Dunkin'

I don’t typically leave reviews on Dunkin locations. But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. Def recommend this location if your near by !

You can’t have a better experience than Dunkin on main in sayville. Consistently fresh donuts, amazing tasting coffee, a clean environment, and friendly service. They are a staple in our town.

I have gone to this Dunkin pretty much everyday since it has opened, even during Covid. All the staff greet me with a smile and by name. The staff works very hard even during busy times.

This dunkin' gets 5 stars from me, always have the mobile order ready and waiting for me to pickup at the station and I am in and out as intended! The employees here are exceptional and deserve a raise, every time I visit here it is amazing and coffee/donuts/muffin taste the way they should

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to! Everyone is so friendly! They treat you like family when you come in! The food and donuts are great! And they have the best frozen Carmel coffee!

After finally giving up on the Bluepoint location, I almost gave up on Dunkin donuts entirely. Luckily I decided to give this Sayville location a chance and I'll happy I did! I have had quite a few good experiences with coffee and breakfast sandwiches here, and I feel like the employees usually care and try to be helpful. In particular there was an older lady there this past week who I think may be one the owners and she was THE BEST. She made a great caramel coffee and she gave us the biggest smile the whole time she was making our sandwiches. We left feeling like we just bought from a nice family local business rather than a huge national chain.

Stopped in here after dropping my daughter off at her soccer game. Sound this DD through yelp. Apparently do did a bunch of other parents from the team. Quick service, but not much care in putting the breakfast sandwiches together though. Half the cheese was hanging off. What does it take to center a slice of cheese.

This dunk location is pretty alright. For some reason they’re like out of matcha half the time so idk why they don’t just stock more. Same bum employees have been workin there for years and they whip up the typical mediocre Dunkin food. They do have a kiosk which is pretty nice.

I told her we are in a hurry and she took our order again as though it was the first time she saw us. After 10 minutes I asked her for our order and she asked what we ordered, once again, she looked at us like she never saw us before, so we reminded her. Finally she put the cream cheese on the bagel We got our sandwiches and left... very weird

Staff were rude, asked for light ice ice got regular ice instead. Not great for a recently remodeled location.

0 stars. Did not participate in a national Dunkin promotion for free medium coffee on Nurses Day 5/6. Presented a nurse badge too. The manager in charge was absolutely clueless about the promotion and when I showed the article he just shrugged. He called decided to call the owner (we didn’t ask him) and then a minute later told us plainly “no we are not participating”. Umm okay? I go to DD all the time before work as a nurse but DD you really let me down today. We went to another DD that gladly gave us our medium coffee. Seriously 2 things wrong here. The manager at DD should’ve used some discretion and just granted it. And 2) the owner on the phone should’ve told the manager absolutely yes. What kind of business sense does it make to not participate. It’s not even about the money.

This place always takes soooooooooooo long to get your order. The worst part is the tops of the coffee smells like old butter because they don’t change their gloves after making food so it smears on the top of the lids. It unfortunate that I have to drive past this location to go to another.

She looked so upset and as he continued yelling in her face she started hysterical crying. Needless to say I will never be back here and recommend the same to everyone else. Boycott this losers store
