Really enjoyed my recent experience at BJ'S. I ordered the weekend prime rib special which comes with soup or salad and a pizookie. My husband ordered the brewhouse philly. I received a very generous portion of prime rib which was delicious, simply flavored, and decently tender. The baked potato was also deliciously fluffy and the tomato soup was great. I knew I wouldn't be able to finish the pizookie so I ordered the ice cream on the side. The pizookie was perfectly cooked, melty and gooey. My husband thought his cheese steak could have been more cheesy but it was a tasty sandwich nonetheless. Service was great and would definitely come back again!

This place was fantastic! We enjoyed the patio and had great food & service. The nachos were HUGE - more than a meal by itself. The kids liked their food and LOVED the pizookie. They had nice heaters they turned on as it got colder outside. Great dining experience.

Went with my friend from college at 10 pm after golfing at mariners point golf range/9hole course. The food was delicious and had a ton of drinks choice! Good vibe the price was reasonable

Bartender was super friendly and attentive on a weeknight. Expansive menu, always gotta try the iconic pizookie. A lot of seating available. Good selection of draft, wine and cocktails, though they ran out of some of the guest beers on rotation. Better range than Lazy Dog next door :) they have cider and many beers on tap. Try the seasonal drinks too- the lucky ducky was so fun.

We came with some friends for late happy hour and got some great deals on food and drinks which I recommend so besides all that manager Jessica came to check on us while eating and after dinner and she was so attentive, polite and awesome. Shoutout to Jessica

Angelina and Javier are the best! The only reason we come to this restaurant and will continue and I know that many others do. They always go above and beyond each time we come. Always friendly, always polite, always making our dining experience one of the best, each date night we have. I know sometimes the management staff and above don’t really look at these reviews, but they should because you should know the reasons many of us come to your restaurant. Definitely why we do. Been to many BJs in different states but got to say San Mateo has the best atmosphere then By other BJs we been too. But guessing it's only because of the staff there give them what they deserve and keep them around Because without them it wouldn't be the same.

Today I visited the BJS restaurant with my mother and another guest, and unfortunately we had a very frustrating experience with the reception service. We have always been very well treated at this restaurant, which is why today’s incident was even more disappointing. When we arrived, we requested a table for three people, and the hostess informed us that it would take a few minutes due to a waiting list of customers who had arrived before us. We waited for more than 40 minutes without our name being called. At one point, my mother went to the reception desk to ask how many parties were still ahead of us, and she was initially told there were four. Shortly afterward, that information changed to eight people, which caused confusion. Even after continuing to wait and asking about our table, we noticed that all other parties — both from the waiting list and reservations — were seated before us. Our name was simply never called. Because of this, I went to the counter to explain that everyone was being seated ahead of us and that we had not been assisted. Since no solution was offered, we ended up leaving without eating and without receiving any service. We left feeling very frustrated, as we like the restaurant, but the reception service that night fell short. The situation showed a clear lack of organization and attention to customers, which was truly regrettable.

Met with a friend for lunch. They have all you can eat soup and salad with a variety of combinations. The chili had a beer aftertaste, the chowder was pretty tasty. Caesar salad was refreshing. Also ordered a tri-tip salad with iceburg wedges smothered in blue cheese and a burger with crispy fries. So full and no space for dessert. Service was excellent, the staff waa friendly and efficient.

I am one of the regulars here. Affordable food, good value if you take advantage of all of the deals. Happy hour deals, the daily deals, the beer club. All good value! And pretty good food for the price too. I would eat out with friends a lot less often if this place wasn't around. I particularly recommend going on Wednesdays when any of the burgers are only $12 and come with bottomless fries. I am a fan of most of the BJs signature beers. The pizookies are all excellent. The fries here are good, and though I don't get them often, so are the deep dish pizzas! One of my friends even said this chain has his favorite pizza. I also think while the quality is pretty consistent at other BJs I've been to, the bridgepoint location is the best in terms of service! Excellent team.

