From the very beginning to the sweet dessert ending. Top notch. Torrie was the amazing guy in charge of our experience. A-plus service. One decadent flavor after another. The old school photo gifted us, the complimentary birthday dessert...If given the chance this is a must❤️

Everything was fantastic! New York cooked to a perfect medium rare. Small seafood tower was fresh, with the best shrimp I pretty sure I've ever had. Brussel sprouts and asparagus absolutely delicious. Service was awesome! Great drinks too!

My husband brought me here for my birthday dinner; our server Tony provided exceptional service. The atmosphere and service were outstanding, the food was satisfactory, but there was room for improvement. I ordered the New York strip steak, and it was overcooked, but Tony ensured that the issue was mitigated with exemplary service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This restaurant is absolutely beautiful with an amazing staff. The food was phenomenal and made our special night feel even more memorable. We came in to celebrate our third anniversary after both of us had a long and difficult week, and we were so touched to find rose petals on our table and custom “Happy Anniversary” cards waiting for us. We were seated at a great table, and the entire atmosphere felt incredibly thoughtful. Our waiter Shane was incredibly kind and attentive. He provided excellent service and gave us great recommendations for desserts and sides that paired perfectly with our main dishes. I was a little concerned I might feel out of place in this type of setting, but everyone was so kind and welcoming. The experience was warm, genuine, and delicious from start to finish. We truly had a smile on our faces the entire evening.

Top notch. Elegant restaurant in the old school style where the music is not blasting. Morton’s sticks to the essentials with a focus on food and service. The entire menu is well thought out and the dishes are made with only the best ingredients. There is something for everything as the fish, chicken, and pork meals are equal to the quality of the steak. The service is usually professional, attentive, and the servers have a good grasp of the menu and are usually helpful with selections and questions. While they are all top tier, the 10oz wagyu filet is one of the best anywhere. To me it seems like a hybrid cut in between traditional Wagyu and American grain fed. The mix is about perfect and Morton’s has never missed on temperature when I have been there and does not ruin the steak with too much spices. The shrimp cocktail is simple but perfect. Large prawns meticulously cleaned that look pleasant and taste even better. The chopped salad is excellent and Morton’s will allow you to change your ingredients. The lettuce is always cold and green and served on a chilled plate. The house made dressings are quite tasty. The mash potatoes have a nice texture and are smooth and creamy with just the correct amount of salt. I frequent this place and will continue to do so as long as they keep churning out excellent food and a good customer experience. My complaint is they took the shrimp Alexander appetizer off the menu. They should put it back.

Came in with friends for the Bubbles and Bites promo in the bar. Service was lovely, food was fantastic and extra points for presentation.

We went to an event here it was really nice and the whole staff were great! Nice picture to have dinner 🍽️ & enjoy nice music 🎶☺️ The food was delicious and the appetizers even better!

We took advantage of the recent fourth of July special dinner for two, which included appetizer, entree, two sides, a dessert to share and two drinks. We thought it was a good value at $139 for two people, especially considering Morton's normal menu prices. We each had the filets and they came out tender and flavorful, as you would expect from Morton's. Mashed potatoes and creamed corn were excellent sides and the chocolate cake was outstanding. The only downside is that we had to share it. Great experience overall and would definitely return, especially if we can get a similar holiday deal in the future.

We came for my birthday. The food was wonderful, but the service.... we had Melissa and if we could have given her 10 stars we would have! She was sweet, knowledge, attentive and a pure joy to be around! Troy & Lisa

Everything bagel bread - Tasty and the butter was good. 9/10 16 oz ribeye medium rare - Delicious. Soft and tender, not too chewy which i realpy appreciate. Salty and sweet and a light crunch and grill taste. Cajun seasoned 16 ounce ribeye - So flavorful, like a burst of color on my tastebuds. Its so tender and juicy and the flavor is just immaculate. 10/10 wish I ordered it, just a bite from my friends. Had a ratartiuile moment where i sat up straight and gasped. Creme brulee : silky, sugar not sticky just slightky cruncy. Not too aweet. Rich and velvety.

