We found this place a couple years ago and keep coming back because it’s reasonably priced and has great chips and salsa. Our server Gloria was fantastic at keeping our drinks full and bringing everything out fresh and hot! We had the Parrilladas for Two and it was so much food, we will definitely have a couple more meals at home. Overall great experience as per usual!

This is the best place for great, safe, gluten free food in the area! Today I had the chicken fajitas lunch special that comes with rice and beans AND a drink, home made gf soft tortillas and choice of sauce. Lots of choices and the owner/ manager is fantastic about pointing out options and variations that are safe for celiac.

Went here yesterday and absolutely loved it! They had live music! The place is spacious and clean and service was amazing!! Food was soooo tasty and the bill so cheap! I’m beyond impressed and will be back!!!

In my opinion, their crispy tacos are the best. I also love the charro bean and rice. Depending on who your server is, depends on your service of course. Today service was slow. He didn't bring my corn tortillas and I had to hunt him down. He just didn't come back. Oh well, that won't stop me from coming back for good food.

Food was good, fresh hot and fast. The only difference is I would prefer for prices to be on the drink menu. If I had know the margarita I ordered was $12 I would have ordered it. I know I could have asked but I dislike doing that.

Food Details: Fajitas were disappointing. But the tortillas (corn and flour) are made in house and are both very good. DS loves the fish tacos. Carne asada is disappointing here. Breakfast: we liked the migas,biscuits, sausage links were smokey and very good also. Sometimes the tacos are light and sometimes they’re full, for the prices here they should fill the tacos.

This was our first outing to Ay Chiwawa Mexican café we debated whether or not to come because of the mixed reviews but all in all we were pretty happy with our meals. We ordered queso with jalapeños on top, which was very good. My husband had Menudo which he said was good-not over the top delicious but good! And it’s pretty difficult to find Menudo around here, so the fact that they have it is a plus. I had the Barbacoa plate and a bean bacon and cheese taco on the side. The Barbacoa was also good and not too greasy! The best part is that Ay Chiwawa has fresh flour and corn tortillas which are delicious! Oh I almost forgot my favorite part was the sopapillas! They were amazing! Our service was pretty slow initially-we waited about 15 min to get our drinks & queso & it wasn’t that crowded-which is part of the four star rating. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised & will rerun.

Food was wonderful as usual. Our server, Francisco was not good. He came to our table to take our order. We waited almost an hour for a quesadilla and taco. That we can get over due to it being Friday night. In the entire time we were there he came over 2x. We had to track him down for the ticket and he didn’t say a word, just put it on the table. I’m my opinion he needs some more training on customer service.