On July 4th on the way back to Fremont from Purisima Creek Trail, Halfmoon Bay, we decided to try the $13 menu from this restaurant since we did try it last time we're there. We got to be seated right away, there are quite a few people on Friday. Our young server were quite pleasant and attentive. We ordered the California Pizza on flat bread which we liked last time. My wife tried the southern fried chicken and I wanted the soups and salads. My wife like the pizza very much and the fried chicken, she said it was so moist and tender unlike any other fried chicken breast dry and tastless. I had a taste and it was very good, the corn and the mash potatoes were very tasty. My caesar salad was cold and seasoning to my liking, the chicken tortilla soup is flavorful just like the soups in good restaurants in Chihuahua and Guadalajara I used to eat. I tried the clam chowder and I was glad it wasn't thick, or watery and rich like some other restaurant. It's just right with some tabasco. There are plenty of clams meat and little pieces of potato. The dessert chocolate chip ice cream on some cake that I can never remember the name was very nice. All included. After a nice hiking on beautiful trail of Purisima, this meal really hit our spot and the prices were amazing. The mobil pay is quite convenient and quick. This is the first time I’ve been in one of these BJ restaurants. This restaurant is in a big shopping center with plenty of places to park. The place is very nice and clean inside, all tables are far from each others so we can chat away without anyone noticing LOL. The menu is quite excellent with many things to choose from and the prices are quite reasonable, no wonder some restaurants are always busy. Monday through Friday they have special menu with dessert included which is excellent. I ordered Jambalaya, my wife ordered the seared ahi salad. We ordered the flat bread California pizza as appetizers to try and it’s so tasty and light. The Jambalaya wasn’t runny with sauce, different but extremely delicious since I’ve tried many places and I love this dish. I liked this one here a lot. My wife’s salad was so good that she ate it all and didn’t let me try any. My other family members other different dishes and they all liked it. The signature dessert here was quite excellent. I’m going to try the soup and salad all you can eat. The soup and salad looked so tempting. Definitely will try BJ again with other dishes. The young lady server was so pleasant, attentive and fast with everything.

Not sure where the lower star reviews come from but BJs is exactly what it needs to be. Fantastic wide selection of craft beer with American comfort food that is tasty in a sports bar energy. They don't claim to be anything else and they serve this need precisely. Just wish the service could be faster. We went during a weekday and the server was friendly but extremely slow. Had a great time! Will return.

Went in at 5:15pm on a World Series Game day, by 6pm, people were wall-to-wall in the restaurant. Waiter was swamped but did her best! Tip: You can order your Pizookies with the ice cream on the side to minimize the sogginess factor. 😁

Great food one of my all time favourites. I love their Spinach Stuffed Mushroom and deep dish pizzas. Crispy potato skins was too much of a portion for me.

Nice clean place. Service a bit slow, but server did everything to make us feel comfortable. Surprisingly it was half empty even with a long line waiting to be seated.

I usually don’t go to chain restaurants. But since I was meeting co-workers in the area, we all met here. Our server, Eyla (sp?) was very attentive to our needs and recommended dishes to one in our party who was unsure on what to order. I forgot what she recommended, but my co-worker was very happy with her order. I on the other hand, was in the mood for steak and I was not disappointed with my selection. But I think the experience was made better by our server.

This visit was a little funky than the previous visit which was great. We had a really good waitress until she had to go on break. The next waiter wasn't so great. This location was very understaffed so you will need patience getting seated, ordering, receiving the food, being served and finally paying the check.

There were no wait when we came considering it's a weekend. We got seated right away. The server is attentive. He suggested few vegan options or foods that can be made to vegan for me. The one I ended up getting is good since I'm looking for something savory but light. The wait for the food took a little longer than normal but overall it was a pleasing visit

Been here two times recently after having not visited in quite some time. Both recent visits proved quite fulfilling! I'm all about those fresh, buttery-rich garlic knob rolls and delectable calamari appetizers before I even consider one of a cornucopia of sumptuous entrees to select from what appears to be an extended and enhanced menu of diverse dishes. Great attention to safe social distancing displayed in seating format and Marlee was apt to the task of taking care of my friends and I for the evening's feasting in one of the very rare occasions we decided to eat out during pandemicky times. Highly recommend a dining experience here and make sure to bring a hefty appetite as the portions are generous for the buck!

