First time at this burger joint. I had seen pictures of their salad on Facebook by friends. Finally I get to try this place out and Opt for their classic burger combo it was delicious I’ll be back. Thry have sweet potato fries. That’s a plus and a jalapeño bar

Burgers are sizzling hot as well as fries. Very tasty and balanced, ie everything is just in right proportion. Unfortunately, the hosts were too shy and pictures didn’t document the heroes of that place. In any way, give yourself a favor: go to that place and try those “chars”. You won’t regret it.

Have been here several times to eat and decided to stop in for late evening dessert of an Oreo shake. My husband and I both had one and we would have to say it's not as good as the chocolate shakes. It wasn't thick and they crumbled a little cookie on top but nothing really in it as far as cookie pieces. We sat outside as the air conditioning was on really strong inside and it was chilly outside but the heat lamps were going thankfully. The place is clean and staff was cleaning in kitchen while we waited for our shakes so showed they cared.

Habit burgers seem to be getting smaller over the years and now they're more expensive, of course. I know they were much bigger 15 years ago. I remember when they cost $2.99! Now they're $5.99!

The food here is usually consistent. The service is very good. The huge drawback is the temperature. It’s like they’re preserving meat in here!! Bring your scarf, jacket, etc. It freezing every time I come here. It literally feels like a walk in cooler.

Pros: Clean. Burger was good and hot. Employees seem happy and nice. Cons: Fried food is cooked prior to the burgers and left to sit on the tray while the burgers are being cooked, therefore the fries, onion rings and tempura green beans are served at much lower and various temperatures. If I am going to 'cheat' and eat fried treats, I prefer them served hot. Not one of three employees had tried the Ahi sandwich and were able to recommend it. I understand. At least the Manager responded to the Cashier, saying that he didn't eat Tuna, but it is a popular sandwich. Bathroom has that black gunk in the corners like IHOP get, but otherwise clean. This was our first visit. We will probably return.

The first time I came here the food was so good the fried and onion rings were so fresh and it was just memorable! This passed week when I went , the girl at the register was pretty rude to me and my friends and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and she charged me a grilled chicken sandwich.. it was busy so I didn’t want to send the food back and wait for another one, plus sending food back is always questionable.. so I ate it. Also the fried weren’t fresh like last time, they definitely needed to change their oil.. but their ranch is good ranch! I know that matters to a lot of people!

My recent order was not good. Burger was not cooked all the way. Chicken bites, well, not good. Salad, if you want to call it that had 3 pieces of lettuce. Onion ring were salty. Not going back. They used to be good, not any more.

Unfortunately this burger chain failed to impress us at our first order from them and we will not likely order from them in the future. In summary, I saw they offer double char burgers for $1 when you install their app on your phone and I thought that might be a good opportunity to try their burgers. We ordered two double char burgers using their deal (1 dollar double char) using two different phones and another double char burger at the regular price without using any offer code at the restaurant. We didn't give any special instructions for the burgers that came with the offer but we told them not to put any onion and mayo for the regular order. And it was a takeout order. When we got to our house, we realized that they only made the double char burger (which was not ordered with any offer code) correctly. But the other two looked liked as if they shared the ingredients of a single burger. Both had double patties but only one had the cheese and the other didn't. On the other hand, the one with no cheese had tomatoes, pickles and onions but the cheesey one had none of these. Also the buns were cold. To be honest this was a very strange experience. I guess we'll stick to In-n-out burger, which is right across the street.

Half of my chicken club baarley had any chicken. For 11 dollars youde think they give bigger pieces. Atleast fill the bread. Dissapointed. Not ordering another one of these.
