Really Good Drinks And Is Has Very Good Service.

We ordered under the name Sir Thomas Banana and got the Black Pink Milk Tea. Crazy how we could taste both the black and the pink. Atmosphere was wonderful too, I love how the pink pink tea shoppe was pink. Also I saw timo Werner’s cousin.

It didn’t get it too long for us to waiting in line for ordering. My favorite is the Oreo smoothie and mango grapefruit, their sweetness are perfect with half sugar. I will come back to try out other drinks on the menu next time!

Came here on a weekday and on weekend. Weekday was very few people and got our drinks fast. The peach drink was really good!! We also got the strawberry milkshake which was good as well, almost like a fresas con creama. Weekend had a lot more people but it went by super fast and we also got out drinks right away too! Limited drinks but overall really good!!

10/10 customer service - Ryota, your employee, was remarkably kind, helpful, hospitable and patient in helping me decide which drink I should get despite my indecisiveness, as I told him it was my very first time going to this tea shop and ever hearing about it (this happened over a week ago but I’m barely writing this review now). He went above and beyond and even gave me my recommended drink - which I’m so so grateful for and won’t forget! He deserves a raise for the excellent service provided. Delicious! Hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. Self checkout is easy and service provides order in minutes. Personal favs are the cheese foam and red bean boba. Pro Tip: Get less ice and recommended sweetness.

Strawberry matcha latte is amazing!! This is my to go spot for this!! I finally tried it with their honey boba and it tastes so good☺️. Hopefully one day they’ll add banana matcha latte onto the menu…😳🤔

I usually go to Pink Pink for their drinks, but I recently tried their soft serve swirl which was surprisingly delicious! It isn't too sweet and doesn't taste very artificial despite the pink color. I still enjoy their drinks, but now I know to stop by too for dessert!

They have milk soft serve!!! And peach soft serve!!! Their matcha tornado is probably is probably also my favorite matcha boba in the bay even compared to maiko (which is also really good). This drink and the ice cream are S tier Asian dessert wise—peach oolong is pretty good too but not S tier.

I love their Lapsang Souchong Boba Milk with no sweet and less ice! My family love it too! The tea is very strong and taste really good! This possibility is the best milk tea in Bay area I've ever had. If you love milk tea plz give a try of this. Hope to have more location in future! And hope to have more options with no milk. or only fresh tea.

My mom and me went to Pink pink today. The line was ok, about 20-30 mins wait time. Their online order system unavailable. You can order in person by the pad. My favorite is the B4!

Tried peach oolong tea, too creamy for me but not bad, might try something else next time.

Place is Located in the Mall. First things first - We have to order via tablet screens and lines were krazy. May be because of d weekend and the wait time is too long. Suggestion is to place an order and go shopping and ull get an alert when tea is ready. Make sure you do enough shopping coz it is going to take a while. Coming to menu- went with simple top 10 drinks and i went with Lapsang Souchong Boba Milk Tea as i wanted more tea flavor with no fruits and tea itself was Amazing. Would certainly go back to try other drinks but only if the line isnt long.

For ease, just a quick glance at their Top 10 board helped me select my beverage. Black Pink Boba Milk Tea (MC2). Is this in reference to the K-Pop group? Probably not but clever wording. Here you get to choose sweetness level and percentage of ice. From the screen kiosk, it was simple to order. The staff were very nice to answer questions. The drink itself was tasty with a pleasant black tea taste. Only option was the agar boba which was a pleasant included ingredient. Nice chew and taste. Overall, very quick service, pretty cup and tasty black milk boba tea.

Boba was nice and chewy. Peach 🍑 Oolong Milk tea has a nice subtle peach flavor. Would have wanted a stronger tea flavor. It's more on the milky side. 50% sweet was good for us. But if you want it more sweet go with 100%. They have a rewards system & if you're a student they have 10% off on the weekdays if you show your ID.

The pink peach tastes good. But it doesn't have many choices like the SF one, also a bit pricy.

Don’t get the matcha latte. No foam, very thin and milky, weak matcha flavor.

Got some pineapple tea and it was around 60% ice. There were some pineapple chunks though and the flavours were pretty genuine. They also have some pudding desserts that look interesting. Probably won't be coming again, but perhaps some one else can try them out!

Pink Pink Tea Shoppe's Soft Top Grape drink is a way-too-sweet and less tasty version of HeyTea's Crisp Grape Boom. And their coconut puddings are a very, very inferior version of Tong Sui Coconut Lab.

Overly milky and bland. Considering the price of almost $7... I was expecting something much better in quality. I got the Peach Oolong Agar Milk Tea (50% sweet) and it tasted like just milk... but with a SLIGHT aftertaste of peach oolong... Pretty disappointing. It was honestly a mission to finish this drink. Just felt like drinking milk with agar boba. They get really busy since they just opened! I came on a Monday evening and there was long line for their ordering kiosks. The staff are doing their best to quickly make the drinks, but they are so busy that they sealed one of my drinks wrong and the milk tea was leaking everywhere in my car!

They give you a small cup when you choose no ice. Other places that do this tell you they will charge extra for the same regular cup without ice, or tell you they will use small cup, so at least you know they are stingy. (I used the self ordering kiosk, so I am unsure if the actual staff would disclose this information before hand) This place didn't have any form of notice or disclose that choosing no ice will result in a smaller cup, at least on the self service kiosk. This is shady business practice, coupled with the overall stinginess is not a good look.

Ordered something "no sweet" and it was very very sweet. When we asked about the sweetness they just shrugged and said it was the syrup. If you're using a syrup, don't allow for a 0% sweet option. Also the outside of the cup was sticky when they handed it to us. I've come here a couple times and the menu shrinks every time. I think they only have the things that are easy to make with a syrup now and all of their good menu items with fresh fruit are gone.

Terrible service! I came on a Saturday afternoon, ordered 4 drinks. I ordered the grapefruit tea with light sweetness. I got my drink and it was super sweet. It is impossible this is consider as less sugar. So I walked up to a lady who was wearing a black shirt, she was in the pick up drink section. I said " I think the drink is too sweet, is it possible to remake" she stare at me and say "so you don't like the drink?" She said it in a really impatient tone. Then she went up to her colleague in the further end, who was also wearing black shirt that day. Stare and I think they are talking about me not the drink. Then the gentlemen behind the counter said he can remake my drink. He asked if I still want the same drink. I said I rather have something else. So he make a matcha drink for me. After the gentlemen agreed to remake my drink the First Lady who I spoke with came up really mad and staring at the gentlemen. I don't understand why but she is just rude! She is super rude to customer and her colleague. I messaged the business the day of but up until now is Monday I still didn't get any respond. To the owner, you are in business in a super busy mall. You get a lot of traffic coming for your drink priced at nearly $8 per drink. Is this really how you train your staff to treat customer? Avoid- no matter how good drinks are this is unacceptable behavior.

Bought a coconut pudding with cocoa flavor today. It smells sour and taste SPOILED . Either the flavor sucks or there is food quality issue. This is my first time to try, and I SWEAR would never do it again.
