always fast.

Upon arrival, we were both greeted by their friendly staffs and told them we needed a quick second to see decide what we are going to order since we were both hungry and wanted a million things. Finally we placed our order from their counter and just relaxed at one of their tables in the dining area. After a few minutes our order was ready and it was time to dig in. Everything was fresh, hot and up to standard in quality wise. This is by far one of the best Jack in the box locations I have ever been to. Everything here is made to order which is just the way I like it since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. The staffs here are very welcoming, well trained and understanding where my visit was a satisfying and issue free one. You can order in person, on the app, go to their drive thru or get it delivered to you via a delivery app. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a quick bite just like me, to anyone looking for a late night snack, if you are on a limited time or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

One of the better locations. Food was hot and tasted fresh not like the others in a Hayward that tastes like they have been getting their veggies from trash in back. I recommend the extra drive to this location.

Good place. Only down side would be the drive through queuing during busy time. About 3 cars behind where you order, cars could be coming in to queue on two sides and one side is from the street.

Look it's jack in the box.... The extreme sausage sandwich no egg add bacon will always be my go-to. No matter where I'm at in the country I know what I get. A solid sandwich and heartburn an hour latter. Worth it every time!!!

Service was slow, the front street and parking lot are under construction, the clientele are a bit sketchy.

Got a free Spicy Chicken sandwich and got a strawberry milkshake to go with it. Chicken sandwich was ok, milkshake was a little better, service was the best - friendly, accommodating and fast.

Very long wait then after all that my croissant didn't have the top to it it just wasn't there I was to upset to go back; check all of your order before leaving

I don't know what is wrong with Jack in boxes in those area, diet coke was half filled and southwest salad served with ranch, like I am never going back to them again. Maybe they should better learn quality control? Or at least put southwest stickers if they don't care enough to check.

Fast food is all it is, just like Mickey D's. Quality of the meats leaves a lot to be desired. As a money-making business targeting those with a lower budget, they do make money, which keeps them open. Nutrition and taste needs quite a bit of improvement. This food just "gets you by..." I won't come ba k for the taste or the quality of the food."

Today May 27 Around10:20 I tried to order inside but there was a note that you ordered by drive trough even when there were people eating inside, I went to order outside and this person who was taking care of my order stopped answering me after a while answered me to just ignore me again, At this point I left the drive through.

Ordered food in drive tru. Tell me to park because food wasn't ready and then they forgot about me . 15 mins later I went inside anf they had completely forgot the rest of my food.

No ice in the machine. All sodas were warm. Fries were cold. Poor quality overall.

I work graveyard shifts and I enjoy driving there on my lunch break to see they're closed on multiple occasions. Maybe someone was there, but they ignored me.

I have never been so eager to post a review about a place. Since I'm from the East Coast I was eager to see what all the fuss is about regarding Jack in the Box. I could not be more disappointed. I order a #2. My drink was fine, no issues there, but the fries were below average comparing to fast food places, and the burger tasted like it was from a lunch room cafeteria. I'm telling you I got high school vibes as soon as I bit into it. Personally I was disappointed, but at least I can say I've tried Jack in the Box, and I hated it. Carry on, nothing to see here...

My family and I were coming from out of town and had a late night craving. Unfortunately for us, JIB was the only thing open. After ordering and driving a few blocks to out hotel room, we realized the fries are cold and we are missing two orders of tacos. We didn't get napkins in any of the bags(5 bags). Nor did I get, or offered for that matter, a receipt.. Seldom do you see a restaurant go far out of their way to provide such abysmal service and subpar, cold food.

This issue occurred twice to me in a span of 1 week only. At first I thought it is just an honest mistake. But it occurred again after a week so the incident is not an honest mistake but a gimmick to rob the customers. Last week at around 3am, I was on my way home from doing overtime at work, I went for a drive thru cause I was so tired and hungry. I ordered a Country Sausage Platter with extra Bacon. I did not checked my order since there was a long line already ay the drive thru. I live 2 blocks away from this store. I went home and when I opened the bag the bacons are missing. I didn't even bothered driving back to the store for that 60 cents worth of bacons and thought it was just an honest mistake. Today same thing happened. Dropped by the store on my way home after doing overtime around the same time. Ordered the same order as last week with Supreme Croissant and Orange Juice. But this time before heading home I parked my car and checked my order and it was missing the Sausage. Mind you, I paid extra for the Bacon and only got the regular County Bacon Platter. So I went back and complained. Within 10 seconds they were able to provide me a freshly cooked sausage. If it was a coincidence and an honest mistake they will not be able to provide a freshly cooked sausage within 10 seconds. The sausage was warm inside out. So there's no way they were able to cook that within 10 seconds. If I didn't checked my orders I probably ended up robbed again. Imagine this how many customers go to drive thru at the wee hours of the morning ordering and not getting the correct order multiplied by 60 cents?

This place pisses me off. We rode our bikes there one night cus we wanted some of those delicious Jack in the Box hamburgers and fries, but they didn't want to open the door for us, even though it wasn't time for them to close yet! On the internet it said they didn't close until midnight and their hours were posted on their door, and it was just after 11 p.m. we ask them if we can purchase something through the drive-thru and they denied us. And we were hungry! And now tired too, and they sent us home like that. The manager was very rude as well.

I can't even count anymore how many times my fries have been cold from this place. It's a bummer because it's the only one close to me and the fries are always cold. I tried to call because I'm tired of this happening and I can't even get through on the listed phone number for them!!!!

This store has the worst crew ever. Food sits around for 5 minutes or more before given to customer. They also lied about what they did to the old burger. Told me it was thrown away as I watched the clerk place it in the bag given to me. I will never patronize this store again or maybe any other Jack in the box store.

I come from Sacramento to work here in the bay so i stop at this Jack in the box only to find drive thru closed more than they are open. They just need to stop the 24hr drive thru since they can't stay open. I've complained to management several times and they still can't keep drive thru open.

This is the worst Jack In The Box I have ever been to. I went last night and ordered a chicken tater munchie meal and the new sauced fries, Carne Asada ones, and asked for no hot sauce on my tacos. I started to eat a taco on my way home, but they put hot sauce on it. The carne asada fries had 2 tiny pieces of meat, and a small blob of cheese and guacamole in one corner. The sandwich had no cheese and the ranch sauce that they did put tasted sour and spoiled. The only thing that was edible were the actual French fries. Wasted my money.

Out of the last 10 times I've been here my order has been the same thing and it has never been right. I have asked for no cheese sauce and no ranch sauce. I have received it light, regular, extra and no cheese sauce but they also removed the American cheese and shredded cheese as well. Once I got just the bread, pickle slice and hamburger patty. One guy who was I suppose the manager in charge saw me but never said a word or made an effort to do any type of motion to tell me I would be helpped soon since he was taking orders from the drive throu. What happened to courtesy and the "we will be right with you". I would of been fine waiting if they would of said something.

They are lazy never want to cook always saying there out of bbq sauce. The guy Caucasian that works nights drive thru is sooooooRUDE! has no customer service training AT ALL,I do not know where they found him but very rude& arguementive .It used to be you could always count on a hot meal for my kids. NO MORE,you spend your hard earned money they don't care because it's not affecting their paycheck. I hope you all do better if I could give 0 stars,you be the winner!!!
