quadruple the staff of a subway, a cook, cashier, cold cut cutter. Real bacon, nice and crisp, unlike the slimy subway counterpart. Fresh everything, great size options, solid prices, great menu. The next generation of submarine sandwich. although, losing Mike's way would be a benefit, unless Mike is paying for it, it should be my way. I don't need salt or the sub to be flooded with oil and vinegar

We had never been to one before but while we've been visiting the US we have wanted to try. We are so happy we did. The sandwiches were so good and the service was amazing! I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped us cause he was a star for sure!

I was hesitant to try this after reading some of the other reviews regarding customer service and portion size, and I am pleased to report that it was an amazing first-time experience for us. We went at about 7pm, so it wasn't busy. Both of the male employees were helpful and friendly and more than happy to answer my millions of questions. My daughter got the turkey and cheese and I got the Mike's Famous Philly, and both were excellent, with generous portions of meat. We'll go again!

I have been to a lot of Jersey Mikes across the country. This was the best, most customer friendly staff I have seen. Accommodated my "out of state" request to juice the bread before putting meat on. All the staff really seemed to be enjoying working and talking with customers.

This place has spoiled me for any other sandwich shop in town. The food is fresh, fabulous, made to order and simply the best in the business!!! I can't eat anywhere else but Jersey Mike's now. If you haven't tried it yet, get in your car and go!!! Just go!!!! You won't eat another sub sandwich ever again!!!! Trust me!!!!

I’ve been a huge fan of JM in various locations. The customer service at this particular location definitely lacks. I usually associate Jersey Mikes staff with being friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Most of the employees at this location look like they absolutely do not want to be there. While that’s fine, it wouldn’t hurt to at least try or pretend to be enthusiastic. From my past few experiences, if there are more than 5 people in line, you can expect to be there for at least 35 minutes. Today I realized that it might not be worth my time to visit this location for my lunch breaks anymore.

We love Jersey Mike's. But don't expect curb-side delivery. As a handicapped person, I love the option for curb-side delivery, saving the pain and aggravation of getting out of the car and going in the store. This place just throws your order on the counter and waits for you to come inside when you've finally gotten tired of waiting. I wasted 35 minutes the first time being patient because I assumed they were busy. "Oops, sorry" is all I got when I asked why nobody brought it out. Fine, no problem, but it's happened the last 3 times in a row. It makes me sad. I really love Jersey Mike's Italian subs. I guess I'll seriously consider a place with a drive-thru next time

I normally love the sandwiches from Jersey Mike's. I was just there and went into the "order here line". The employee was obviously making a large call in order as no one was there. She never at any time looked up at me. I stood there for 5 minutes, then sat down. Still, no one in the place even looked up. A nice "I will be with you in a moment ma'am" would have gone a long way. I waited a few more minutes, then left. Never so much as a greeting, let alone I never received an opportunity to place an order.

I saw the lady that was making it put only 2 slice of swiss cheese, two slice of roast beef and 2 slice of turkey I wanted to say something but i didnt want to be rude and thought it'll taste the same but no it did not all I could taste was the bread and slight hint of mayo and even slighter hint of the beef and turkey.

Gave this place another shot, big regret. I ordered 1 club sandwich with no lettuce through the app. Picked up my order Sunday around 430 and not 1 customer inside. That should have been a red flag. Got home and there's lettuce all over my sandwich. Please hire people that can read. These retarded employees are gonna make you go out of business! Never going back.

Waited in line for about 15 minutes while the associates were all moving as slow as they possibly can. I even tried to call in my order ahead of time and nobody answers the phone. And when I FINALLY got to order my food I had to wait even longer. And then when I went to pay for my food the cashier tried to give me the wrong sandwich. There was 4 associates there so it makes no sense as to why they work slow and took that freaking long to make freaking sandwiches It's agitating when you have to wait almost 20 minutes for all that drama while on a time crunch. Horrible. Would probably never return. You've lost my interest.
