I had been 3 times for dinner here and loved so many things so I planned my 50th birthday/mock funeral at La Zozzona on 4.25.25. I'm honored to be the 1st restaurant buyout and I'd do it every year! Hats off to the Chef, JR Walter, who put together the most perfect menu for my 70 guests with so much variety and deliciousness! Everyone had a different favorite from crispy squash blossoms, the bestest meatballs, mozzarella sticks, and the newest item on the menu...hamachi crudo. We selected the signature rigatoni and agnolotti as the pastas and the entrees were swordfish chop, chicken marsala, dry aged NY strip and bone in veal parmigiana. There were also tomahawk steaks served for couples and maybe I got an entire one to myself . We finished out with tiramisu which was magnificent. I'd really like to thank Zach, the General Manager who was instrumental in putting this evening together as he saw my vision and executed it with the help of Julia, Ben and all the servers who did a fantastic job! Thank you La Zozzona for going above and beyond and catering to my every request. You even customized the menus and put the Corpse Reviver #2 drink as a featured drink for my themed party. This was truly one of the best nights of my life and all my guests rate the food, service, ambience and wine/cocktails as some of the best they've ever experienced! My goal is to be your favorite diner so I will be back agoan and again! Thank you Chef Richard Blais for opening in Scottsdale and autographing my custom menus for my guests. Forever keepsakes and also thanks for all the photos I keep asking you to take with me. Biggest fan!
Magnificent experience! I cannot thank La Zozonna enough in helping to make daughter's birthday special. We could not have had a better meal or service. Simply outstanding. Every year my daughter gets one special and unique gift in the evening. Seeing as we love to cook and follow all the cooking shows, it was a Oscar the Grouch, H&B apron. Chef JR was kind enough to sign it, making it even more special. ❤️ Thank you a million times for a wonderful experience.
Amazing! 10 out of 10. From the start to finish. The drink and wine selection were top notch. Followed by killer appetizers. Meat balls were some of the best. Our main entrees were the sword fish and veal and both were incredible. The tiramisu was so smooth. My plate was clean!
We were so excited to try food from Chef Richard Blaise and it did not disappoint. Every detail was handled and we received excellent service from Paul and Lorenzo. We started with the squash blossoms which were delicious, next pesto burrata, beet salad, then shared the Cavatelli with tons of shaved black truffle and the honeynutt squash angolotti. Phenomenal! Ending with a fun sundae for a birthday and we had try try the Tiramisu served table side and was just melt in your mouth delicious! This restaurant is a must try!
We went there for our anniversary with our two small kids and they were so nice and accommodating! We had the tuna tartare (so good), the burrata with olive oil (ask for extra bread), the cauliflower, the bone marrow, the spicy pasta, steak and they made a special pasta with red sauce for our kid. The wait staff was top notch and they really provide an elevated dining experience. They have a cool private room if you have a larger party that looked really fun because it’s a big round table.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at La Zozzona. From the complimentary glass of champagne and focaccia to the special customized pasta dish to accommodate my food allergies. Everything including the service was amazing.
What awesome food! We tried the fried mozzarella and it was delicious! I think it may have stretched 4 feet without breaking! The pasta and clams are highly recommended! The focaccia bread was like eating fluffy heavenly bread, served with olive oil with herbs in it! They have an excellent drink selection and Ben personally recommend something for us that made our evening special! Shout out to Mark as well for the drink menu. Adam your service is top notch and so is your personality! That is also a shout out to you Julia. You personally made sure we were comfortable in our outdoor tables. Last but not least, thank you Zach for coming by to check on us and making us feel so welcome! WE WILL RETURN!
Our experience started with meeting Chef Blais in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt. He was extremely kind and took time to talk with us and personally put in a reservation for our family for dinner! We were in awe. When we arrived at the restaurant for dinner the hostess was friendly and welcoming. Every person who came to our table was so kind and hospitable, especially the sommelier. The welcome champagne and Martinellis for the kids was a wonderful touch. We ordered the squash blossoms and burrata (pictured) and they were stellar! Entrees were delicious- the prosciutto wrapped filet was to die for! We enjoyed Tiramisu and gelato to finish off our meal. My son said "this is the one fancy restaurant that is actually good!" We were blown away by the excellent service and food. We were also thankful that our 3 children were welcomed and treated as special guests at the restaurant. Chef Blais is truly a remarkable restaurateur and oozes with genuine hospitality. It was such a treat to meet him and see him in action! We can't wait to go back!