Great food with good selection of craft beer. Visit them during happy hour for better deals. The best item that I highly recommend was the avocado spring rolls. Try it

Came in for desert. I had the Mikey bread with vanilla bean ice cream. I was not disappointed. Due to staffing shortages I had to sit at the bar but the bar tender was friendly and patient. When In the area I’ll be back

I really appreciate that BJ’s is open until midnight—it’s perfect for meeting up with friends who work late. I’m not going here expecting anything super fancy or over-the-top, and for what it is, it’s more than good enough. The menu has plenty of reliable options for a casual bite, the late hours make it extra convenient, and the vibe is just easy and relaxed. I’ll probably keep coming back whenever we need a solid spot to catch up after work.

Nice restaurant, lots of options, ope till midnight which is great since most local joints close at 10pm. I ordered the pulled turkey sandwich and it was very flavorful and delicious. The bone-in wings are not great and I wouldn't recommend them, but the sandwiche is a must try.

Service it's good ! Good tasty I enjoy the tortilla soup on a sourcebread very cheese bread was on point! Desserts I definitely recommend the pizookie !

Always enough parking for a big group which is the best part. Our server was really nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. We came on a Friday so we were able to get the prime rib which was surprisingly good with great marbling. Potato skins were okay. The artichoke dip was good and the chips were fresh. This was my first pizookie and I’m a fan.

Back again, this time for lunch. I have been to this restaurant many times because I feel safe. They keep the place nice and clean. Good dining. I like the beer, I had PM porter. Nice dark beer. We ate outside and had a nice time. Interesting time during covid19. Been here many times. It is a safe place.

BJ's is consistently good and the service today with Aja T. was outstanding. Our only complaint was that our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, so we brought home a LOT of food. And that's really NOT a problem! Good food, good atmosphere, reasonable prices, a great place for a group, and great service. Love having BJ's in the neighborhood.

Went Friday at 630pm with reservations. We had to wait 15 minutes. We were finally seated and enjoyed a birthday dinner of Prime Rib. Our server, Savanah was trying to be attentive but she was slammed with some contrary diners who needed a lot of help. She did her best and apologized for her delayed response. We didn't really notice, she was doing great! The Prime Rib dinners arrived as requested with the meat properly served as requested. The medium was just past pink. The medium rare was pink. Perfection. I'd go after 7pm when the lines were gone and tables were available. The service was very good for such a large restaurant/ bar. The food is good comfort food with plenty of variety for every taste.

He greeted us with a beautiful smile, was perfectly attentive in his service, and made great recommendations. It is so fantastic to get such incredible customer service. Service was fine. Had a very nice but very busy server. Food was good but not great. Salad was good but a little too warm, fried calamari was good but not hot at all. Good flavors but guessing because it was busy, my food was sitting longer than necessary. I was there a little longer than expected overall. Normally it’s 45 minutes to eat at BJ’s, i was there over an hour and a half. Not horrible, just longer than I expected. Good experience, I would return.

I came here after boycotting the place for several years due to bad service. Wow, things have really improved! Excellent, friendly service and we didn't have to wait too long for the food. Speaking of which, the food has always been consistently good. It's not gourmet, but it is tasty. And I'm happy to see that their menu has healthy options. In our group two of us got salads, and they were both very good. Other standard fare is great as well. And of course, you can't come here without mentioning the Pizookies!! They're fantastic! Worth a trip just for those!

The food at BJ's is not bad. I wanted the weekends only prime rib. Of course with my luck, it was no longer available on Sat. It was supposed to be available all weekend. We had the crispy chicken sandwich $15, parmesan crusted chicken $21, rib eye steak 14oz $30 and a churro pizookie. The food tasted dry all across our three entrees. It wasn't bad, not great. My steak needed sauce. Service was so-so. Our drinks arrived after entrees. I was able to get my steak at the same price as the prime rib since they were out of the prime rib. Which was nice. So, good job the crew at BJ's.

Their "deep dish pizza" is not actually deep dish at all, it's a small wildly overpriced thick crust regular pizza. Staff was nice though.

If you visit during lunch, ask about the specials. We would never have known if we didn’t order burgers that they were on special that day.

Summary: Food = 9/10 Management = 10/10 Service = 0/10 Stop giving straws!! I eat here a lot because I really like the food (I would give four stars for the food alone) but the service is absolutely abysmal. I recommend ordering take out and going home. It is the most frustrating experience to eat here. Sometimes it takes over 15 minutes for the waiter to even speak to us for the first time, let alone take our order. It takes over half an hour to receive water. It is actually shocking how terrible the service is. One other thing is that they really should not give straws with water. It's very environmentally unfriendly. I brought these complaints up with the management and they were very receptive so that was a nice surprise! I'm happy they listened to my feedback.

