The place looks so new and clean, I loved the bathrooms sink, it has soap, water and hand drier in one. I'll definitely go here again before going to Santa Cruz Boardwalk next times.

They are quick ^^ The drive through screen is often broken baha, but it is nice going through a drive through where there isn't a huge line of confused cars that can't figure out where the queue is.

Lemme just give u tha TEA! This starbies is literally my favorite in town. The baristas here are such a vibe and no one else hits that iced soy vanilla laté like this one! This place is beautiful. Always clean. Partners are always smiling. They seem to handle rush times with ease.....and they seem busy a lot. I very much appreciate how alert they are with customers and their for safety. It's a well managed store I can highly recommend.

I like dropping in here after a refreshing hike at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. Usually for a late afternoon / evening coffee outing I get a smaller coffee and a large hot chocolate. I am getting the best service out here:) The bathroom is cool here with a stylish fancy nightclub designed sink. I washed my hands next to a businessman the other night 👀. :) I’m getting excellent care and quality at these top notch California Starbucks :) ☕️🙂

Prices a little high; Nice, Quiet place to write, homework, read, Outside especially appealing with a few comfortable chairs & tables accompanied with pleasant view of an empty lot & nice breeze. Cozy & private separate spaces provided inside. Some salads & sandwiches provided for an inflated price. GREAT service!!!, although you MAY need to check on your order, if taking too long!

This is a new drive thru Starbucks. Nice to finally have one in our town. As for service, it is hit or miss. Often orders are wrong and sometimes the servers are rude. I give them slack cause maybe they just encounter a rude customer.

Service has really stepped up their game! Efficient friendly and smiles all around. The food lately has been giving me heartburn a lot. Atmosphere everyone is focused.

They have a drive thru incase you have a sleeping baby in your car

Obviously, Starbucks is a super popular place. This location is definitely more popular than others because it has a drive-thru. Let me tell you my experience at this Starbucks: Whenever you mobile order, be sure that you go straight there to pick it up. The order is usually done about 5-10 minutes before the actual pick-up time. Many times, my food or drink has turned out cold because I came exactly at the pick-up time. If you were to go to any Starbucks, I would recommend to get a cheese Danish (warmed up), a plain bagel with cream cheese (warmed up), or a hot chocolate. Personally, I would not get any coffee. Depending on the barista, most of the time, the coffee turns out incredibly watered down. Many times, my mom has gotten a mocha and it isn’t as good as the old days.

Starbuck is what it is. This location has a drivethru so that's nice. Not a lot of place in SV have drive thru's

I like the modern building. They were super lame during power outages here they were making paying customers who needed to do work or school on their computers leave after 30 Minutes. I Thought people went to coffee shops to do those things regularly. So lame! Coffee is the same as other locations. Location is clean and well lit with no scary characters around

Bummed. Nitro cold brew broken. Moving on to next Starbucks. Staff was nice.

I'm pretty shocked this made it through all their testing, this lid makes drinking hot coffees next to impossible now. On the other hand today I noticed they also have new paper lids that are "raised" in height above the coffee. I am assuming this is to make more room for ice. But this lid for ice drinks, should be on all drinks, not only for iced drinks. It should only be for hot drinks if you had to choose. This is ridiculous to me that this is the decision made.through their corporate offices. It's a terrible new system for lids, in my honest opinion

Drive thru customers are the priority here. Nothing differentiates this from any other Starbucks. If you can live without Nitro, consider local options.

Closed two days in a row for training. Ok, no big deal. BUT not updating your hours to show that you’re closed, which takes a minute to do? That’s rather frustrating and unprofessional. I wasted quite a bit of time driving here to meet somebody. Even called to check if they’d be open today and nobody picked up/no message to explain that they were closed. Otherwise like this place but unfortunately that gets them two stars.

Terrible service. Took 1/2 hr to get an Americano. I suggest never going inside, as drive-through is heavily prioritized.

I understand that this is mainly a drive through but mobile pick up costumers need fast service as well.

Remodeled and clean, but not satisfied. This location seems to not get it not right on most all of my past visits. So, I thought I'd give it another try since it's been a while. Not a good idea really. I ordered a Grande Green Tea Latte that was half foam. Literally! It totally lacked tea. And, a Grande Pistachio Latte that was nasty! Very bitter. Staff asked to heat more milk for the Green Tea Latte, which was excepted, although the drink itself was bitter. I was asked if I had a favorite drink that they could make for me. I said yes and requested a Grande White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha. Well, the gal said, "I'm sorry, but we don't have any Peppermint. It's out for the Season. " Great! She offered to make without, but it really does make the drink lovely, so I said no thank you. At this point, I was unhappy. I requested a refund for my drink and asked for a hot water to go. I then went straight over to Scotts Valley drive-through Starbucks, where I got a Grande White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha. On another note, I've noticed that not ALL Starbucks are practicing Covid-19 sanitary cleanliness. They took my cups that were drank from and then handed them back. This act is how Covid-19 and etc. can spread. There was NO hand washing AT ALL after touching my drinks.

Second time I didn't get what I asked for at this location. A caramel macchiato with extra foam had no foam and no caramel sauce. A caramel mocha with whip has no caramel & no whip. Maybe they have something against caramel?

It would be so nice if the stars aligned & by some miracle I could show up one day & not only the drive thru is open, but that they aren’t out of stock of iced tea or blueberry muffins. Just once.

i miss clear cups

We were waiting outside for ten minutes in the cold, fifteen minutes after they were suppose to open. They looked at us and just kept working. We left.

This Sky Park location seems to allegedly have an agreement that limits adjacent restaurants from serving coffee, tea and bottled water. I contained my annoyance at not being able to get a coffee at the restaurant I had just had a meal at and went over to this Starbucks for my after meal coffee. The Starbucks coffee was no great brew of coffee worth a monopoly of coffee business in the Sky Park area. I will pass on this location for coffee going forward.

This Starbucks is absolutely awful. The people are rude and impersonal and treat everyone terribly. I heard the way employees were interacting with each other and also the customers, including myself. It feels like it’s a clique of high school students who just sit around and gossip and think it’s fun to be mean. Also, the drive thru was extremely slow.

We had to go behind her for the receipt and order confirmation! Uff Never going back to this location and don’t recommend this place to anyone!

They forgot to give me back my CC during drive through Right now waited 15-20min for my CC when I came back for it. When I checked in halfway through, got some attitude from the manager. I used to love grabbing a grande Oatmilk Shaken Espresso from this Starbucks. It was consistently served in a 16 oz plastic cup, packed with ice (per the recipe), and it has always tasted great. I was totally on board when they started switching to paper cups in an effort to be more environmentally friendly. No complaints there. However, in the past few visits, I’ve been served this same grande drink in a venti paper cup, packed to the brim with ice. This may seem like a small change, but it completely throws off the drink balance. The portion of espresso and oat milk is still the same, but the extra volume from the larger cup and excessive ice just waters it down. What I got both times was a bland, diluted mess, not the bold, balanced drink I used to look forward to. For comparison, I recently visited a Starbucks in Las Vegas where I was served the same drink in a proper grande plastic cup which tasted amazing. That made me realize how far off the mark my local stores in Scotts Valley have gotten. Starbucks is a global brand, and consistency should be a core part of the experience, no matter what city you’re in. No one should be paying $7 for a watery, botched drink that barely resembles what it’s supposed to be. As a former barista myself, I care about how espresso drinks are crafted and this just isn't it. I even bought my own espresso machine about a year ago, but still made the occasional Starbucks run when I was in a rush. After this, I just don't want to come back anymore. Do better, Starbucks. Your loyal customers notice.