We were here for a special event, and the food was some of the best I've ever had. You have to try to the swordfish, and their steak was also fantastic. Both melt in your mouth. Great time and beautiful restaurant!
I’ve been twice now and both times had an incredible experience. The veal parm knocked my socks off but really everything was terrific. Highly recommend the meatballs for an app and the squash for side dish as well. Great service, great drinks, great food! Will be back!
Excellent food and service. The sommelier was on point and had excellent recommendations and was very personable. Our Waitress also had excellent recommendations and was very delightful.
We went for my wife's bday and had an amazing experience. Great service and the food was fantastic. The food was unique and full of flavor and we will definitely go back
We had a wonderful evening- great service, food was perfect. I had a pasta dish with chestnut sauce and holy moly it was amazing.
My husband and I celebrated New Years Eve and our Anniversary at La Zozzona and I would give it 10 stars if I could. The food was absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend the squash blossoms, the caprese salad was the best I've ever had, the signature rigatoni dish was outstanding, we considered licking the plate:) The filet was cooked to perfection and was so tender, it cut like butter. They finished the night off with a complimentary Anniversary dessert and we also tried the Chocolate Hazelnut dessert. Everything was fantastic. The best food we have had in Phoenix. Chef Richard Blais also took the time to stop by our table, which was very kind. Highly recommend.
Amazing food and service. Many vegetarian options aswell.
Great spot. Edwin behind the bar did us well. The Wagyu wash Makers Mark is wild.
PHENOMENAL food! Wow! We went to opening night it was absolutely delicious. Melissa was so informative and just so fun! We had an amazing night. Started with meatballs (dip focaccia bread in the sauce) and the fried cheese (homemade cheese)! Both were equally delicious. Then we had Ceasar salad and 2 pastas. The pasta was so fresh. Caico de pepa and the spicy rigatoni. Absolutely the best. I would argue better than Italy. But then the filet mignon was wow! Cooked to perfection and just perfect. So full. So happy. Again Melissa topped the night. So joyful and nice. Thank you for an amazing night.
I attended a private party here last week and I must say, the staff and food was spectacular. The tomahawk steak was the best I’ve ever had- and the Tiramisu was phenomenal ! Absolutely cannot wait to return
I attended La Zozzona for a private event and WOW! I was absolutely blown away with not only the samples of food but, the overall service, presentation and ambience! I can honestly say that there was not one dish that we had that wasn’t ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I ordered the strip steak as my entree and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a date night or special event. You will not be disappointed!
I had my first ever experience at the new restaurant La Zozzona yesterday! The restaurant was absolutely beautiful and the lighting was so romantic. The hospitality was above and beyond and each and every server new every detail of the menu. The food tasted so pure and authentic and everything was presented beautifully. Overall best Italian restaurant in Scottsdale, if your debating on going take this as your sign and GO!
Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Elegant, Quartzite tables. We ordered the Caesar salad, meatballs and specialty rigatoni pasta. All were packed with flavor. Menu had wonderful options including swordfish, steaks etc. The remodel of the Hyatt Gainey is fabulous! If you want to make a night of it… they added a beautiful bar with live music. Outdoor patio has stunning views!
Had an AMAZING meal here the other night! Cocktails are inventive, high quality & delicious! My friend had the truffle pasta dish and I had the signature rigatoni, pasta is homemade and the dish has lots of flavor and is seasoned perfectly. We finished with the house made tiramisu (served tableside) and wow, it was the best we’ve ever had! Lynnae took care of us and was super fun and told us lots about the menu. Do not miss if you’re in the area!
Well it’s the first time Sue and I have visited La Zozzona. We had the pleasure of Jacob as our server. It’s been a while since we have enjoyed an experience such as this. We had 5 in our party and every thing we ordered was simply amazing. The service was above and beyond by everyone involved. Food was simply amazing, service is simply amazing, the desert, simply amazing, the entire experience, simply amazing!!!! Don’t take my word for it get down there and experience it for yourself. Ask for Jake he is the best.
When I am back in town, I will be going back!!! The staff was so friendly & the experience was top notch. The team went above and beyond for a birthday party gathering, and can share the same feelings from others. Tried so many apps, couldn't pick a favorite - but you can't go wrong & tomahawk steak was on point.
