Avocado, sour dough toast ! Um, great! It took my sister visiting from the East Coast, draging me here to find this place. You can smell the doughnuts, you don't have to buy one. Pumpkin spice latter is perfect. Bye starbucks.

A friend and I stopped here a few times this week. Each time, Sereenah greeted us with a smile and even remembered our drink orders. Her friendly demeanor turned routine coffee stops into memorable experiences, and we look forward to more visits!

Santa Monica runs on Dunkin'! Great location. Both indoor and outdoor seating. ATM inside. I live nearby and occasionally come here to get a cream cheese bagel. The line goes quickly, and the employees here are friendly. They need a drive-through window here, and parking can be challenging. Wilshire is a bust street with plenty of meters, but they are occupied most of the time.

No frills, simple Dunkin’ location. Service is always fast and the team is friendly. Fairly tiny indoor seating space — would not recommend coming here to work or read.

UPDATE as of 11/20/23: Plugs no longer available. They taped it up when I arrived. They said it was due to the homeless going in and not leaving (understandable). Coffee wasn't served to me right away, I had to ask the cashier who in turn had to ask the employee to make sure that made the coffee. Otherwise, friendly, if maybe a bit nonchalant and tired.

Shame really! Great brand and great coffee. The food was actually pretty good too. But when it’s 6:52, and someone is mid order, you just don’t tell them you close in 8mins. You then don’t tell them, “this is all I got,” pointing but not even saying what it even is that you have left… without so much as a smile. If you don’t want to be there, at least act like you do, and watch how successful you become.

You then don’t tell them, “this is all I got,” pointing but not even saying what it even is that you have left… without so much as a smile. Customer service here is Mid. Both times I got a latte there was coffee grounds in my drink and it tasted bad. There was a lady in front of me complaining about getting coffee grounds as well. The donuts look and taste old. The good part is that the store is nice and clean!

I ordered the Texas toast sandwich and some donuts. The sandwich was disappointing with those premanufactured eggs and ultra cheap bacon. I'm sick of these restaurants treating us like tasteless consumers. Seventeen cents for an egg. I took 2 bytes and trashed it. As for the donuts they tasted like worse than Little Debbie donuts. The coffee was OK but too expensive, I can get a large at Panera for the price of a small at DD. Oh well, I always wanted to try DD but sorry to say lost me as a customer. I'll stick with my local family owned donut shop where the prices, service and QUALITY are better.

Okay. So rating badly stinks but omg i had the worse matcha of my entire life here, ive had dunkins matcha before and it was good. It was basically milk water and a tbs of flavor. My friends drinks were made so bad too. And to too it up the donuts were overly sweet and tasted old. Also the worker didnt seem to care about service at all. Avoiding this location now

Ordered 2 dozen donuts. For the first time in my many visits, the cashier casually brushed me aside and started serving five other customers. Okay, I got that it was busy morning time and what not. Finally she caught me standing there still waiting and proceeded to impatiently dumped the donuts in the box. Okay, I got that too; maybe her other coworkers were supposed to help out. Finally got my boxes. NOT a single word of apology. Really?

After we paid and waited for our order the guy at the counter casually informed us that nothing we ordered was available. Maybe he could have told us earlier? After a while management came to apologize and let us know I'd be refunded. So out we went having eaten nothing, complete waste of time in that dirty place (ladies room had poop all over, very nice). Once home I found out they didn't even refunded the whole expense, are you crooks or what ?
