This place is small for a manhattan McDonald's and I guess since it's next to the train station it attracts a lot of shady characters. The food was ok no old bread and the service was a get you in get you out fast kinda vibe not bad , but this place needs a little work like only one soda machine was working , the was a recycling bin next to the soda machine so it was hard to get to get to and every table did not looked wiped down , but all and all it wasn't that bad

Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. Brought it home to realize that they didn't put in a burger. I've paid $10 for a bap and fries. Awful service, won't be going back

Waited 30 minutes for six fish filets that were ordered for carry out. They prepared my bag with the wrong order all other meals, then pretend nothing was wrong, delay my order to hand others the same sandwich. The worst of it all after waiting 30 mins, took the sandwiches home to the family and none of them had tartar sauce in them. Awful service and environment at this mcdonalds. Also there is vomit all over front main entrance

The security guard is very rude. I wanted to use the restroom, it was a long line but it was another one available. Instead of telling me that information appropriately or politely, he just yelled at me. Come on guys! Where it’s the customer service? Is this the training that McDonald’s offers here — in the city? Really hope improvements here. Bye.

The red-haired black female night manager of this store was very domineering, as if the consumers owed her money, and her service attitude was extremely bad. I went to buy 4 Happy Meals, and she made me very angry. You can say you can't choose toys, but you should pay attention to your attitude. I kept smiling at her, but she had a gloomy face. She was extremely impatient, and the clerks next to me didn't dare to help me. I bought 4 Happy Meals and asked the clerk for a big paper bag, but the clerk didn't dare to give it to me. Because her manager had a bad attitude towards me, the clerks didn't dare to be nice to me. This kind of person shouldn't be a manager, she should be transferred to a position where she doesn't talk to people and cleans the toilets, because she can't speak human language. And at night, the garbage in their restaurant is piled on the ground, and no one cleans it up.

I got my order, but they told me to wait 3 minutes for my coffee—ended up waiting almost 10. When I finally got it, it was scorching hot and tasted awful, nothing like it usually does. They clearly messed something up and didn’t know what to do. I took a sip and burned my entire mouth. By the time I got my coffee, the rest of my food was already cold.

Wow just wow.. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, Xtra pickles, Xtra onions, ketchup and mustard (you know the way it normally comes), I also ordered a McChicken, 4 nuggets and a medium fries. The quarter pounder took forever, I had all the rest of the food already, when it finally came out the staff member gave me a weird look.. I decided to check the sandwich.. The meat was in 3 pieces being heald together by the cheese, it was cold, there was only ketchup and a few old pickles on it, when I went back to the counter, the employee LAUGHED at me and said she'd make another one... I just left.. The McChicken, and the nuggets were so OLD, it only occurred to me to take a picture after I threw out everything except the nuggets... I have never seen McDonald's nuggets this color before...Watch my Instagram @gdtnyc83 to see the video where even my dog wouldn't eat them!! He eats garbage out of the can... Wouldn't eat these.. THIS PLACE IS GIVING MCDONALD'S A BAD NAME... Not that they had the best name to begin with but seriously, STAFF HERE IS RUDE, INCOMPETENT (I worked at a burger King in high-school, you have to really try to screw up this bad, like you could put in zero effort and do better than this place) and the food is POISON ☠️☠️ IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY AND WASTE YOUR $$ ON FOOD YOUR DOG WON'T EVEN EAT (honestly you shouldn't even give this food to your dog) COME ON OVER TO MCDONALD'S 28TH AND PARK!! LOL WHAT A JOKE!!!

The "General Manager" was very disrespectful and discriminatory. 2 minutes into being inside and he approached me and asked me to buy something or leave. I was trying to order on the app and he became extremely hostile. Do not buy from this trash of a place. They refused to take my order.

I just don't understand how can they make a mistake like this one at McDonald's was empty that was probably one person ahead of me. The sandwich is so easy to make is a steak, egg and cheese. How do you missed a whole cheese second the person I was making the food in the back was grabbing everything with the hands, including the meat smh I'm never coming back here normal especially they can't even make the food right and wonder why McDonald's is hiring robots to make food and this is the early shift Thursday morning at 6 AM shift
