If I'm not eating Panda Express is am eating Chic Fil A. They have the best chicken out if all the fast food places i have ever tried. Try the honey roasted bbq sauce and dip your chicken nuggets in it. It's the best combination I have found so far.

Finally a closer Chick-fil-A to me! Was waiting patiently for it to open and it finally did today. Even though it was opening day, in the evening for dinner it wasn't so bad. Plenty of staff were still in training but everyone was friendly and fast. They have a dual drive-thru for ordering and picking up, so I'm sure waits won't be that bad. Food was delicious as always, even better since it's less of a drive home. Happy to have this location finally open.

My wife and I love the food of Chick-fil-A very much we know what to order and also learn the menu. The best thing that separate the others is their chicken sandwich one of the best around since the invention of the original chicken sandwich by Chick-fil-A.

The person behind the counter who took my order was very patient and helpful as l was with someone who had never been to the restaurant and couldn't figure out what to order. I was not happy with my order of the 30 piece chicken "nugget" meal. I expected pieces of chicken like "chicken nuggets;" it was little chicken balls or pieces. Tasted good though, just not what l expected to bring to a holiday party. Service was pretty fast. The dining area was clean and a little small. My friend enjoyed her chicken breakfast sandwich. I wouldn't mind visiting the location again.

Chick fil a is known for their amazing customer service but wow…Stephanie blew us away,she went above & beyond to make sure our experience was amazing! She is definitely the type of person you want as face of your location!

You can tell some of the workers are new but I get it it's a new store but there should be some workers who know how to serve but not all of them do know how. Food wad alr it just tasted like any other chick fil a but the fries where a bit off other than that not really anything else. The inside is nice but a lil small haven't really ate in there but it looks nice.

My food was ready very quickly, service was very good, my family enjoyed their meals. Overall, a nice experience.

Have been going to other locations for years and was so happy to finally having one close to home. Sadly experience very poor service, you can tell the employees have not been trained properly and are too young that are playing around. My order was also delayed and had to wait even though when I arrived there were no cars ahead or behind me and still others got their food before me. My order was missing items as well. Will not go back for a few months and hope they get on track before I give it another chance.

The food at this location is fine but they need to do something about all the flies inside the lobby. It's disgusting. I've never been to a location with flies. Chick-fil-A is known for quality and cleanliness. This location is not up to standard. Time for health inspection to check up on this place...

Have been there twice several weeks apart and my experience was disappointing both times. Service was very slow even though there was no line and the fries were soggy. I ordered on the app the other time and it took almost 10 minutes longer than what the app told me for me to get my food. It looks like most of the workers need more training or someone who can keep the kitchen in order. Some workers are just walking around and it looks very unorganized like a high school class with no teacher. I hope they can figure it out soon cause its the closest Chick fil a to me. Most Chick fil a’s I’ve been to are great but this one felt like an average Popeye’s. I know its still pretty new so I am hopeful they will figure it out soon.

I regret to report a deeply unsatisfactory experience at the recently opened Chick-fil-A establishment. Despite placing an order and waiting patiently, my order was never fulfilled. Seeking resolution, I returned the following day with proof of purchase in hand, only to encounter further disappointment. Despite providing my bank receipt indicating the exact totals of my initial order, the staff informed me that there was no record of it. This lack of accountability and failure to rectify the situation in a timely manner is disheartening. As a patron, I expect a higher standard of service and attention to detail. I hope this feedback serves to improve the overall customer experience at this location.

They don’t have chicken minis all day like in the Downey location. My wife ordered a regular deluxe just for us to get home to find out the gave her a spicy. Also fries weren’t as fresh and not seasoned correctly like the other locations I’ve tried. Definitely going to the other location next time even though it’s farther away

Worst Chick-fil-A location I’ve ever been to. I ordered through the drive-thru and when I got to the window, two cars that were behind me got their meal before me. When I complained about it, their response was, “You ordered a burrito and they are making it,” but then again the people behind me had a bigger order than me! It doesn’t make sense at all. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION!

Worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. They said we have no Mac and cheese nor grilled nuggets 😕. I was also charged separately for food per item so my bill was incorrectly. Bad customer service. Instead of hiring new staff bring other Chick-fil-A staff to this new Chick-fil-A. Because the service is horrible, too many people in there not doing any work.

I normally order my Postmates from the Downey location but this one is closer to my house. Somehow the sauces are always missing. My sandwich tasted super old and cold. Not sure if I rather wait more time for the Downey one.

If been to multiple Chick-fil-A's across LA & Orange County and have always been able to order nuggets (lunch meal) in the mornings, well this location wouldnt let me order nuggets. Is this location an exception? I wouldve waited a little longer if thats what it took to get some food.

When you receive your bag(s) from the drive-thru window, always check your bags. When they make a mistake and you return and use your time and gas to correct it, they don't show any empathy and don't offer anything. Sad. After reading other reviews, they tend to make a lot of mistakes,

I spent 60 bucks on chicken strips，i wati like 10 minutes and then only got 12 pieces？Are you guys sleeping on the job? What is the manager doing?

Took forever to order and when it was my turn the taker took like 5 minutes and someone else had to take my order than they don't fill up the soda and for 3 ppl it was around 43 dollars I prefer driving 5 extra minutes to the other chick Fila instead of this one didn't even let me choose how much I wanted of quantity (3 spicy deluxes)

This the 3rd time they forget to put my Order complete in my bag bro, again and again there’s missing items in my bag. So unacceptable bro it’s a full combo missing from my order and I have to drive all the way back.

Drive thru super slow, I got only one ranch souce for 8 chicken strips. Other locations usually give up to 6 souces.

They are stingy with the egg in this location only got 2 pieces😪 it’s a COBB salad for a reason.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable and not reflective of the brand’s reputation.

Chick-Fil-A Complaint: I filed a complaint over the weekend for an issue i had with my order. The sandwiches did not meet my expectations and i have not heard back from them. I don't see a way for me to follow up further online so I am writing this review. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this company who supposedly takes pride in making things right.

I got a to go order and didn’t check my bag because I was in a rush so I didn’t notice that they forgot my husbands food until I got home (20 min away) I obviously went back bc it was expensive and they couldn’t even offer me some fries or nothinggggg like I didn’t waste a total of 60 min going back home then driving back and then going back home again.