Delicious food and excellent service! I was here with a work group, so the menu was relatively fixed, but the filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The sides were delicious and the dessert was so rich

Food was phenomenal! The 36oz Tomahawk was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Salad and sides were great (besides the szechuan green beans- they didn't fit the rest of the meal). Our server, John, was awesome and funny. Ambience, classy all around. Spendy but worth it for sure!

I have been to the Chicago location when I was but a young lad. It had become time to recapture the magic of a location as far away In proximity as memory. We went for our anniversary and were delighted with the meal and service.

We always used to go to Chicago Morton as we lived there. We started going here and found the food service and ambiance at par with what we had in chicago area. We love their mocktails, steak, lovster bisqur, house bread, calabri sauce, cream corn and mashed potatoes. They made it special by customizing the menu for hubby ‘s bday. Always the servers and hostesses has been really nice. I will highly recommend the place.

We tried to make a last minute reservation here on a Saturday night, but they were booked til 9pm. So we sat at the bar and had great service. A glass of wine, appetizers, and a dessert was just enough and not too filling. A good date night.

Morton's never disappoints. I wish they had the desert souffle year round. While the steaks are great, I've tried on occasion their chicken Christopher, which is one of the best chicken entrees I've ever had. The filet mignon and lobster tail is my favorite entree. The French onion soup is really good, as is the shrimp cocktail.

My husband and I went here for our first anniversary dinner celebration and I could not have better things to say. They printed menus with “happy first anniversary” at the top for us. Placed rose petals on our table. Really small things that took our experience from good to great. Our meal was exceptional. Bacon wrapped scallops with apricot chutney for an appetizer. 10/10. The flavors blended beautifully and it was delicious. We had the king salmon and the prime ribeye for mains and everything was perfectly cooked. The salmon was on a bed of slightly spicy tomato purée with fresh vegetables. Incredible! The steak was a perfect medium rare and seasoned to perfection. The sides were also incredible, we got “The Troy” and even for me who doesn’t like mushrooms I could have eaten that by itself. We finished out our wonderful meal with the crème brûlée and it was by far the best thing I have tasted in my life! Perfectly balanced flavors, crispy top with creamy underneath. By far the best part of our evening through, was our waiter Sean. He was incredibly personable and made our evening fun and enjoyable. He was attentive and helpful but also gave us privacy to enjoy our evening. I never once felt rushed to hurry or like he was ignoring us. Again just such an incredible evening. When we come back to Scottsdale I plan on going back and specifically requesting to be placed in his section. Thank you all for such an incredible and unforgettable evening.

The food is incredible, as well as the service. They offered the Valentines day special to us - we had salad, NY strip, and lobster tails. Everything was delicious, and Sergio was a great server. Will absolutely come back in the future!

We went here on a Sunday night (12/3) for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. The ambience inside was very elegant and classy. Our waiter was Ryan and he was amazing. I loved his vibe, he was very personable but not over the top which is perfect for us as we are low key. The food was amazing! The bread was delicious. (We got the tomahawk and waygu filet) cooked to perfection! They even had personalized menus for us that said “Happy 1st Anniversary”! It was so cute! And then they come around to the table for you and take your picture, print it and frame it in a little envelope thing. It was such a great experience and perfect for an Anniversary dinner. It was especially great due to our amazing waiter Ryan, so extra special shout out to him!

Wow! Just wow! This will definitely take a spot in one of the best meals I have ever had. I expected a great meal, but it totally surpassed expectations. Absolutely every single item was cooked and seasoned to pure perfection. I started with the bacon wrapped scallops...to die for! Scallops had a beautiful sear on each side and wasn't overly salted as the bacon added additional flavor to the scallop. It was served with the most delightful and surprising wasabi marmalade of some sort. I shared the chopped salad with my husband and it was well dressed and well balanced...one of the better chopped salads I have had out. My steak was absolute heaven. Cooked exactly as I asked and seasoning was on point. My husband's lobster was the most tender we have ever had. My son's pork chops were amazing. There literally is no constructive criticism to offer. Staff is AMAZING!!! Sean was awesome but let's talk about Jane from Connecticut. Jane is funny, compassionate, sincere, direct, and one of the most endearing people I have had the pleasure to dine with. She elevated the experience to next level and Morton's is lucky to have her. I couldn't stop myself from giving her a hug at the end because she truly made our evening very special. There were 9 of us in the party and her and Sean never missed a beat. Couldn't have asked for a better night out.

