I come to this Starbucks fairly often - so obviously I am generally pleased - my only gripe is that the place is like a meat locker temperature wise - it can really be uncomfortable at times - so I most often bring along a fleece lined hoodie to wear - but that's kind of ridiculous. I've heard a lot of folks commenting on this issue - supposedly there is some issue with the thermostat? if that's the case - get somebody in to fix or replace it - shouldn't be that much of a problem.

The people that work here are awesome. Just a reminder if you're getting a coffee, iced or hot, taste it before you leave if you are not staying, because on two separate visits I asked for extra sweet and received just the opposite, very bitter. It tasted like there was no sugar at all...

Nice people, great drive thru. I don't get Starbucks often, I guess I'm not used to their kind of coffee. Filled where it is spilling out. Light & sweet was actually dark and bitter...? Not hot at all. Warmed it up at home and added more sugar.

Schultz would be churning in his living grave if he saw how cold this brand new location is. Thank God the people are loving and warm so you don’t freeze to death. The food was perfect bru latte exceptional. By far the most terrible Starbucks design. Thank you Rachel, Joe, Naomi. Hopefully they clean this up and make it comfortable like everyone has viewed Starbucks.

No surprises here. The standard Starbucks experience. Solid coffee. Friendly service. Basic layout. It works if there isn't a local cafe around, but LOCAL spots always have better culture, vibes, and a unique charm to them. Does that mean you should never go here? No. Should you go to a LOCAL cafe if you have the option? ABSOLUTELY.

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I politely mentioned to the cashier that I didn’t receive a note on my coffee, and he responded, “Write it yourself,” with a rude attitude. The comment felt dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service is a big part of why people choose Starbucks, and many customers look forward to the small handwritten notes on their cups. It’s a simple gesture, but it can truly brighten someone’s day and is part of what makes the experience feel welcoming and personal. This interaction did not reflect the standard I expect. If this is how customers are treated, I will reconsider coming back. I hope management addresses this situation.

This Starbucks has the worst staff I’ve ever seen. They marked my drink done and only one drink was done, whatever. I’m waiting for my drink and the guy asked me what my drink was. I told him it was also a matcha but that it was a DIFFERENT drink with different ingredients. I told him specifically, dude my girlfriend is going to be pissed if you mess that drink up. And he said to my face “I’ll just re-use the sticker” and picked up the finished drink, took the sticker off and made a second one. DESPITE ME PRACTICALLY YELLING THAT IT WASNT THE SAME DRINK. Complete negligence and incompetence, the idiot deserves to get fired. Stay away from this place is you actually like getting what you ordered.

3 disastrous drinks in one day is a record. Refresher: watered down $6 plus; 2 coffee frapps: overcharged for one ($10 instead of $8.60) and drink was done wrong, the second is missing sweetness and the traditional Frappuccino taste. I’m not going back in again to be disappointed a 4th time. I’ve never had an experience like this here.

This Starbuck's is a den of thieves. I ordered an iced coffee, not ice with a tablespoon of coffee on the side. First time I thought it was a fluke, second time and I know that filling a cup to the brim with ice is policy here. Spend your money at a coffee shop that respect's it's customers, not here.
