Clean, could hear the manager telling employees to clean grill, sweep, mop and clean the bathrooms. Employees were efficient and doing a good job. Excellent place to eat! Would definitely recommend!

Bathrooms and restaurant were clean; staff was chill while being polite and while it did take some time for our food to be ready it was understandable since we ordered late at night; food was good (got #13) although the fries were a bit limp but still kinda warm and the chicken was tasty. All in all pretty nice Whataburger.

What a great location, service was wonderful! The young lady behind the counter was so friendly and such a sweet girl! I had seen the hatch green chili bacon burger on the marquee, had to come back and see if they would make that same thing on a grilled chicken sandwich… and they did! It was fabulous!! Thank you!

Perhaps the finest dining establishment in all the land. I would eat every last meal for the rest of my life here if I could. I would even go as far as to say if I were on my death bed and could only eat one more meal I would request a #2 with cheese and bacon, sub mustard for mayo, add grilled onions and jalepenos, whatasized, and an unsweet tea from here. If I could move into a little room in the back and make this place my home I would even do that. Sealy Whataburger is the standard. Thanks for being so good to me. I love you.

If you are ever passing through Sealy, you must stop by their whataburger. When I say the food was super fresh and tasty. I told my husband , we definitely have to stop by there again next time we are passing through!

I regularly ate at a Whataburger at my old house in Houston in the Inner City. It was very inconsistent and always had too much salt or too much grease. Terrible service Etc like most places in Houston that type. I came here and it was a breath of fresh air best Whataburger I've ever been to the young man at midnight was extremely polite worked diligently to get the line taken care of the food was outstanding. It's been that way ever since. That's Whataburger is one of the best representations of Whataburger I've ever been to

I don’t often leave reviews, especially for fast food, but this deserves one. The manager (Shelly… Shelby? Best service I’ve had at Whataburger since moving here, the food comes out fast and the people up front are super sweet and didn’t rush me at all. I got the avocado bacon burger this time to try it out, the avocado had the perfect ripeness and with the crispy bacon together was the perfect combo. All the tables and condiment areas are cleaned constantly and it felt reassuring to know they care about cleanliness. Over all 10/10 on every aspect.

So I accidentally order in the Columbus location when I meant to order in the sealy location and when I called Columbus about my mistake they immediately understood and called sealy location and not even more than 5 min they came ouside and told me they have the receipt of my order and already making it , which I thought was amazing and great customer service the manager and employees working between 11:00 pm and 12:30 am at these stores on a Thursday night and Friday morning are amazing

When you ask for extra pickles at most places, you might get a couple extra sad little slices if you’re lucky. But not at the Whataburger in Sealy, Texas. Oh no. They understood the assignment. I asked for extra pickles, and they didn’t just come through — they came in clutch. This crew said, “Bet.” They had my back like family at Thanksgiving dinner. The pickles they stacked on my burger? Thicker than the meat itself. I’m not exaggerating — I literally had to take some off just to physically lift the burger. It weighed more than some dumbbells at the gym. At first, I wasn’t sure what happened. Was someone back there in the kitchen rage-building my burger out of spite? Or were they cracking up like, “You want extra pickles? I’ll show you extra pickles, buddy.” Either way — it made me laugh, made my day, and honestly made me love them. Hands down, the heaviest and most pickle-powerful burger I’ve ever handled — and that’s saying something. If you want to be seen, heard, and absolutely burdened by pickles, this Whataburger’s your place. 10/10. Would get pickled again.

We ordered through the app and double checked the order, but what we ordered wasn’t what was listed on the printed receipt. I said no tomatoes and I got light tomatoes, cheese wasn’t added, etc. What we did receive was hot, so though wrong, was served well.

I never really want to be the guy who said I told you so,but here it comes. Ever since Wataburger sold out to the people up north. The priorities have shifted from the quality of food, to how much apparel, shoes and junk we can sell. The food has less of a profit margin. One of my favorite items. The Bob sandwich is now smaller and the sausage seems drier. It's a little less than what I used to. I also tried the breakfast hamburger and the meat has no flavor whatsoever and the whole sandwich was pretty bland. But if I want a pair of socks, shoes, shirt, jacket or a cup or something with whataburger pasted all over it, we have that. We need to get back to what made waterburger, whataburger, and it was the food. The place is not called whatashirt. P.s. this is not about one visit or one location. I have made many visits.