This a great place if you want a well prepared steak and money is no object. Everything on the menu is delicious and meticulously prepared. The desert specials, like the souffle, are often made to order and should be requested 30 min in advance (your server will let you know). They also have a seasonal selection of entrees and appetizers available. Be aware, however, that a meal for 3 with wine, appetizers, sides, entrees, and desert ran about $500 after tip. However, you'll rarely run into a steak that is an equal, and cutting out drinks will lower your tab dramatically.

Gabby Shpirer

Everything was just perfect. The setup, the flowers, the hostess, the waiter, all of it. We started with the ravioli and wild mushrooms. Perfect. The bread was fresh and crunchy. Perfect. We moved to the Caesar salad. Perfect. For main dish we had the Prime NY strip and the Mix Grill. For sides we had the cauliflower and the jumbo asparagus. Perfect. If you take the mix grill, no need for side dishes as it is a big size and no need for extras. Dessert was the chocolate mousse which was beyond perfect. Forgot the wine, cabernet suavignon.

Great bar in Kierland for solo dining or casual date night! Love the bar bites menu. The steak sandwich is great, as is the BLT and the prosciutto! Only thing better than the food is the service. Joey is awesome! Highly recommend!

First time here at Morton’s, and I have to say it was a great experience. Couldn’t ask for better service, our server Torrie was fantastic, very friendly and just all you can ask for for from a server, bone in ribeye was delicious as well as the cajun ribeye, if you’re looking for a great steakhouse here in Scottsdale, definitely make sure to come check out Morton’s and be sure to ask for Torrie!

Food: phenomenal, the steaks were cooked to perfection. We had 2 Cajun ribeyes. The flavor was emacculent. The sides were large portions and cooked to perfection. Service: Torrie was one for the books. It is rare to get service as exceptional as his. His recommendations were on point, he timing was everything. We did not feel rushed nor ignored. I love eating out and his service alone makes it worth it. Atmosphere: It was pleasant and peaceful. The lighting was nice and it was not noisy. One thing I want to add, as an African-American, I sometimes feel judged and watched like I'm going to run out or can't afford my meal. We ordered A LOT of food for the two of us and I did not at all get that feeling from Torrie or the rest of the staff.

Took my father in law here for his 79th birthday. He was over the moon about the food and service, they couldn’t have made him feel more important. Our steak was perfect as well as the sides, I had a Sagamore Rye old fashioned that was made very well. Our sever Evans was professional, knowledgeable and funny. Jeff the manager was very hospitable and welcoming as well. We will be back soon.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Far and away the BEST meal I have ever had. Beautiful service from Ryan (or was it Orion?) and Mackenzie. I had the Thanksgiving dinner package. Lobster bisque was life-changing. Salad was lovely and refreshing. Turkey was life-changing, gravy life-changing, cranberry sauce life-changing, sweet potatoes life-changing, streusel cheesecake life-changing. Only the green-bean casserole underperformed; it was under-seasoned. Even though it’s expensive, it’s WORTH EVERY PENNY. They were such gracious hosts! The manager/host even gave us a bunch of printed photos in cute folios. This dinner made my Thanksgiving!

The service at Morton's was excellent- friendly, attentive, and polished. I thought the food was good but the level did not match the price. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and had an upscale vibe. Check the menu before you go, sides are billed separately from entrees but are large enough to share. There are only a few small portion options so if you are not wanting to share you will have another meal for later.

