I drive 9 miles to get coffee from Dunkin. The staff is always so nice! The coffee is smooth. And they always have a selection of donuts that are fresh and delicious.
This location made mine and my husband's coffee, and it was tasty. It also has a Baskin Robbins inside as well.
WHERE DO I EVEN START, this place slaps so hard. I love getting my caramel iced coffee here! All the employees are sweet af. And the donuts are so fresh, after one bite I saw God deadass
Its right next to a bus stop which takes me to college, so I find it really convenient to order a coffee or a croissant and sit on the outside patio as I wait for the bus. Great location and service is quick when you order ahead on their app.
The employees here are some of the nicest people I swear, fixed my drink when it was my fault cuz I didn’t know about the sweetness. Great service! 100% recommend!
This dunkin donuts is really good and the service was really good people there are friendly I've been to other d&d where they look upset when you order this is my go to d&d I drive out of my way to go there.
Came in here because the Jacks was closed for some weird reason. Bought a coffee and a bagel sandwich and well it tasted just like I expected, bland. The service was great the whole staff was friendly and service was quick. The sandwich and coffee sucked just like any usual Dunkin’ but it was fine for what it was.
Good employees and customer service is hard to come by now days.. but I have to say that the workers here truly are an example of both & are very sweet people. This makes a big difference for business if people will go back or not. I hope they get recognition for all they are.
So far my experience at this place has been pretty good. Employees appeared to still be in training but they were quite nice. This location has a patio with comfortable big chairs that make your coffee time more enjoyable.

I hadn't been to a Dunkin' in quite some time as they only offer a smaller selection of donuts than they used to. I was given a $25 gift card. Much to my surprise, this location is combined with a Baskin Robbins! I used the gift card for a half-dozen donuts and two double-scoop ice creams and didn't have to add any cash. I'll be back.
Please be patient to the employees here! Since the recent pass of the 20$ fast food minimum wage, their on staff employees were reduced by one person. In the morning rushes, there's 3 employees and towards the afternoon, there's 2. Keep in mind that because there is no drive-thru, they are bombarded with in-person, mobile walk-ins, Uber Eats/Curbside orders! That being said, they are incredibly friendly and will try to get through orders as fast as they can!
This specific location has the most friendly and awesome staff! I did not her name but the lady helping us on 4/12 was so nice and patient with us. They were about to close and she still managed to help us even though she had to close. I would have left lol but seriously, can't get any better than that. The donuts and coffees were good too bit I think she really made our evening! And when someone makes your day, when they make you feel good, everything else will taste good too.
You Do Mobile order here trust the minute you get there it will be ready for you to grab and go. The Service is Excellent my Favorite Dunkin' Spot Ever. I Highly recommend it my daughter goes to Mountain View High School that I Always order there before I take her down the street to her school

This place is awesome. Friendly staff and pretty quick service too. The breakfast sandwiches are really good. Just wish it had that classic Dunkin' coffee smell.

Went during a busy time but service was friendly. Went for the ice cream..good flavors and the coffee is always on point.
Regular coffee was pretty solid on its own. The sandwich was decent. Got half dozen donut holes (munchies) which were okay. Would come back again for the coffee and other things on the menu
Quicky and friendly service. This location shares the store with Baskin Robbins, so it can get quite busy on a hot afternoon. I got the frozen matcha latte. Would not recommend. The matcha flavor was hardly there. At least it wasnt overly sweet. Im not sure if you can ask them to use more matcha powder for the drink, but I will try if I order it again.