My wife and I have been lucky to visit many "Michelin Star" restaurants, but it is rare that every plate we eat at a restaurant is a true "5 out of 5" stars. We found La Zozzona to be incredibly impressive and truly one of the best. Every plate was (for the lack of a better word) perfect. For starters the "Crispy Mozzarella" may seem boring or typical, but let me tell you...you have not had a Mozzarella stick like this. The outside is perfectly cooked to be just a bit crunchy and the inside melts in your mouth. 5 out of 5. For main courses, I can vouch for the Swordfish, Veal Chop, and New York strip. Again, all are 5 out of 5. The Veal Chop is one of the best veal plates I've ever had. Lightly breaded and crunchy on the outside but tender and savory on the inside. This was my favorite. The Swordfish is huge. You might need 2 people to finish it. It's prepared to mimic the look of a large steak. Bite into it and you'll get a burst of flavors that is unique yet brings out the best characteristics of a Swordfish chop. The New York steak was my biggest surprise. I was a bit skeptical at first when they brought out the steak covered in flakes of cheese as I typically like my steak to stand alone. But the seasoning and truffle combine to make the New York Steak really stand out. It's a unique take on a NY strip but at the same time, it gives you the typical NY Steak taste. You'll just have to try it to understand. Need a drink recommendation to pair with all this incredible food? Try the Amalfi Margarita- A perfect blend of limoncello and Tequila. Finally, for dessert the best option is the Tiramisu. Typically I'm not a huge fan of Tiramisu and would usually choose another dessert, but this Tiramisu is soaked in rum and served super moist. Bottom line - this place lives up to the hype. Everything I tasted was 5 out of 5.
La Zozzonna offers a delightful dining experience that seamlessly blends a vibrant ambiance with exceptional cuisine. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an inviting staff and an atmosphere that strikes a balance between casual and sophisticated. The warm lighting, eclectic decor, and thoughtfully curated music create an environment that feels both relaxed and celebratory, making it ideal for a casual meal or a special occasion. The service was impeccable from start to finish—attentive without being intrusive. The female manager and server were outstanding, anticipating our every need. Chef Blaise was friendly and engaging; he even treated us to the billionaire caviar burrata! Now, let’s discuss the rest of the meal. Under Chef Blaise’s expert guidance, each dish at La Zozzonna is a masterpiece. His creativity shines through the menu, which features a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary flavors. The dishes are not only visually appealing but also packed with fresh ingredients that elevate each bite. Whether you choose a signature pasta dish or a uniquely crafted dessert, you can truly taste the passion and expertise that Chef Blaise infuses into every creation. One standout dish that left a lasting impression was the cacio e pepe, which was perfectly creamy and seasoned just right. And the dessert? A delightful conclusion to the meal—rich yet balanced, perfectly complementing the rest of the menu. Overall, La Zozzonna is a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. With its excellent ambiance and the culinary talent of Chef Blaise, it promises a meal that is sure to delight all of your senses.
We had high expectations for our first experience at La Zozzona, based on what we heard from early reviews, the previous success of Chef Blais, and the photos from their website and social media. Our dinner far exceeded those expectations and we cannot wait to return. To start, the bar & lounge which first greets you is stunning, with the right combination of luxury, proper lighting, and design. Our two variations on a Negroni, the Blood Orange Negori and Oaxacan Negroni, were perfect and served by the most welcoming and professional mixologists - Josh and Kaitlin. Once seated, our server Jake proceeded to explain the menu to us, noting a few key highlights, including the burrata, squash blossoms, rigatoni, and swordfish. We ordered all four. The burrata and squash blossoms were among the best either of us have ever had. Same goes for the rigatoni. Now, whatever you think you know about swordfish, disregard. I don’t think I had ordered swordfish in maybe twenty years and I am glad we did this evening. It was almost steak-like in its seated outside, tender inside texture. And the flavor was like nothing I have ever experienced with fish. The sommelier Ben even helped us choose the best wines by the glass to pair with our meal and he nailed it. I highly recommend La Zozzona next time you’re in the mood for fine dining Italian.