Thank you to Juniper Wealth Management who put on a great event! Morton's continues to deliver their reliable steakhouse experience, even when faced with the logistical challenges of a scheduled group event. Having dined here multiple times, I can confidently say the food quality remains consistently good, though there were a few minor missteps during our recent visit. **The Good:** The evening's highlight was undoubtedly the **butterflied filet mignon cooked to medium-well** - a notoriously difficult request that most restaurants struggle with. Morton's kitchen executed this perfectly, delivering a tender, properly cooked steak with excellent flavor and presentation. The accompanying asparagus was fresh and perfectly prepared. My dining companion Toni raved about the **salmon**, which featured a beautiful caramelized top and was cooked to perfection. The fish looked restaurant-quality with its golden glaze and was clearly a winner. The **appetizer** (while not pictured) was quite tasty and set a promising tone for the meal. **The Disappointing:** The **Caesar salad** fell short of expectations, especially for a restaurant of Morton's caliber. With only two small croutons and a surprisingly bland dressing that lacked the punch you'd expect from a proper Caesar, it felt more like an afterthought than a carefully crafted dish. **The Sweet Finish:** The **dessert sampler** redeemed any earlier disappointments. The chocolate component was exceptional - rich, decadent, and perfectly executed. The variety plate with cheesecake, chocolate cup, and fresh berries provided a nice range of flavors and textures to end the meal on a high note. **Overall:** Morton's proved once again why they're a reliable choice for group dining events. Despite the inherent challenges of timing and coordination for scheduled events, they managed to deliver properly cooked proteins and maintained their service standards. While the Caesar salad was a letdown, the expertly prepared filet and stellar dessert reminded me why Morton's remains a go-to choice for special occasions. **Recommended for:** Group events, special occasions, and anyone seeking a dependable steakhouse experience in North Scottsdale.

This was an interesting date night. The parking was full, and they do valet, so I was expecting super fancy when we went in. It was very dark and cloudy. We were greeted and sat quickly. I immediately felt over dressed. There is a dress code, but most of the customers were in jeans. The server Sean was great and knowledgeable. I tried a few cocktails, and my favorite was the vodka cranberry with lime. The others were not very impressive. The passion margarita and the key lime pie mortini were gross. For an appetizer, the ahi poke is shareable and delicious. I'd skip the ses scallops and add them as an entree enhancements as those were a decent size. The food was good but I would not go out of my way to come here. We came from the West Valley, and there are other comparable options in the same price range.

Well.. Ryan has done it again. Excellent service & attention to detail. Atmosphere is ok. A bit dark but lighting is set perfectly for each table - easy to see food & rea menu. Acoustics are somewhat muted. You can hear other diners but don't really notice unless they speak loudly. The food ranges from mediocre to excellent. Everything is waay overpriced. But along with the dress code I'm sure that serves to keep out the riff-raff. The sides are all served a la carte, portioned for 2 to share. All seemed to need a bit of seasoning. However there is no salt or pepper on the tables, nor ketchup of course. I loved the Prosciutto wrapped Mozzarella. The surprise of the tomato slice and basil leaf inside was delicious and unexpected. I enjoyed how it was served as"fingers" and not as a wrapped round. The Sea Bass is magnificent. The 12oz Filet mignon is cooked & seasoned perfectly. It seems only choice not Prime. But that was fine. If you want to cut your steak with your fork you should order the Wygu. The Au Poivre sauce for it is outstanding. The Bordelaise Butter sauce is meh. Not worth writing about. Plain butter is better. The Creme Brulee is a good as I make it, and mine is the best I've ever tasted. The custard is correctly at room temperature, the topping perfectly spread and perfectly torched. I really liked also how it was served, in a shallow wider dish which gives more topping to crack and is easier to share. Coffee is.. pretty strong. But not burned (unlike StarCraps). All in all, a shared appetizer, 2 entrées & sides and a shared dessert (and coffee) but no alcohol, with tip will run about $250. Having said that, would i recommend the restaurant? Yes. Would i eat here again? Yes.

