Maggiano's - Old Orchard

Loved this place!! We were in the area for my son's birthday in June. Everyone at the table had amazing food, and the calamari appetizer was delicious. My 4 year old son said the ice cream was the best he has ever had. Even with the food being as good as it was, the best part was the service! Chris was phenomenal, and went above and beyond. He was attentive, kind, and sooo funny. Wish I could be besties with him! Highly recommend!

Exceptional food and service Apr 2025 Chef Justin went out of his way. Met us at our table and noted every one of our dietary restrictions. We were able to enjoy a wonderful Italian dinner (gluten free and dairy free) without worry. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Chef Justin also surprised us with a delicious gluten-free and dairy free Bolognese. Great experience dining and would highly recommend. Our server Juan was also wonderful

Food was excellent and out of this world. Very authentic and delicious. Our waiter was very kind and humorous and made by birthday dinner even better. He gave us some deserts complimentary and made adjustments to the menu and ingredients based on our dietary restrictions. He removed the wine in the pasta for us and much other things.

I had the most wonderful time here it really is the people I believe Paul the bartender was our server he took care of us in ways you can only imagine at a restaurant the best server in life. I had a nice premium salad and my friend had the chicken Alfredo we were treated magnificently and would recommend them 100/10 for sure beautiful everyone on same accord I loved this place

Maggiano's really impressed me! The place looks amazing after the remodel, and the service was top-notch. They have this awesome deal called Marco's Meal for Two, where you get an appetizer, two classic pasta dishes, and a dessert for about $50. For appetizers, we tried the Margherita Flatbread, which was really good. Then, for the pasta dishes, we had the Four Cheese Ravioli, which was so creamy and delicious, and the Eggplant Parmesan, which was crispy and came with spaghetti. Both were fantastic! For dessert, we had the Tiramisu, which was just perfect. Overall, Maggiano's offers a great dining experience with delicious food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out!

Amazing service and food. As first time diners we were greeted by the Kitchen manager with delicious bruschetta and given the best service ever. Food was delicious and so flavorful, the atmosphere is so fancy, luxurious, and clean. 100% will be traveling back for our anniversary in May! Thanks Chef for an amazing experience !

My family came here for lunch to celebrate the week of my wife’s birthday. The food was really good and Hanna was a dynamic waitress. We appreciated her wonderful customer service in addition to the atmosphere.

Maggianos is fire. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Zach and Ari were very nice. So did Justin the sous chef preparing excellent high quality food. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Amazing chicken saltimbocca. Must come back. 10/10

One bite and I was transported to heaven. The food was fanominal and worth every penny. They were not that busy when I arrived, but they filled up quickly, and I must say that even with all the people, the atmosphere was still and surprisingly quiet. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the entire experience, and I will be visiting again.

Great experience. It's one of my favorite Italian restaurants. Drinks are good and the food is delicious. We tried the family stile dinning and it was great. Would definitely recommend it. The staff is also attentive and friendly.

I have been going to this restaurant for years and it never disappoints. I always get the ravioli because it is a classic and just to die for. Great food and amazing service. Options for vegetarians and children's menu available! Highly recommend dining here.

Wow! What a dinner, after a long busy day we decided on Maggianos, as it was across from the hotel. Little did we know it would be the best experience of the trip. Jerome was INCREDIBLE, and the food was phenomenal. The experience was what really blew me away, Jerome and every person that interacted with our table was kind, quick, and knowledgeable. I’m already looking forward to our next trip!

It's very authentic, very good food. This was my first time visiting this location. This location is in the strip mall area, so after eating, you will be able to walk and shop for a while. The service is excellent. Pretty good food portions, so you will probably need a takeout or can share a meal.

We came to Maggiano's to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was our first time there, and everything was perfect. The service was perfect. We had blackened salmon with potatoes and spinach with shrimp, and it was excellent.

Super nice service. I had the pomegranate margarita. The rosemary sprig was a nice touch. Had the side order of the wedge salad. Nice crispy slices of bacon bits - real bacon, not the stale bits from a tin. Linguine and clams were piping hot with every bite I took. Clams were small - had to take care to find them but they were sweet. Big portions but I didn’t have lunch so I gave myself permission to enjoy a big meal. Definitely a great choice for a cool night out.

This was a very nostalgic trip for me at this restaurant, with my children. I'm Italian and went here probably 100 times or more as a kid. As an adult we had my Grandparents funeral receptions here, weddings....all of it. And it was always the best celebration of life any family could have. I have been through a very hard year, needed to come back to my roots. Won't lie I love they moved the bathroom upstairs after 100 years lol. I met the Manager Tommy at our dinner. He was young, but years beyond his age in navigating our dinner, and a dinner crowd when people like me are demanding. Our dinner was fabulous. Same as it was 30 years ago. Thanks for putting up with my nostalgic memories that you all had to listen to.