A wonderful post-Christmas date night with my sweetheart! We drove across town to have dinner at La Zozzona, and it was worth the time and effort. Our server Lynnae (friendly, gracious and knowledgeable) welcomed us with a glass of prosecco, then did a brief tour of the menu, with helpful descriptions and recommendations. We started with delicious cocktails and the Burrata with Basil Pesto ... marvelous. We then shared the crazy-good Rigatoni Alla Zozzona. We were taking it slow throughout the evening and decided to share the Pancetta-Wrapped Filet of Beef, which had an outrageous gorgonzola fonduta, and finished with a beautiful Chocolate Hazelnut dessert. We loved the leisurely pace of the evening (which we had requested) and enjoyed every morsel and drop. Lynnae's service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was elegant but not stuffy. A wonderful experience!
Incredible food, service, and ambiance! Had the sword fish and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Also great wine selection! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, quality, dinner.
My husband and I came into town for our friend’s birthday and we had the honor of celebrating her here! This place was top notch! They didn’t miss a beat on anything - food, drinks, service, scenery - it was all amazing! We will be back the next time we are in town! Thanks for making this night so special
The food was absolutely amazing, the service was beyond excellent, the ambiance was stunning. We were there on a private event and the menu was spectacular and the food was some of the best I have ever eaten. Chef Richard out did himself…looking forward to coming back on another visit to Phoenix.
Had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was incredible. The food was outstanding. The hamachi and the Parmesan tarts were delicious. The tiramisu was really delicious and served in a very fun way. The staff was knowledgable and just the right amount of attentive while giving us plenty of space to enjoy our evening. We also got to meet chef Richard Blais which was such an incredible experience. He was so down to earth and really warm and inviting. Highly recommend for a romantic date night or a fun girls dinner.
We greatly enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and setting, the beautifully decorated restaurant, and the extremely attentive staff. The food was of excellent quality; we ordered the mozzarella appetizer, the seabass, and rigatoni with scallops, and everything was delicious. The restaurant was a wonderful addition to the magnificent Grand Hyatt.
It is one of the best Italian restaurants in town. Everything is homemade down to the pasta-which is the best sign of a great Italian restaurant. This is a fabulous place for a date night, business meeting or small party. My preference is to sit on the patio for the outdoor atmosphere (Greta landscaping). The hamachi crudo is incredible but my favorite thing is the tiramisu. They serve it as it your nonna would-right out of the dish which keeps it moist and delish. Can’t recommend enough!
Being fully aware of the founder’s reputation, my expectations were high, and were easily met! The atmosphere immediately draws you in, revealing an immersive hidden gem tucked behind its glamorous, lounge-style entry. The service reflects an elegant yet modern approach that aligns beautifully with the restaurant’s overall aesthetic. The food, as expected, was thoughtful and well-presented. However, I was slightly surprised by the limited depth of flavor in the Truffle Gnocchi and the light sear on the accompanying scallops. Even so, these were minor notes in an otherwise exceptional experience. Overall, this establishment remains a standout and a necessary complement to the upscale environment of the Grand Hyatt.
What a beautiful restaurant with excellent service! It was nice to be able to dine outdoors in summer without feeling much mist at all! Food was very good, chef’s take on italian is delicious. My only miss was the veal was too thick for my taste and some of the sauces were too sweet. Overall though it was awesome and this tiramisu service is incredible!
Food was mostly great. Super impressed with several things we had. Except the Snake river farms steak was super thin, and I had a very fatty piece and was cold. I’ll be back, so I can try the sword fish. I’ll leave the steak to Steak 44. Services was great!! I’m sure I could have provided the feedback on the steak there and they would have taken care of it.