Zach Holly

The food was absolutely delicious! The steak Oscar with the fillet was amazing and would definitely be ordered again. Sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus were both great. The dessert I brought home was awesome. The only thing that was weird, was as I was walking out the chef cooking the fillets had his cell phone in one hand while he was moving the fillets around and his other. This is a pretty fancy place and you don’t really expect to see that, although I know everybody is on their phone these days so not really sure what to think but it is kind of gross and dirty

Very disappointed for the price I paid. Waiter seemed to rush us through ordering and dinner. Hostess and waiter were not engaged. Bartender was great. One Steak was burned on the outside, both were uncooked inside, i was not a fan of asparagus, but that is on me, I did not like the flavor. Scallops were a bit fishy. On the positive side, generous portions, I have left overs, bread was delicious and fresh, wedge salad was enough for 2 of us, blue cheese was good. Shrimp cocktail was yummy, mashed potatoes were the best thing we had, and I love mashed potatoes, good job. Key lime desert was out of this world. When I pay a lot for a meal and this is top 5% I will spend on a meal, I expect top notch service and food. Did not happen for me and my wife. We will not return, but you may love, could have been an off night, but if you charge this much, you can't be off your game.

Ordered the Crabmeat Cocktail, the Samllest portion I have seen at any Morton's or any good Steakhouse. Also, they put plenty of Peperika on the top. No good. Now for the good. Most Amazing Onion Rings. There are plenty of great places in this area. Just look around.

We went to celebrate my birthday. I have not been to a Morton's in a very long time. It used to be my absolute favorite restaurant! I've been to many, to include Denver, CO, Reston, VA, Tysons Corner, VA, Washington, DC, San Francisco, Atlanta, GA, Rosemont (?), Chicago, the Original Morton's in Chicago, and a few others that won't come to mind at the moment. It was always special, and to an extent, worth the money. When you pay this much for a meal, it should be memorable. Every. Time. As I stated, it's been years since I've been. For many years, we lived in the DC area. It just got to the point, we hated getting on I-95 because nothing was worth the hassle. We've been in west Phoenix area for a year. We've tried a lot of local (relatively) restaurants. I wanted to go to Morton's for my birthday! I got a filet with bearnaise sauce. The sauce had always been, and should be, served on the side. It was served over the steak. They used to "rake" the bread crumbs from your table. A nice touch they need to bring back. Also, I missed the cart with the available options. A covid casualty? As I said, I haven't been in a long time. Our server was adequate. No complaints at all. I just can't praise them. Adequate is fine when you're paying a good bit less per person. My husband got the loaded baked potato. He said it was very good, and it looked good. My daughter and I shared creamed spinach and scalloped potatoes. The potatoes were good. The spinach tasted like grass and no seasoning. Also, it wasn't creamy. To their credit, they removed it from the bill (the only thing we spoke up about when asked). Overall, very disappointing experience. The food was not nearly as good as in the past. And neither was the service. Both were good, but not great. And for the price, I should be wowed! Also, shrimp Alexander wasn't on the menu. They were able to accommodate me. But it used to be served with more sauce and with rice. The escargot were not on the menu and were unavailable. "Out of season". I've always been able to get them at any restaurant at any time of the year. Is this the new "Morton's"? We have no problem paying a lot of money for superior food/service. (Admittedly, we don't do so often.) Unfortunately, this restaurant did not deliver. The chocolate molten lava cake and cream brulee were excellent.

Steak was overcooked. We got 3 ,12 Oz filets 1 was cooked great, 2 were overcooked, potatoes were burned on outside edge, The value for price charged is not there. It's not difficult to make a great steak if you know how, this chef does not know how.

First time at Morton's Steakhouse Kierland for happy hour and we sat at the bar as the empty tables were reserved. I was looking forward to sliders but their smash burger sliders were burned and crispy. At least the bread served with butter was good. When we paid, my bank immediately notified me that 2 credit card charges were made at Morton's! Apparently they charged someone else's $45 meal to my card in addition to our bill. When we asked the server, he said they made a mistake and reversed the charge. For transparency, they should have told us. I had to ask for proof that they reversed the charge, so we waited until they printed it out. I doubt we'll be back.