Burgers are OK but not cooked fresh. It seems like they cook them a head and keep them in a warmer, and the service is very slow. I've had to wait 15 to 20 minutes, and they weren't even busy. You see them just standing around looking lost or talking or on their phones. The food is cold half of the time, and I never see anyone actually cooking the burgers.

It's a Whataburger, you know what you are getting. We dined in, it took longer than usual for our food to be ready. Our order was correct, and the fries were piping hot and good. The staff was pleasant. The dining area was clean. There were a few things that could have been better. I had to ask for napkins as none were available in the dining area. They were completely out of regular ketchup, hopefully this is remedied with the next supply delivery. The soda fountain syrup to carbonation ratio was off, so the taste of your beverage wasn't quit right.

First I'm a Whataburger Fan! This location is pretty close to my house! It's a very clean restaurant! And, the staff members are very courteous also. If you're exiting I-10, it's located on Highway 36 South, it'll be on your left-hand side, as you're driving down Hwy 36. The entrance is a little tricky though. It's designed with an island in the middle, to direct traffic I guess. So as to not hurt your vehicle... Just make sure that you keep an eye out for it and, take your time. You'll figure it out. The Dining Area is Open, the times are posted on the entryway door. I've never had a bad experience with this location until last night. On evening of 04/29/2022, I had ordered a Double Meat Whataburger with Grilled Jalapenos and cheese Meal. The line for the drive thru was around the building and almost to the highway. I had to repeat myself several times, as the young lady talking my order seemed to be having trouble with her headphones. The line moved pretty fast but, once I got back home and looked at my Double Meat Whataburger, I was disappointed. As you can see from the pictures, there aren't any grilled jalapenos at all and the burger just looks plain sloppy. Plus, did mention that it was Cold?! There were several employees working last night, I'd like to see an improvement in the quality of information relay, so that orders are processed accurately. Due to me being a Fan for Life, I'll be visiting this location again in the future. Hopefully it gets better next time.👍

The employees close orders before they have gone out to improve numbers but this caused my order to be forgotten and they made it a second time. I watched my first order be mostly made and left on the counter when I brought up it had been 20 minutes and I didn’t get my order they made it again

Abbie is name on the receipt. But that doesn't matter, the girl that waited on us in drive thru completely messed up our order. They were out of coke so we asked for water. She gave us "meals" tho we didn't ask for meals. So we paid for "water" because they ran out, or the like. Ordered large onion rings, we got 2 orders of fries, which I don't like. When I mentioned that the order was wrong, she only said that she must've NOT put in substitute. But we didn't order substitute, we ordered large rings. There were no napkins. We didn't get receipt. Will never visit this place again.

Seriously, why does it take so long...I ordered fries with my strip meal, did not get them. But watching the young girl flirt in the outside driveway was interesting, oh and when she raised her arm up over her head and flipped off the white pickup of guys was classic. Bottom line...go take lessons from the Katy store on PinOak. Sealy store really sucks.

I wasn’t going to say anything because I though the first few times it was an honest mistake but now it is a pattern. For months I’ve noticed that when I order food by the drive through my fries containers seem to not be full. Today we ordered some meals, two of the containers were halfway full. This may not seem like a big deal of course until you start adding up how many containers like these they put out per day and what that may mean for their bottom dollar. To put it in perspective, imagine going to the market to buy a pack of dozen eggs and you come home to find out you only got 8. Whataburger, it is not ok to treat your drive-through clients this way.

I spoke to the Mgr. Alicia who wasn't to interested in listening to her customers/my needs. The ice dispenser had no ice, two out of the three ice tea dispensers, were empty. Had to wait for my large onion rings, after our meal had already been given to us, so by the time I was given my onion ring, ( which was nice & hot ) my burger was cold. So I had hot onion rings and a cold burger. I'm a Big Whataburger Fan, an had a bad experience this time, but I know I'll be back, because everyone is entitled to a second chance.

