The past 3 times I have been there, something has always been left out of my order. First time a large coke, second time sauces, third time two apple pies. No time to return for items. Rather annoying. If I ever return, I will be sure to check for complete order. Update: My latest receipt shows as ordered. Unfortunately, I didn't check each item. Went here after going to the zoo in Santa Barbara. The food was great, but the restaurant was a little dirty. Our table was sticky, so it hadn't been cleaned. But the kids still had fun and we were pretty happy.

Mostly nice staff. Clean. Tue 10-14-2025 They now have a 20 minute sign saying that you can only stay that long. This is annoying as they serve the coffee so how I have to wait 30 minutes for it to cool down. I have never seen the seating area full. They also gave me a 'ticket' about 2 months ago for parking in their lot, it said that I would be towed.

Everything was excellent, except for the lady who filled up drinks doesn't follow hygiene rules and put her fingers inside the cup.

We came to grab a quick breakfast and ordered Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles and Sausage & Egg McMuffin. We used the ordering kiosk and app. It was quick and easy. There's outdoor seating with a small playground/slide.

Mc Donald's is not how it used to be where kids used to have an area for themselves. There's a limit on how long you can occupy while you "enjoy" your meal. There's no WiFi at this location. The inside is dull and boring. There's no drive thru for this location. Order was wrong again. English must not be their first language or something wrong with the way people are talking to them about their orders.

I generally do not give a bad review. But this a missed opportunity to correct things. I ordered food and sat down against a wall and had my table number in view not hiding it at all. When I came in there were maybe 15 people in the place. Thirty-five minutes later I sat listening to music before I went to check on my order assuming they got busy sitting on the counter. I got fresh fries but that was it. I am not one to complain but this was a failure having worked in the restaurant industr before this could have been corrected and I would not know if things took longer. I saw the girl circle part of the restaurant multiple times and hand others food. I was not hiding or trying to make it difficult for them because I do know what it is like but things should have been corrected without me asking. 35 minutes is unacceptable unless the place is slammed I would have been understanding. But sitting their getting cold and no follow up. To look again for the number. I saw nothing blocking from seeing the number. I hope there is a training after this to correct this.

Food is quick to get, but has no drive-through. Everytime I have been in there has been homeless people with no masks coming in and out of bathroom. You get bothered by pan handlers outside also.

Don’t order from this location for delivery. They always and mean ALWAYS forget items for the order and they will blame it on the dasher. They will just let you know to get a refund for the missing item and to reorder. I cannot reorder the food do to being in a hurry to eat and go to work. And the delivery service don’t give the full refund for the item. This location claims that they don’t get any pay for any delivery. That is false. They do get some percentage from the delivery service. About 80% - 70%, something like that. That’s why the food is more expensive on the delivery app. All I ask for this location to please double check your work, make sure that everything is included in the bag before giving it to the dasher. IT IS your responsibility to make sure you’re doing your job correctly NOT the dasher. So this is on the restaurants fault 100%. Stop blaming someone else for your own mistakes. Feels like they do this on purpose.

Special ordered fries were overcooked making them acrylamide nasty stomach ache stinky skin. Basically like smoking a pack of cigarettes in one sitting. They did it on purpose. The warning is clearly posted in Spanish right next to the fryer. I hate you more now than I did when I walked in there sincerely.

Steer clear of the bathrooms. Was harassed over and over by the housekeeper because I was a small inconvenience, with my presence being there and her needing to clean the bathroom. I know it’s McDonald’s and the bar is set pretty low, but that was a weird, bizarre experience all while I was taking care of my needs. Hopefully she either gets fired or cleans her act up quickly and never harasses anyone like that again.

This rant is inspired by the MOST DISAPPOINTING McDonald's breakfast, because of Mc D's cutting corners as a corporation, NOT by the hard working employees there. After doing a liquid fast for a day, I decided to reward myself by accepting the offer of an oj, hashbrowns, and an egg, ham, and cheese breakfast sammie (yum!) from my fiancé since he was getting breakfast there anyway. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! The hashbrown was lukewarm and soft; so sad when you're expecting your first bite of food in a day to be hot and crispy. The cup of oj was not full but tasted fine. When I bit into the sandwich, I asked if he had ordered the Canadian bacon (ham) on the sandwich. When he said he did, I told him that they forgot to add it because I couldn't taste it. Upon closer inspection, I peeled off an anemic, nickel thin strip of deli sliced ham from my biscuit as you can see in my Pic below. Didn't it used to be twice as, if not more, thick? 🤔 My questions are these: when did this happen? Has it been like this for a while, and I've just been blissfully unaware, munching on SAUSAGE egg mcmuffins? Do I need to go back to the sausage? Is this due to the rising cost of food? Is anyone else noticing this? I have so many questions to which there is only one answer... forget McDonald's. Bummer, Mickey D's. What a bummer. 😖

A horrible overall experience with people that don't care about people many of them are poor they don't take food stamps like other McDonald's do in other places and their bathrooms are not nice nor is there food real food and it's pricey their dollar menu have to buy one and get one for a dollar so you have to buy $5 by two little hash browns and that's what I ate it was horrifying the managers could care less about the customer's experience all they care about is their corporate policy and making money 💰
