This place is amazing. They had Dragon dances for the opening day. And yes, it took a long time on opening day. But I live right across the street and now you go in there, And you get your drink within five minutes. There's also parking in the back. You have to try the bubble waffles. Yum.

Got the oreo waffle, warm taro milk tea and warm wintermelon milk tea. Everything was delicious! Would absolutely get a warm milk tea again for this cold weather. Also tried their mango and strawberry macaroons, definitely good! A bit too cold, but nonetheless flavorful! I would recommend trying Ding Tea if you're in the area looking for some good milk tea or something else in their big menu 🤠

Dairy free powdered milk and "real boba." Your Boba should be brown, not black. Definitely recommend the Taro Boba. It's become one of my favorites, and Taro was on special the month of October! I purchased a large for 50% off almost daily.

I have had the Signature milk tea, Thai tea, Jasmine milk tea and the Oreo bubble waffle. All pretty good even comparable to when I go to Frisco. The app for Ding Tea San Marcos was pretty accurate in timing and easy to use.

High quality boba drinks. Milk teas are very flavorful and bobas are fresh and chewy. Will definitely come back again. New favorite next to Meet Fresh.

They made a drink for me that they didn't have on the menu so that was pretty cool. The wife seems to love their monster Boba latte so I recommend that drink since she is pretty good at tasting good drinks.

Super happy there’s another location for Ding Tea! This shop nailed my expectation for when I ask for half sweet. The tea and egg pudding were tasty and of great quality.

Accessibility: there are a few disabled parking spots in front of the store but then the rest of the parking is pretty limited as this is a busy area with businesses and apartments directly next to it. There are two pull doors to enter the building but they were both propped open tonight around 8 PM. There are a few wheelchair accessible tables to use outside as well as more inside. The employees here are SUPER nice so if you need assistance, just ask and I bet they would gladly help. Experience: as soon as I came inside the employees said "welcome" and it was very cute inside! When it was my turn to order the employees were so cheerful and happy to answer my 10 questions, not rushing me even with a line behind me. I felt very welcomed and attended to here! Wonderful experience! The drinks tasted great too! I will definitely be back.

You can customize the ice level and sugar level they just ask for percentages which is cool. Instead of saying light ice i know I’m getting 25% ice they’re spot on. Not a lot of seating room will say that, but nice and cozy. When busy the line goes out the door won’t support more than 10 people inside waiting in line. It’s a popular spot for college students and young people but don’t let that deter you.

Changing my review to 5 stars. I was initially disappointed at the long wait times, but after coming here for a while I realized, it’s worth the wait and I always come back for the tea. Everyone who works there is always super friendly, and now I just leave my house a little later after putting in the order and give myself extra time to get there. The tea and bubble waffle are great.

Highly recommend trying this place at least once.

2021-1227: My family likes bubble tea and there are three of these bubble tea places close by. We seem to go to all three of them depending on my family’s mood. I am glad that now you can inside and order normally. During some of Covid times, they would make you do online only orders, which I did not like.

The customer service is poor. Drink was okay. There is another bubble tea store in the next building (kung fu tea) that is a little better.

Their drinks are good, but they’re much slower than the boba place next door, and the one next door actually allows people to use their restroom.

I ordered a mango milk tea with star gummies. It didn't taste right at first, but I guess as the ice melted it lost that weird bitter flavor. I enjoyed it after that. The medium size is actually very small.

had a milk tea with no milk in it... Either that or it was extremely bitter. On top of that, the bobas tasted funny compared to last time. Guess I'll have to go to other tea places for now.

I ordered 2 black milk tea and after few minutes, the liquid separated into 2 layers. First it doesn't look like milk tea and the worst is it doesn't taste like milk tea!!! What a waste of money!

They somehow forgot our order after I realized they passed our number 45 minutes later. No kind of compensation. Still didn't prioritize order or even get it right.

Very cheap on toppings. Was excited about this location. But they only gave out 1/3 size of boba toppings compared to the Convoy location. And I ordered 2 toppings of Monster boba ($0.75 per topping), they ran out of that and gave me golden boba ($0.55 per topping) instead. Still the topping size less than a regular topping size at Convoy. No business sense!!

They give zero priority to customers that are physically there. Better hope no one called in an order or you will literally wait 20 minutes for a single drink even if you’re the only person standing there. I gave this place another try and ordered online 30 minutes in advance only for them to say hadn’t started yet when I got there (there was no one in or out of the store). I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but it’s literally the worst I’ve ever been to. Won’t be returning.

I came here two days ago and ordered 2 strawberry milk teas and I’m pretty sure they gave us spoiled milk. Not only did it taste like it but it looked all chunky at the bottom. I didn’t wanna make a scene so I just threw them away and left but it was still pretty gross

Today was my first visit to Ding Tea, I got a medium Hazelnut milk tea which wasn't too good but I forcefully drunk it so I wouldn't waste my money. For 2 large and 1 medium tea's I paid $15.35. Not sure if I would return again for another milk tea?

Not very welcoming. They are limited stock with their supplies. Literally I tried ordering a couple of alternative for my drink and one by one they did not have it. If you are particular with your drink i suggest go somewhere else saves you time and gas. Don’t settle for whatever options they just have left. This is not the first time they keep running of supplies and add-ons for the drinks. I tried giving it a chance sorry it just wasn’t it for me 😭

In summary: - I was notified my order was ready when it wasn’t. - One of the drinks was forgotten and had to be asked for. - The Vietnamese iced coffee was filled only halfway. - The drinks were given to me in the wrong size. This was a really disappointing experience, and I hope these issues can be addressed to improve service in the future.
