Visiting family in the area and came across this cozy coffee shop. Highly recommend their Korean-style breakfast toasts! So good! Cappuccino was great. I personally think the matcha was on the sweeter side. Lots of seating in the cafe. Lots of power outlets too, definitely a laptop friendly cafe.

Although the outside of the shop doesn’t necessarily look like something particularly fancy, Big Mug is quite good. It was a little congested at the entrance with the ordering kiosks right by the doors, but the process of ordering was pretty smooth otherwise. The inside of the shop was cozy, the staff were friendly, and they had a bunch of fun seasonal flavors for their coffee drinks. That’s pretty much everything I tend to want in a coffee shop. Solid spot for sure.

This is now a MUST HAVE every morning for me. I get the chocolate croissant and Spanish latte 😋 and that starts my day off perfectly. Place is ALWAYS clean and neat. The people behind the counter are always super nice, and with it being so early in the morning, they are so smiley and ready to help you start your day. They also do lunch and dinner. They open at 7am and close at 10pm. Except for Sundays. They have wifi here. They are family friendly. This is my second morning coming here and I can tell you I will make this a part of my routine. Thank you Big Mug family ❤️ 💙 💜 💖

We have been visiting this cafe since many years. The lattes have been consistently great. This time, we got to try their new Tiramisu latte. It was like Tiramisu in a mug - very delicious. I've tried their regular lattes and mocha as well. Also, their garlic butter toast is a hit! This is one of our favorite coffee shops.

I have been here a few times now, and I enjoy the coffee and frappe. The ambience is nice and good place to hang out with friends. I always see people here with their laptops working. This seems like a comfortable place where we can work while having food and coffee. I would definitely recommend this place for dine-in and hanging out.

Big Mug Coffee Shop might not catch your eye from the outside, it’s not fancy and can even seem a bit deserted. But don’t let appearances fool you! Step inside, and you’ll find a spacious café, though the front area can feel a bit congested at times. The tiramisu latte is the highlight here and is absolutely to die for! It’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The vanilla macchiato is another must-try, perfectly smooth and satisfying. Pair these with their spinach and feta croissant, which is buttery, flaky, and packed with flavor, and you’ve got yourself a perfect café experience. One thing to note: service here takes some time, so be prepared to wait a little. However, the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth it. Big Mug Coffee Shop is a hidden gem where patience pays off. Don’t judge it by its exterior, step inside, savor the coffee, and you won’t be disappointed!

for a place called big mug coffee, the large $6 drip is quite overpriced. 14 oz starbucks mug for reference. (the large was 16 oz). atmosphere and space is great and you’d think they’d have better coffee prices for working. i did not try the food this time and i suspect it’s good. this review is only in reference to the overpriced, undersized drip.

One of my friends and I met up at Big Mug to catch up and I loved how many tables there were! It looks like a great place to study or work, although the music gets a bit loud. You can order food and drink at a self-service kiosk, and drinks have plenty of adjustments. I got the Pandan Paradise. The nutty flavor of the pandan in the cream was very unique. To this day I still have no idea what pandan is supposed to taste like because I swear every time I have it it tastes different. The drink felt less like coffee and more like milk, and the “less sweet” was still decently sweet. The food looks great so I want to come back for it!

It was far too crowded for my liking. I went on a weekend, and the place was packed. I am somebody who likes to sit down and enjoy my coffee, and there was absolutely no space to sit down for about half an hour. Managed to get a seat afterwards. I mean, that also means that this place is popular, but I think I tend to enjoy a more quiet and quaint environment. The coffee menu was large, but unfortunately, I chose a specialty coffee with cinnamon, which wasn’t good. There was way too much cinnamon in it, which threw me off. On the positive note, the bar stars were super sweet, and they did a good job bringing out orders quickly.

I frequently visit this cafe for their Tiramisu little Italy latte, but today was an unusually sad experience. First off, my supposedly hot coffee was served at room temperature 😓😓and then the Garlic butter toast took over 30 mins, specially when they weren't particularly busy at around 7:30pm. After approaching the barista for the second time, the toast was out almost immediately. Just disappointed to see such a great cafe falling through the ranks. I hope this was one of those off days and not the new norm. I hope the next time I'm here, the service recovers.

I came from a long road trip and decided to do a pit stop here. I got 2 large orders of Iced Tiramisu little Italy latte which came around $19 and some cents. I didnt mind but what I did mind was that the coffee tasted like burnt water down espresso with milk. No taste of flavor. Over all the appearance of the coffee looked appealing.
