Their NY style pizza is awesome and my go to for delivery. Order the wings extra crispy and they are great too! Always on time and always the correct order. The owner is always here making sure things are done right. Love their Alfredo pasta dinners. Their pizza and wings always are on point.

here's my true and honest experience with Mark's pizzeria recently I was living in Brighton where we ordered delivery from the Mark's pizzeria on Monroe avenue we spent over $70 on two large pizzas and two dozen wings the pizza was absolutely terrible it was like cardboard that was the first time we gave marks a chance to earn our business second time we tried it one more time again the delivery from Monroe avenue was terrible then my family and I moved out to Fairport and marks had a special deal going which was two medium pizzas 2 toppings for 1799 we said alright let's give him one more chance. this time marks delivered on time to beautiful pizzas absolutely delicious night and day from the delivery on Monterey avenue Marks one our business and our taste buds over

Upon entry into this location, I was greeted with a hearty welcome from a large, friendly employee (who i later learned was the stores owner) sidenote: I always trust an overweight owner because it proves to me that the food is clean, tasty and worth having. As I perused the expansive menu, other customers entered,the store and were greeted in the same friendly manner; many of whom the owner new by name! I ordered a chicken wing sub. Dont let the name fool you, its not chicken wings on bread, Dummy. Instead its chicken fingers on a delicious pillowy roll! My food was brought to me hot and in a box. I ate it and didnt have much digestion issues like I do after I eat at other local pizza places!!! I'll be back, but next time I'll remeber not to wear such tight pants!

I always change up my meals and drinks, be it dine in or take out. No matter how I shake it up, it is a tasty delight every time. You get what you pay for and it's well worth the few extra bucks to have the real deal in specialty pizzas and drinks. Mmmmm...pizza.....

I called Mark's tonight to place an order for pizza. James answered the phone. I needed help figuring out their combos and specials (naturally, I wanted the most economical combo/special). James took the time to explain everything to me, helped me find the amount of food I needed for the best price, and I even ended up being able to order wings, etc. as part of a "combo" deal. James was polite, helpful and most importantly, patient. Not only does Mark's have great pizza, their employees are awesome as well! Kudos to you James! Great job! Much appreciated.

I've never had delivery, so i can't speak to that service. The only problem I've ever had is the price of getting extra sauce and their BBQ wings don't have enough sauce for my liking. They have some really great coupon deals, so make sure you check those out before you order.

I’ve had discussions with family and friends about this (ha) and they’re also disappointed. And not to nitpick, but they’ve taken away the chips but kept the price the same. We order from Mark’s regularly and are always pretty happy. My only major complaint is that they’ve taken away the chips that come with subs! They were SO good. They were willing to remake it, but the dough was uncooked which turned me completely off. I spent $40 for a large pizza and 20 wings...I'll have to bake it prior to eating it, as I tried calling & no one answered. Since I'm not one to eat out much, it'll take some time for me to go back...luckily, the staff's attitude was pleasant so, I won't write them off completely. I believe in 2nd chance. 😑

Heavy thick doughy crust, one slice will probably fill you up. Tangy sauce with not much depth. Not a typical NY slice, but was OK. It bit pricey for small town strip mall pizza. $8 for 2 cheese and a bottle of Dr. pepper.

I love pizza and I routinely get Mark’s Pizzeria in Henrietta. This pizza i got from here in Scottsville today was a greasy slothy mess. The crust was soaked and the topping was like soup. I have ordered from Mark's several times. Every time, I get a mouthful of slimy grease and undercooked dough. I ordered breadsticks with cheese and couldn't taste anything but butter and grease. The pizza is the same. Just greasy and unsatisfying. Don't eat here.

Our 1st time ordering here. Should have read reviews first. Spent $36 on pizza and wings and could not eat either. Pizza was burnt on outside and raw dough on inside. Supreme toppings was only on a small section of each slice. The wings were dry and so hot couldn't even eat them. Will never order from tty here again. Love Mark's pizza at other locations. Disappointed tty o say the least and wasted almost $40.

Paid 30$ for a sub and fries to be delivered and I had to remake the food because it was so inedible. The Mayo was curdled and old, the bread was hard and all the toppings were soggy. For 30$ I shouldn’t have to remake my sandwich into a wrap with whatever toppings I have in the fridge. The person who answered the phone was hella rude everytime I said something he said “is that it”. I tried to call back to complain but nobody answered the phone and I know the manager wouldn’t have done anything in my favor after the last time they burnt our pizza and I called to complain. I have worked in pizza places and I would NEVER send a sub out to a customer looking the way mine did. Let’s hope I don’t get sick from the Mayo :) the only good thing about this order was the fries and the tiny cookie they gave us.

Ordered pasta with alfredo, chicken and broccoli. Food was not very tasty and cold. Had them warm it in the pizza oven and still was cold. Returned back to the counter with my food and told the counter employee that it was terrible. They apologized and ordered a meatball bomber. That was also cold and had no flavor. Most likely never return to Mark's again.

Forced to give a rating. You don't even deserve 1 star. Both times my family ordered from here it was the worst experiences we've ever had. Burnt pizzas and subs without the items that it was supposed to have according to the menu. Thrown in the box disassembled. Tasted horrible. The owner and employees should be ashamed to serve such poor quality of food. Get it together MARKS! Is it that difficult to make pizza and subs. Seems you all need retraining. Hope Scottsville Hots wipes you out of business. You should be embarrassed, shame on you!!!!

Matt the so called owner basically told me to eat dirt on my messed up order I ordered a supreme I got cheese I ordered wings and I got burnt wings. He said he would send out another order but I had to pay for it. He wouldn’t work with us what so ever. He laughed on the line and made fun we will never be ordering from them again.

So I asked if I placed the order again would I essentially be paying over $200 for pizza. Nick's reply was 'it's above my pay grade." I asked him who would know and if I could speak to that person. He in turn called the owner who tried to 'school me' on how online ordering worked which I clearly advised that I know what 'normally happens'. So at 9pm on a Friday night I'm out of $100 and still have to figure out what I'm gonna get for my kids and myself for food. While sitting outside writing this review they just decided to come outside and asked if I wanted to place another order and pay again! What ever happened to actual customer service? I will NEVER order from here again.
