We came here to celebrate my birthday with my kids and boyfriend and it was a great experience. The food was very good and came out fast. Our server was very lovely and brought us everything we needed and more. She was super attentive I believe her name was Laura or Lauren. Will definitely be coming back.

The fajitas and burgers were flavorful, and the portions were generous. The servers were friendly and kept our drinks filled.

I really enjoyed my meal and drinks. The building and ground were well-maintained. The bathroom was clean. I ate a burger and had a couple of drinks at the bar. I was not disappointed and will gladly return. My bar tender was nice and quite attentive, and my drink never sat empty. My meal arrived very quickly, and all was as hoped for. A nice place to spend some time.

Solid food for the price, and massive portions. You’re guaranteed to be full and happy! The bottomless chips and salsa is always a good move!

Tried their chips and salsa, triple dipper mozzarella sticks, white cheddar mac and cheese and molten cake sundae. Everything was yummy and served instantly.

I stopped by this location on my way home from work after placing a mobile order and I had the greatest customer service today. Kelly served me and she was very sweet and very professional. The best customer service I had received in a long time. I had let her know that I work at a dialysis center and I had just got off of a long shift. Kellie thanked me for what I do and I’ve never felt so appreciated in my life. I had just put in my two weeks notice at my job because I was becoming overwhelmed and due to her being so kind to me. I have the courage to continue working at the dialysis center. Sometimes the message you need to hear comes when you least expect it. 🥹 I love this Chili’s. They are so nice. Chili is a classic must-have. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken was hot, crispy, and nice. One problem was that the servings were much bigger than I thought. Dessert was delicious. Service was good, and they asked if we needed refills or anything else. Tables were pretty dirty, on the other hand.

We had a fantastic dinner at Chili’s tonight, and our waiter, Aris, made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out quickly, drinks were always refilled, and he checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Great service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Aris, for an awesome evening — we’ll definitely be back!

The food was amazing! I had the Brisket Quesadillas for the first time and they were the best Quesadillas I've ever had, Highly Recommend. Our waiter Camilla gave us great hospitaility and was super nice. Would come back

I got the Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries, a side salad, and a drink (mango iced tea) and the Dip Trio (guacamole, house salsa, skillet queso). Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich - 3.5 stars. The 'secret sauce' is a bit overhyped because it just tasted like fancy mayo, and there was only one sad slice of tomato in my sandwich, but otherwise it was good. It's a big chicken sandwich. You get what you think you're going to get. Fries were not the absolute freshest but had the right amount of salt. Mango iced tea was a surprise hit! Would recommend. Dip Trio - 4 stars. I am obsessed with the extra thin corn chips. Enjoyed this app more than the sandwich. The Dip Trio was $8.69 so I was not expecting the massive bag of chips it came with. Pleasant surprise. Guacamole was fresh and chunky which I like, house salsa was mild but not tasteless. 4 stars because I did not enjoy the skillet queso, which was also chunky but in a bad way. Service - Don't bother ordering curbside because you will have to go in to pick up your order anyway aha. Saw three other curbside customers give up and go in before I decided to do the same after having checked in on their app 15 minutes prior - there was no one at the counter but my order was the first one on the shelf. This location clearly understaffed, but my order was still hot and packaged well, so can't complain too much.

The new burger deal is proper. What i finally realized about this place is that the Mexican food is mid. The citrus balsamic salad dressing is amazing. Also a nice Arnold Palmer. It's rare these days to leave some where feeling like you got your moneys worth. They could give you a few more fries being that it's not expensive but yeah besides that it's pretty awesome

I have been to better Chili's locations before. A permanent disadvantage for this specific location is that there is only inside dining, no patio. In addition, during our visit, the service was not ideal. We had to ask for cutlery, napkins and ketchup AFTER we got our meal.

Was our first time at this Chili's and it was a good experience. The waitress was great and service was extremely fast. While she was getting our drink order, our drinks came out like 30 seconds later. The food was great and the prices were fair. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

Ordered the smoke house combo with ribs, brisket quesadilla and the jalapeno cheddar sausage. Guilty pleasure. The dry rub ribs were good and the quesadilla was loaded too. Fires and garlic bread were okay and the sausage was flavorful.

Chili's now a days is a pretty decent deal. Only visited today since I got a gift card but all the stuff shown was under a hundred dollars, which I don't think even many fast food places would be near. It was however INCREDIBLY SALTY, like was surprisingly so, but still overall it was alright.

Tito’s punch was tasty and sweet for a beginner like me! Food was served quick and was not too crowded. Chose the 25$ meal for two and ordered fries with Chicken Fajitas. Will definitely visit again

Decided to come during the workday and was seated immediately and had my drinks and food out quickly. Tasted great and my only complaint would be that my server clearly didn't want to be there. He said all the right things but his tone and expressions clearly broadcast his true feelings. It was a Monday and I don't blame him for that.

Service was decent but they seem to be understaffed. The food was also not up to the mark - rice was dry. I ordered salmon which was previously frozen - dry and chewy. Overall would not recommend if you are looking for a quality lunch/dinner experience. Ok to grab a quick bite if you do not care about food quality.

I ordered full rack of baby back ribs, the meat was a bit hard and it was not great at all. I used to live in Almaden area of San Jose and I always loved the ribs their, maybe the cook or meat quality is different, but it was way better than Santa Clara location.

Waitress was pleasant, however did not introduce herself. Iordered Cajun Pasta & chips/salsa . Salsa tasted; similar to canned enchilada sauce. I mentioned this to the waitress, as I informed her I was changing my order to go. She offered no resolution. This is not normally a location I visit, it just happened I was In town.