I do like this place but the two things I come to get is the latte and the jelly donut holes. My only complaint about the holes is there is never enough jelly. I feel as if the jelly is afraid of the donut! Please fix and put a lil more jelly in the holes. Thanks.
The beverages are usually great, but today it was horrible. I ordered a green tea frap and it was all ice. There was barely any matcha flavor at all. I had them remake it, but it was still the same. I get this beverage often and it never tastes like this. I've had my drink for over an hour and its still a chunk of ice that won't go through the straw.
Employees always have attitude toward customers. Very rude and unprofessional. They're always claiming to be "OUT" of everything that requires them to move more than 10 steps at a time. Very lazy. Always eating on the job and where customers can visibly see them. I was there when an employee's friend came in and she handed him 3 dozen donuts "ON THE HOUSE" because "he came to visit her".

Food is ok. Tried the sandwiches. Don't go croissant (it's always soggy). English muffin is good. The drinks are too sweet and watered down.
This location was opened recently and is clean as well as easy to access. Employees are a little bit hit and miss since some of them seem well trained while others seem like they just got hired and are already prepared to quit in 2 months. None the less the major reason for the low rating is the taste of the donuts. I know it can be subjective from person to person what constitutes a tasty donut; but I think we can all agree we don't like our donuts dry and hard. This location seems to store their donuts on a rack behind the counter that for whatever reason also ends up drying them out quite rapidly as they day goes on. So unless you're getting donuts early in the morning, by the middle of the day and onward they're pretty dry. Ironically there's 2 donut shops right across the street next to a gas station that sell superior tasting donuts in my opinion. They are Donut King and Wen's Donuts. If you go a little further there's also Queen's Donuts (Google has it listed as Queen's Doughnuts) which is even better than those 2. If you're going to Dunkin, it's best to stick to coffee or drinks as those seem to be fine. Baskin Robin side is also ok and nothing to complain about; however their selection is quite small due to the physical location. Long story short; there's a lot better donuts within walking distance of this Dunkin.
This dunkin is good ONLY when the girl that has some pink color in her hair is not there, she also wears glasses. She is rude and has attitude, she always seems annoyed. Other than that i like the other workers.
Came here with a friend from the Anaheim area since there's none nearby and had an awful experience here. They have an area to sit inside but one of the staff members was going out of their way to make us feel unwanted and to leave. It got to the point that we felt so awkward being there and just left instead. Not coming back. Coffee here is not good enough to put up with being treated like that

3rd time is a charm. Coffee is horrible here. Either watered down or sour. Workers can never follow direction and put the right amount of requested creams or sugars. If you buy coffee, be sure to taste it before you leave. Last time I ever come here.

The employees are extremely rude, unprofessional and have an attitude. I was excited to have a Dunkin near by but NEVER will I be going back all after just one visit! The Baskin Robbins employees within the store are just exactly the same, They must have the same manager!

Lazy and slow workers. I now drive to the other store in El Monte next to northgate market. Fast clean and happy workers. Plus the so El Monte baskin robbins close early now. That’s how lazy they are.
I love me some donuts - that's a fact. But with dozens of local mom & pop donut shops in El Monte (there's literally one across the street and another two blocks away), you can find much better donuts elsewhere. Also, did you know Dunkin' doesn't make their donuts fresh on-site? They get them shipped in. Support a local business, not a chain from the East coast. I will say that their coffee is a slight notch above Starbucks, but again, find a local coffee shop instead.
I ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese croissants and they gave me 2 croissants with no sausage and no cheese! 😡 it's very upsetting because they charged me for them but all they gave me was just bread. Employees need to be more careful when taking people's orders!
Review – March 8, 2026 approx 12:05PM I placed a mobile pickup order today and unfortunately experienced a longer wait than expected. The app does mention that delays may happen if the store is busy, but that did not appear to be the case. There was only one other vehicle parked in the mobile pickup area, and that customer also ended up going inside. While waiting, it seemed that a staff member in the back was not actively monitoring the mobile order system, which caused my order to sit for quite some time before it was even started. This created an unnecessary delay and defeats the purpose of placing an order ahead through the app. In addition to the wait, the food quality was disappointing. The bacon in my order was undercooked, which made the meal unpleasant and not up to the standard I would expect. Unfortunately, this location has been consistently slow in my experience, and the coffee quality is often hit or miss—sometimes it’s good, other times it’s not prepared well. I hope management can address these issues to improve both efficiency and food quality for customers using the mobile pickup option.
Every person in this photo has been waiting more than 15 minutes. They are clearly short staffed (only 2 workers) I don’t think a customer should be waiting this long. Horrible service. It’s not the workers fault but the owner and manager. They need to learn how to run a business