Maggiano’s lunch to go is awesome! Hot, fresh, ready… just pull up and they bring out to the car. Fresh hot bread and the the rigatoni D is still amazing. Have with a maggiano’s salad and lemon cookies, what the heck! Affordable and plenty to share , take to go and pig out at home!

The service for our family luncheon Monday, September 22 was outstanding. Every team member responded with professionalism, grace, and genuine care, even when we had last-minute requests. The food was perfection; beautifully prepared, timely, and comforting, which meant so much to us on this day. A special thank you to the team captain, Janine, whose calm leadership and kindness set the tone for the entire afternoon. She anticipated our needs before we could even ask, and her attentiveness allowed us to focus fully on celebrating and remembering my mother. It is no small task to host a post-funeral luncheon. Your team created an atmosphere that was both respectful and warm, helping family and friends feel cared for while they shared stories and memories. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we are deeply grateful. We will certainly return in the future, but please know that your team’s service at this luncheon will stay with us for a long time.

We had concert tickets and were running late, and the waitstaff got us our meals in a hurry. Very attentive and gracious. But the food was FANTASTIC. Best mushroom ravioli and rolls I've ever had. Pricy, for sure. But if you are willing to pay for it, it is definitely worth it.

Amazing New Year Eve dinner with family and friends was the best. A 10+🌟👍 to our waitress Pam for her attention to all our needs. Best service at a restaurant we have received during the busy holiday season.

Very attentive staff and servers (yes plural). From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcomed and valued. The vibe is elegant, yet relaxed and fun. There was a multigenerational family celebrating a birthday, a few couples on dates, and people dining out and enjoying the lively bar seating. I was pleased that the food came out at the appropriate time and our beverages were never empty. We came here specifically for some classic Maggiano's offerings and let's just say,, we both left fat and happy!

I recently hosted my nephew’s baptism party in a banquet room at Maggiano’s Old Orchard, and the entire experience was wonderful. From booking online to making menu selections, everything was seamless. Lily and Ana were always quick to respond, accommodating with changes, and made planning stress-free. On the day of the celebration, the room was set up beautifully. Greg and his team were warm, attentive, and made sure our family and guests were well taken care of. The food was incredible—fresh, plentiful, and even wrapped up so we could share leftovers. From start to finish, the service, communication, and quality exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Maggiano’s Old Orchard for special events—you’ll feel taken care of every step of the way, and your guests will leave happy and full!

Sadly, I don't have a pictures!! This review is coming in a few weeks late!! Sorry Guys!! We walked in dressed casual, this place is NICE! I almost thought I walked into the wrong place. Order Waiter was just Awesome!! His description of the menu was on point, and everything he suggested we ordered. We ordered Lasagna, Simple Salmon veggie, and a 2 Spaghetti plates. We all sampled each other's plates and everything was incredible, you really taste what you're paying for. The Pomegranate Martinis were AMAZING, we had a few of those! We were visiting the area, (from Vegas) and this place is an Absolute Hit!!!

For the Finest in Italian cuisine.. Hard to beat! Food, Svc. Ambience. Love the atmosphere Music... &;our Server Manny. Can't say enough good about him. But FANTASTIC to Start!

I came here after quite sometime. It's a simple yet upper scale dining experience. The wait staff alone might convince me to come back more often. Jerome and Jonathan were very attentive and gave great suggestions that I took and enjoyed.

This review is all about the service and the wonderful person who took care of us - Shanese (sp?)- she was impeccable, sweet smile throughout , refilling, not hovering but attentive and the food was great! Shanese was the main reason we had such an amazing dine in experience- I will go back because of her and make sure to be seated in her section!

From Hostess , Maitre D’ to Hannah, Eduardo, Sylvino and Darren including other server and Boss boys as well as the Chef and Manager were Fantastic. We felt as we were in Maggianos Home as the primary Guest of honor. Hannah seemed busy, but very attentive from far away at times,she was able to attend to us when needed. The rest of the Team like Darren who would go overboard off his duty, was a great assistant to Hannah, I actually thought he was our server as well, with his straight Formal presence. The way he moved was a reminder of a Great spectacular service like in a luxurious 100Star restaurant.Eduardo and Sylvino were quick in a gentle and precise moment to either bring the food or remove plates from our table. Which reminds me on how Darren was able to present the Doughnuts was spectacular. Hannah and Sylvino also did a Great serving to each individual on having the dishes down to the the “T”! Manager and Cesar(Chef) were also great on attending the table, as they were related to us and as if they were hosting us in there Home. Thank You Maggianos, My Lovely Queen (Mom) enjoyed her Birthday .WE LOVED IT ALL! And we wish you great success in the future, and keep up the GREAT WORK!

