Quiet coffee shop. Fast and friendly service. Outdoor seating; far enough away from Satatoga-Sunnyvale road to be able to chat. Asked for a mocha, received a mocha.

even tho I've been to this locale once. I am going to have to say it's my favorite. The guys working there are super nice and gave me a great suggestion to reduce the amount of sugar in the green tea fog latte but still have it taste good :) it's also huge inside! the barista was also super nice. filled my water bottle with a smile. and when it was closing time and I had lost track of time working on my resume and was the last one there. the barista was super courteous in letting me know that they were already closed. I guess I appreciated it because I had the opposite experience at the Peets in Cupertino on Stevens Creek - 25 min before closing they were aggressively spraying the Windex everywhere and putting the chairs on the table. i was seated at a shared long table area. and he put a chair on both sides of me on the table...I was wedged between two heavy stools. omg. the guy shouted several times "we are closing in 20, 15, 10!" then he tapped me on the shoulder personally in a loud voice "Hey, we are closing!"

Hey, it's Peets, dependable, clean, positive, good energy, great place to get an amazing cup of coffee, any variation on coffee, tea and even food items. We love Peet's and come here when possible.

The same great coffee and attention to detail and preparation that made Peet's a household name in Berkeley fifty years ago is evident here, in Saratoga today! Smart, personable baristas taking care of customers in a clean, comfortable, inviting environment.

This was my first time at this Peet's location. It's kind of quant but not too hipster of a location. I was in and out fairly quickly. I only gave 4 stars for food because they were out of the bacon & egg frittata and I had to opt for the egg white frittata.

This place is strategically placed so people can meet for business discussions especially for new ideas to develop. They provide a dynamic environment with good quality coffee, pastries and similar stuff people can consume while using the wifi and work. If you have your laptop you can easily use this location as a remote workplace instead of having to commute in the Bay Area traffic. Staff is very polite and quick to prove de help.

I Walk four Miles not knowing if my German card would even work. Turns out is doesn’t. Without any hesitation Vinny covered my bill. 10/10 for the staff. The hot chocolate was a bit watery but for a American Coffee Shop it was pretty good. 7/10 there. But I Do have to say I’m very picky when it comes to hot chocolates do to my for Years of experience, working in a coffee shop, In which the Hot Chocolate is made out of Chocolate which is put in to hot milk.

We were about to start work in are and we got there it was about 6:01 I believe and they just closed when we walked in, we told them we are working late there and if they had any coffee left over we just want to get anything to get us going, lady by the name of Adriana if im not mistaking said ok sure come in and we will give you if we have any. They did have enough for me and my worker. Thanks guys

The team is super and nice, they know all regulars, they remember what i like (seriously, it surprises me every time), and it’s just a fun place to walk into. Many people here are regulars, as there’s a homey feeling. The manager is super sweet and kind. And i love the coffee.. only good things.

The quality of the service and products is consistent across visits. Even being in a small strip mall, the atmosphere at the outside tables is peaceful and enjoyable.

The best coffee I‘ve tried in San Jose! I recommend Cold Brew Iced Oat Latte! So good 😍 The staff and the service is very nice and they have good cakes too! 🫶🏼

Wish they had more low carb/sugar food options than the fritatta, expensive for some egg n cheese. Love the low sugar almond milk, though! Thank you to the staff for double checking for me.

Regular Peet's franchise store. Spacious, with Friendly staff. Selections of coffee beans less than other Peet's, with better morning pastries.

Had coffee - good and nice place to chat but crowded on weekends

Nice and quiet place to study/work, especially in the afternoons as it is very less crowded. There's plenty of space and the beautiful landscaping adds to the serene mood.

Popular local hang out for small groups during weekends. Good outside sitting area. Bikers, Hikers, Fireman with their trucks, Real Estates agents, Business partners are all meeting here. Good coffees and friendly service but turn over rate is high that people behind the counter may be inexperienced .

My go to place for a cup of Joe in the last 20+years. Super friendly staff working efficiently to get your morning drinks ready. The only blemish is that they need to fix or install a door closer on that exit door so it won't be slamming shut every time someone leaves the shop. Super annoying with that booming sound for sure.

Addition in Feb, 2026: Improved selection of pastries. People taking orders are friendly. 🙂But as with so many places saying the order in “for here” does not register. Still get pastry in a bag and a paper cup🙁 Was a decent alternative to the Peet’s in Cupertino on Stevens Creek Blvd after it closed (because of Covid?) Spacious. Hit but mostly miss on music. Occasionally some decent jazz but usually some dreadful indie folk music.

It was ok about a 1-2 years ago. This is the first time back here since last year. The staff is not friendly and does not even acknowledge you when you place the order at the register this was on 9/3/2023 around 10:30am, very unfriendly staff. And our order was too hot.

Update Jan 2023 Is it just me? The last two times I've been here, the latte was half empty. Mostly foam. Back to my Nespresso ---- I call this the snobby peet's, because the clientele here seems snobby. It could be due to this Peet's being right next to real estate title companies, but you always see wealthy looking people chatting about how well their rental units are doing. It's a little hassle to get here because you can only go into their plaza while you're driving north so expect an U-Turn. Other than that, I never had a problem here. Drinks come out fast and as asked for :)

Went there few weeks ago . The cashier (girl) was busy to flirt with the guy who was making coffee. I had to wait in front of the order table for like 10 mins. Finally , when I could get her attention to order my coffee, She didn't even look at me. Very rude Other than that, I always like Peet's coffee. Maybe they should train them employee better with manner.

I ordered a cafe au lait here. The male barista gave everyone else’s order and ignored mine. Then proceeds to gaslight asking me what I ordered? If someone pays for an order, how can barista just forget or intentionally not ignore. Then he has the gall to say thank you for being patient? Be straight. Don’t play games Thu

Lying about their hours. It says on here they are open until 6:30. I drove miles to get there because it was the only Peet's listed as open in the San Jose area (why all the peets here close early unlike 8PM in San Francisco, no one knows) I arrived there to discover the place closed at 6. Lying about your business hours online and misleading customers, making them waste money and gas to drive to your location