The place was not as crowded as it was before Covid. The quality of food has also decreased. Loaded nachos was almost like movie theater nachos - just chips and cheese and bits of tomato. The vegetarian flatbread is good and has artichokes, bell peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes. The wings were soggy. Avocado roll was good as an appetizer and Pizzokie was good for the dessert.

Dinner was amazing. I had the double Bone in Pork Chops with Honey Sirracha Brussel Sprouts and a Loaded Baked Potato. My wife had the Zucchini Pasta. Food was excellent. The service was a bit subpar. Waiter only came to the table once and never refilled our drinks. Wanted to try several beers which they were out of.

Ordered a Peruvian quinoa boal with shrimp. There were lots of shrimps which was great, but it doesn't taste Peruvian at all. Also it was mainly with brown rice rather than quinoa, so they should change the name to Brown Rice Bowl. It was a bit on the oily side, and the tomatoes were really sour tasting, a bit like it was from a bad quality tinned tomatoes rather than fresh ones. The service was good though, and got served quite quickly. Good atmosphere.

Came in for date night haven't been here in a while food was delicious but the service wasn't the best, server forgot to put in part of our order into the kitchen and it came out when we were finished our meal. Then added extra drinks onto our tab. All in all, it was not a great experience it will be a while before we return

When I visited, half the dining room was closed off due to too few staff on duty. There was actually demand for tables, with some people waiting in the lobby. We were told we would have to wait around 15 minutes, which I said was fine. Surprisingly, we were called 5 minutes into that wait and told to seat ourselves at the open booth in the bar via the hostess vaguely pointing where we should go and I had to confirm it was the right place which seemed to annoy them. The table was still dirty with numerous unfinished drinks from the previous party. We ended up awkwardly waiting 10 minutes at the table before we were served, all while there was still junk at our table and we had no menus. Once a server was finally assigned to us, she was very attentive and took good care of us, although I honestly would have just preferred to have been brought in when they were ready for us. BJs food is a mixed bag - there are sports bar classics, most of which are fine but not worth going out of your way to get. The restaurant can offer great specials during the week and at happy hour, but also has food of similar price as Cheesecake Factory but not of the same quality or quantity. I think one of the draws of this place is its variety and presentation of numerous beers. It's a nice place for an after-work Happy Hour, but I think if I had the choice with the combination of food, price, and service, I would go to a place like Cheesecake Factory or YardHouse first.

Big portions and a good variety of food. They had so many options I had a difficult time choosing what to get. The appetizers were also pretty good (I may have eaten the appetizers more than my entree...). The pizookies were actually really good and I will be getting them again in the future. I gave a lower rating because of a few downsides. The wasabi guac (which I was looking forward to) in my entree had no hint of wasabi whatsoever and the nachos were all really really stuck to the parchment paper, so I definitely ate some pieces of paper along the way. They were a bit busy, but our server would be gone for a while and rarely checked in on us, so it was difficult to order more or get refills. In the end the food was pretty good, but perhaps our experience would've been better on a less busy day...

We went here for lunch to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We ordered caesar salad, chicken bbq pizza, fries/tenders kids meal, some cocktails, and triple chocolate pizookie with vanilla ice cream. The food is average but served fast and hot. I was expecting a different “deep-dish” pizza where you have a normal thin crust with an inch worth of toppings (because that’s what I’m used to eating). Their chicken bbq deep dish pizza instead was about an inch thick of dough with toppings. My husband and I thought it was a bit chewy and doughy although still has great flavors. The best part came when we tried, for the first time, the pizookie. It was delightful to eat. The triple chocolate cookie was warm and soft and the vanilla ice cream just tied these two harmoniously. There was an incident where a couple had an unpleasant scene in the restaurant about 3 tables from us. After the commotion, the staff handled it pretty well. They apologized to the dining customers for the rather uncomfortable situation given it was Valentine’s Day and they immediately cleaned up the mess that was left by the hysterical customer.

