My last visit to PDQ was abysmal, so I quit going around a year ago. I figured to give them another try and use my birthday reward. This place has definitely turned it around and gotten 100% better. The only thing I would pick on is that I wish the toast was cooked about 20-30 more seconds. Other than that, the meal was excellent.

The young lady who took our order was very patient as we ordered. The lady who brought us some fries was very friendly also. They both made sure everything was ok with our order. I normally eat at the first location in Jacksonville. The person that was with me was their first time and it was a very good experience. Will definitely return when in the area.

I have t been to pdq in around a year because I moved away from the area. I recently came back and I wanted to give it a try. It was delicious! Hot, fresh and crunchy! The chicken far surpasses chick fila! This is real chicken! Real tenders! Real meat! I do miss the old fries! However the quality and the price is very good! The RANCH is the best I have ever eaten in my life! I would just dip my finger in it! Lol it is that good!

I always feel like our PDQ is efficient and always caters to me. The chicken is crunchy and tender and the sweet sriracha is my favorite sauce to use even at home! And they have great fresh lemonade (and refillable infused tea inside along with the freestyle soda machine). They even set up Corn hole outside! Oh yeah…and their fries are waffle fries! Oh and they also occasionally give us freebies in the app! We love going there!

The food is exceptional here each time we go. I will not call the menu prices cheap, pretty average, most meals are currently between $10-$15 and include a drink. If you subscribe to their rewards program, they do routinely have specials and bonus rewards that will turn your meal into a bargain for the quality. Don't miss out on amazing deals, and I think they give you three tenders just for subscribing. Sauces are made in house, they have lots of drink options from specially made tea to Coca-Cola Freestyle. Be sure to take them up on their handwashing station, it's nice to have clean hands and the soap is really good. On top of the consistently delicious food, the service is among the best I ever get. This is not a table service restaurant, but they carried the food to my table today, for example. Even if they don't though, which they can't always, it's almost always ready to go a couple minutes after ordering. You can really get in and out of the dining room quickly. Even if you can't dine in, they have a fantastic drive-thru service, just don't wait too long before enjoying your meal. I've written a lot, I just can't say enough great things about Sanford's PDQ. They're by far my favorite and I hope to come back again and again.

It was decent. I would go back again. Enjoy the various types of chicken and dips really like the dips. Different types of dips. Make it fun to eat chicken fingers and chicken strips and all of that.

Live up to their name! People dedicated to quality! Food was great and quick. My daughter spilt her drink. Everyone was nice and kind about it.

Riley (tall and pony tail) took care of us. He is kind, patient, professional and very pleasant. Always well mannered and eager to help. He was patient with helping me decide what I wanted to order.

I didn't love this fast food chicken place at first, but it's now grown to be my preferred one on this side of town. Inside is really nice. Parking lot has tons of spots. Drive through is always fast. Their sauces and tenders are really great. Crispy waffle fries are nice to have available too.

Just came in today and ordered a big order. It was done fast and the food was great. The staff was very friendly. Btw the honey butter sandwich is goated. 10/10

Chicken tenders were good. Actually had flavor. We ate at Canes once and it was bland, PDQ's chicken was good alone. Waffle fries were good and toast was good. Sweet tea was very good. The only thing that needs some help is the drive thru. Sign is damaged and it's tight if you have big vehicle. Food is real good, they serve chicken only. The waffle fries have like a pepper seasoning and they are crispy/good. Plenty of parking and not busy when I went in afternoon on Sunday.

Food is always good! They have gotten so slow at preparing delivering food! I remember how fast they use to be! Heck they would have food ready before you say down. I am sitting here watching a kitchen employee on their phone while two others are working. I watching people walk up to the front and ask what is taking so long

I could barely taste the chicken because of how much other stuff they pile on. Don’t get me wrong. I love the vegetables, but this isn’t a veggie burger. I only managed to eat it by drowning it in honey mustard cause it tasted burnt. Overall, I’d definitely never come back to this place. There’s probably a reason I’ve never heard of this restaurant before. I’d give it a solid 0 out of 10 and absolutely do not recommend.

The grilled chicken sandwich in garlic Parmesan was not prepared well. Dry. The waffle Fries were not prepared well. Chick-fil-A is wayyyyyy better and consistent. Have a Nyce Day.
