Carl's burgers are far superior to in and out and you can get every burger lettuce wrapped. They have the best chicken strips, according to my son.

They still have good tasting food and prices are a little pricy but fair compared to McDonalds.

They offered the special $8 burger and I got the one for $5.99. Wow! What a burger. Satisfying to the hilt. Can't even imagine what the $8 burger would have been. Would have taken a picture but...

Drive thru setup is horrible, especially at busy times where it can backup blocking the parking lot.

Typical Carl's Jr. It was a late night visit so we had to use the drive thru. The service was fine.

I have a great fondness for this place simply for their chicken tenders. The chicken tenders are the one thing I get every time I come here. The downside to this, however, is that the rest of their food is not as quality as the tenders. I would say the biggest problem with this place is the insane amount of time it takes to get your order. I generally have to wait 5-10 minutes in the DRIVE-THRU to get my food. It's so long I just put my car in park while I wait. If this could be sped up I would bump my review up.

Bathroom was tremendously dirty. Urine all over the toilet seat and floor and no concern in cleaning it. Food was good and staff was good but i believe sanitation should be above all in the restaurant service.

I wanted what was priced on drive thru, a combo. Asked med or large. I thought med. Once I got past realized I was paying more the. PB board advertised. I was sold up without knowing if. I asked clerk who looked she did not understand me then manager came over. Looked at me and just said sorry. Wow...then no catsup for fries that was too much and no sweetner at all for tea. Had to go back if I wanted to actually enjoy extra cost. And walk in to get condiments will not go back to this place.

Changed hours but did not bother updating the sign. Showed up on 2 Sundays after 7 and not open.

I got food poisoning. Ordered the southwest chicken sandwich.

Yo I'm mad. Okay so not only did I have to wait almost 30 mins for my food, but it was late, incomplete, and wrong. Then once you get your food you have to exit so getting back was another hassel. So when i finally get back, they had my missing food there and gave me cups to make my correct refills i ordeded. Like okay, let me do your job. After eating my food while on the road, I find out I never got my damn cookie. Like seriously?! Get it together. Oh, AND I WANT MY DAMN COOKIE!!!!!! 😑