We went to La Zozzona for dinner and had some positive and negative moments that I'd like to share as constructive feedback. To start, the ambiance was incredible. The Grand Hyatt went through a massive renovation and it shows. We walked into the restaurant to a beautiful seating area and friendly host staff. We were seated and our waiter offered a prosecco toast which was a nice touch. My partner does not drink and they provided sparkling cider. There were a few non-alcoholic beverages on the menu which was nice. The wine list was comprehensive and the "rare wines" by the glass was also a nice touch you don't see often, at least here in the valley. I noticed that all the women, including myself, had their bags on the floor. The chairs were not designed in a way where you can hang your bag and they did not provide a purse hook. I even saw an hermes constance on the floor. Overall, we felt a little rushed by our waiter with ordering. We started with the squash blossoms which were incredible, 5/5, no notes (in a good way). Up next we had the signature zozzona pasta. The flavor of the sauce was spicy and balanced. The critique is the pasta, which our waiter said was made daily, was overworked. It had that distinct unpleasant chewiness of over-developed gluten. Next we had the new york strip, which was fantastic. It came with a black garlic sherry butter and truffle pecorino which was wonderful. Excellent medium rare cook on the steak and overall the dry age came through wonderfully. We also ordered the lobster raviolo. This is unfortunately where things took a turn. I had one bite and couldn't take another. My partner braved 2 bites and we left more than 3/4 of it. The lobster was mealy; the texture was beyond unpleasant, it was inedible. The pasta dough fared the same as the zozzona, overworked dough, but this was the least offensive part of this dish. The sauce had competing herbs with saffron. The roe was very out of place, adding gumminess to a mealy gummy lobster. Not a single positive thing about this dish, I can't even recommend how to make it better. Unfortunately, our plates were cleared before out waiter could even see that we hardly touched it and did not ask for any feedback. This was a common theme, very quick with plate clearing and bringing out courses. We were given a birthday dessert which was a strawberry cheesecake ice cream, and I won't complain about a complimentary dessert. All of these courses were completed in less than 90 minutes, and it did feel rushed. Would I come back? Maybe, for the squash blossoms. Though local to the area, I think I'd rather drive the 6 hours to Juniper and Ivy instead.
First time at this restaurant. Love the white table cloth experience and lighting. Very romantic. They were accommodating when we asked to switch tables. Service was amazing and everyone was very professional and friendly. Down to earth as well. Food was very good. Portions were quite small for the price and didn’t blow me away. But was a good experience. Would come back.
We saw this restaurant on Instagram, and it looked amazing, so we gave it a try. **Pros:** The service was amazing; we loved our servers, who went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable. The ambiance was wonderful and romantic—it was one of our best date nights in a while because of that. Some of the food was outstanding. The burrata was delicious, although you should ask for extra bread or save your focaccia for it. The focaccia was amazing as well, and the cannoli were to die for. **Cons:** My boyfriend's (expensive) veal dish had burnt breading on it. The glazed carrots (one of my favorite side dishes) were burnt so badly that half of the carrot dissolved like ash in my mouth. The rigatoni I saw on Instagram didn't look anything like the Instagram reel and tasted... okay, but nothing special. For the price of the dinner, I expected to be wowed by both the food and the environment, but unfortunately, the food was just okay. Better date nights elsewhere—we won't be back.
The trouble with "Italian" restaurants in the US is that they are mostly "Italian adjacent". So, you will get very much Americanized Italian food. Olive Garden it is not, but it's not authentic Italian food. So, don't be afraid to come, especially if you're staying at the resort. Capisce?
Great service. Nice atmosphere. But I gave only 3 stars because I got a really bad stomach ache from the food. Ordered the chicken Parmesan that tasted good. But within an hour I had terrible cramps and heartburn that lasted for 24 hours. I took THREE Prilosecs over the 24 hour period and Pepto Bismol. I have never had such horrible heartburn in my life. The cramps weren’t fun either. For the price. The chicken parm wasn’t any better than North Italia for half the price. The portion was outrageously big. Why not add some Pasta or a nice side versus such an insanely huge portion of chicken. I ate half. Took the other half home but threw away after I got sick.
We left at 10:30- had a 6:30 reservation for 4 . Waiter totally took blame- after we had complained our salads and dinner came- 3 hours later. Food was excellent but the free salad /app doesn’t make up for the issue with service.
While visiting Scottsdale for the first time in many years I wanted to bring my husband to the Grand Hyatt for dinner to experience the resort. The restaurant was way over our price range but we ordered pasta dishes. I was very disappointed. I ordered the tortellini dish. It was very hard pasta. I had to use a knife and fork to cut a piece in half. I only ate a couple pieces. 5 tortellini for 25.00. Our fried mozzarella appetizer was tasty. All in all I was disappointed in the changes to the resort and restaurant from my last stay 35 years ago.
Our dinner started out great. We were seated at the Chefs table and treated to a glass of champagne. Service was not good. After ordering no one came to check on us. Had to hunt down a server to get a glass of wine and to get the final bill. My salad was overdressed, my husband's pasta with truffles had no truffles, and another diner in our group who had ordered the rigatoni threw up in the bathroom. Although she said it was good. Entree pasta dishes were a bit skimpy. Overall not a good experience.