Fairly busy on Tuesday evening but enough seating area. They have limited options for beers on tap and canned. They have standard cocktails. The LIIT was not like it supposed to be. It was sweet and made in lemonade. The food was okay. The wings were not that good and fries got soggy with cheese on top of it.

I can’t even recall if he checked back with us for anything until we got the attention of another server for a water refill. The food is average and plating somewhat sloppy. If anything else was nearby we would’ve went as this location was not our first choice to dine in. Cleanliness needs improvement as there were a few tables that needed to be bussed. The hostess and servers should tighten up on appearance as well. All in all it’s not a bad place, I’m particularly fond of the details and this is the area that needs the most improvement.

Coleman location has great food and service. Rather go there. I ordered the 3 for me deal with fries, big smash burger, cherry coke and chili. Never got a refill for my soda. For this location which was not busy at 130pm on a Sunday afternoon the service wasn't good and burger was dry. I was starving so ate half. I couldn't wait for bartender to come back to bar. Only had 2 men at the bar and 2 other customers who already had their food. I RECOMMEND THE 3 FOR ME DEAL. It's a great deal.

Chili's used to be great. They learned how to become bad from McDonald's , I guess. Service is still great, just the food quality has been declining . Mushroom burger was the best in the US, now ranks slightly above Burger King and Angus burger of McD. The Fajita used to be a treat , now it's a get-by.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent visit to Chili’s. Unfortunately, the food quality and overall service have declined tremendously. The rice was hard and cold, as if it had been sitting out for an extended period of time. The chicken was undercooked and still pink inside, with barely any sauce. We also observed four roaches crawling in the restaurant, which was extremely concerning and unsanitary. Additionally, our appetizer was served at the same time as our entrées, defeating the purpose of ordering it as a starter. I also noticed employees in the back using their phones while on duty. At one point, a staff member was touching her hair and then immediately handling drinks, which is a serious health and safety concern. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering we spent approximately $80 on our meal. I did not feel comfortable sending the food back because the staff did not appear attentive or concerned about quality control. I do want to acknowledge that our server was kind and professional. He was the only positive part of our visit, and we made sure to tip him accordingly. Given the severity of these issues — particularly the food safety and sanitation concerns — I am requesting appropriate compensation for this experience, whether in the form of a refund or a gift card. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

took almost 50 minutes for me to get my food, at which point some people in my group had finished their food and left. and when my food came out, it was half cold.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any chili's. The servers need to not judge a book by its cover. I ordered two different drinks for myself, only got one straw, both glasses were full to the top with ice. When I placed my order, the waiter suggested I do something different as it would be more affordable. My entire basket of chips was nothing more than crumbs. My main dish was an extremely small portion compared to any other chili's restaurant that I have gone to. Once I was done with my meal, I placed a $100.00 bill on my table and waited for 33 minutes for the server to stop at my table. I heard him ask 4 other tables if they were interested in desert, then proceeded to walk passed my table never asking if I was interested in desert. Such poor service for someone who just got off of work that wasn't in their best outfit. I will NEVER visit this location again. Too bad since I usually go at least once every other week.

I used to work at a chili’s many years ago. This place was disgusting. Food on the walls, spiders on the wall with cobwebs, dirty cups, trash stuffed in crevices in the wall. I was grossed out and will not return. The staff was so half asleep I’m not surprised it looks this nasty. I told the waiter there was a large spider above the table across from us and he went ahead and sat someone there anyways. The food was fine, as expected for a chain restaurant- although I’m nervous to see the state of the kitchen if the seating area is so atrocious.

This is my first time ordering from Chili’s. Extremely disappointed, really the only thing that I was able to eat or the mozzarella sticks there’s no complaints about that item. It was extremely flavorful and very cheesy.. however I am so disappointed in the rest of the food. The chicken wings are extremely dry and not edible at all. They’re too hard to even chew each bite. I had to spit out because of how hard it was. The cheeseburger that I ordered for my kids also a huge disappointment there was little to no lettuce and the lettuce that they did give was like shredded lettuce, which I don’t know about Chili’s or anything cause this is my first time eating there, but it was not appetizing at all if I wanted a cheeseburger like that then I should’ve known to go to Burger King cause it seems like they use the same lettuce. And the last disappointment was the dessert portion. It was supposed to be like a scoop of ice cream and they gave me a tiny little half spoonful of ice cream in one of those little sauce holders is just really disgusting and it didn’t taste too good either. I’m not sure what’s going on. If it’s the cook that’s on shift right now but I would suggest Chili’s reevaluate what they’re doing because it’s such a disappointment. I know $60 wasn’t much but I honestly really regret getting this from there cause while my kids can eat their cheeseburger I won’t be able to eat none of the wings and it’s just a huge disappointment.

Food was okay however, we ordered drinks to watch the World Series game and kill time between stops. First drinks were great no issue but when we ordered the Hennessy marg it’s came with not one, not two, but THREE gnats floating on top and below the ice. Pointed it out to server who promptly took it to be remade. Unfortunately, for the what I’m assuming to be supervisor (bartender was swamped so guy who remade drink was helping out), I had full view of the bar and drink making area. I watched him pour out the fly infested drink and remake my drink in the SAME GLASS. Reported it to the manager who promptly removed the drink off our bill. Very thankful for her making it right in the moment but have major concerns of the food prep and cleanliness of this establishment if workers are so brazen to disregard all food safety protocols to save a couple second.

I don't recommend this place. 30 minute to get my drink order and when I finally got The drinks they were disgusting. They had more sugar than alcohol Lemon juice with lots of sugar. Don' eat here if you want to have a good family night