Just had the best impromptu dinner here. Jerome is truly a credit to this restaurant- and the industry. I haven’t had such a pleasant experience in a long time, what a refreshing night. Truly appreciate the attentive service, quality of the food & ambiance. Will be coming back for random Monday night dinners! The waiter Jerome really tied the experience up nicely. If you’re looking for a lovely place for dinner whether it’s with a group or another person this is it. Absolutely blown away.

My family and I had a lovely dinning experience. I was looking forward to getting my favorite pasta dish Baked Ziti but unfortunately to my surprise they removed the dish from their menu. I was a little disappointed but our waitress Jessica suggested an alternative option that worked out great. Jessica displayed pleasant demeanor, was attentive, prompt, and was simply great overall. We thanked her for the great customer service and she explained that she loves serving people and that’s it’s easier to be pleasant and leave personal emotions aside when serving customers. I took the time to leave this review mainly for her, because sadly in this day and age positive people are hard to find that enjoy what they do and demonstrate it. Thank you Jessica for making our family dinning experience enjoyable. God bless!

Good food. Atmosphere a bit too dark. But for Valentine's Day it was a good night out. Tiramisu was good. Had their seafood pasta that was yummy.

Customer service was good prices were reasonable food was tasty. Located on the east side of the mall. If you enjoy nice Italian dishes and nice setting to dine in give Maggiano's a try.

I've visited this establishment a couple of times, and both experiences were excellent. The first time was for an anniversary dinner, and the second was a casual gathering with friends. The menu offered a great selection of vegetarian dishes, and my husband raved about the blackened salmon with crispy Calabrian shrimp. I loved the chef's lobster carbonara, and the sides were delicious, especially the calamari fritté. We also enjoyed some wine, and I was particularly fond of the smoked old fashion.

Would give you 5 stars but after not eating at your restaurants for awhile because we did not live by one of your restaurants, we noticed the dinner rolls...verses the Italian baguette, very disappointed in the rolls, you get rolls in a diner not at a Magianos famous Italian old style restaurant. Come on get rid of the diner rolls!!!!!. Please your a classy place.

Margherita flatbread was sad, not a basil leaf in sight, no fresh mozz like pictured online, instead too much cheese that wasn't cooked all the way. And the packaging... If you are serving a flatbread that small, the box needs to be sized appropriately, looking like it's swimming in the box is not helping. In hindsight, terribly overpriced. Other food we ordered was good. Chicken piccata, mushroom ravioli, these are reliably decent. Ordered to go, food was ready before the selected pick up time and service was good.

I celebrated my birthday on Monday at the Old Orchard location and my meal was terrible. I ordered the Mediterranean Sea bass topped with crabmeat and lobster sauce. The fish was overcooked and tasted overly fishy and the crabmeat was some poorly prepared crab cake. All in all my entree was mediocre and in my opinion should be removed from the menu. The service was lovely so I did not complain. I used to find the restaurant reliable and consistently excellent but now I know to only order pasta and not to order from the higher priced items.

It was our first time. We were not impressed with the food. It was too pricey. Pomegranate martini was good. Great service.

I ABSOLUTELY love MAGGIANOS‼️ I always have and I always will. However on Valentine's Day I decided to take my family. The service was wonderful as usual, but my usual favorite's, not so much.The fettuccine Alfredo and the spaghetti were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ‼️ I was so disappointed. It took me nearly 2hours to get there. The website also featured a Tour of Italy,of which I signed up for. For some reason, I was unable to access it at the restaurant. The staff was amazing and so was the rest of our dinner.

All three of us are sick. Been in the bathroom all night. Jerome was our server-horrible service He recommended the grand margaritas. Took about 20 minutes to just get two of them. The taste was awful. Brought the third out and again disgusting. He said the foamer was having issues. We order two beers then and a wine and we waited an hour to get them. Received the wrong appetizer and then said it was the people in backs fault. We still didn’t have a drink when the right appetizer came out. Didn’t let us know about bday dessert, we ordered and paid for 3 desserts. Condescending as he stated he was placing us as a priority to any other table then he said the same speech to the table behind us. Coffee came after dessert. Everything excuses Jerome stated he would ensure to fix the bill so we would be compensated. Didn’t provide an itemized bill until after I paid saying oh forgot to tell you to click here to see the bill. Had already provided a good tip thinking he would compensate which he didn’t. Everything we paid for full price. No discount and he spoke to us as if we were stupid. Couple in the front of us kept making out and touching eachother inappropriately which made us a horrible scene. A child was right across from them. It was my mother’s birthday and it was a horrible dinner. Thanks for ruining it. Also yes it was Valentine’s Day but he wasn’t busy.