Food 5 stars - amazing Service 5 stars - fantastic Wine list - great The Veal chop was amazing. Please do not make me pay for SELF parking when I spend $400 on dinner and drinks for 2 people (on a Wednesday night). Will not be doing this again. My fiance and I met for a date night at the hotel restaurant, we drove separately from work; had a wonderful time until we thought our tickets were validated for parking, however, we still had to pay $10 per car.
It’s disappointing that I feel the need to write this, but my wife and I recently had an underwhelming experience at La Zozzona. As longtime fans of Chef Blais, we were eager to try his newest venture. The restaurant had only been open for eight days at the time of our visit, and with Chef Blais personally overseeing the launch just a week prior, we had high expectations. Unfortunately, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Let me start by saying the staff was outstanding. They were attentive, warm, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. However, the food was where things fell apart. We began with the Crispy Mozzarella, an appetizer our server described as both delicious and “fun,” promising that it would ooze with hot, melted cheese when cut open. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. While it looked appealing, the mozzarella was cold and lacked any of the gooey texture we were anticipating. There was no steam, no melty goodness—just a large, lukewarm mozzarella stick. The saving grace was the sweet sauce on top, which was the best part of the dish. For our entrées, I ordered the bone-in veal chop parm, and my wife opted for the chicken marsala platter. The veal chop was deeply disappointing—it was greasy, overcooked, and painfully dry. The accompanying sauce was overly sweet, which only compounded the dish’s flaws. For the price, it was far from justifiable. My wife’s chicken marsala fared a bit better; her chicken was cooked well, and the portion was reasonable, but again, the sauce was far too sweet, which threw off the entire dish. While I understand that new restaurants often go through growing pains, this experience felt like more than just first-week jitters. For Chef Blais to put his name behind food of this quality—especially at these prices—was genuinely surprising. In an area with no shortage of excellent Italian restaurants offering better food at more competitive prices, it’s hard to justify a return visit. That said, I truly hope they work through these early issues. I would love nothing more than to come back and be wowed by the La Zozzona we had hoped for. But for now, it just isn’t worth the price tag.
This place is a rip off. The portions were so small. It was insulting. Ordered the Hamachi Crudo and the entire dish was one bite for $17. Rigatoni was cold butternut raviolis were served in a 1 inch deep pond of butter. Frito miso was subpar. Brussels sprouts were soggy and way over steamed. Wine selection was good but overpriced. Decor was pretty and staff was friendly. Sent a couple items back and honestly got tired of returning dishes.
Worst food I've eaten in a long time. We spent the weekend at the resort to relax. We chose to eat an early dinner at La Zozzona with the highest expectations due to decent reviews and high prices on the menu. Definately believe in, you get what you pay for, in most cases. They brought out the bead first. The bread was stale and underseasoned. Followed with the dipping sauce sauce that also tasted old, with herbs that were supposed to be fresh? They were discolored and mushy. Next, they brought out a caprese salad (almost $20). It was a stack of cold, mushy tomatoes layered with discolored, old basil and dried out mozzarella with no flavor. It was horrible. I took one bite only! It tasted like it was mass produced and put in a fridge until ordered! Fresh tomatoes and herbs are not expensive or hard to keep on hand. Please use fresh ingredients. The calamari was ok but still lacked flavor. By the time it came to ordering our main dishes, none of us were excited. Honestly if the servers werent so kind we would've paid for our appetizers and left. The servers were very attentive and did a good job. And sadly, and as we expected, No one liked the main courses. The chicken marsala had a strange, bitter taste. And the pasta dish was very underseasoned. We left full plates of food behind. Our bill, after the tip was $300. I think they need a menu overhaul. Get Gordon Ramsey down there ASAP!!!!
What a terribly run restaurant. We were so excited to go here. Drove 45 minutes to find out that there was no parking available and we would have to park in a remote lot and take a shuttle. There was a long line for the shuttle so we did not wait. The restaurant manager was totally unaware of the issue. This is inexcusable for a high end dining experience. Richard. Blaise should be embarrassed to have his name associated with this place. Update - prior to this post, I posted something on Instagram to get a response and was given an email to message but it has now been removed. Based on the response below and that move, you clearly have no interested in gaining us back as customers. Shame since we are locals. After this experience, we left and went to Fat Ox which was packed with people waiting and they managed to accommodate us, provided excellent service and outstanding food as always.