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin' location. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. We ordered several drinks, and none of them were acceptable: • The Coffee: It was served cold and had a very poor, unappealing taste. • The Hot Chocolate: It tasted like flavored water—there was no richness or chocolate flavor at all. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. The staff members were unprofessional and treated us very poorly. It’s frustrating to pay for a treat and receive both low-quality products and a bad attitude from the team. I definitely won’t be coming back to this branch, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent cup of coffee or a friendly environment.

I firmly believe that issues like these are not the fault of the staff but a result of upper management’s shortcomings. Each time I visit with my coworker, it’s clear they are consistently understaffed. Mornings are especially chaotic, with customers waiting at least 15 minutes because there are only one or two people working the register and making drinks. This is unfair to both the staff and the customers. Another significant issue that highlights management's negligence is the failure to dispose of expired food properly. Having worked in fast food myself, I know that food safety training is mandatory and provided by upper management. Employees are required to take a food safety test, and the certification must be renewed yearly. In these courses, you're taught to dispose of expired food immediately. If a product reaches its expiration date, it must be used beforehand, and anything left over must be discarded without exceptions. From my experience here, it’s evident that expired food isn’t being thrown out. The hash-brown bites and other refrigerated items that only need reheating often taste like freezer burn, indicating they've been stored for months. This is a clear violation and could easily result in a food safety inspection write-up. Again, this isn’t the staff's fault—it’s a management issue. The employees here seem overworked, underpaid, and burnt out. They look miserable, and it’s no surprise that no one greets customers or offers a smile. I would feel the same way if I were working under such conditions. My coworker, who has lived in the area for years, mentioned that the drinks and service used to be much better. However, over the past three years, the quality has significantly declined. If I visit again and notice that the food or drinks are subpar or the experience remains negative, I will have no choice but to report this location to the health department. I ordered a coffee with 2 caramel 2 vanilla bean & oatmilk. They put 2 cream instead of 2 caramel. I let them know & the worker “remade it” when she gave it to me it was exactly the same thing 2 cream again. For some reason my coffee always looks extremely dark too no matter the milk I get and I see other peoples drinks look perfectly made. They used to have employees who made the drinks so good but they’re not there anymore unfortunately.
Unprofessional Service I recently visited Dunkin' and had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and the store was not clean. There was a general sense of disorganization, with trash and unclean surfaces throughout the space. It was not the typical Dunkin' standard I’ve come to expect. What really stood out, however, was the unprofessional behavior of Antonio, the manager. Not only was he rude to customers, but I also witnessed him making out with a coworker outside the store during what should have been work hours. This lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial role. It was clear that customer service was not a priority that day.
Walked in to see two workers behind the counter and a bunch of people (about 15) in front of the pick up waiting. Should've taken that as a sign. It was painful watching the two workers scrambling to keep up, one of them making drinks and taking orders while the other worked on sandwiches. Then we overheard that they had run out of eggs. Instead of telling everyone waiting so that we could all decide whether to request a refund or not, they only would tell the customer they called up. This slowed their progress considerably. To add insult to injury, the sandwich we finally did receive was very small and had very little cheese and bacon on it. Super disappointed.
Don’t ever rely on them for fast service or last minute breakfast option before work. Go to work starving at least ull make it to work on time.. they had me waiting for 18 mins at 7:10am it happened probably like 3 times in a week was trying my best to have some doubt but nah. I never went back been almost half a year now. I don’t blame the employees tho I payed close attention for those times they’re just short staffed blame it on the owner