I’ve been coming to this Whataburger for years, and while the food still tastes the same, the customer service has become terrible. They forgot my breakfast burger and I had to remind the cashier. When she finally gave it to me, she basically threw it into a bag. Then she forgot my hash browns too, and once again I had to remind her. Instead of apologizing, she had a bad attitude and just tossed the hash browns into a separate bag. Having to repeatedly remind staff to give me the food I paid for is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and poor attitude completely ruined the experience. This location seriously needs to address its customer service, because it keeps getting worse.

Horrible doesn't even describe the experience. 40 mins sitting in the drive thru. Food came out ice cold and the order was incorrect. Worst part of the whole thing, nobody cared. I ordered a burger and fries. My hamburger bun was particularly soggy, and the meat was cold. The cheese wasn't melted. I could actually peel it off the meat. The French fries were not exactly hot it's like they had them sitting under a light because they tasted old. Whatabuger has started to become my least favorite place to eat the last few times,I have gone to a Whatsburger my food has gone worse, and restaurants wonder why they are losing business I just went to this store again on 4/15/25 place my order over 30 minutes later I still didn't get my order. People came in after me got their order first. I canceled my order and walked out.

Tried to order the Steakhouse burger and told they were out, that was not a problem. Ordered another burger and then come to find out the shake machine was down. I didn't realize I went to McDonalds. The customer behind me ordered the Steakhouse burger and was told that the promotion had ended. Once I had my order I got in my car and checked it, not all there! Went back in and waited for the rest of it. I understand mistakes are made and equipment breaks, but the real problem was the obnoxious party atmosphere in the kitchen while orders are screwed up. There is no way there was a manager there while all this went on. Last time at this location.

Horrible experience at Whataburger in Sealy very rude and unfriendl by the manager on duty. We went to get our drinks and my husband wanted sweet tea. There was none so he asked in the back. Excuse me. Is there any tea? And the manager said what did you call me? Really? Very confrontational over asking a question regarding tea. It took 18 minutes to even get our food. Honestly, we should have gone somewhere else because the restaurant was filthy as well.

The place was full of managers. My burger was NOT made to order, and it was cold. You would've thought the employees would want to do better. Also, I went to the restroom, and there was a worker in there washing her face as if she was sick. She did not wash her hands after that and walked out. The same worker served our food to us. This is NOT acceptable. Good thing I threw it away and didn't eat it. There was also a man bringing dirty used Whataburger cups inside for refills. Needless to say, I didn't get a refill. Please clean it up Whataburger!

No one even notices when you walk in. So I went to the kitchen, employees saw me but didn't acknowledge I was there. I waited and figured that they must be busy and under staffed. My breakfast sandwich came but the sausage gravy didn't. The sandwich was kinda old and stall and hard. When the gravy came out it was MICROWAVE EXTREMELY HOT 🔥 🥵 melting the Styrofoam cup hot. The tater fingers were over cooked. And all the old guys that are usually meeting up in here are no where to be found, the place is mostly empty and I can't blame them

I feel robbed. I ask for cheese and they charged me for cheese but I got no cheese they they just stole my money for it without giving me my cheese. Sorry for the bad review but I need my cheese and it happened. I did not have time to turn my car around and drive back , get out, go back in, wait in line and ask to get my cheese please. "Ain't nobody got time for dat!" LOL Keep your cheese and my money you took from me for it I'm not going to sweat it. Dang it's only cheese and MONEY. P O P Happy Holidays :)

What a zoo!! 25 minutes from ordering food to receiving food!! Compounded by the order being incorrect! The little number things..not in play. The place was busy but chaotic! They looked at my receipt 4 times just to tell me my order would be out shortly.

COLD! 15 minute wait in the drive through during a lunch rush. You would think the food would be hot when you eat it 5 minutes later. Fries were completely cold and getting tough and chewy. If you know how cold fast food french fries taste, then you know how terrible this is. Burger had no color. I'm not sure my picture shows how gray and colorless the patty was, but it was nothing special. There are too many places doing better burgers these days. Huge disappointment. This will be my last visit to any Whataburger.

I did a drive thru order and I could hear literal fighting from the kitchen. My order had onions and a single patty and no mustard this being the new Chile burger, which is supposed to have two Pattie’s and mustard I ordered it with no onions and got one patty no mustard and onions. So I drove back and asked them to fix it inside. They said they were sorry and still you could hear fighting from the kitchen ( not the first time I’ve heard this either) I repeated what I wanted on the burger she went back personally and then came back with a new burger. I foolishly didn’t check the new burger and got this on my remake, One patty again onions and mustard. I’m on a timed lunch and cannot go back a third time. Terrible location completely un profesional and this not the first time they have messed up my order repeatedly.