Update 2024 may. After a couple communications with restaurant. They stopped and never replied back to me. Response to comment: After they left a msg for me in comments. They replied back but there was no resolution update yet. The said they will be in touch but stopped their return email after they said they will forward it on to the correct department. Review is here Atmosphere is great. Lamb chops are charred to a crisp. Steak was great. Mushrooms had more onions than mushrooms. And asparagus was alright. Bread is excellent. Sea scallops great with that side sauce. Chopped salad great. So straight to the point. One bad meal out of the 3. We asked Ryan our waiter about the lamb chops. Is it supposed to be that charred as the taste of burnt ends was so dominant even tried to scrape the charr off like a piece of burnt toast. We just had to ask if “That is the intent” or was there a bit too much charr. We tasted that charr taste for an hour or two after dinner. Ryan explained it very well that that is just how its done. But never offered anything in return. Explained it away. So we were left as thats the way it is. I suggest do not order lamb chops then. New york strip had some of that same burnt side ends charr taste. But not as dominant as the lamb chops. One bit in the middle of the steak was so salty i thought it was from the troy mushrooms. But it later went away. We were never asked or offered pepper or salt with our main meal either. Water was topped up very efficiently. Troy mushroom’s should be labeled troy onions and hint of mushrooms. There is more onion than mushrooms in this order. Chopped salad was excellent for the lady. She really enjoyed it. Its a big portion. Bacon wrapped sea scallops were big for the 3 you get. And the side sauce was a treat.

M
Michelle Hank

Absolutely terrible. Thought I would give them a second chance and I got an incinerated and inedible filet and sliders. When I called to complain the manager was rude and said they use a broiler to char the meat. I will show you what the meat looked like what is the point when you are chewing chunks of burnt char.

I have ordered Morton's twice in the last few days for takeout. Well over $350. Tonight I spent $170 for dinner delivered via UEats. The cream corn was sour (rotten) and everyone who ate it was sick within an hour. Not acceptable for any restaurant but definitely not Morton's or the like. Everything else was fine.

Been to Mortons in other states and have not been displeased. I wish I could say the same about this meal. This was hands down the worst steakhouse experience I have had. Our server was excellent though, so kudos to her for working in such an uninspired location. The bad.. And there were a lot of them. Crab mash had shells throughout. Not just small pieces, but large ones too. The sautéed spinach and mushrooms, shoot and a miss. The spinach was wilted at best (only partially). There was no seasoning. There was no seasoning across the board. I got their waygu steak. I had mentioned that it was under seasoned to my wife... But I cut from the other half and it was so salty I could hardly swallow. The server brought us a salt grinder that for the life of me, I couldn't get to work. She then brought us a bowl and spoon with salt.... But by that time it was too late. The manager came over and I had to ask if their cooks were afraid of salt and pepper. While we sat there we also noticed that this place looks severely understaffed. Waitresses coving large areas, no busboys or any help. The servers were covering it all. When we actually paid attention that is when we noticed how skeleton crewed it was and why our glasses were empty for 15 minutes. The attention to detail is severely missing here, from the top down. I frequent other steakhouses and have never had an experience like this. We would have been better off going to Outback or the likes. This establishment should follow Steak44. Their attention to detail and the overall customer experience is always spot on. For a chain as large as Mortons, you could pick up a few pointers. I will say our appetizers were good. Nothing else hit the mark. Nothing. This was our wedding dinner to boot. So the disappointment really stings.

Some of the most bland food over ever had. They nailed the medium rare, so kudos for that, and very attentive staff. That’s where the pros stop. There wasn’t a grain of salt or seasoning in the kitchen where the steak or sides were prepared. Had my girlfriend and I in shambles for the rest of the night running to the bathroom as well. All in all, I’d recommend a Chilis steak night over this place. Your wallet, taste buds, and stomach will thank you.

Went to Morton’s last night for dinner. My mother ordered the King Crab legs 1lb for her dinner. When dinner was served. She received only half a crab leg, which is nowhere near a pound. We brought this issue to the GM Adam. He lacked concern, no customer service skills, he did have a lot of attitude. After reviewing yelp reviews the GM Adam has a big attitude problem and no customer service skills whatsoever.
