The store is a mess. Placed order with pay-at-store option . Came in to pick up pizza to find out that the net is not working and hence only cash payments can be taken. When told that cash is not available, we were told to place order online again and pay online. While this is all happening , there is a very visible leak happening in the store around the rack where the ready pizzas are placed and people are moving around to fix the leak. Very unsure of how hygienic the place is but it’s definitely unorganized

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I ordered 16-piece Parmesan Bread Bites at 4:01 PM and received a 'Ready' notification at 4:06 PM. I live one minute away and arrived immediately, only to find the food wasn't ready. When I questioned the notification, the employee dismissively said it was a 'mistake' and they weren't responsible for the system's messages. The service was not just incompetent, it felt personal. The employee intentionally left my food open on the counter to get cold while lying to my face saying it wasn’t mine—only to box that exact food up a minute later. Given his aggressive attitude and the fact that he told me I 'should go to a different store,' I felt targeted and experienced a clear sense of discrimination at this location. To make matters worse, he inappropriately bypassed me to speak directly to my young daughter, telling her to 'ask her dad' to stop. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will be following up with corporate regarding the conduct of the staff at 3207 Cabrillo Ave.

Waited an hour for my pizza and was given the wrong order. Very disappointing

Worst experience on Super Bowl. Orddered to pizza and was supposed to receive a free coke but never got that and the driver was terrible. Had a horrible attitude and didn’t care. So they took my points and no coke.

Ordered twice here, both times the order took 2 hours from ordering time to finally be ready. The pickup estimate was 30 minutes, so got there on time and had to wait 1.5 hours each time for the order to finally be ready. Should have learned the first time to never ever order from here again. Learned my lesson this time though. They have no idea what they're doing in there, Domino's should close them down.

Any positive review on this location is probably old (about old owner) or they lying. This place is the worst. No gloves, dirty, and can't even understand them. Place is filthy.

Worst Dominos. I placed order from Mobil app and in store pickup a day ahead of a group event. When I go back the app to double check if all info inputs is correct, I found no pickup time displayed in my order. So I called the store directly to check if they received my order and all details. After the staff answered the phone, I clearly said I ordered from mobil app and will be in store pickup tomorrow, I want to double check the details. The staff just answered “Whatttt? It sounds like I said something ridiculers. Then I repeated my request. the staff just said “address?” It makes me very confused why address is needed with a carry out order. Then staff answered “name, phone number “ which sounds very impatient. After double check everything, I said “ok sounds everything is correct “, the staff directly hanged up the phone. The food quality is also very poor. When I pick up the food, 3 out of 6 pizza are over baked which already look in black. Usually I would not leave low ratings unless I am really angry. If I could give 0 or negative ratings, I will. The staff need to learn how to communicate with people with basic manners.

we ordered through doordash and the assigned driver from dominos was very rude, couldn’t find our address and couldn’t care less about the delivery. hope the dasher’s supervisor coaches him about customer service or just basic road navigation.

What happened to this place? It used to be so clean and everyone was using gloves. I went to pickup a pizza and I thought I was watching one of those online videos of "Indian street food". No gloves, handling cash then touching food, filthy.

I ordered twin pizzas and wings. They took my money and only brought me wings. When I called he said Ok well wait 10 days for reimbursement. I’m shocked how these people acted. Horrible place and will never order from here again.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!!!! These people here are disgustingly rude! We ordered almost 80$ worth of pizza including tip and we get a message saying our pizza was delivered but not to our home!!! Then we call and the guy we spoke with had attitude and was rude and all we asked was to correct what happened and he hung on me and my wife. We weren't rude or demanding we were calm and respectful and this is how they act. This location needs to be shut down, people like this shouldn't be in business. Im going to reach out to the better business bureau and then some. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE< BEWARE!!!!!!!

Pls avoid this store. Worst domino ever. 1. Missing toppings without informing us and very little toppings just as others mentioned before. 2. The paying machine is always broken, have to pay cash in the store 3. Both my husband and i have stomachache after eating it, i am posting this midnight in the bathroom… Will Never come back

This place has deteriorated under the new ownership (Parul). They skimp on toppings and the crust. The hand-tossed pizza was extremely thin, as you can see in the photo. Additionally, they almost burned my pizza. When I called to address my concerns, rather than apologizing, they insisted that everything was fine with my order. I will no longer be ordering from them.

They missed 3 of the ingredients on our 1 Build your own pizza order. When we called the store, we were told by the automated system that we’re 2nd in line and so far, they’ve put us on wait for 1 1/2 hour(still on the call as of writing this review). We’ve decided we will no longer be customers of Domino’s who in 2024 don’t have a carryout guarantee (currently which requires that you return the pizza untouched) or a system in place for resolutions. Like whatt?