We walked in and was seated pretty quickly as we just came in after the dinner rush and only just the two of us. We just ordered a pizookie for a little sweet treat. Our waiter notified us that he was a waiter in training so we weren’t expecting a perfect service. However we waited over 45 minutes for just a single cookie!! We saw other tables receive their appetizers and entrees and finish them before we got our food. When we finally received our food the pizookie had obviously been sitting out for a while as it wasn’t as warm as I’ve had before but still enjoyable. The waiter and the waitress he was shadowing apologized profusely. We understood that it was a busy time and it was a trainee but it was just unfortunate that it happened :/ Additionally, my fork was not properly cleaned as it was crusty in the wrapped cloth napkin.

The food is ok, but service could be better. The waiter doesn't remember details of the order.

Worst BJ's I've been to. Had to flag someone down to find out who my host was and the the club sandwich I ordered was disappointing. It had 1 leaf of lettuce, talk about cutting back.

I order for my entire office many times a week during audit season. I need to get back to the office rather quickly and no one came to help me for several minutes at the take out counter. I wouldn’t recommend getting big office orders from here.

There's no BJ's that's good. In talking about food quality, I've tried several dishes at several restaurants and every single time the food feels like it was seating frozen for long time, microwaved and served as "fresh" Take for example steak, it usually comes with an acidic flavor which tends to indicate that's not fresh. Yesterday I had bbq ribs and it was basically dry and seemed overcooked with a sugary "BBQ" sauce on top. Had it for dinners and today I'm still struggling to digest it. In sure it sat Frozen for long time and then it was reheated and served. You'd be better of by going to chipotle or McDonald's for a fraction of the price. If the prices where half of what they are it would be ok but I'm not paying close to 50$ for frozen food.

I order takeout fairly frequently from this BJs. Today’s experience will make me reconsider. My order was placed online today at 10:56 am, and I asked for it to be ready at 12:35-11:40. I arrive at 11:40 and am told it will be another 10 min. It is finally ready at 11:55an. Took it to my mom’s memory care home and discovered that there was no salad dressing for the salad. And the employees were not pleasant or helpful. They were not apologetic and one of them wouldn’t even look at me when I spoke to her.

Walked up to the 2 ladies who were hosts to this location. Mentioned we were going to the bar. One host smiled and said sure the other host with red hair stopped us and said no, the bar is closed. Then, she proceeded to tell us that there was a 45 min wait for a table, we agreed to wait as she was taking my name, she stated it may be quicker than 45 mins. Couple groups turned around and walked out when the hostess stated the same 45 min wait. As we waited, I looked over at the bar and noticed a bunch of empty tables and seats. We waited for a total of 5 minutes until they sat us in the restaurant instead. When the waiter came, I asked about the closed bar. He stated the bar was not closed and was open seating. Note the restaurant is at 50% full, empty tables all over... pretty sure the hostess with red hair was simply playing games....

I came in a today and there were lots of mistakes me and my family had at our lunch. We ordered two separate salads with bacon taken off one, and tomatoes taken off the other due to allergies. My partner also got a plain burger with no tomatoes or pickles. Each one of those orders came with the exact items we had wanted to remove. We appreciated our servers help and understood this was most likely a chef problem. But the server could have even checked the orders before bringing them out to make sure they were right. We have had previous mixed experiences with this location but this specific one stood out. We had also ordered tea and the server said they didn't have any, this was ok with us until we later asked for the manager and he made it clear they definitely had tea. This was just one extra thing that was frustrating and made the experience worse. Not to mention they were not busy, if they had been packed we would have given more leeway but making these mistakes with allergies was very frustrating.

I usually like grabbing a drink here! The bartender does not listen. I am here on a Sunday night to watch football. I asked for a sex on the beach. Specifically vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice and cranberry. He skips the orange juice part, then proceeds add Chambord. I asked if I can get a splash more of peach schnapps and he says it’s an extra “$9”. Meanwhile the drink is $13. I do not understand why he insisted to not make it the way I just requested. Not interested in drinking here again. Simple directions.

4 of us stopped by here for dinner and some beers! They have a decent deletion of Ale and other beers but the food was average at best. We had some appetizers along w 2 salmon dishes and 2 orders of wings! The boneless wings were so salty that we could not finish them. Don’t get the buffalo sauce in the wings at all! Salmon was also very bland!

I ordered potstickers and sweet potato fries from BJs in San Mateo to go. When I got home (live 2 min away), my food was cold and had almost no flavor. Not to mention I got a small order of sweet potato fries upon opening. See the picture, they didn’t even fill it all the way up. This is really poor service for the price being paid.

