love this jersey mikes. they make the sandwiches in front of you and even slice the ham and cheese right in front of you which is great and although it does take some time for them to make your order they make sure to make your order quickly and it’s always a great experience when i come to this place thank you

I was really craving the Italian sandwich at Jersey Mike's and haven't had one since the pandemic started. When I walked in, Charles greeted us in a very welcoming way! He suggested the rosemary bread which I can't believe I've never had before. He made sure my sandwich was just the way I like it Mike's Way with pickles and no onions. He had the most amazing energy and I think I'll only come to this location to get my sandwiches bc of him!

Pretty good subs. I get the Italian with “the juice”. Wish they had an option to toast the bread, but it’s not mandatory because the bread is already pretty crunchy. Definitely go no lettuce though as they pile it high. 4 stars because they raised their prices in 2018. Can’t get a mean under $10 now. Still a recommend though.

Jersey mikes is one of my top sandwich spots in Orange County. Very consistent and my husband prefers their tuna sandwich over all other sandwich shops. My jam is the number 9 (club supreme extra mustard and jalapeños)

Food was completely different from what I ordered online and I even tipped. I go Into the store and all the girls ignore me and I have to get their attention by calling out.. then my food mayo after I asked for no mayo and other meats not included. Would've taken it back but I was far too far from the store.

The blue hair fella and the women with cholesterol issues were rude and put barely any meat on our sandwich. Jersey mikes is usually really good but I had a terrible experience.

Bad customer service girl name Daniella. Was really rude other employee had to apologize for her blaming the hot Weather.. for her rudeness..... also she was sweating all over the sandwich while it was getting made .. I had to cancel the order ...

Awful service and experience. Picked up food at the Bristol location in Santa Ana that I ordered ahead and they do not even acknowledge you when you are waiting there and I waited at least 10 minutes until I finally said excuse me and asked about my order and then they said they were working on it. About another 8-10 minutes go by and then I see a bunch of orders sitting up at the pickup area behind the counter and I said excuse me again and they then checked and my order had been sitting up there for who knows how long. Then to make matters worse my order was completely wrong and was drenched in oil and vinegar and had lettuce and onions and I specifically marked plain and no oil and vinegar when I ordered ahead and I didn't know it was completely wrong until I went all the way back to work and now I can't eat it and I do not have time to drive back to Jersey Mike's. Obviously they do not look at the orders that come in and do not care about service which is not usually the case for Jersey Mike's.

Came in on Monday July 25th at 12:30pm to pick up my online order. When I arrived I told the cashier my name and was told the order was not ready and to wait. I took a seat and waited about 30mins. During this time I was seated right in front the cashier waiting for my order, as multiple orders showed up on the counter I was sure one was mine but I was never notified. So, after a good wait I approached the cashier and asked again for my order a second time. To my surprise my order was one of the orders sitting on the counter as I waited even though the cashier could careless I already told her my name and she was aware I was waiting. To top it all off as I got back to my office I opened my sandwich to realize this wasn't even the correct sandwich. I was given someone else's sandwich with ingredients that I am allergic to so I cannot even eat it! I called back and asked for a refund but now I have no lunch and paid for a sandwich I cannot even eat. Terrible service will not be coming back here for lunch. I have come here a few times for lunch and have had multiple problems so this will be my last try.

I'm like Bruce Willis in that movie; I hate mayonnaise. So, imagine my disappointment when my Buffalo chicken wrap turned out to be a mayonnaise chicken wrap with maybe a drop of Buffalo sauce. DeeesGUSTing! The great thing about Jersey Mike's is that the do NOT put mayo in every last thing! Wish I followed my instincts and saved the tip for follow up visits. I'm gonna stick with the location at MacArthur and Main.