On a road trip we decided to stop to grab breakfast and had to wait 24 minutes to get our food and that’s only because I asked for additional help with this. Everyone in there was angry and frustrated with the wait time and there were nine employees mostly running around, not knowing what to do. I believe this is a management concern and that they are not being held to a standard that Whataburger would like to be known for.

Every time our order is wrong. Spend way to long waiting just to have to wait longer to get it fixed. Asked for upside meal, extra gravy, no tomatoes for a chicken sandwich. And a sweet tea. Got no upside, half empty fries, a ice-less coke and no extra gravy and tomatoes galore. 24 bucks. Yall need to get it together.

Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast burger , no bacon, hash browns , and hot coffee... Just to get the burger with old bread WITH bacon, stale hash browns, and room temperature coffee.. I'm allergic to BS and pork.. no fuss on getting my money back .. lesson learned i guess

This place is terrible. They will either forget part of your order or mess up your order every single time. And good luck trying to get a refund through the Whataburger App because it is impossible. They will string you around for weeks and you will receive no reimbursement. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

Everytime I come in or through the drive thru it always takes forever to get my food. Last time I came in it took a solid hour of waiting in the dining area to get my food and fifteen twenty minutes just to order the food. Today sealy whataburger gets a negative review for the incredibly slow poorly managed service. It’s typical to see the drive thru full but NEVER have I had to sit in lane B for 35 minutes as lane A moved along. The vehicle that pulled into lane A to order at the same time I pulled in to order paid for received and left with their order at way before I pulled 2 car lengths forward. Idk what it is about the drive through late at night, but when you wait over 25 mins for 3 items, you begin to question who’s doing what there. It’s insane that it takes THAT long to get three items, but here we are. Sad when there’s tons of blue shirts around (trainers) and others and they ask you what your order was twice and the wait was still that long. Clearly there’s a huge disconnect with who does what when the sun goes down and it really shows. Next time I’ll consider other places that respect others time.

I just had one of the worst drive-through experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Whataburger location. From the moment I pulled up, the attitude and unprofessionalism were unbelievable. Before I even said a single word, the attendant abruptly shouted, *“Can I please have a second?!”* in an irritated tone — startling and completely unnecessary. I sat patiently for several minutes, expecting the order process to continue after she finished whatever she was doing. But instead, another vehicle pulled up in the second lane, and to my disbelief, their order was taken almost immediately while I was still waiting in silence in the first lane. After sitting there for roughly three minutes, I politely checked in to see if anyone was available — only to be met with the **exact same rude tone**, again yelling, *“Can I have a second?!”* with heavy attitude as if I had done something wrong just by waiting. When I calmly pointed out that another car had just been served before me, she fired back sarcastically, *“Well obviously we’re busy,”* instead of offering any kind of professional apology or basic courtesy. At that point, I realized there was no sense in continuing — no customer deserves to be talked to or treated that way. The staff at this location are clearly in desperate need of customer service retraining. Rudeness, indifference, and prioritizing one car over another in the drive-through lane are unacceptable behaviors for any restaurant, let alone a national brand known for its hospitality. I ended up driving away without even placing an order, completely turned off by the unprofessional conduct and lack of respect. If this is how the team treats paying customers, it reflects very poorly on their management and on Whataburger’s standards as a whole. I truly hope corporate addresses the staffing and training issues here because the current operation is an embarrassment to the Whataburger name.

It took them 20 minutes to bring out this curbside I had ordered 10 minutes to arrival. I understand it being the 4th and it was busy but 20 minutes waiting for the order, Just for it to be incorrect. How did this even happen?!! A bob inside what was supposed to be biscuits and gravy?!!

I ordered online and arrived at the store to pick up via curb side. An employee in a team lead shirt brings out my food and drinks. The drinks are covered in soda that got in my car and she drops a straw on the ground and picks it up and gives it to me. I get home and my burger doesn’t have grilled jalapeños on it that I ordered and payed for. Awful experience and I’ll never go to this Whataburger ever again.