I get bad experience here the lady was very crazy Whit my husband she was always touching my husband every time and never was talk to me only whit my husband they need to had woman work professional and respectful

Waiter was nice but overall service was very bad!! Got seated waited for about 20 minutes for anyone to even come and acknowledge our table. Food took a little long to come out and my husband’s burger was cold my daughter’s Mac and cheese was burnt so bad she couldn’t eat parts of it. Never got a water refill either. 😞

Terrible service and greasy food. It was like this a while ago and improved, but now it's terrible again. The staff have absolutely no friendliness and seem to be working there against their will. Awful, zero stars.

The waiter was not helpful at all. The host was really rude when it came to setting us. The food was really bad and burnt would not recommend coming me. The waiter did not ask for my ID when it came to buying an alcoholic drink.

We ordered a BJ’s smokehouse burger medium well but it came with complete burnt patty that is not even edible. So we called the manager to show it and he claimed it was well done rather than medium well meaning it was ok to eat forcing me thinking i am wrong with his disgusting attitudes and didn’t apologize at all but offered a new one. He came back with new burger but I asked for an apology but he said he apologized already. He lied through his teeth. Even my waitress serving for the food agreed with me and apologized it to me. I won’t come back until this obnoxious guy gets fired by the top management. Very deceiving and untrustworthy person that I ever seen before.

Took us 30 min to get our drinks and our meal and appetizer came out at the same time. The waiter didnt check on us.

Filthy. Every aspect of our experience suggested management simply doesnt care. That napkin in the picture was nt used. That was when unrolled it to get my utensils. Dust at least a year thick in the booth, stuff stuck to the wall and who knows what stuck all over the salt shaker.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at BJ’s in San Mateo was frustrating enough to speak up. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely slow — it took forever just to get someone to acknowledge us. While we waited, we noticed several employees just sitting at tables doing nothing, which made the delay even more baffling. When we finally did get our food, we asked if someone could take a picture of our group (a simple request), and they said no — without offering any explanation or even trying to help. To make things worse, when we got the bill, we noticed a $20 tip had been added without our consent. We didn’t authorize that charge, and it felt dishonest.

Terrible service at the restaurant twice and tried it one more time through Uber eats. What a disaster.! my daughters pizza and fries were cold, my salad had actual pieces of rotten arugula, lettuce in it, and the soup was so thick I got instant heartburn. It was a broccoli cheddar. And they forgot my bread bowl, but charged me anyway, and forgot the drink that came with my daughters. We literally threw the entire meal in the trash sadly. Spent $40. Uber eats is awful. They wouldn’t credit me without a fight and pictures and all they gave me back was three dollars for the bread bowl. I’ll never go to this restaurant or use Uber eats again! DoorDash all the way !

We were seated immediately upon arriving at the restaurant, which was a good start. Unfortunately, that’s where the service ended. After waiting about 10 minutes, we noticed that everyone who arrived after us was being served. We tried to ask someone who was cleaning tables if they knew who our server was, but they simply said they didn’t know and continued with their task. At that point, we decided to leave. The restaurant was not that busy so not sure why we where ignored.

This is for all the Birthday boys and girls out there, you thought you can get a pizookie ice cream for free on your birthday. Don't be fool. The waitress said you can get it for free, while you are eating your free pizookie ice cream, the manager will come to you and let you know it isn't free, you have to pay for it. I told the manager that the waitress told me it is free, but the manager will not honor it and still charge it on the bill. Be aware ! You have been warn. Don't trust BJ. Nothing is free in this world.

I made a reservation, but when I got there they said it wasn't a reservation. When they called our table, we were ready to go, but then suddenly they took a different group. They gave us a table that was too small for our party, and we had to squish together. Overall a very unorganized experience. The employees seemed overloaded and scatterbrained as a result. Edit: The waiter is good so I have to give them credit for that. We got switched to a larger table.

This place is one of my go to places. But what happen in my recent order, it is no longer that. We order pizza online for delivery. The pizza started of great. However, later that night, my BF grabbed another slice, took a bite and while chewing, discovered a hair tie baked into the pizza. I wish I was making this up, but I'm not. I wonder what kind of quality control they use. I'll be think twice before ever ordering again.
